Abstract

This study aimed to develop, know the feasibility, know the response, and analyze the effectiveness of Arabic learning media based on smart apps creator for class VIII MTs students. This development research uses the Dick and Carey development model, with ten stages, namely identifying learning objectives, conducting instructional analysis, analyzing student characteristics and learning contexts, formulating specific learning objectives, developing assessment tools or instruments, developing learning strategies, developing and selecting teaching materials, designing and developing formative evaluations, revising learning programs, designing and developing summative evaluations. This research involves learning, material, and media experts to measure media feasibility. Instruments and data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation, pre-test and post-test. This study adopted T-test analysis to analyze the effectiveness of the media developed based on pre-test and post-test data. This study produced Arabic learning media based on smart apps creator for class VIII MTs students, with a very feasible media quality category in the percentage of 93% by material experts, 96.25% by media experts, 93.3% by learning experts. Student responses to Arabic learning media based on smart apps creator are in the very interested category, with a percentage of 86% in small groups and 92% in large groups. Arabic learning media based on Smart Apps Creator is effective in learning. Arabic learning media based on Smart Apps Creator is effective in learning Arabic, with the difference in learning outcomes increasing to 38.75 with the results of the T-test analysis t0 = 62.5> ttabel = 2.093. Based on these findings, it can be said that the Arabic language learning media based on smart apps creator developed is classified as very feasible and very effective for learning Arabic.

Abstract

Sejauh ini, peserta didik masih kesulitan dalam menghafal kosa kata bahasa Arab. Peserta didik ramai sendiri, kurangnya konsentrasi belajar serta minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik khususnya pada materi kosa kata bahasa Arab, yang mengakibatkan kemampuan menghafal kosa kata peserta didik rendah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan media flash card dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal kosa kata bahasa Arab pada siswa MTs Roudhatul Huda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII yang berjumlah 26 peserta didik. Terdapat dua siklus pada Pelaksanaan PTK, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan (plan), tindakan (act), pengamatan (observe), dan refleksi (reflect). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklusTeknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh selama penelitian, didapat bahwa penggunaan media Flash Card dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal kosa kata bahasa Arab siswa MTs Roudhatul Huda Kotabumi.

Abstract

Ecoprint  merupakan teknik membuat motif berbahan dasar tumbuhan dari alam yang ramah lingkungan. Ecoprint  sudah dikenal sejak dahulu, namun teknik dalam pembuatan ecoprint  selalu mengalami perkembangan hingga saat ini motif yang dapat dihasilkan sangat menarik bahkan bernilai ekonomis. Bahan dasar ecoprint  merupakan tumbuh-tumbuhan di alam, hal ini yang menjadikan alasan tim  melakukan pelatihan pembuatan ecoprint  dengan teknik pounding terhadap anak-anak di Desa Rejomulyo yang berkisaran umur 9-10 tahun sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap kekayaan alam yang ada di Desa Rejomulyo serta untuk menambah soft skill anak-anak di Desa Rejomulyo. Metode penelitian yang gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan ecoprint  menggunakan teknik pounding. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak di Desa Rejomulyo.Pada tahap persiapaan, tim pelatihan melakukan pengumpulan bahan baku yang akan digunakan untuk membuat ecoprint  dengan teknik pounding. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan pada hari jumat tanggal 01 maret  2024, 16.00 WIB.Hasil pelatihan ecoprint  dengan teknik pounding terhadap anak-anak di Desa Rejomulyo masih memerlukan pendalaman lebih lanjut, namun sudah cukup baik untuk pengalaman pertama mereka.Jadi rekam jejak kegiatan yang telah dilakukan terlihat bakat dan kreatifitas yang tinggi sebagai bentuk perwujudan dari soft skill anak di Desa Rejomulyo yang sudah cukup baik namun masih memerlukan mimbingan yang lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The behavior of students who are not based on good morals and good morals, but rather they carry out actions as they please by following their desires, produce deviations in student behavior which are caused by cultural influences in the school environment or its surroundings without paying attention to whether it is correct according to religion or Shari'a. as well as the norms that apply in society.In this research a qualitative descriptive approach is used. This research is a type of field research. The location of this research is at State Vocational High School Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The research findings are that there is an implementation of affection-based PAI learning in developing the morals of class at the evaluation stage in the form of assessments, attitudes, knowledge and skills. and also found supporting and inhibiting factors originating from internal or external. The implementation of affection-based PAI learning in developing the morals of students at SMKN Bandar Lampung City has been implemented well. The implementation of affection-based learning, it is able to shape students' morals starting from attitudes, morals that are developed to be better, as well as being able to respect opinions and then be honest, have high empathy and be responsible. ABSTRAKPerilaku peserta didik yang tidak didasari oleh akhlak yang baik serta moral yang baik, melainkan mereka melakukan tindakan sesuka mereka dengan mengikuti hawa nafsu menerbitkan penyimpangan prilaku peserta didik ini disebapkan oleh pengaruh budaya yang ada dilingkungan sekolah ataupun sekitarnya tanpa memperhatikan apakah itu benar menurut agama ataupun syariat serta norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan deskrptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung, Provinsi Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Temuan penelitian bahwasannya terdapat implementasi pembelajaran PAI berbasis afeksi dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik di SMKN Kota Bandar Lampung mulai dari perencanaan berupa pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran yang sekarang disebut modul ajar, Kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan berbasis afeksi serta sampai pada tahap evaluasi yang berupa penilaian, sikap, pengetahuan juga keterampilan. serta ditemukan pula faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang berasal dari internal ataupun exsternal. Implementasi pembelajaran PAI berbasis afeksi dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik di SMKN Kota Bandar Lampung sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Implementasi pembelajaran berbasis afeksi ini mampu membentuk akhlak peserta didik mulai dari sikap, moral yang terbina menjadi lebih baik seperti halnya mampu menghargai pendapat kemudian jujur, empati yang tinggi dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

This research stems from the lack of use of learning media at Roudlatul Qur'an 3 Middle School Sekampung. This study aims to develop illustrated strip story learning media for learning to write and to determine the feasibility of the media through the opinions of experts and to determine the effectiveness of using the media developed by researchers. The research method of this research is the development method (RD) with the Hannafin and Peck development model which consists of three phases, namely needs analysis, design, development and implementation. Data collection instruments used in the form of questionnaires, tests and documentation. The results of this research are illustrated story strip media products for learning to write. Analysis of material validity is 94%, and the validity of learning media is 95.83%. Both fall into the category of suitable for use. The effectiveness of the use of media can be seen from the pre-test value of 69.42 and post-test of 88.57 which increased by 19.143. So, it can be concluded that the illustrated story strip media developed is feasible and can be used in learning to write.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of discipline and pedagogical competence on the performance of Arabic language teachers at Natar Integrated Islamic School in South Lampung. Drawing upon a mixed-methods approach, the research delves into the correlation between teachers' disciplinary practices and their pedagogical competencies in the context of an integrated Islamic educational setting. Quantitative data was gathered through surveys, while qualitative insights were obtained via interviews and classroom observations. The findings reveal a significant interplay between teachers' disciplinary commitment and their pedagogical skills, underscoring the pivotal role of both factors in shaping effective Arabic language instruction. The study not only sheds light on the complex dynamics of these elements but also offers practical implications for enhancing teacher performance in Islamic educational institutions. This research contributes to the broader discourse on teacher development and educational quality within the specific cultural and pedagogical nuances of integrated Islamic schools.Abstrak: Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh disiplin dan kompetensi pedagogis terhadap kinerja guru bahasa Arab di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Natar di Lampung Selatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan campuran, penelitian ini menggali hubungan antara praktik disiplin guru dan kompetensi pedagogis mereka dalam konteks pendidikan Islam terpadu. Abstract

Education makes intelligent individuals independent in their environment. Therefore, it is interesting to study the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in familiarizing religious literacy that contains moderation values. The purpose of this study is to analyze the various efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling religious moderation values in students at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. the method that researchers use is the qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study reveal that PAI teachers at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung have implemented religious literacy habituation through the stages of Qudwah, Uswah, Ta'lim, and Ta'wid. There are inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the habituation of religious literacy, both internal factors such as student personality, as well as external factors from family and peers.

Abstract

Kesenjangan kemampuan peserta didik terjadi karena peserta didik dengan kemampuan akademik tinggi dapat memahami konsep dengan baik, sedangkan yang rendah tidak paham konsep bahkan terjadi miskonsepsi dan berdampak menjadi pengiring sikap peserta didik yang rendah, sehingga perlu pemberdayaan peserta didik dengan kemampuan akademik tinggi untuk terjadinya scaffolding. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme terhadap pemahaman konsep dan sikap peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design, kelas eksperimen menggunakan metode tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme dan kelas kontrol menggunakan direct instruction. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan soal pemahaman konsep berupa pilihan jamak dan lembar observasi sikap. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t independen dengan  taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme terhadap pemahaman konsep (thitung=5,64 > ttabel=2,00) dan sikap (thitung=3,54 > ttabel=2,00) peserta didik. Pengaruh penggunaan tutor sebaya berbasis konstruktivisme terhadap pemahaman konsep dan sikap peserta didik ditandai dengan adanya persentase yang lebih tinggi di kelas eksperimen daripada penggunaan metode direct instruction di kelas kontrol. Indikator pemahaman konsep adalah menafsirkan, mencontohkan, mengklasifikasikan, menyimpulkan, membandingkan, dan menjelaskan, sedangkan sikap yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian adalah jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, toleransi, gotong royong, sopan santun, dan percaya diri. The ability gap of students occurs because students with high academic ability can understand concepts well, while those who are low do not understand concepts and even misconceptions occur and its impact of being an accompaniment of low student attitudes, so it is necessary to empower students with high academic abilities for scaffolding to occur. The study purpose was to determine the effect of constructivism-based peer tutors on students’ conceptual understanding and attitudes. This study was a quasi-experimental design, the experimental class used the constructivism-based peer tutor method and the control class used the direct instruction. This study instrument used the concept understanding questions in the form of multiple choices and the attitude observation sheets. The data analysis used independent t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was the effect of using constructivism-based peer tutors on students’ conceptual understanding (tcount=5.64 > ttable=2.00) and attitudes (tcount=3.54 > ttable=2.00). The effect of using constructivism-based peer tutors on students’ conceptual understanding and attitudes were showed by the higher percentage in the experimental class than using the direct instruction in the control class. The indicators of conceptual understanding were interpreting, exemplifying, classifying, concluding, comparing, and explaining, while the attitudes for the study focus were honesty, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, mutual cooperation, courtesy, and self-confidence.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in elementary schools plays a crucial role in shaping the character of the younger generation based on the Qur'an and Hadith. However, there are still challenges in integrating children's rights values into the Islamic Education curriculum. This research discusses the importance of incorporating children's rights values in Islamic Education to build the character of a morally upright generation. The background is the need to raise awareness of children's rights in religious education. The purpose of this research is to understand how the PAI curriculum can integrate children's rights values and how this implementation can shape better student character. The research method involves analyzing the existing PAI curriculum, interviewing teachers and students, and observing teaching and learning activities. The results of this research indicate that incorporating children's rights values can enhance students' understanding of their rights and foster a more ethical character. Therefore, effective implementation strategies require an integrated curriculum, active learning methods, extracurricular activities, and the participation of parents and the community.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the application of the talk stick learning model assisted by flash card media and to determine the level of effectiveness of the talk stick learning model assisted by flash card media in improving mufradat learning outcomes. The study employed a quantitative approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design model. Data were gathered through three methods: (1) watching teacher and student activities during the learning process; (2) using the talking stick model to test what to do before and after; and (3) documenting by gathering research-related documents. The normalcy distribution was used to calculate the One-Sample Shapiro-Wilk Test method, paired sample tests were used to test hypotheses, and N-gain was employed for data analysis.  To simplify the process, data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS 26. This research was conducted at MI Al-Faidizn Buko Poso, Way Serdang class V, totaling 20 students. The research results showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, and the N-gain percent value was 85.3492. So the use of the talking stick learning model assisted by flashcard media could improve mufradat learning outcomes.
