Abstract

Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being that enables every person to live a socially and economically productive life. MCH events can occur starting from when the fetus is still in the womb and only become visible when the child is two years old. The aim of this research is to determine the implications of the rights of unborn children on maternal and child health policies. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, then this research uses research specifications that are descriptive analysis. The research results show that the health of children in the womb has an impact on health policy, because mothers and children are a vulnerable group and need to receive priority in health efforts. The implication of the rights of unborn children for health policy is that the fetus has the right to life. Women who exercise their reproductive rights also have obligations and responsibilities to maintain the life of the fetus.

Abstract

Morals or adab must be familiar in the neighborhood, school, community, boarding school and among young people in the digital era. Manners, adab, moral, and ethics reflect how a person’s personality is, if a person’s behavior is good it is certain that the person is good, and vice versa. The purpose of this research is (1) to find out the implementation of the book Taisirul Kholaq on the morals of students in Ma’had Al Jami’ah. (2) to find out the factors that cause students to feel lazy to apply what has been learned in the book of Taisirul Kholaq. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the aim of knowing the phenomena in the field. The data collection technique of this research is by means of observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at Ma’had Al Jami’ah State University Islamic Raden Intan Lampung. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the book Taisirul Kholaq has been applied little by little among the students is very well. (2) the factors that cause the student to feel lazy to apply what they have learned, because some have not understood the lessons in the book.  That is why they are sometimes lazy to apply what has been thaught by the ustadz about the morals in the book Taisirul Kholaq and also the influence of environmental factors on friendship on campus an the influence of gadgets or cellphones. ABSTRAKAkhlak atau adab pasti sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan lingkungan, sekolah, masyarakat, pondok pesantren dan di kalangan anak muda di era digital. Akhlak, adab, moral, maupun etika mencerminkan bagaimana kepribadian seseorang, jika tingkah laku seseorang baik sudah dipastikan bahwa orang tersebut baik, begitupun sebaliknya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui implementasi kitab Taisirul Kholaq terhadap akhlak santri di Ma’had Al Jami’ah. (2) untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab santri merasa malas menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajari di dalam kitab Taisirul Kholaq. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan mengetahui fenomena yang ada di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Ma’had Al Jami’ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi kitab Taisirul Kholaq ini sudah berlaku sedikit demi sedikit di kalangan para santri dengan sangat baik. (2) faktor penyebab para santri merasa malas menerapkan apa yang dipelajari, karena sebagian ada yang belum faham mengenai pelajaran yang ada di dalam kitab tersebut. Itu sebabnya mereka terkadang malas menerapkan apa yang telah diajarkan oleh para ustadz tentang akhlak yang ada pada kitab Taisirul Kholaq dan juga pengaruh faktor lingkungan pertemanan di kampus dan pengaruh gadget atau handphone.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Duolingo application in Arabic language learning, particularly in improving students' skills compared to conventional methods. The main issues addressed are students' low motivation in learning Arabic and challenges in mastering grammar due to the limitations of traditional methods. With the advancement of digital technology, gamification-based learning applications like Duolingo offer an interactive and engaging approach. However, research on the effectiveness of this application in the context of Arabic language learning remains limited This study employs a quantitative approach by comparing students' learning outcomes, motivation, and engagement using Duolingo and conventional methods through tests and documentation. Previous studies have shown that digital technology in language learning can enhance effectiveness, flexibility, and interactivity by providing instant feedback and increasing student motivation. The findings of this study confirm that Duolingo can enhance students' motivation and learning outcomes, although challenges such as technological access gaps and user readiness persist. These findings contribute to more innovative Arabic language learning strategies and provide recommendations for educators to adopt technology more effectively in teaching.

Abstract

Implementing the independent curriculum requires teachers to actively design innovative and creative learning actively, especially in using learning media. Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, teachers are required to use media by the times. However, the limited knowledge of teachers and the availability of media facilities are still obstacles to teachers' implementation. This study examines PAI teachers' creativity strategies in utilizing media based on the independent curriculum in class VII at SMP IT Al-Banna Natar. Using descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that PAI teachers had fulfilled the indicators of creativity in the selection of learning media. Despite the limited facilities at school, PAI teachers implemented several strategies: 1) utilizing the surrounding environment as a learning medium. 2) Improving knowledge and skills 3) Building collaboration with other teachers. The renewal of this research is the application of PAI teachers' strategies to increase creativity by utilizing the surrounding media, which has rarely been studied in previous studies. The implication of this research is expected to enrich the understanding of teacher creativity strategies in utilizing learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to trace the historical roots and developmental dynamics of the Arabic language through a systematic literature review approach. The method involves collecting and analyzing data from a wide range of classical and contemporary sources, which are thematically categorized into three developmental phases: pre-classical, classical, and modern. The findings reveal that the evolution of Arabic has been shaped by multiple factors, including political expansion, cultural transmission, educational developments, and the central role of religion, particularly within the context of Islam. Moreover, the Arabic language demonstrates a remarkable capacity to adapt to modern challenges while retaining its linguistic identity. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of Arabic’s historical trajectory and the external forces influencing its transformation, offering valuable implications for Arabic linguistic studies and the preservation of Semitic language heritage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the orientation and steps of Nahwu learning in Arabic I courses. Then analyze the obstacles in Nahwu learning and the factors that cause these obstacles. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Sharia, UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, using a qualitative research design with a case study type. The results of this study indicate that. Nahwu learning at the Faculty of Sharia is oriented towards active learning with inductive learning strategies and individual conventional learning techniques. The learning steps refer to the components of educational and teaching methods and are based on PAIKEM. The problem of learning Nahwu consists of (a) supporting factors, including internal factors, including the physical condition of students, student competence, student tendencies, and motivation; external factors, including the Arabic language environment, the presence of native speakers, competent lecturers, teaching materials, exercises, and reward and punishment systems. (b) Inhibiting factors include internal factors, including student self-confidence and differences in student backgrounds, as well as lack of student motivation and commitment, lack of Arabic language environment, and low effectiveness of efforts; external factors include lack of supervision and recording, changes in course schedules, and lack of learning media.

Abstract

The halaqah method is known as an effective traditional approach in teaching religious knowledge, especially in Islamic boarding schools, because it allows direct interaction between students and ustadz in an in-depth discussion atmosphere. This study uses a qualitative methodology, the study is included in the descriptive research category, by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were students and teachers at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung who participated in fiqh learning using the halaqah method. The results of the study showed that the halaqah method improved students' understanding of fiqh material, especially in daily worship practices. Some of the obstacles faced include time constraints and variations in the educational backgrounds of students. However, this method is considered effective in building the personality and skills of students in understanding fiqh in depth. These findings are expected to be a reference for the development of the halaqah method in other religious educational institutions.

Abstract

Mastering vocabulary is essential for language acquisition, particularly in Arabic. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of AVLI (Arabic Vocabulary on Lectora Inspire) for grade X students at Baitul Jannah Integrated Islamic High School. Employing a research and development approach, this study utilized the ADDIE development model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. Data were collected through documentation, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The findings revealed that the Lectora Inspire-based mufradat learning media is deemed feasible, achieving a feasibility test score of 75% from material expert validators and 90% from media validators. User feedback was positive, with 86% of 106 respondents finding the learning media engaging. Moreover, AVLI proved effective in enhancing mufradat learning, evidenced by an increase in average student scores from 65.5 on the pretest to 85.5 on the posttest, a rise of 30 points. Consequently, this study concludes that Lectora Inspire-based learning media is both feasible and effective for teaching mufradat to grade X students, highlighting its potential implications for Arabic language education.

Abstract

The re-implementation of the rector's decision for KIP Kuliah scholarship students to live in Ma'had al-Jami'ah has provided the latest findings that not all scholarship students are good at reading the Qur'an, this is one of the real evidences that there are still many UIN Raden Intan Lampung students who still cannot read the Qur'an, and has caused changes in the process of implementing the yanbu'a method at Ma'had al-Jami'ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the yanbu'a method at Ma'had al-Jami'ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of students, especially KIP Kuliah scholarship students who are required to live in Ma'had al-Jami'ah. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a type of field research, and data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study are that the yanbu'a method is able to provide significant changes in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of students who do not come from Islamic boarding schools and whose initial Qur'an reading scores are quite low. Based on the results of interviews with students and also the mu’alim/ah who teach halaqoh, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in learning the Qur’an using the yanbu’a method. The curriculum at Ma’had al-Jami’ah includes various academic and extracurricular activities that aim to develop students’ skills both academically and morally. The application of the yanbu’a method at Ma’had al-Jami’ah has achieved its goal of improving students’ ability to read the Qur’an.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the spiritual values in the Quran, specifically in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 183-185, and the spiritual experiences of fasting among Santri at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The current development of technology poses challenges faced by Muslims in the modern era. Many students today experience stress, identity confusion, and even moral crises due to an environment that does not support spiritual values, which often weakens their enthusiasm for worship. The Quran, through Surah Al-Baqarah, provides relevant spiritual values such as piety, patience, and empathy that can serve as guidelines to face these challenges. The focus of this research is to analyze how the fasting experiences of santri in the pesantren can serve as a general reference in implementing these spiritual values in daily life. The method used is qualitative phenomenology through in-depth interviews with santri and caretakers, as well as an in-depth analysis of the verses of the Quran using Maudhui interpretation. Key stages of this research include data collection, analysis of spiritual experiences, and interpretation of the values embodied during the month of Ramadan. The results indicate that the spiritual values contained in Surah Al-Baqarah are highly relevant in helping both students and educators face the challenges of the times and strengthen their character. The main conclusion of this study is that there are spiritual values in the Quranic Surah Al-Baqarah verses 183-185, and fasting is not merely a ritual but also an opportunity to reflect upon and internalize profound spiritual values. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai spiritual dalam Al-Qur'an surat Al-Baqarah ayat 183-185 dan pengalaman spiritual puasa Santri di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini menjadi tantangan yang dihadapi umat Islam di era modern, Banyak peserta didik saat ini mengalami stres, kebingungan identitas, dan bahkan krisis moral akibat lingkungan yang tidak mendukung nilai-nilai spiritual. yang sering melemahkan semangat beribadah. Al-Qur'an, melalui surat Al-Baqarah, memberikan nilai-nilai spiritual yang relevan, seperti ketakwaan, kesabaran, dan empati, yang dapat menjadi pedoman untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisa bagaimana pengalaman puasa yang dialami oleh santri di pondok pesantren dapat dijadikan rujukan umum dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai spiritual ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenology melalui wawancara mendalam dengan santri dan pengasuh, serta analisis mendalam terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan tafsir Maudhui. Tahapan penting penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis pengalaman spiritual, dan interpretasi nilai-nilai yang dihayati selama bulan Ramadan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai spiritual yang terkandung dalam surat Al-Baqarah sangat relevan untuk membantu peserta didik hingga pendidik dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman dan memperkuat karakter mereka. Simpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat nilai-nilai spiritual dalam Al-Qur’an surat Al-Baqoroh 183-185 dan ibadah puasa bukan hanya sekedar ritual, tetapi juga menjadi kesempatan untuk merefleksikan dan menghayati nilai-nilai spiritual.
