Abstract

Today, science and technology have an impact on the world of education. Teachers are required to use an effective model by using technology. One model that applies technology in teaching is the flipped classroom model. This study aims to determine the effect of the flipped classroom learning model on geography learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Bukittinggi. By using the experimental method in the form of a quasi-experimental model. The research subjects were class X.IPS 4 as the experimental class and class X.IPS 1 as the control class. The sampling technique used was Random Sampling. The data in the study were in the form of a test of student learning outcomes for class X. Social studies. With data collection techniques in the form of interviews, using learning outcomes tests, namely Pretest and Posttest and documentation. Data processing uses individual completeness, normality test, homogeneity test along with T test to determine the hypothesis. The results in this study there is an increase in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. Based on the average calculation, the experimental class got 82.21 results, the control class got 68.43 results. Based on the effectiveness analysis using the Gain Value, the experimental class effectiveness value was 67%, and the flipped classroom model was quite effective to be applied, while for the control class, the effectiveness value was 46%, the conventional model was less effective to apply.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the blended learning learning model in the GIS application course for geography education students 2020 which includes the processes and inhibiting factors. This type of research is a mixed research method that combines quantitative and qualitative research methods and uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires/questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Sampling using simple random sampling technique to 20 students from 93 students. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the Implementation of the Blended Learning Learning Model in the GIS Application Course at the UNP Geography Education Study Program could be implemented well for the 2020 geography education students because the results of the questionnaire showed an average of 65%. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor of blended learning is that students often experience problems on laptops that cannot be used to practice on mapping applications and do not understand the application of data in ArcGIS and have difficulty carrying out learning practicums.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors for student interest in class XI at SMA Adabiah 2 Padang. This type of research is qualitative, using the ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling) method. The results obtained explain the findings related to factors inhibiting student interest in learning. The research subjects are curriculum representatives, homeroom teachers, and class XI IPS with a total sample of 5 people. then input to the ISM software later there will be the final results in the table in the form of structures and graphics. The results of this study are to find out the most important factor / urgent inhibiting interest in learning for class XI students of SMA Adabiah 2 Padang is the influence of gadgets which is located at level 3 and on the graph is located at independent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Authentic Assessment of Attitude Aspects in Geography Lessons at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Puar. This research is motivated by the existence of an authentic assessment which is considered the right assessment to measure the extent to which students' abilities and learning outcomes are. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Puar with population characteristics, namely students of class X IPS T.P 2021/2022. The sampling technique used in this study was "purposive sampling" as many as 48 students. The data analysis technique used is statistical-descriptive analysis. Statistical-descriptive analysis technique is an analytical technique by using the calculation of numbers on variables that can be measured and expressed by numbers which then the results are described in the form of sentences. The level of implementation of the authentic assessment of the attitude aspect in geography lessons at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Puar in the implementation aspect, namely overall it is in the fairly good category with a percentage gain of 29% good, 67% quite good, and 4% not good

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to identify the relevances of Geography textbook which used at 10th grade in Padang senior high school 3 with element and learning achievement on Merdeka Curriculum. Those textbooks are IPS Geografi textbook and IPS Terpadu textbook. This research is qualitative research with content analysis method. The data source of this research is Geography teacher at Padang Senior High School 3 and Geography textbooks itself. This research also uses observation and document study for the data collecting method. From this research it was IPS Geography textbook scores 99 % (Very relevance) to element and 100 % (Very relevance) to learning achievement. And IPS Terpadu Kemendikbud got 95 % (Very relevance) score to element and score 87 % (Very relevance) to learning achievement.

Abstract

Readiness is the condition of a person who makes him ready to respond in a certain way to the situation. This study aims to (1) describe the readiness of classroom teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in primary schools throughout Padang viewed from the aspect of knowledge, (2) describe the readiness of class teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in elementary schools throughout Padang City viewed from aspects skills, (3) describe the readiness of class teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in primary schools throughout the city of Padang viewed from the aspect of attitude. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of the study came from elementary school (SD) teachers throughout the city of Padang totaling 429 teachers in grades 4, 5 and 6. Samples were taken using Cluster random sampling techniques, so that the number of samples was 37 teachers of grades 4, 5, and 6. The research was carried out by administering the questionnaire instrument. Data is analyzed by percentage analysis. The research findings show the results of the readiness of class teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services in elementary schools throughout the city of Padang in the good category. Abstract

AbstrakKesiapan adalah kondisi seseorang yang membuatnya siap untuk memberi respon dalam cara tertentu terhadap situasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang dilihat dari aspek pengetahuan, (2) mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang dilihat dari aspek keterampilan, (3) mendeskripsikan kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang dilihat dari aspek sikap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berasal dari guru kelas sekolah dasar (SD) se-Kota Padang berjumlah 429 orang guru kelas 4, 5 dan 6. Sampel diambil menggunakan tekhnik Cluster random sampling, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang guru kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengadministrasikan insytrumen angket. Data dianalisisi dengan analisis persentase. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil kesiapan guru kelas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar se-Kota Padang berada pada kategori baik.Kata kunci: Kesiapan guru, Bimbingan dan Konseling di SD

Abstract

AbstractPerformance is a comparison of work results achieved by employees  with predetermined standards. This study aims to   (1) describeing the performance seen from the aspects of quality and quantity (2) describeing the performance seen from the aspects of discipline. (3) describeing the performance seen from the aspect of cooperation (4) describeing the performance seen from the aspect of  personality (5) desribeing the performance seen from the aspect of respontability. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The research subjects were employees of PT. PLN (PERSERO) Rayon LubukBasug which numbered 54 people. The instrument used were questionnaires and analyzed by percentage techniques. Research findings show that employee performance results seen from (1) aspect of quality and quantity are in good category (2) discipline aspect are in good category (3) aspects of cooperation are in good category (4) aspects of personality are in good category (5) and aspects of respontability are in good category.  Keyword: Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode pembelajaran karya wisata terhadap pelajaran SKI. Fokus kajian penelitian ini ialah definisi metode pembelajaran karya wisata, implementasi metode karya wisata dalam pembelajaran SKI, dan kendala yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan metode karya wisata. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif berbasis pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasiHasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa metode karya wisata yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran SKI membuat siswa menjadi pribadi yang mandiri, kreatif dan kritis serta mengurangi kejenuhan siswa dalam belajar. Hal demikian terjadi karena siswa secara langsung ikut mencari informasi berkaitan dengan materi yang diajarkan. Akan tetapi, pembelajaran karya wisata ini kurang efisien, karena membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pengajarannya dan mengeluarkan biaya yang cukup banyak.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine the protection of the rights of workers with disabilities in obtaining employment opportunities in the city of Padang and to find out the obstacles in obtaining employment opportunities in the city of Padang and their solutions. The formulation of the problem in this research is, first, how is the protection of the rights of workers with disabilities in getting work opportunities in the city of Padang? Second, what are the obstacles in protecting the rights of workers with disabilities in getting work opportunities in the city of Padang and efforts to solve them? This study uses empirical juridical research methods. The research results obtained were, firstly, protection of the rights of workers with disabilities in obtaining employment opportunities in the city of Padang, in this case, the Government through the Padang City Department of Labor and Industry formed a Disability Service Unit (ULD), condsucted outreach, appealed, provided training and debriefing of workers with disabilities and provide workplaces for persons with disabilities who choose to work in the informal sector. Second, there are obstacles in protecting the rights of workers with disabilities in getting work opportunities in the city of Padang, including the government being unable to intervene in companies, there are no sanctions for companies that do not implement these rules, and there is no clear valid data regarding the number of workers with disabilities. . The solutions that can be given are persuasively appealing to companies to employ people with disabilities, opening training, job training, the government must give appreciation or appreciation to companies that have employed people with disabilities. The conclusion in this study is that the protection of the rights of workers with disabilities in obtaining work opportunities in the city of Padang has not been implemented properly.
