Abstract

This study examines the influence of self-efficacy and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers using the Logas Tanah Darat teaching method. This study used a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method involving 149 teachers, selected proportionally from a population of 236 educators in 17 public elementary schools. Data were collected through questionnaires on self-efficacy, work motivation, and teacher performance. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and simple and multiple regressions with the help of SPSS 25. The data showed that self-efficacy contributed significantly to teaching performance, reaching 44.7%, indicating that those who are highly confident in their professional skills implement learning more effectively. Work motivation was also a factor, at 47.3%, highlighting how enthusiasm, discipline, and internal commitment shape consistent teaching behavior over time. These two variables, when combined, explained 47.3% of the variation in performance, indicating that psychological self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation are important elements underlying work effectiveness. To improve teaching performance, the study concluded that it is important not only to develop technical skills, but also to strategically invest in strengthening self-efficacy and fostering strong intrinsic motivation to encourage sustainable and high-quality teaching practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis inovasi pendidikan berbasis proyek melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam pengembangan karakter peserta didik dan kompetensi abad ke-21. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research dengan menganalisis literatur ilmiah yang relevan dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025 mengenai implementasi P5 dan Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa P5 mampu memperkuat karakter peserta didik melalui pengalaman belajar autentik yang menumbuhkan tanggung jawab, gotong royong, kepedulian lingkungan, kreativitas, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaborasi. Implementasi P5 dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan tema kewirausahaan, keberlanjutan, dan keberagaman yang disesuaikan dengan konteks lokal. Kendala yang ditemui meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, waktu, literasi digital guru dan peserta didik, serta variasi kapasitas sekolah. Keberhasilan P5 sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, dukungan institusional, dan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa P5 dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila dengan pengembangan kompetensi abad ke-21 di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penguatan literasi dan numerasi melalui pengembangan kurikulum sekolah dasar di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep literasi dan numerasi dalam kebijakan kurikulum nasional, strategi pengembangan kurikulum yang mendukung kedua kompetensi tersebut, serta peran guru dan sekolah dalam implementasinya. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah dokumen kebijakan, kajian literatur ilmiah, dan analisis temuan-temuan penelitian relevan yang berkaitan dengan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di jenjang sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa literasi dan numerasi diposisikan sebagai kompetensi fundamental yang terintegrasi dalam seluruh mata pelajaran melalui pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, lintas-kurikulum, dan berbasis pengalaman nyata siswa. Pengembangan kurikulum yang fleksibel, didukung oleh inovasi pembelajaran seperti pembelajaran berbasis masalah, penggunaan modul ajar kontekstual, dan pendekatan lintas-disiplin, berkontribusi positif terhadap penguatan literasi dan numerasi. Namun demikian, implementasi kurikulum masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesenjangan kapasitas guru, serta disparitas sumber daya antar-sekolah. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang signifikan melalui fleksibilitas Kurikulum Merdeka, penguatan kepemimpinan sekolah, serta kemitraan dengan pihak eksternal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan literasi dan numerasi melalui pengembangan kurikulum sekolah dasar memerlukan dukungan sistemik yang berkelanjutan, meliputi pengembangan profesional guru, penyediaan sumber daya pembelajaran, serta mekanisme monitoring dan evaluasi yang berorientasi pada perbaikan mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of principal managerial competence and school facilities on teacher performance in public junior high schools in Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 157 teachers selected through random sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that principal managerial competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.122. School facilities also have a positive and more substantial influence, with a coefficient of 0.293, indicating that adequate infrastructure plays a greater role in supporting teacher effectiveness. Simultaneously, both variables contribute 24.7% to teacher performance, while 75.3% is affected by other factors beyond this study. These results highlight the importance of effective school leadership and adequate facilities in improving teacher performance. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to enhance professionalism through continuous development and instructional innovation. Principals should strengthen managerial practices and provide effective guidance for teachers, while schools must ensure the availability of supportive facilities. Additionally, the Education Office should implement policies, managerial training, and regular evaluations to improve school management quality and teacher competency sustainably.
