Abstract

This community service activity was implemented at Praktek Dokter Pattimura, which has three branches in Jambi City. The main issue faced by the partner was the manual employee attendance system using physical books or unconnected fingerprint devices, leading to slow, inaccurate, and high-risk data loss records, making it difficult for management to monitor employee discipline. This condition increased the administrative burden and hindered the effectiveness of human resource management. The solution offered was the development of a digital attendance application based on web and mobile platforms. This system utilizes face recognition technology for identity verification and GPS integration to ensure attendance can only be done within the clinic area. The system includes a mobile application for daily employee attendance and a web dashboard for owners and administrators to monitor real-time presence data. This solution makes the attendance recording process faster, more accurate, transparent, and integrated, thereby encouraging increased employee discipline and clinic management effectiveness. The implementation was carried out through the Prototype model, including coordination, system development, training, and continuous assistance.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan anggota Kesatuan Nelayan Tradisional Indonesia (KNTI) Kecamatan Sekupang, Kota Batam, dalam memasarkan hasil laut melalui platform digital, khususnya TikTok. Metode kegiatan meliputi workshop pemasaran digital, pelatihan teknis pembuatan akun dan konten, serta pendampingan praktik live selling. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital, kemampuan membuat konten promosi, serta kepercayaan diri dalam melakukan penjualan langsung kepada konsumen. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi antusiasme peserta, dukungan pengurus KNTI, kesesuaian materi, serta praktik langsung dengan pendampingan intensif, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi perbedaan literasi digital, keterbatasan perangkat, dan kualitas jaringan internet. Kegiatan ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan pemasaran digital secara berkelanjutan dan peningkatan nilai tambah hasil laut bagi nelayan tradisional. Kata Kunci: nelayan tradisional; tiktok; pemasaran digital; live selling; hasil laut. AbstractThis community service activity aims to improve the skills of members of the Indonesian Traditional Fishermen's Union (KNTI) in Sekupang District, Batam City, in marketing seafood through digital platforms, specifically TikTok. The activity included a digital marketing workshop, technical training on account and content creation, and live selling practice mentoring. The results demonstrated an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing, their ability to create promotional content, and their confidence in selling directly to consumers. Supporting factors for success included participant enthusiasm, support from KNTI administrators, appropriate materials, and hands-on practice with intensive mentoring. While inhibiting factors included differences in digital literacy, limited devices, and internet connection quality. This activity provides a foundation for the sustainable development of digital marketing and increases the added value of seafood for traditional fishermen. Keywords: traditional fishermen; tiktok; digital marketing; live selling; seafood.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Istiqomah Mart. The research adopts a quantitative approach using survey methods, with 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire, and the analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between variables. The results indicate that both product quality and service quality have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. High-quality products and good service encourage customer trust and loyalty, leading to repeat purchases. However, the study also reveals a declining trend in customer satisfaction over time, as seen in the reduction of transaction frequency and unmet sales targets. This suggests that other factors beyond product and service quality may influence customer satisfaction, which were not examined in this research. Given these findings, the study suggests that future research should incorporate additional variables such as pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, and store ambiance. Additionally, employing qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews could provide deeper insights into customer perceptions. For businesses, continuously improving product offerings and service standards is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening market competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya oraganisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada TRAC Astra Rent A Car Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel 50 karyawan TRAC Astra Rent A Car Malang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner (angket) dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SmartPLS 4.0. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan budaya organisasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi bagi perusahaan untuk terus mengembangkan dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang mampu memberikan inspirasi dan motivasi kepada karyawan. Selanjutnya lingkungan kerja untuk menjaga konsistensi perusahaan dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia maka perlu untuk menciptakan, memelihara lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan mendukung agar karyawan merasa termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih baik. Dan selanjutnya untuk menjaga konsistensi dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia maka perlu memperkuat nilai kebersamaan, etika kerja, dan sistem penghargaan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk dan promosi terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada Butik Bunda Keyla Collection di Curug-Serang. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode triangulasi data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik dan karyawan butik, observasi aktivitas pemasaran, serta dokumentasi pendukung. Informan dipilih secara purposive karena terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan operasional dan pemasaran butik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keberagaman jenis pakaian, penyesuaian model dengan tren, kualitas bahan dan jahitan, serta identitas merek yang dimiliki butik. Promosi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui pemanfaatan media sosial seperti WhatsApp dan TikTok, khususnya melalui kegiatan live streaming yang mendorong peningkatan penjualan dan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Secara umum, produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran yang tercermin dari volume penjualan, pertumbuhan pelanggan, dan peningkatan keuntungan butik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan produk dan promosi yang tepat dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja pemasaran pada Butik Bunda Keyla Collection. Peneliitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengelolaan stratrgi pemasaran UMKM fashion, khususnya dalam memaksimalkan peran produk dan promosi digital untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

The lyrics of this song are the lyrics of a dangdut song sung by Denny Caknan in Javanese. The interesting thing to study further is the use of diction and the theme using stylistics, namely by looking at the style of language used. The purpose of this study was to analyze the stylistics contained in the lyrics of the song "Kartonyono Medot Promise" Denny Caknan. The study of stylistics is directed to discuss the content of literary works. In general, regulating stylistic studies includes diction or word choice (lexical choice), sentence structure, figure of speech, partnership, rhyme patterns, and dimensions used for authors or available in literary works. This study aims to analyze the use of diction and themes contained in the lyrics of the song Kartonyono Medot Promise sung by Denny Caknan. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method because the object is the text of the Song Lyrics. The data taken is the lyrics of a song by Denny Caknan entitled Kartuyono Medot Promise. Like the style chosen by the author, stylistic theory is used, that is, it does not see aesthetics in song lyrics. As the end of this method is the result of data analysis presentation. The presentation of the results of the data analysis begins with the presentation of the diction on the data source contained in the lyrics of the song Denny Caknan. Then proceed with an explanation of the theme of the lyrics. The results of the research found are diction and theme in the song Kartonyono medot promises, which was popularized by Denny Caknan. Abstract

This study synthesizes how Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM)-oriented learning has been linked to writing creativity and literacy development, with particular attention to the transferability of these practices to higher education.  A systematic review guided by PRISMA was conducted using Scopus and Web of Science. Searches covering 2017–2025 yielded 200 records. After 32 duplicates were removed, 168 records were screened by title and abstract, 50 full-text articles were assessed for eligibility, and 10 studies were included in the final qualitative synthesis.The analysis used a structured extraction matrix and qualitative content analysis to identify recurring instructional mechanisms, writing outcomes, enabling conditions, and constraints.  The review found four recurring pedagogical mechanisms: multimodal digital storytelling, project-based design and documentation, collaborative inquiry supported by reflective writing, and scaffolded argumentative or expository composition. Across the reviewed sources, the most frequent writing-related outcomes were general literacy or communication development (n = 5), multimodal or digital writing (n = 4), argumentative or expository writing (n = 4), and creative, reflective, and disciplinary writing outcomes (each n = 3). The evidence base also indicates several implementation constraints, particularly uneven educator readiness, time-intensive project structures, and   unequal access to digital infrastructure. Although direct higher education studies remain limited, the reviewed literature consistently suggests that STEAM-rich environments can increase students’ engagement, idea generation, organization of written explanations, and willingness to revise. The review concludes that STEAM should be understood not only as an   interdisciplinary   content   framework   but   also   as   a   literacy-rich pedagogical ecology that can strengthen academic writing when adapted deliberately to university contexts.

Abstract

Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) rely on dynamic routing mechanisms due to their infrastructureless and highly mobile nature. Selecting an appropriate routing protocol remains a critical issue because network performance is influenced by node mobility, density, and traffic conditions. This study aims to comparatively analyze the performance of major MANET routing protocols, including AODV, DSDV, OLSR, DSR, and related variants, based on findings from prior simulation and experimental studies. A systematic literature-based comparative method was employed by synthesizing performance metrics such as packet delivery ratio, throughput, end-to-end delay, routing overhead, and energy consumption from multiple NS2/NS3 and OPNET-based research works. Results show that AODV consistently performs well in dynamic and large-scale networks, offering high packet delivery and moderate delay, while OLSR excels in dense topologies but generates higher overhead. DSDV demonstrates stability in low-mobility environments, whereas DSR shows efficiency in smaller networks. The study concludes that no single protocol is universally optimal; protocol selection should align with network scale, mobility, and application requirements. This research provides a consolidated reference to support adaptive MANET routing protocol selection.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of Indonesia’s digital economy has significantly transformed consumer behavior, accompanied by a sharp increase in e-commerce transactions that reached IDR 602 trillion in 2023. However, this economic growth has also led to a notable rise in consumer rights violations, creating an urgent need to evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal protections. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Indonesian consumer protection regulations, particularly the Consumer Protection Law, the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law), and Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 on Electronic Commerce, in addressing digital consumer disputes. Using an empirical legal research design with a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 consumers, 6 business actors, and 3 officials from the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK), supported by document analysis and digital observation. The findings indicate that 38 percent of reported violations involve nonconforming goods, 25 percent involve failed refunds, and 20 percent relate to the misuse of personal data. These results reveal that regulatory implementation remains fragmented, with limited institutional coordination and insufficient integration of digital mechanisms. The study contributes to understanding how legal systems adapt to digital economic dynamics by highlighting the interaction between regulation, technology, and institutional capacity. The novelty of this research lies in its empirical examination of the adaptability of Indonesia’s legal framework to digital transaction environments, offering theoretical insights and practical implications for strengthening technology-based consumer protection.

Abstract

Precise microclimate control is a crucial aspect in various IoT applications, yet commonly used reactive, threshold-based control strategies often prove to be inefficient. This study presents a simulation-based comparative analysis to quantitatively evaluate the performance between a reactive control strategy and a more intelligent predictive one. Using time-series humidity data from a Tropidolaemus sp. terrarium, a SARIMA forecasting model was developed and validated to drive the predictive controller. The performance of both strategies was then benchmarked in a simulation environment based on two key metrics: actuation efficiency and environmental stability. The results demonstrate that the predictive controller is significantly more efficient, reducing actuator activations by up to 47% compared to the reactive controller. However, this study reveals a fundamental trade-off: this efficiency is accompanied by a decrease in stability due to an overshoot phenomenon caused by a rigid control action mechanism. This study concludes that the superiority of proactive prediction must be synergized with adaptive action mechanisms to achieve holistic system optimality, while also presenting a simulation methodology as an efficient framework for evaluating intelligent control systems.
