Abstract

The research aimed to determine whether verbal-linguistic intelligence significantly influences students’ writing performance. Nineteen students from the TBIG 2 class of 2024 participated in the study. The students’ verbal-linguistic intelligence was measured using a questionnaire, while their writing scores were obtained from the course lecturer. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient with SPSS version 27. The analysis revealed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.654 with a significance value (p) of 0.002. These results indicate a strong positive correlation, meaning students with higher verbal-linguistic intelligence tend to perform better in writing tasks. The findings support Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, emphasizing the contribution of verbal-linguistic intelligence to students’ language skills, particularly in expressing ideas effectively in written form. Based on the statistical evidence, the study concludes that verbal-linguistic intelligence has a significant correlation with the writing ability of EFL students at UIN Datokarama Palu.

Abstract

This research explores the protection of children’s rights within the criminal justice system, with a particular focus on the legal constraints surrounding the use of diversion for children in conflict with the law (ABH), as regulated by Law Number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA). While the Indonesian Constitution and international legal frameworks—such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), ratified through Presidential Decree Number 36 of 1990—guarantee these rights, challenges persist in their implementation, especially during legal proceedings. The study employs a normative legal method, incorporating comparative and conceptual approaches, by examining how Indonesia’s diversion system compares with Finland’s and Sweden’s. The findings indicated that despite Indonesia’s adoption of restorative justice principles in the  Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (CJSC), the practical application of diversion remains hindered by several factors. These include a lack of understanding among legal practitioners, inadequate rehabilitation facilities, and limited victim involvement in resolving cases. Furthermore, the restriction of diversion to crimes carrying sentences of less than seven years fails to fully uphold the principle of prioritizing the child’s best interests. While earlier research has analyzed diversion in terms of recidivism rates and law enforcement implementation, this study emphasizes the principle of non-discrimination within Indonesia’s juvenile justice system. As a result, the study advocates for more comprehensive policy reforms to broaden the scope of diversion, better align with restorative justice principles, and ensure stronger protection for children entangled in legal conflicts.

Abstract

The widespread adoption of GoPay in Indonesia has raised significant questions about user data privacy and security, dimensions frequently overlooked by traditional utility-focused adoption models such as TAM and UTAUT. This research addresses that gap by applying Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) to examine the psychological drivers behind GoPay usage intention. Through a quantitative national survey of 105 active users analyzed via PLS-SEM, the model explained 69.3% of variance in behavioral intention (R²=0.693). Results show that privacy concern, perceived severity, perceived vulnerability, response cost, response efficacy, and trust significantly and positively influence usage intention. In contrast, security features and user self-efficacy were not significant drivers. The findings demonstrate that users' behavioral intentions are more strongly influenced by their evaluation of potential threats and confidence in the service provider's protective capabilities rather than technical security features or personal competence alone. The study advances understanding of digital payment adoption by revealing that psychological threat assessment processes, rather than technical security perceptions, primarily drive user decisions. GoPay users prioritize the platform's ability to protect them over their own technical skills or general security features. These findings offer practical implications for digital wallet providers seeking to enhance user adoption through targeted trust-building strategies rather than solely focusing on technical security improvements.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program is an activity carried out to assist teachers in carrying out learning, especially training students' skills in public speaking. By following the Teaching Campus Program, the leadership spirit and character development of students will be honed. The purpose of this work program is (1) describing the implementation of podcast extracurricular in the teaching campus program (2) Describing the improvement of students' public speaking skills through Podcast extracurricular. The methods used are observation, discussion, direct practice through coaching. The result of the implementation of this work program is that SMP Negeri 1 Kayangan has an extracurricular that can be continued and produces students who excel in the field of public speaking, become a forum for students to develop their potential, especially public speaking skills. So it can be concluded that with this program the extracurricular podcast work program can be carried out, with the holding of the work program students who have an interest in hosts and public speaking can be more developed and useful in the future because public speaking is the ability to communicate verbally in front of many people with The purpose of conveying an information clearly, efficiently, and can be easily accepted by the listener. Abstract

Penelitian in bertujuan  :1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Skena Wahana Kreatif , 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Skena Wahana Kreatif  dan  3)  Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Skena Wahana Kreatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk Uji Validitas dan Realiabilitas, uji hipotesis dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini  bahwa empat sebagai indikator komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Skena Wahana Kreatif. Karyawan yang mampu menempatkan diri dalam posisi orang lain tidak hanya memperkuat hubungan kerja, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja secara berkelanjutan. Lingkungan kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,148 dan nilai signifikansi 0,080 (> 0,05). Ini berarti meskipun lingkungan kerja cenderung meningkatkan kinerja, pengaruhnya secara statistik belum dapat dibuktikan signifikan. Beban kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien 0,258 dan nilai signifikansi 0,020 (< 0,05). Artinya, beban kerja yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan kinerja secara nyata. Komunikasi interpersonal (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan koefisien paling tinggi yaitu 0,429 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAKTransportasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang berkontribusi sebagai penghasil emisi karbon. Proses pembakaran bahan bakar minyak pada kegiatan tersebut dapat menghasilkan emisi karbon, terutama karbon dioksida. Emisi karbon ini berpotensi menyebabkan pemanasan global akibat bertambahnya gas rumah kaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan pemetaan emisi karbon, khususnya gas karbon dioksida (CO2) di jalan utama Kecamatan Kedaton Kota Bandar Lampung yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan jumlah kendaraan, faktor emisi, konsumsi energi spesifik, panajang jalan dan program arcGIS. Survey dilakukan dengan metode traffic counting pada jam puncak dalam waktu satu minggu. Data primer yang diperoleh, dianalisa dengan data sekunder sehingga didapatkan  jumlah kendaraan rata-rata per jam. Jumlah kendaraan rata-rata akan dianalisa dengan mengkonversi satuan kendaraan ke satuan mobil penumpang (smp). Hasil analisa akan dituangkan dalam bentuk peta persebaran emisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa emisi tertinggi terdapat di Jalan Teuku Umar dengan jumlah emisi sebesar 149. 600.532,356 g CO2/jam dan emisi terendah terdapat di Jalan Urip Sumoharjo dengan jumlah emisi sebesar 38.949.491,448 g CO2/jam. Pada peta persebaran, emisi tertinggi ditandai dengan warna coklat yang pekat dan emisi terendah dengan warna abu – abu. Kata Kunci : Transportasi, emisi CO2, peta persebaran emisi, arcGIS. ABSTRACTThe Mapping of Carbon Dioxode (CO2) Concentration from Motor Vehicles in Kedaton District Bandar Lampung By Using Geographic Information System. Transportation is one of the activities that contribute as a producer of carbon emissions. The process of burning fuel oil in these activities can produce carbon emissions, especially carbon dioxide. This carbon emission has the potential to cause global warming due to the increase in greenhouse gases. This study aims to determine the amount and mapping of carbon emissions, especially carbon dioxide gas (CO2) on the main road in Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, which was carried out using the number of vehicles, emission factors, specific energy consumption, road length and the arcGIS program. The survey was conducted using the traffic counting method at peak hours within one week. Primary data obtained, analyzed with secondary data so that the average number of vehicles per hour is obtained. The average number of vehicles will be analyzed by converting vehicle units to passenger car units (pcu). The results of the analysis will be presented in the form of a map of the distribution of emissions. The results showed that the highest emissions were on Jalan Teuku Umar with total emissions of 149,600,532,356 g CO2/hour and the lowest emissions were on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo with total emissions of 38,949,491,448 g CO2/hour. On the distribution map, the highest emission is indicated by a dark brown color and the lowest emission is indicated by a gray color.Keywords: Transportation, CO2 emissions, emission distribution map, arcGIS.

Abstract

Manual management of report cards at SMAN 6 Muaro Jambi often leads to recording errors, data loss, and limited access to real-time academic information, which hinders effective communication between schools, teachers, students, and parents. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based E-Report Card system using the Structured System Analysis and Design (SSAD) method as a structured and reliable solution to these challenges. The SSAD approach was applied through several stages, including problem identification, requirement analysis, system design using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and wireframes, followed by prototype evaluation through usability testing. The evaluation process utilized Maze as a usability testing tool to assess the system’s interface performance using the Mean Adjusted Usability Score (MAUS). The analysis results produced a system design that features structured data flow, an integrated database, and an interactive user interface prototype tailored to stakeholder needs. The usability testing results indicated the highest MAUS score for Students/Parents users (93), while Subject Teachers obtained the lowest score (67), suggesting the need for interface improvement for better task efficiency. Overall, the designed web-based E-Report Card system demonstrates the potential to overcome inefficiencies in manual report card management while enhancing accuracy, transparency, and accessibility of academic information in schools.

Abstract

The difference in learning in TK Negeri Pembina Purwantoro has various students who come from various regions outside Purwantoro, with various family backgrounds of education and work. So that the characteristics of students are also diverse. This study applies the sitrasic learning leadership program. The research method uses a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design type. The samples used were 2 classes, namely group A with 12 students and group B with 30 students. The difference test uses an independent sample t test. The results of the study showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes with the PBL learning method and student learning outcomes with the differentiated method through sitrasic.
