Abstract

The difference in learning in TK Negeri Pembina Purwantoro has various students who come from various regions outside Purwantoro, with various family backgrounds of education and work. So that the characteristics of students are also diverse. This study applies the sitrasic learning leadership program. The research method uses a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design type. The samples used were 2 classes, namely group A with 12 students and group B with 30 students. The difference test uses an independent sample t test. The results of the study showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes with the PBL learning method and student learning outcomes with the differentiated method through sitrasic.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Remaja merupakan masa transisi kompleks, ditandai oleh perubahan fisik, psikologis, sosial dan rentan terhadap pengaruh lingkungan, termasuk perilaku berisiko. Dukungan orang tua dapat mendorong aktivitas fisik remaja yang positif. Wawancara guru di SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya satu tahun terakhir terdapat 3 siswi hamil diluar nikah karena pergaulan bebas dan kurang perhatian orangtua.Tujuan : Penelitian mengetahui hubungan dukungan orang tua dalam aktifitas fisik terhadap perilaku seks bebas pada remaja di SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya tahun 2024.Metode Penelitian : Jenis kuantitatif, metode pendekatan cross sectional, populasi sebanyak 190 orang dan sampel 65 responden serta 3 orang informan.Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan dari 20 responden yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan orangtua sebagian kecil berperilaku tidak beresiko yaitu 4 responden (20.0%) dan sebagian responden beresiko ringan yaitu 9 responden (45.0%). Sedangkan pada 45 responden yang mendapatkan dukungan orangtua sebagian kecil responden tidak beresiko yaitu 13 responden (28.9%) dan sebagian besar responden berperilaku beresiko ringan yaitu 29 responden (64.4%).  Kesimpulan : Hasil p value 0.014 < 0.05 artinya ada hubungan antara dukungan orangtua dalam aktivitas fisik dengan perilaku seks pada remaja di SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya tahun 2024.Saran : Disarankan kepada orang tua dapat mendukung aktifitas fisik remaja dalam mencegah perilaku seks bebas beresiko. Kata Kunci : Aktifitas Fisik, Dukungan Orang Tua, Perilaku Beresiko, Remaja, Seks Bebas ABSTRACT Background: Adolescence is a complex transitional period, marked by physical, psychological, and social changes, and vulnerability to environmental influences, including risky behavior. Parental support can encourage positive physical activity in adolescents. Interviews with teachers at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya revealed that in the past year, three female students became pregnant out of wedlock due to promiscuity and lack of parental attention.Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support in physical activities and risky sexual behavior among adolescents at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya in 2024.Research Method: This is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 190 students, with a sample of 65 respondents and 3 informants.Research Results: It was found that of the 20 respondents who did not receive parental support, a small portion of them engaged in non-risk behavior, namely 4 respondents (20.0%), and some respondents were at low risk, namely 9 respondents (45.0%). Meanwhile, of the 45 respondents who received parental support, a small portion of them were not at risk, namely 13 respondents (28.9%), and most of the respondents engaged in low risk behavior, namely 29 respondents (64.4%).Conclusion: The p-value obtained was 0.014 < 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between parental support in physical activity and adolescent sexual behavior at SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya in 2024.Suggestion : Recommended that parents support adolescents' physical activities in order to prevent risky premarital sexual behavior Keywords: Physical Activity, Parental Support, Risky Behavior, Adolescents, Free Sex

Abstract

Codo Village, located in Malang Regency, once held a serenization program. Local PKK women pioneered this program, whose actions were realized through a movement to plant lemongrass throughout the vacant village land to avoid the spread of dengue fever in 2016. A lack of knowledge about the potential of lemongrass plants caused a decline in enthusiasm for the serenization program, marked by many broken lemongrass plants. So, the DILAN (Simple Distillation) training provides a solution to revitalize the serenization program, starting with the formation of cadres, delivery of materials related to lemongrass plants and simple extraction of essential oils using the DILAN method, introduction to e-commerce, supervision and evaluation. The result of this program is that PKK women can produce marketable products from essential lemongrass oil, such as soap, aromatherapy candles, and carbolic acid. The products produced are codo asri and can be obtained from online sales sites. This program can increase the knowledge, productivity and abilities of the population to improve the community's economic status so that the revitalization program can be successfully implemented.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga dan leverage terhadap praktik manajemen laba pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia  tahun 2019-2022 Metodologi/Pendekatan: Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 84 perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate dengan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate tahun 2019-2022 yang diperoleh berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS 26 Hasil: Secara parsial variabel kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap praktik manajemen laba dan variabel leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap praktik manajemen laba. Adapun hasil analisis secara simultan menyatakan bahwa kepemilikan keluarga dan leverage secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap praktik manajemen laba. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur mengenai teori agensi pada konteks perusahaan dengan kepemilikan keluarga di dalamnya.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The study aims toknow the effectiveness of phonetic methods in improving the English skills of elementaryschool students. Language plays a very important role in our daily lives, to communicateideas to others. Language skils are the basic ingredients for everyone to expressthemselves starting from the feelings, desires, opinions, and needs of each individual.The more language a person knows, the easier it is for him to communicate.Understanding English must be solidified to students as an international language. Thestudy was based in the thought that students should be speaking English in dailyinteractions in the school language program. Because of this, the need to learningpronunciation, vocabulary and grammar in English learning is essential for improvingstudents language skills, students should study the pronunciation, vocabulary, andgrammar as much as possible to establish good communication with other students.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the structural cerkak Cobaning Asmara which aims to describe and explain the author's worldview regarding the existence of Poerwadhie and the concept of true love contained in the cerkak Cobaning Asmara. This research is an analytical research to examine the contents of the cerkak, the author's worldview, and the concept of true love from the cerkak by using a qualitative descriptive method through a sociological approach to literature. The script used to examine the content is the Cobaning Asmara cerkak. This analysis stage starts from the reading stage, document recording, to document analysis. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data presentation, and conclusion. Data collection techniques using textual techniques (library). The results of the study show that the author's worldview in cerkak cobaning romance includes (1) the Javanese view related to oneself, (2) the Javanese view related to others, (3) the concept of true love. The results of this study are structural in the cerkak cobaning romance, namely: Theme, this cerkak takes the theme of the struggle of a Titinastiti and Poewardhie in going through various trials in their relationship to the point of being together following their love and ideals. Characters and characterizations, the main character in this novel is Poewardhie, and the characterizations are described physically and physically. Setting, this story takes place in Yogyakarta. The plot used is mixed, but it is more advanced with a third-person omniscient point of view. This cerkak mandate is to be diligent and serious in dealing with life, not to give up and be determined to do something.

Abstract

Mochi Sukabumi is a specialty food that has developed into one of the local culinary icons and has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage (WBTB) by the West Java Provincial Government in 2022. As a glutinous rice-based product with a relatively short shelf life, mochi Sukabumi requires effective and efficient supply chain management to maintain quality and meet consumer demand. This study aims to analyze the supply chain of Mochi Ahmad Yani, one of the pioneers of mochi in Sukabumi, with a focus on the management of raw materials, production, distribution and sales. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business actors involved in the supply chain, namely suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. This study used the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method to analyze the logistics cost structure. The results show that procurement and material handling activities have the largest proportion of costs in the mochi supply chain, especially at the producer tier. The dominant cost structure in procurement is due to the need for quality raw materials to maintain product standards, while material handling costs are greater in distributors and retailers due to the handling of products directly related to end consumers. With an in-depth understanding of the logistics cost structure, Mochi Ahmad Yani is expected to formulate a more efficient supply chain strategy to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tourism has undergone a significant digital transformation with the rise of social media technology. Digital storytelling has emerged as an effective marketing strategy to attract tourists, particularly Generation Z, who are more responsive to visually driven and interactive narratives. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital storytelling on social media on Generation Z’s visit intention to tourist destinations in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method and purposive sampling technique to collect data from 100 respondents who actively use social media. Inferential statistical analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, along with classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The findings reveal that digital storytelling elements related to visualization and audience engagement significantly influence visit intention. However, not all aspects of storytelling have a direct impact on tourists’ decisions. The implications of this study highlight the importance of using authentic and interactive storytelling to enhance the appeal of tourist destinations. This research provides valuable insights for tourism marketers in designing more effective digital content strategies to attract Generation Z tourists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara lebih mendalam mengenai pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior PT. Putra Perkasa Genetika. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dengan 70 responden. Hasil uji parsial dan simultan menghasilkan menunjukkan Kepuasan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Selanjutnya, hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan 56,9% Kepuasan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di PT. Putra Perkasa Genetika, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,1% dapat dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain yang diluar model.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, led by platforms like Tokopedia, has transformed consumer behavior while also raising serious data privacy concerns. The 2020 Tokopedia data breach, involving 91 million user records leaked on the dark web, highlighted the vulnerability of personal data and risks such as identity theft and online fraud. This study investigates the impact of privacy breaches on Tokopedia users’ purchasing decisions in Jambi City using a quantitative approach grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The study examines the influence of perceived data security, risk perception, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on purchase intention and actual buying behavior. Data were collected from 240 respondents through a questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. Findings reveal that perceived data security has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, while risk perception has a significant negative effect. However, attitude and subjective norms show no significant impact on purchase intention, and behavioral intention does not significantly affect actual purchasing behavior. These results suggest that after a privacy breach, consumers prioritize data security over social or personal factors. E-commerce platforms must enhance data protection and maintain transparent communication to rebuild and retain consumer trust.
