Abstract

Learning Islamic religious education can not be separated from the results of learning or assessment. The assessment of Islamic religious education subjects did not describe students' attitudes. This study aims to assess attitudes toward Islamic religious education in elementary schools. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data are from 19th-grade and 5th-grade students.Meanwhile, secondary data includes principals, teachers, parents, and classmates. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data will be processed using inductive qualitative analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The study results reveal that Islamic religious education is less successful because parents still view that schools only carry out the task of educating children. Parental attention to children is only in the form of fulfilling material needs such as clothing, food, and board needs. At the same time, the problem of moral formation and development is left entirely to the school. In addition, because it underestimates the existence of Islamic religious education lessons, it is a lesson that is not too important and easy to learn without having to think.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya suara pendidik dalam gerakan kesetaraan dan keberagaman, khususnya terkait pendidikan inklusi anak usia dini. Meskipun pendidikan inklusi semakin diterima secara luas, kontribusi dan pengalaman pendidik mengenai praktik terbaik dan tantangan yang dihadapi seringkali diabaikan. Melalui pendekatan fenomenologi dan metode kualitatif,  tujuan penelitian berskala kecil ini mengeksplorasi pemahaman dan pengalaman lima pendidik anak usia dini tentang pendidikan inklusi di lima taman kanak-kanak di Jawa Timur. Analisis tematik data penelitian menggarisbawahi inklusi sebagai hak untuk diterima dan berpartisipasi penuh; kebutuhan untuk modifikasi guna mewujudkan budaya penerimaan, keberagaman, dan inklusi; kurangnya dukungan dan pengembangan profesional yang tidak memadai; serta pentingnya dukungan praktik yang efektif melalui hubungan dengan keluarga, para ahli, dan anak-anak. Temuan penelitian ini menyoroti implikasi pentingnya pengembangan profesional berbasis bukti yang lebih berfokus pada kebutuhan sehari-hari pendidik anak usia dini.

Abstract

The Government has promulgated Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions as first amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and amended again by Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions; and The government has also made derivative regulations in the form of Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions. Currently, the Government through the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has also granted permission to agencies or legal entities authorized as Electronic Certification Providers (PSrE) that provide electronic certificate and electronic signature services. However, the fact is that today people still rarely or do not know how to use electronic signatures or electronic transactions in every agreement. Often people also do not know about the difference between electronic signatures or signature scans. People today also still doubt the legal consequences and legal risks that occur if electronic transactions and/or electronic documents are signed through electronic signatures. With the existing facilities and infrastructure made by the current government, people should be able to use electronic signatures in electronic transactions, both in buying and selling transactions, accounts receivable or the implementation of other agreements that are often carried out in the community. Therefore, this study aims to discuss and elaborate the implementation of provisions regarding the use of Electronic Signatures in electronic transactions and electronic contracts and also to provide an understanding of legal protection to facilitate and convince the public to be able to carry out transactions and agreements electronically.

Abstract

The government continues to strive to optimize the value of SOEs through cooperation between SOEs or with partners. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the legal provisions of cooperation in the establishment of joint venture companies from several SOEs, and to find out the principles and principles of implementing cooperation through the establishment of joint venture companies. This research uses a qualitative prescriptive approach with a Juridical-Normative type of research. The data sources used are secondary data obtained through primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data retrieval techniques use literature studies and document studies. The data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of this study found that between SOEs in accordance with the Minister of SOEs Number Per-07 / MBU / 04/2021 concerning Guidelines for Cooperation in State-Owned Enterprises can carry out cooperation through the formation of joint venture companies such as PT Karya Logistik Nusantara (KLN) which is a joint venture company of six SOEs. The implementation of cooperation in the form of establishing joint venture companies between SOEs is based on the principles of transparency, independence, accountability, responsibility, expediency, and fairness, and in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations while the principle adopted is that cooperation is carried out indefinitely by prioritizing synergy between SOEs, between SOE subsidiaries, between BUMN affiliated companies and / or with Investment Management Institutions through direct appointment or direct cooperation by comparing at least two SOEs, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies of SOEs.

Abstract

Stablecoins have emerged as an innovation in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, offering the desired stability of value while maintaining the decentralized characteristics of blockchain technology. One such example is the stablecoin IDK, which claims to provide stable value and wide usage in Indonesia. However, the development of these stablecoins raises important questions about their legality within the Indonesian legal framework. This article aims to analyze the legality of the IDK stablecoin from an Indonesian legal perspective, focusing on regulatory aspects, legal validity, consumer protection and its potential impact on the country's monetary and financial system. This research uses a normative legal analysis method by referring to relevant legislation, the views of financial authorities, and existing legal principles. First, this article will examine the existing regulatory framework in Indonesia regarding cryptocurrencies and digital assets, and its relevance to the IDK stablecoin. Second, we will discuss the legal validity of the IDK stablecoin from a contractual and currency perspective, as well as whether this is in accordance with applicable legal principles. Finally, this article will analyze the potential impact of the use of the IDK stablecoin on the Indonesian monetary and financial system, including implications for monetary policy, financial stability and consumer protection. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of whether the IDK stablecoin complies with Indonesian law. The implications of this analysis can provide guidance for regulators, industry players and other related parties in dealing with legal issues that arise along with the development of financial technology. As such, this article can become a foundation for further discussion on stablecoin regulation in the context of Indonesian law.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the husband and wife partnership pattern due to the wife's role as a member of the Regional Parliament (DPRD) from the mubādalah (reciprocity) perspective. The qualitative descriptive approach was adopted and data were collected through interviews and documentation of 6 female respondents of the DPRD members in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, while the parameters used to examine the husband and wife partnership pattern included division of domestic work, family financial support, and decision-making processes. The result showed an increase in the impact of the partnership pattern on household harmony, which was assessed using the interpersonal communication theory of Joseph A. Devito and Kyai Faqih's mubādalah theory. Furthermore, the division of domestic work among wives as DPRD members could be categorized into two groups. The first was the shared responsibility between husband and wife, while the second was the exclusive responsibility assigned to the wife without the involvement of the husband. In terms of financial support, some wives relied solely on their husbands, while others shared the responsibility. All respondents used the family deliberation approach for decision-making and they agreed on the importance of building a good partnership based on the mubādalah principles between husband and wife. Mubādalah principle consisted of partnership, cooperation, reciprocity, and mutual understanding, which aimed to maintain household harmony.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of project-based learning (PJBL) at SMPN 2 Solokanjeruk. The techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting a survey of the school concerned to obtain information, data collection, and documentation as evidence in carrying out this research. The results of this study indicate that the application of project-based learning (PJBL) at SMPN 2 Solokanjeruk is optimal because it can develop students' creativity and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang produk halal menjadi perhatian bagi kalangan pengusaha maupun wirausaha,Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara pendampingan PPH (Proses Produk Halal) merupakan seseorang yang bertugas untuk mendampingi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil dalam memenuhi persyaratan pernyataan kehalalan produk. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 20 Tahun 2021 tentang Sertifikasi Halal bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil, pendampingan PPH dilakukan oleh organisasi kemasyarakatan Islam atau lembaga keagamaan Islam yang berbadan hukum dan/atau perguruan tinggi. Self Declare adalah pernyataan status halal produk usaha mikro dan kecil oleh pelaku usaha itu sendiri. Self Declare itu sendiri tidak serta merta pelaku usaha dapat menyatakan produknya halal, namun tetap ada mekanisme yang mengaturnya. Self declare wajib memenuhi syarat tertentu, antara lain harus ada pendampingan oleh pendamping Proses Produk Halal (PPH) yang terdaftar serta proses penetapan halal oleh Komisi Fatwa MUI. Adapun Jalur sertifikasi halal dengan Self Declare bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil harus berdasarkan beberapa kriteria Halal (JPH) merupakan sebuah langkah maju bagi Indonesia yang didominasi oleh penduduk beragama Islam. Tujuan Dan Manfaat Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah Memberikan penyuluhan dan pemahaman Bagi Pelaku Usaha (UMK) terkait Pemberlakuan Undang-Undang No 33 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jaminan Produk Halal serta adanya Undang-Undang tentang seluruh produk yang beredar di Indonesia wajib sertifikasi Halal. Memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha (UMK) untuk mengakses sertifikasi halal Gratis (SEHATI) melalui jalur Self Declare. Memberikan Pendampingan Bagi Pelaku Usaha (UMK) dalam mengakses akun sihalal BPJPH, mendampingi proses sertifikasi halal sampai terbitnya sertifikat Halal dari BPJPH. Dari Proses pendampingan bagi pelaku usaha selama enam bulan di wilayah Kediri mulai bulan Juli sampai Bulan desember sudah terbit sertifikat halal sebanyak 33 pelaku usaha. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah Pelaku Usaha (UMK) yang sudah terbit sertifikat halal dari BPJPH sehingga bisa meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, pangsa pasar serta menigkatkan daya saing bisnis sehingga produk UMM akan lebih diterima dipasaran, terutama dikalangan Muslim yang membutuhkan produk halal baik pasar dosmetik maupu internasional.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Kediri dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan legalitas produk melalui program kurasi. Fokus dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan mengenai legalitas usaha, seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Sertifikat Produksi Pangan – Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT), Sertifikasi Halal, dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Selain itu, pendampingan ini juga mencakup peningkatan kualitas produk dan kemasan agar dapat bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha terkait legalitas produk, serta 16 pelaku usaha berhasil memperoleh sertifikasi yang diperlukan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk lebih kompetitif dan siap menghadapi pasar nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

There was a land dispute problem in Parit Village which led to a fight over land ownership by the first party as the owner of the land certificate without being accompanied by a Statement of Relinquishment of Land Rights (SPPHT) from the second party as the previous owner. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for land registration using the SPPHT from the previous owner and the legal consequences that arise as a consequence of the absence of the SPPHT in making certificates. In this study, the research method used is juridical-normative. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study, namely by focusing on appropriate legal sources. The results of the study show that in the procedure for registering land certificates for the transfer of land rights, the SPPHT has an important position as one of the conditions that must be met by both parties. The existence of SPPHT is necessary to ensure the validity and legal certainty in making land certificates. However, if the SPPHT is not included in the process of making land certificates, it can result in the issuance of multiple certificates. This can have an impact on the existence of sanctions given to the parties involved in the problem.
