Abstract

Tulisan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi belajar anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah. Dengan adanya pemparan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi acuan guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak melalui beberapa strategi yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan sehingga semua informasi yang diperoleh berasal dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Motivasi belajar pada anak ABK tentunya akan sangat mempengaruhi performanya dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini guru harus memiliki upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi tersebut menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi anak. Ketika anak telah memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi maka harapannya anak berkebutuhan khusus mampu mencapai suatu prestasi tertentu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pemahaman terkait dengan meningkatkan kemampuan sosial ABK melalui pendidikan inklusi. Metode yang digunakan merupakan sebuah telaah deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan inklusi dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi ABK dalam menerima dan memahami perbedaan yang ada pada tiap anak. Penempatan mereka dalam kelas regular memberikan manfaat seperti citra diri yang positif, keterampilan sosial lebih baik, perilaku yang sesuai di kelas, dan prestasi akademik yang baik atau lebih tinggi. Program inklusi berdampak positif pada pengembangan kognitif dan sosial peserta didik, sehingga ABK dapat mempunyai kemampuan sosial lebih baik ketika berada di sekolah inklusi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of kyai leadership management in shaping religious culture in the digital era, focusing on the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Tosaren Village, Kediri City. The qualitative approach is descriptive, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The study results show that Kyai applies a combination of authoritative, charismatic, and democratic leadership styles in carrying out spiritual, organizational, and educational leadership functions. An authoritative, charismatic, and democratic leadership style in carrying out the functions of a spiritual, organizational, and educational leader. An authoritative leadership style will improve the discipline and attitude of the students in their daily lives. With a charismatic leadership style, a kyai can set a good example, be wise, inspire followers, and convey a meaningful message in the wider environment. With a democratic leadership style, kyai can think openly, keep up with the times, and involve related parties to collaborate and communicate to create a learning atmosphere in Islamic boarding schools. In addition, the importance of the kyai leadership style is open and adaptive, and they will be able to face challenges in the digital era. From this research, a kyai can adjust his leadership style to the development of technology and existing challenges to improve the quality of Islamic education and pesantren management and form the character of religious students.

Abstract

The flipped classroom learning strategy provides opportunities and support for students with special needs to construct knowledge, complete assignments, and learn life skills learning materials in a comfortable, independent atmosphere according to their potential and needs and through various media, including videos, books, and the internet. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the flipped classroom on improving the life skills of students with special needs. This research design is one group pre-test-post-test design. The research subjects were students with special needs at the Extraordinary High School in Surabaya. Data collection using performance tests. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon marked level test (match pairs test). The results showed that the life skills of students with special needs after implementing the flipped classroom were better than before learning with the flipped classroom. Based on the results of the analysis of research data with a significance level of 0.05, the results obtained Zh = 2.52 is greater than the Z table value of 1.96 (Zh > Zt). This means that there is an effect of the flipped classroom on the learning outcomes and life skills of special needs students.

Abstract

Religious moderation is an important issue in religious higher education in Indonesia, especially in State Islamic Religious Universities. In an effort to create an inclusive and tolerant academic environment, scientific integration is one of the strategic approaches. This article aims to analyze the role of scientific integration in strengthening religious moderation on religious campuses in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analyses related to curriculum and learning guidelines at several State Islamic Religious Universities  in Indonesia. The results showed that scientific integration at State Islamic Religious Universities has included aspects of religious moderation, although it is not always explicitly mentioned in the curriculum. Learning materials that combine general science and religious science facilitate the development of moderate attitudes among students. Some indicators of religious moderation found in the curriculum include respect for differences, acceptance of diversity, and strengthening the values of Pancasila as the basis of the state and a guide to life. This study also found that the Indonesian Qualifications Framework based curriculum can strengthen religious moderation if implemented systematically and comprehensively in academic activities, both through learning, research, and community service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola voli dengan pencapaian nilai-nilai Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) pada siswa MAN Paser Tanah Grogot, Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur untuk tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam mendukung pengembangan potensi siswa, baik dari segi fisik, sosial, maupun akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 22 mahasiswa yang diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner motivasi yang berisi 30 pernyataan dan dokumen nilai PJOK, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli berada pada kategori rendah hingga menengah, dengan skor rata-rata 50,00, sedangkan rata-rata skor PJOK 49,99. Uji korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai r = 0,108 dengan signifikansi 0,632 (> 0,05), yang berarti tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi untuk mengikuti bola voli ekstrakurikuler dengan pencapaian nilai PJOK. Dengan demikian, motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler belum berpengaruh nyata terhadap capaian belajar PJOK. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar sekolah dan guru PJOK mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa, seperti penerapan metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, menghargai partisipasi siswa, dan mengintegrasikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dengan proses pembelajaran di kelas. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi sekaligus prestasi akademik mahasiswa secara seimbang. Analysis of the Relationship Between Motivation Following Extracurricular Volleyball with the Achievement of Pjok Scores IN MAN Paser Tanah Grogot Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation to participate in volleyball extracurricular activities and the achievement of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) values in MAN Paser Tanah Grogot students, Paser Regency, East Kalimantan for the 2025/2026 school year. The background of this research departs from the importance of extracurricular activities in supporting the development of students' potential, both in terms of physical, social, and academic. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The research sample consisted of 22 students who were taken through purposive sampling techniques. Data were obtained through a motivational questionnaire containing 30 statements and documents of PJOK scores, then analyzed using Pearson's normality, homogeneity, and correlation tests. The results showed that the level of student motivation in participating in volleyball extracurriculars was in the low to medium category, with an average score of 50.00, while the average PJOK score was 49.99. The Pearson correlation test yielded a value of r = 0.108 with a significance of 0.632 (> 0.05), which means that there was no significant relationship between motivation to participate in extracurricular volleyball and the achievement of PJOK scores. Thus, students' motivation in participating in extracurricular activities has not had a real effect on PJOK's learning outcomes. This study recommends that PJOK schools and teachers develop strategies to increase student motivation, such as implementing more engaging learning methods, respecting student participation, and integrating extracurricular activities with the learning process in the classroom. This step is expected to increase motivation as well as academic achievement of students in a balanced manner.

Abstract

Stunting remains a nutritional problem among children under five in Sarirejo Village, with a prevalence of 5.56% in 2025. This community service program aimed to improve nutrition literacy and prevent stunting through the "Pelita Gizi" program, which employed creative educational approaches. The methods included nutrition education using animated videos, demonstrations of "Isi Piringku" (balanced plate), and an educational game "Susun Isi Piringku". The activity involved 12 mothers of toddlers selected through purposive sampling in RW 08 Sarirejo. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test, as well as monitoring the application of balanced nutrition practices at home. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, with average post-test scores rising from 83% to 93%. One-week monitoring also indicated positive changes in children's dietary practices. The educational media were well received and considered easier to understand than conventional counseling. The "Pelita Gizi" program proved effective in improving nutrition literacy and has the potential to be replicated as a creative community nutrition education model

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of the board of directors in a company and the potential for them to be held personally responsible for legal matters. The board is responsible for overseeing and advising the directors as per the Limited Liability Company Law. The article focuses on the board of commissioners at PT Pertamina and investigates if they have fulfilled their duties as supervisors and if the piercing the corporate veil doctrine can be applied against them. The research uses a normative juridical method and concludes that the board of commissioners at PT Pertamina have acted in accordance with the law and company articles, making them exempt from personal accountability.Keywords: Corporate Law; Board of Commissioners; Piercing The Corporate Veil.ABSTRAKDewan Komisaris dalam perusahaan berbentuk PT.,  bertugas sebagai pengawas dan memberikan nasihat kepada direksi, seperti yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of motivation given by educators in terms of entrepreneurship which will then increase the lifeskills in learners on SDNU Insan Cendekia Ngadiluwih Kediri.This research uses qualitative research method. Research strategy using phenomenological approach. This approach is perceived to understand the meaning of human events and interactions in their particular situations. Researchers take focus in grade 3 and 4 as many as 4 classes. And data collection techniques that researchers take ie from the method of interviewing and documentation. The result of the research concludes that, (1) Prophet Muhammad has a strategy in doing entrepreneurship activities in the form of honesty, maintaining trust, confidence, spirit, business that is really clean, ethical, prospect, diligent, persistent, independent, never give up, take a risk, and have egalitarian personality, (2) On applying entrepreneurship in SDNU Insan Cendekia done by learners and parents, can not be separated from educators who provide an entrepreneurship motivation. From the application of entrepreneurship, it will increase the lifeskills contained in the learner that includes personal skills and social life skills, and (3) Along with held entrepreneurship in learners. Apparently there are several advantages and disadvantages of the application of entrepreneurship. This is because this activity is still done first in this school. Then the need for an evaluation so that the future can be improved again.
