Abstract

Krisis ekologis global yang kian meluas menuntut respons sistemik dari berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam konteks keagamaan. Islam sebagai agama yang bersifat holistik memiliki prinsip-prinsip spiritual yang kuat seperti tauhid, amanah, dan khilafah yang berpotensi membentuk kesadaran ekologis. Namun, dalam struktur fiqh klasik, isu-isu lingkungan belum diakomodasi secara sistematis sebagai bagian dari kategori hukum yang berdiri sendiri. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menawarkan paradigma ekoteologis sebagai pendekatan alternatif dalam pembentukan fiqh ramah lingkungan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber literatur klasik dan kontemporer dalam bidang fiqh, tafsir, dan maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ekoteologis memungkinkan integrasi antara kesadaran spiritual dan tanggung jawab ekologis dalam formulasi hukum Islam. Prinsip-prinsip maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah dapat diperluas untuk mencakup tujuan-tujuan keberlanjutan dan keadilan ekologis. Selain itu, fiqh yang berlandaskan ekoteologi mampu memperkuat posisi Islam dalam menjawab tantangan ekologis global secara lebih kontekstual dan aplikatif. Kajian ini berkontribusi dalam membangun kerangka konseptual bagi pengembangan fiqh kontemporer yang lebih responsif terhadap persoalan lingkungan hidup. Dengan demikian, paradigma ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan metodologis dalam ijtihad hukum Islam masa kini yang berpihak pada keberlanjutan dan keseimbangan alam.

Abstract

Moderasi beragama merupakan aspek krusial dalam kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) guna membangun harmoni sosial di tengah masyarakat multikultural, khususnya pada era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan PAI dalam penguatan moderasi beragama di sekolah tingkat SMA di Lombok Timur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi dalam kurikulum, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang adaptif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membentuk sikap toleran dan inklusif peserta didik. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan kapasitas pendidik dalam mengelola media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan dalam memperkuat moderasi beragama melalui pendekatan transformatif berbasis teknologi. Abstract

Program konversi energi melalui distribusi gas elpigi 3kg bersubsidi sebagai langkah strategis pemerintah mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dan pelaku usaha mikro. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi Pasal 3 Ayat 1 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 104 Tahun 2007 dari perspektif fiqh siyasah tanfidziyah di Desa Pulung Kencana, Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi partisipatif terhadap berbagai pihak. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan belum berjalan sesuai amanat regulasi. Penyaluran gas elpiji 3kg masih didominasi oleh masyarakat kelas menengah ke atas dan ASN, sehingga kelompok rentan sulit mendapatkan akses. Faktor-faktor penyebab meliputi lemahnya sistem verifikasi identitas penerima, minimnya mekanisme pengawasan multi-level, dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku. Analisis fiqh siyasah tanfidziyah menunjukkan implementasi kebijakan bertentangan dengan prinsip keadilan distributif (al-'adalah), pelaksanaan amanah dalam pengelolaan kebijakan publik, dan orientasi kemaslahatan umat. Dampak ketidaktepatan sasaran menciptakan efek yang merugikan kelompok target dan mengurangi efektivitas program konversi energi. Hal ini mengakibatkan distribusi subsidi menjadi salah sasaran dan menimbulkan ketimpangan.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation model of the Karang Taruna program in fostering youth behavior in Midang Village, Batulayar District, West Lombok, during the 2022/2023 academic year. Karang Taruna plays a crucial role as a youth organization in guiding and shaping youth to avoid negative influences amid globalization and technological advancement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal that the program covers social, religious, educational, sports, and entrepreneurship activities, all of which contribute positively to youth character development. Supporting factors include strong community involvement, village government support, and encouragement from local leaders. Conversely, challenges arise from limited funding, inadequate facilities, and low participation of some youth. Overall, Karang Taruna in Midang Village demonstrates an effective development model that successfully guides youth toward positive, productive, and responsible behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of religious moderation values ​​in the curriculum at MTs Al-Hasan, Proppo District. Observations showed that the implementation of religious moderation is less optimal, indicated by student intolerance, poor teacher understanding, and lack of activities that support moderation education. This study aims to understand how the values ​​of religious moderation are integrated into the curriculum to form moderate and inclusive mindsets in students. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations involving the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students. The findings showed that religious moderation is implemented through an integrated curriculum, using themes that link subjects in Islamic Religious Education, to encourage students to embrace diversity and uphold their religious principles. This study emphasizes the importance of curriculum design in forming students' attitudes that respect differences and promote tolerance.

Abstract

Awal mula pendidikan di Indonesia berawal dari Sekolah Rakyat yang didirikan oleh Belanda pada masa penajahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengingat sejarah terbentuknya Sekolah Dasar yang bermula dari Sekolah Rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library reseach) dengan sumber data primer yaitu sejarah Sekolah Rakyat. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari literature baik dari buku, jurnal, website yang releva. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Sejarah terbentuknya Sekolah Rakyat tidak lepas dari politik etis da ambisi Belanda dalam meningkatkan kekayaan di Indonesia. Sekolah Rakyat didirikan oleh Belanda pada Tahun 1907 pada setiap daerah yang berhasil dikuasaai oleh Belanda. Sekolah Rakyat didirikan atas swadaya masyarakat baik dari biaya pembangunan dan juga gurunya. Pendidikan ini awalnya ditempun selama 3 tahun namun saat penjajahan diganti oleh Jepang, berubah menjadi 6 tahun. Perkembangan Sekolah Rakyat semakin pesat pada saat penjajahan Jepang sampai dengan kemerdekaan yang kemudian diganti menjadi Sekolah Dasar.  Beberapa kontribusi Sekolah Rakyat bagi pendidikan di Indonesia yaitu: membangun pendidikan di Indonesia, memberikan kesempatan bagi masyrakat untuk mempelajari ilmu umum, dan menjadi pelopor pendidikan gratis yang dikelola oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

The formation of student character is a crucial issue that requires a comprehensive solution. One promising approach is through multicultural education. Multicultural education is very important to shape the character of students regarding the importance of harmony and mutual respect in diversity. This education emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of various cultures, so that it can create attitudes of tolerance, empathy and appreciation for differences. This education is not only limited to the transfer of knowledge, but also the formation of thought patterns, attitudes and actions that are based on national values. By instilling a strong national awareness, multicultural education aims to form individual characters who not only have academic competence, but also have integrity, tolerance and a high sense of love for the country. Through a literature review, this research will explain further the role of multicultural education strategies in building student character.

Abstract

The limited research on the collaboration between traditional leaders (Blater) and religious scholars (ulama) in community development forms the background of this study, despite the significant role such cooperation plays in preserving local values and strengthening religious life, particularly in Sampang. This study aims to examine the forms, strategies, and challenges of integrating local and religious values through the collaboration between Blater and ulama in the context of community empowerment. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving 12 key informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that the collaboration between Blater and ulama actively integrates local values into religious practices, reinforces social bonds among residents, and supports community empowerment initiatives. However, several challenges persist, such as resistance from certain community members and limited human and material resources. These findings align with theories of social capital and value integration, which emphasize the importance of synergy between traditional and religious institutions in community development. The main conclusion of this study is that the collaboration between Blater and ulama serves as a key factor in uniting local and religious values to strengthen social structures and accelerate community empowerment. The study offers theoretical contributions to the discourse on socio-religious cooperation, as well as practical recommendations for local governments and stakeholders to promote sustainable and context-sensitive collaborative programs. Moreover, it opens opportunities for further exploration in other regions to better understand the dynamics of local cooperation in community empowerment contexts.

Abstract

This study is driven by the limited research on the struggles of rural women in pursuing higher education amidst the dominance of patriarchal culture, despite the significant impact of this phenomenon on improving human resource quality and promoting gender equality at the local level. The research aims to describe and analyze the motivation, family support, and social challenges faced by women in Plakpak Village, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan Regency in accessing higher education. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Ten participants were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of five women with higher education backgrounds, three parents, and two community leaders. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that women's motivation to pursue higher education is driven by spiritual and moral values, such as the desire to gain knowledge, elevate family dignity, and challenge gender stereotypes. Parental support, particularly from mothers and fathers, emerged as a key factor in overcoming the constraints of patriarchal norms. However, community responses remain mixed, with both support and resistance toward women's roles in higher education. The study concludes that higher education enhances women's social status but has not yet fully eliminated gender disparities due to the persistent strength of patriarchal values. The implications highlight the importance of synergy between education, family, and community in fostering gender equality in alignment with the principles of justice in Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to correlate the character of Khulfaurrasyidin with the Tengka education in Madura. This research uses the Library Research research method, namely a research method in which information is obtained by referring to books, journals, articles, newspapers, history books and so on. The results of this research state that firstly, the caliph Abu Bakar and his correlation to Tengka's education is his honest character in accordance with the caliph's nickname, namely "As-Shiddiq", secondly, the caliph Umar bin Khattab and his correlation to Tengka's education is his tough and firm character in fighting for the truth. in Islam, the three caliphs Ustman bin Affan and the correlation with Tengka's education are zun-nurain (two lights) because he married 2 daughters of the Prophet, the fourth caliph Ali bin Abi Talib and the correlation with Tengka's education is Babul 'Ilm (door of knowledge) which is related with Tengka education, Madurese people always prioritize science in all aspects.
