The Influence of Online Service System-Based Institution Management on The Quality of Learning Process and Academic Achievement. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the management of online service system -based institutions on the quality of the learning process and academic achievement., Methods: This research is a quantitative research. The sample used was nine junior high schools in the city of Mataram. Data analysis using path analysis., Findings: The results show that the education costs of several independent variables have a positive and significant influence between variables because the value (Cr) is greater than 2 and an insignificant effect occurs between variables because the value (Cr) is smaller From 2. The quality of the learning process both directly and indirectly has a positive and significant influence on academic achievement in junior high schools., Conclusions: The results show that the efficiency of the management of online service system -based institutions on the quality of the learning process and academic achievement in junior high schools throughout the city Mataram has a significant and insignificant influence on several variables indicator management of online service system -based institutions. Regional economic growth is one indicator of the success of a region's development. South Aceh Regency shows a positive economic growth rate, reflected in the increase in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type to identify potential economic sectors in South Aceh Regency. The analysis methods used include Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, and Klassen Typology. Location Quotient is used to assess the relative advantages of economic sectors, Shift Share to identify sector contributions to growth, and Klassen Typology to classify sectors based on their characteristics. The results of the analysis show six leading base sectors: agriculture, forestry, and fisheries (LQ = 1.48); manufacturing industry (LQ = 2.22); government administration (LQ = 1.29); education (LQ = 1.29); health and social (LQ = 1.35); and construction (LQ = 1.10). Interpretation of these findings highlights the importance of the manufacturing industry sector, which has the highest LQ, as well as the strategic role of the government administration sector, even though it is not oriented towards the production of goods. To encourage sustainable economic development, several policy directions are suggested, such as the downstreaming of leading sectors, strengthening public services, improving human resources, and developing supporting infrastructure. With this strategy, leading sectors will not only become the current economic drivers but also the pillars of long-term economic transformation in South Aceh.

Understanding and applying democratic values is one part of overcoming intolerant and discriminatory attitudes among students. The proposed solutions include strengthening extracurricular programs, active learning in the classroom, student participation in decision-making, integration of moral values in the curriculum, and regular program evaluation. This research examines the process of fostering democratic values for students at school. This study is a case study with a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through interviews with 16 Civics teachers and 16 students and then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that fostering democratic values was not only carried out through extracurricular activities or learning in the classroom. But it is also organized with a co-curricular activity approach integrated into the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This includes simulating elections, changing the Osis chairperson, and distributing roles in class, such as class leader. In addition, the process of fostering democratic values also involves extracurricular activities such as Paskibra, PASCAL, Scouts, sports (such as futsal), debates, theatre, the annual â€˜Realistig' event, dance studio, Rohis, law ambassador forum, spiritual activities (tahfidz), PIK-R, and PMR.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap ilmu bharung sebagai tranmisi ilmu tengka, Penelitian ini berangkat dari antusias masyarakat dalam menjujung tinggi ilmu tengka, dan paradigma masyarakat yang berkeyakinan bahwa Ilmu tengka merupakan yang tidak ada teorinya dan hanya bisa dipraktikkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena menggunakan manusia sebagai intrumen untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis studi kasus yang bertempat di kecamatan Karangpenang Kabupaten Sampang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis komperatif antara praktik sosial dan Pendidikan islam melalui kaidah fiqih. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa Bharung menjadi tempat yang multi fungsi, seperti sarana untuk jual beli untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan berinteraksi sosial sekalipun berpotensi adanya ghibah tetapi juga menjadi sarana untuk menggali informasi dan pembelajaran ilmu tengka Kata Kunci: Elmoh Bharung, Tranmisi, Ilmu Tengka dan Pendidikan Islam

The Islamic view is the most important thing in all aspects of Madurese society's life, the Islamic conception of aspects of Madurese society's life will give birth to many positive values, especially in building a culture of religion. This study aims to determine the views of Syed Naquib Al-Attas in viewing life or reality, which will later be associated with religious patterns in Madura. This research uses a library research method with primary data sources that focus on Islamic concepts in social life. Primary data sources were obtained from literature, including books, journals, websites that were relevant and in accordance with the study in this research. The results of this study indicate that the concept of Islamic world view of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas leads to two aspects of religious tradition patterns in Madura: 1) can improve ukhwah: a) Ukhwah islamiyah which consists of religious patterns of moloden, tahlilan, molodhen. b) Ukhwah basyariah which is formed in the tradition pattern of theater with neighbors. c) Ukhwah Wathaniyah which is formed in the culture pattern of nyapot, alabet and urunan. 2) Sharia, which is formed in the tradition of requiring a child to study the Koran at the langghar.

Robo advisor is a technology that can assist investors in managing their portfolios. In the context of Islamic finance, transactions and business relationships must ensure compliance with Sharia principles in order to preserve wealth and meet needs. The use of robo advisors in this context has not been extensively researched. This study aims to determine the use of robo advisors in Islamic wealth management. The research method used is literature review with a normative approach and descriptive-analytical analysis. The data used are from literature on the use of robo advisors and Islamic wealth management in Indonesia over the past five years. Based on the workings of robo advisors, various benefits and limitations are found in their use. The conclusion of the analysis of maṣlaḥah (public interest), functionality, and the urgency of using robo advisors shows that their use in Islamic wealth management can be considered permissible as a means for retail investors and beginners to safeguard wealth (ḥifẓ al-mâl) by applying filters for Sharia-compliant investment instruments and adhering to prohibitions on riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), maysir (gambling), and haram (forbidden). The research recommendation is to conduct further research on the technical aspects and algorithms used by robo advisors in selecting Sharia-compliant investment instruments, and a sound framework of supervision and regulation is needed to ensure the compliance of robo advisors with Sharia principles and the protection of investors' interests.

This article examines maá¹£lahah mulgah as an alternative method of establishing progressive law, in resolving contemporary legal cases in Indonesia. The problem is that maá¹£lahah mulgah has so far been underestimated in the ushul fiqh method. The research approach used is qualitative, with a literature study on the application of maslahah mulgah, rules or norms in Islamic law. Meanwhile, the analysis techniques used are qualitative content analysis and holistic interpretation. The results of the discussion show that Maá¹£lahah mulgah can be applied to contemporary legal problems that continue to occur in various aspects by considering the dimensions of the spirit of shari'ah, maqaá¹£id al-syari'ah, maá¹£lahah al-'ammah, and tagayyur al-azminah da al-amkinah, especially on legal problems that fima la naá¹£á¹£a fih, and sukut al-Syari 'an syar'iyyah al-'amal ma'a qiyam al-ma'na al-muqtaá¸a lah. Abstract: This research is motivated by the large number of early marriages that occur in Panaguan Village, Larangan Pamekasan, most of which have an impact on their education and psychological aspects. This research aim to find out; first, the phenomenon and the relation among of them. Second, the implication of early marriage on education and the psychological aspects of the child. This research uses the phenomenology qualitative methods. The results showed that: First, there are 3 phenomena of early marriage in Panaguan Village, Larangan Pamekasan, including : 1) traditional, 2) pragmatic, and 3), structural. The structural phenomena becomes the dominan aspect. Second, the implication of early marriage is hindering formal education of the child, and feel anxiety, stress, and double burden for the women. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya pernikahan dini yang terjadi di Desa Panaguan Kecamatan Larangan Pamekasan yang berdampak pada pendidikan dan aspek psikologis mereka. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : Pertama, Untuk mengetahui relasi fenomena dalam pernikahan dini dan menentukan fenomena yang bersifat dominan. Kedua, implikasi pernikahan dini terhadap pendidikan dan psikologi anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat 3 fenomena pernikahan dini yang berkaitan satu sama lainnya, meliputi : 1) fenomena tradisional, 2) Fenomena pragmatikal, dan 3) Fenomena structural. fenomena struktual menjadi factor dominan diantara dua fenomena lainnya. Kedua, implikasi dari pernikahan dini yaitu putusnya pendidikan formal anak dan secara psikologis mereka mengalami kecemasan, stress, dan beban ganda bagi wanita.

Islamophobia is a global issue, leading to discrimination, violence, and hatred against Muslims in the Netherlands. In response to this, the Special Branch of Nahdlatul Ulama of the Netherlands (PCINU of the Netherlands) is among the Indonesian diaspora campaigning for the moderation of “Islam Nusantara” through multi-track diplomacy fiqh, a holistic approach emphasizing interdependence in politics, economics, and socio-culture. This paper discusses the multi-track diplomacy fiqh of PCINU of the Netherlands in fighting against Islamophobia in the country. As a non-governmental socio-religious organization, PCINU of Netherlands play a role and strategy in assisting the diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in spreading the “Islam Nusantara” idea to counter Islamophobia. This article is based on empirical research with fiqh al-siyāsah and maqāṣid al-sharī’ah analysis. This study finds that, in countering Islamophobia, PCINU of the Netherlands uses a multi-track diplomacy strategy that successfully spreads friendly, anti-terror, tolerant and moderate Islam. Even though PCINU has not fully employed all Multi-track fields, it has successfully encountered islamophobia and promoted peaceful Islam through Islam Nusantara.Keywords: multi-track Diplomacy Fiqh; Moderation; Islamophobia; Islam Nusantara; world peace AbstrakIslamofobia menjadi isu global yang menimbulkan diskriminasi, kekerasan, dan kebencian terhadap Muslim, termasuk di Belanda. Dalam merespons hal ini, Pengurus Cabang Istimewa Nahdlatul Ulama Belanda (PCINU Belanda) sebagai diaspora Indonesia mengampanyekan moderasi Islam Nusantara melalui fikih diplomasi multitrack. Tulisan ini mendalami strategi fikih diplomasi PCINU Belanda dalam memerangi Islamofobia di Belanda. Sebagai organisasi sosial keagamaan non pemerintah, PCINU Belanda memiliki peran dan strategi dalam membantu diplomasi Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia dalam menebarkan moderasi “Islam Nusantara” merespons Islamofobia. Studi ini adalah penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan fikih siyasah dan maqāṣid al-sharī’ah. Dalam merespons Islamofobia, PCINU Belanda menggunakan strategi diplomasi multitrack yang berhasil menebarkan Islam yang ramah, anti teror, toleran, dan moderat. Meskipun PCINU belum sepenuhnya menggunakan semua bidang multitrack, namun berhasil menghadapi islamofobia dan mempromosikan Islam yang damai melalui Islam Nusantara.Kata Kunci: multi-track diplomacy; moderasi; islamfobia; Islam Nusantara; perdamaian dunia

The actualization of an Islamic-based curriculum in Negeri Serambi Mecca can be understood as an effort to integrate Islamic teachings into all aspects of education in Aceh. Aceh as one of the regions in Indonesia has a long history as the center of Islamic civilization in the archipelago. Therefore, efforts to develop Islamic-based education in Aceh can be seen as an effort to strengthen Aceh's Islamic identity and develop the quality of education in this area. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the Islamic curriculum in Aceh has not yet received a real picture of how the teaching and learning process and evaluation in the Islamic curriculum are implemented and desired by the education office. In general, there are several main reasons why the Aceh curriculum is not implemented until 2022, including namely; (a) there is no systematic socialization of the contents of the Aceh curriculum (Islamic curriculum), (b) there is no specific guidebook for the implementation of the Aceh curriculum, both in terms of content, methods and implementation strategies, (c) there are no pilot schools for implementing the curriculum Aceh (pilot project), and (d) there are no Aceh curriculum learning tools yet.
