Abstract

This study aims to develop ILAU Digital Based on Android in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education materials in Madrasah Aliah. This type of research is included in Research and Development (R&D) with development stages such as define, design, develop and disseminate. Data collection techniques used in this study are expert validation, response questionnaires, and written tests. Validity data analysis using Aiken’s V and Percentage of Agreement. Analysis of increased learning outcomes using the N-Gain test. Taking data on learning outcomes based on the Nonequivalent Control Group design so that there are experimental and control classes. The results of expert validator assessment show that the research instrument and products developed are included in the very valid category. Students and teachers give very good responses to the use of products. Ilau Digital based on Android is practically used in learning. Meanwhile, the results of the effectiveness test show that Android -based digital ilau products can improve student learning outcomes and affect student learning outcomes. The increase that occurred after the use of the product was 82% and included in the effective category. The conclusion of this study is that the development of Android -based digital ilau can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the understanding of basic concepts of Natural Sciences in prospective elementary school teachers by paying attention to gender differences. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data is obtained through assessing the average score in four main materials: work and energy, moments of force and simple planes, ecosystems, and substances and their changes. The number of respondents in this study was 51 prospective elementary school teachers, consisting of 8 male and 43 female. The instrument used in this research is a multiple choice test. The research results show that there are significant variations between male and female teacher candidates. Male teacher candidates excel in material on work and energy as well as substances and their changes, while female teacher candidates show better performance in material on moments of force and simple planes and ecosystems.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba pada anak menjadi permasalahan yang semakin meresahkan, sehingga perlu diteliti untuk dapat mengetahui dampak dari penyalahgunaan narkoba terhadap anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui faktor dan dampak penyebab anak mengkomsumsi narkoba yang berpengaruh bagi perkembangan moral anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi penyebab anak menggunakan narkoba yaitu pengaruh pergaulan, rasa penasaran dan ingin mencoba, pengaruh lingkungan sekitar remaja yang menggunankan narkoba, pengaruh lingkungan sekitar yang sering menggunakan narkoba, dan kurang perhatian dari orang tua. Adapun dampak narkoba terhadap perkembangan moral anak adalah anak mendapat stigma negatif akibatnya anak diintimidasi dan dikucilkan dari lingkungan, merusak disiplin dan motivasi anak, prestasi anak menurun, dan berdampak terhadap moral anak seperti sering berbohong, bersikap kasar, berperilaku jahat sehingga membuat orang sekitar terganggu. Sehingga disimpulkan dampak dari narkoba sangat memberikan efek negatif kepada anak yang menyalahgunakannya.

Abstract

The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Teacher’s Organizational Citizenship Behavior at MTsN 1 Mataram City. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers at MTsN 1 Mataram City. Methods: This research was conducted at MTsN 1 Mataram City teachers as many as 62 people. The sampling technique is popular. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression and t-test. Self-efficacy indicators consist of magnitude, generality, and strength. Indicators of Organizational Citizenship Behavior are Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy, and Civic Virtue. Findings: The results of the simple regression test showed that the significance value was less than 0.05. The results of the t-test also show that the t-count value of 3.830 is greater than the t-count value of 1.685. Conclusion: This indicates that there is a significant influence between self-efficacy and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers at MTsN 1 Mataram City. Keywords: self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v12.i3.202227

Abstract

The Influence of Online Service System-Based Institution Management on The Quality of Learning Process and Academic Achievement. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the management of online service system -based institutions on the quality of the learning process and academic achievement., Methods: This research is a quantitative research. The sample used was nine junior high schools in the city of Mataram. Data analysis using path analysis., Findings: The results show that the education costs of several independent variables have a positive and significant influence between variables because the value (Cr) is greater than 2 and an insignificant effect occurs between variables because the value (Cr) is smaller From 2. Abstract

Regional economic growth is one indicator of the success of a region's development. South Aceh Regency shows a positive economic growth rate, reflected in the increase in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type to identify potential economic sectors in South Aceh Regency. The analysis methods used include Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, and Klassen Typology. Location Quotient is used to assess the relative advantages of economic sectors, Shift Share to identify sector contributions to growth, and Klassen Typology to classify sectors based on their characteristics. The results of the analysis show six leading base sectors: agriculture, forestry, and fisheries (LQ = 1.48); manufacturing industry (LQ = 2.22); government administration (LQ = 1.29); education (LQ = 1.29); health and social (LQ = 1.35); and construction (LQ = 1.10). Interpretation of these findings highlights the importance of the manufacturing industry sector, which has the highest LQ, as well as the strategic role of the government administration sector, even though it is not oriented towards the production of goods. To encourage sustainable economic development, several policy directions are suggested, such as the downstreaming of leading sectors, strengthening public services, improving human resources, and developing supporting infrastructure. With this strategy, leading sectors will not only become the current economic drivers but also the pillars of long-term economic transformation in South Aceh.

Abstract

Understanding and applying democratic values is one part of overcoming intolerant and discriminatory attitudes among students. The proposed solutions include strengthening extracurricular programs, active learning in the classroom, student participation in decision-making, integration of moral values in the curriculum, and regular program evaluation. This research examines the process of fostering democratic values for students at school. This study is a case study with a qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through interviews with 16 Civics teachers and 16 students and then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that fostering democratic values was not only carried out through extracurricular activities or learning in the classroom. But it is also organized with a co-curricular activity approach integrated into the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This includes simulating elections, changing the Osis chairperson, and distributing roles in class, such as class leader. In addition, the process of fostering democratic values also involves extracurricular activities such as Paskibra, PASCAL, Scouts, sports (such as futsal), debates, theatre, the annual ‘Realistig' event, dance studio, Rohis, law ambassador forum, spiritual activities (tahfidz), PIK-R, and PMR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap ilmu bharung sebagai tranmisi ilmu tengka, Penelitian ini berangkat dari antusias masyarakat dalam menjujung tinggi ilmu tengka, dan paradigma masyarakat yang berkeyakinan bahwa Ilmu tengka merupakan yang tidak ada teorinya dan hanya bisa dipraktikkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena menggunakan manusia sebagai intrumen untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis studi kasus yang bertempat di kecamatan Karangpenang Kabupaten Sampang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis komperatif antara praktik sosial dan Pendidikan islam melalui kaidah fiqih. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa Bharung menjadi tempat yang multi fungsi, seperti sarana untuk jual beli untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan berinteraksi sosial sekalipun berpotensi adanya ghibah tetapi juga menjadi sarana untuk menggali informasi dan pembelajaran ilmu tengka Kata Kunci: Elmoh Bharung, Tranmisi, Ilmu Tengka dan Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

The Islamic view is the most important thing in all aspects of Madurese society's life, the Islamic conception of aspects of Madurese society's life will give birth to many positive values, especially in building a culture of religion. This study aims to determine the views of Syed Naquib Al-Attas in viewing life or reality, which will later be associated with religious patterns in Madura. This research uses a library research method with primary data sources that focus on Islamic concepts in social life. Primary data sources were obtained from literature, including books, journals, websites that were relevant and in accordance with the study in this research. The results of this study indicate that the concept of Islamic world view of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas leads to two aspects of religious tradition patterns in Madura: 1) can improve ukhwah: a) Ukhwah islamiyah which consists of religious patterns of moloden, tahlilan, molodhen. b) Ukhwah basyariah which is formed in the tradition pattern of theater with neighbors. c) Ukhwah Wathaniyah which is formed in the culture pattern of nyapot, alabet and urunan. 2) Sharia, which is formed in the tradition of requiring a child to study the Koran at the langghar.

Abstract

Robo advisor is a technology that can assist investors in managing their portfolios. In the context of Islamic finance, transactions and business relationships must ensure compliance with Sharia principles in order to preserve wealth and meet needs. The use of robo advisors in this context has not been extensively researched. This study aims to determine the use of robo advisors in Islamic wealth management. The research method used is literature review with a normative approach and descriptive-analytical analysis. The data used are from literature on the use of robo advisors and Islamic wealth management in Indonesia over the past five years. Based on the workings of robo advisors, various benefits and limitations are found in their use. The conclusion of the analysis of maṣlaḥah (public interest), functionality, and the urgency of using robo advisors shows that their use in Islamic wealth management can be considered permissible as a means for retail investors and beginners to safeguard wealth (ḥifẓ al-mâl) by applying filters for Sharia-compliant investment instruments and adhering to prohibitions on riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), maysir (gambling), and haram (forbidden). The research recommendation is to conduct further research on the technical aspects and algorithms used by robo advisors in selecting Sharia-compliant investment instruments, and a sound framework of supervision and regulation is needed to ensure the compliance of robo advisors with Sharia principles and the protection of investors' interests.
