Abstract

Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa adalah ketentuan tentang jenis dan mutu pelayanan yang merupakan urusan desa yang berhak diperoleh setiap masyarakat desa secara minimal. Desa Wates masih banyak masalah yang menghambat penyelenggaraan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa secara optimal. Beberapa masalah tersebut antara lain adalah keterbatasan, informasi, anggaran, sarana, dan prasarana desa. Pelayanan publik memiliki peran penting dalam administrasi pemerintahan dan tata kelola yang baik. Hal ini terkait dengan implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa. Kepala Desa, sebagai pelaksana Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa, memiliki tanggung jawab utama dalam memastikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan. Rumusan Masalah : 1) Bagaimana Peran Kepala Desa  Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Pasal 14(a) Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa Prespektif Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyah? 2)Bagaimana pandangan Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyah terhadap Peran Kepala Desa  Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Pasal 14(a) Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa Prespektif Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyah? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu data yang diambil secara langsung, dan data sekuder diambil dari Buku, Skripsi,Tesis, Disertasi, Jurnal, Berita atau artikel Online. Hasil Penelitian ini Kepala Desa Wates telah melaksanan Pasal 14(a) Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa dengan menyediakan kemudahan pelayanan administrasi untuk semua warga yang dapat diakses secara online maupun offline, dan memperbaiki dan merawat fasiltias yang ada di desa yaitu fasilitas Kesehatan, Fasilitias Digital, Serta Fasilitas umum desa lainnya. Kepala Desa Wates dalam pemenuhannya sejalan dengan tugas kepemimpinan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip siyasah tanfidziyah dengan memberi petunjuk dengan benar, menjalankan keadilan, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat desa yang dipimpinnya, sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.        Kata Kunci  : Kepala Desa, Standar Pelayanan Minimal Desa, Siyasah Tanfidziyah

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peranan penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan pemahaman keagamaan siswa. Namun, tantangan global dan domestik yang berkaitan dengan radikalisasi ideologi mengharuskan adanya upaya preventif dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya penguatan kurikulum PAI berbasis moderasi beragama sebagai strategi efektif dalam mencegah penyebaran paham radikal. Dengan pendekatan moderasi beragama, kurikulum PAI diharapkan dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi, saling menghargai, dan pemahaman yang seimbang terhadap ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip moderasi yang perlu diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Melalui analisis literatur dan studi kasus, artikel ini menawarkan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih inklusif dan responsif terhadap isu-isu radikal, guna menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman dan harmonis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas integrasi Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dengan Kurikulum Pesantren di Universitas Ibrahimy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana pendekatan MBKM dapat diintegrasikan dengan kurikulum pesantren untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan mahasiswa dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap implementasi kurikulum di lingkungan universitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang strategi integrasi kurikulum PAI berbasis MBKM dengan kurikulum pesantren, serta untuk mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter dan peningkatan kompetensi keagamaan mahasiswa di Universitas Ibrahimy. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan pendidikan agama Islam di perguruan tinggi, dengan fokus pada penggabungan pendekatan modern dan tradisional dalam pembelajaran keagamaan.

Abstract

The Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) is a regional work unit and has a legal status that is not separate from the regional government. BLUD is formed to provide services to the community in the form of providing goods and services that are sold without prioritizing seeking profit.The population to be studied in this study is the Total Revenue of BLUDs until 2021 (during the COVID-19 pandemic). Annual BLUD income which describes its ability to cover operational expenditures for one year so that the hospital's financial independence can be seen clearly. The sample of this study uses data from the Langsa Hospital BLUD Revenue report for the period January 2019 to June 2021.GPM has a positive and significant effect on financial independence. The positive coefficient means that if the GPM increases, financial independence during the Covid-19 BLU of the Langsa Regional General Hospital will also increase. NPM has a positive and insignificant effect on financial independence. A negative coefficient means that if the NPM increases, financial independence during the Covid-19 BLU of the Langsa Regional General Hospital will decrease, and vice versa. ROI has a positive and significant effect on financial independence, a positive coefficient means that if the ROI increases, financial independence during the Covid-19 BLU of the Langsa Regional General Hospital will also increase. ROE has a negative and insignificant effect on financial independence, a negative coefficient means that if ROE increases, financial independence during Covid-19 BLU Langsa Regional General Hospital will decrease.

Abstract

Learning main objective is to prepare qualified learners to achieve good human resources for the progress of a country. Based on the results of interviews and observations of student characteristics, it was found that students prefer to be directly involved in learning activities. Therefore, the application of learning in the classroom needs to adjust the characteristics of students and create learning activities that support maximum learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of PPKn students at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. This research approach is using the type of classroom action research (PTK). This research is taken with three cycles, each cycle consists of 1 meeting and goes through four stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. So from the application of 2 learning cycles this TGT type cooperative learning model can increase the learning outcomes of grade XI IPS 3 students. Evidenced by the acquisition of pre-cycle learning outcomes getting an average value of 68%, cycle I obtained an average of 79%, and cycle II obtaining an average learning outcome of 90%.ABSTRAKTujuan utama pembelajaran adalah untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik yang berkualitas untuk mencapai sumber daya manusia yang baik demi kemajuan suatu negara. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi karakteristik peserta didik diperoleh hasil bahwa peserta didik lebih senang dilibatkan langsung dalam aktivitas-aktivitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu penerapan pembelajaran di kelas perlu menyesuaikan karakteristik peserta didik dan menciptakan aktivitas-aktivitas belajar yang mendukung hasil belajar yang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe team game tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini ditempuh dengan tiga siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 1 pertemuan dan melalui empat tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Maka dari penerapan 2 siklus pembelajaran model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT ini dapat meningkat hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPS 3. Dibuktikan dengan perolehan hasil belajar pra-siklus mendapatkan rata-rata nilai sebesar 68%, siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 79%, dan siklus II memperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 90%.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the results of the author's analysis of the implementation of halal certificates on food products sold online, inhibiting and supporting factors for the application of halal certificates to food sold online, and the impact of Sharia economic law on the haleness of food products sold online without halal certificates. The results of the 2021 survey on e-commerce statistics show that the types of goods and services sold the most online in Lampung are food and beverage groups, totaling 40.86 percent of all businesses sampled by e-commerce. The rapid progress of buying and selling food online has become an additional task for halal certificate implementation agencies in providing security and comfort, especially for Muslim consumers in Indonesia, so they can consume halal food that is traded online. The research methodology that the author uses is qualitative in terms of the type of research documentation, interviews, and observations. The author goes directly to the field to conduct observations and interviews with primary data derived from the results of interviews with the BPJPH task force and LPPOM MUI. The results of the study show that there are no special strategies for food sold online. Supporting factors include the existence of institutions assisting the halal product process for MSME business actors. The inhibiting factor is that there is no direct regulation of cooperation with online business application server managers, a lack of public understanding of halal certificates, Analysis of Sharia Economic Law on the haleness of food products sold online: the haleness of products sold online or offline without MUI halal certificates are categorized as syubhat. According to Imam Nawawi, doing syubhat is  form of underestimating.the.law.without.realizing.that.they.have.done.haram.

Abstract

This study aims to develop ILAU Digital Based on Android in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education materials in Madrasah Aliah. This type of research is included in Research and Development (R&D) with development stages such as define, design, develop and disseminate. Data collection techniques used in this study are expert validation, response questionnaires, and written tests. Validity data analysis using Aiken’s V and Percentage of Agreement. Analysis of increased learning outcomes using the N-Gain test. Taking data on learning outcomes based on the Nonequivalent Control Group design so that there are experimental and control classes. The results of expert validator assessment show that the research instrument and products developed are included in the very valid category. Students and teachers give very good responses to the use of products. Ilau Digital based on Android is practically used in learning. Meanwhile, the results of the effectiveness test show that Android -based digital ilau products can improve student learning outcomes and affect student learning outcomes. The increase that occurred after the use of the product was 82% and included in the effective category. The conclusion of this study is that the development of Android -based digital ilau can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the understanding of basic concepts of Natural Sciences in prospective elementary school teachers by paying attention to gender differences. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data is obtained through assessing the average score in four main materials: work and energy, moments of force and simple planes, ecosystems, and substances and their changes. The number of respondents in this study was 51 prospective elementary school teachers, consisting of 8 male and 43 female. The instrument used in this research is a multiple choice test. The research results show that there are significant variations between male and female teacher candidates. Male teacher candidates excel in material on work and energy as well as substances and their changes, while female teacher candidates show better performance in material on moments of force and simple planes and ecosystems.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba pada anak menjadi permasalahan yang semakin meresahkan, sehingga perlu diteliti untuk dapat mengetahui dampak dari penyalahgunaan narkoba terhadap anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui faktor dan dampak penyebab anak mengkomsumsi narkoba yang berpengaruh bagi perkembangan moral anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi penyebab anak menggunakan narkoba yaitu pengaruh pergaulan, rasa penasaran dan ingin mencoba, pengaruh lingkungan sekitar remaja yang menggunankan narkoba, pengaruh lingkungan sekitar yang sering menggunakan narkoba, dan kurang perhatian dari orang tua. Adapun dampak narkoba terhadap perkembangan moral anak adalah anak mendapat stigma negatif akibatnya anak diintimidasi dan dikucilkan dari lingkungan, merusak disiplin dan motivasi anak, prestasi anak menurun, dan berdampak terhadap moral anak seperti sering berbohong, bersikap kasar, berperilaku jahat sehingga membuat orang sekitar terganggu. Sehingga disimpulkan dampak dari narkoba sangat memberikan efek negatif kepada anak yang menyalahgunakannya.

Data analysis using simple linear regression and t-test. Self-efficacy indicators consist of magnitude, generality, and strength. Indicators of Organizational Citizenship Behavior are Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy, and Civic Virtue. Findings: The results of the simple regression test showed that the significance value was less than 0.05. The results of the t-test also show that the t-count value of 3.830 is greater than the t-count value of 1.685.
