Abstract

The significant decline of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Index (IHSG) in mid-2025 has become a major focal point in the dynamics of Indonesia’s economy. As a reflection of investor confidence in the national economic conditions, the IHSG showed a downturn triggered by a combination of external factors such as global geopolitical tensions, falling commodity prices, and the U.S. Federal Reserve’s interest rate policy as well as domestic factors including capital outflows and a weak fiscal response. This study aims to analyze the IHSG plunge from a public economics perspective, particularly highlighting the role of the state through fiscal and monetary policies, as well as institutional interventions by authorities such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) in maintaining economic stability. The analysis reveals that delayed policy responses and insufficient protection for domestic investors are critical contributing factors. Collaborative measures across institutions are required to restore market confidence and prevent long-term damage to the national economy.

Abstract

Dyslexia is a learning disorder that impairs the ability to read and comprehend written information normally. This study aims to examine the application of a multisensory approach in the learning process of dyslexic students at SLB N Bugih Pamekasan. A qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the use of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic media, along with individualized teaching strategies, effectively enhances students’ learning motivation, active engagement, and comprehension. Teachers actively adapt instructional methods according to each student’s pace and needs. The success of this approach is supported by parental involvement in home learning, teacher training on multisensory techniques, and the availability of supportive classroom facilities. However, challenges include limited appropriate media and aids, as well as insufficient understanding among some teachers regarding dyslexia characteristics. This study emphasizes the importance of developing multisensory teaching modules, ongoing teacher training, and expanding research to other schools. Furthermore, it recommends longitudinal studies and the utilization of digital technology as multisensory learning strategies to strengthen inclusive education responsive to the needs of dyslexic students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh reward and punishment terhadap kinerja sumber daya insani (SDI). Reward dan punishment menjadi variabel independen, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja SDI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner yang berisikan pertanyaan dan pernyataan berdasar pada indikator setiap variabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Pendidikan An-Nur dengan memilih seluruh SDI sebagai populasinya. Pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan memilih tenaga pengajar di Yayasan Pendidikan An-Nur sebagai kriteria khusus. Data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 34 kuisioner berbentuk angket cetak yang dapat diolah dengan pemberian Skala Likert. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri reward dan punishment secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDI, sedangkan secara parsial reward berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SDI dan punishment tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SDI. Maka dari itu adanya pemberian reward menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan kinerja SDI yang baik, sedangkan punishment tidak menjadi hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja SDI sehingga tidak dapat dijadikan perhatian utama dalam peningkatan kinerja SDI.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa perubahan besar di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Transformasi ini meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar serta memungkinkan desain kelas yang lebih interaktif. Salah satu inovasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi adalah game edukasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan game edukasi 2D untuk membantu meningkatkan hafalan hadits dengan pendekatan design thought. Proses pengembangan melalui lima tahapan utama: memahami kebutuhan pengguna (empati), merancang masalah, mengembangkan ide, membuat prototype, dan melakukan pengujian. Pengujian prototype dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Skor rata-rata SUS yang diperoleh dari pengujian adalah 76, yang artinya tingkat kegunaan prototype berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil UEQ menunjukkan nilai Excellent pada aspek Daya Tarik, Kejelasan, Ketepatan, Stimulasi, dan Kebaruan, serta Baik pada aspek Efisiensi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan design thought efektif dalam menciptakan UI/UX yang inovatif, menarik, dan mudah digunakan. Oleh karena itu, desain game ini berkontribusi pada inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, khususnya dalam pendidikan agama, dengan membantu proses hafalan hadits secara lebih menyenangkan dan efektif.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are one of the industrial sectors with rapid growth and significant contributions to the national economy. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, and liquidity on company value directly or indirectly through profitability as an intervening variable. The object of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and seven companies were obtained as samples—data obtained from annual financial reports published through the official IDX website. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS application. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test show that capital structure and company growth have a significant effect on profitability but not on company value, liquidity has a significant effect on profitability and company value, profitability has a significant effect on company value. The indirect effect hypothesis test results show that capital structure, company growth, and liquidity on company value through profitability have an insignificant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kreativitas siswa kelas IV SDN Tajungan Kamal dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan STEAM berbasis proyek. Masalah utama sebelumnya adalah rendahnya pemahaman konsep matematika, terutama operasi perkalian dan pembagian, serta kurangnya keterlibatan aktif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart dalam dua siklus, dengan 23 siswa sebagai subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes tulis, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai naik dari 47,65 menjadi 77,61, dan ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 0% menjadi 86,96%. Selain peningkatan kognitif, terlihat pula perkembangan afektif dan psikomotorik seperti kreativitas, kerja sama, dan antusiasme. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran STEAM berbasis proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep serta keterampilan abad ke-21 pada siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

In many Islamic universities, Arabic language instruction remains focused on memorization and low-level comprehension, limiting students’ ability to engage with texts critically. The lack of contextualized materials and limited use of interactive strategies have further contributed to low student motivation and superficial understanding. Addressing these challenges, this study aims to design and implement an instructional unit based on Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for teaching Arabic reading comprehension to third-year students at an Islamic University in Madura. The study adopts a research and development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE model, which consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, document analysis, and pre- and post-tests to assess the impact of the instructional unit. Findings revealed significant improvements in students’ analytical and interpretive reading abilities and increased classroom participation. Expert evaluations confirmed the material’s validity, with an overall score of 89%. Integrating local cultural context and interactive technologies enhanced students’ motivation and engagement. The study highlights the importance of embedding HOTS into Arabic instruction to foster critical literacy and recommends applying this model to other language skills in both local and global learning environments.

Abstract

This article discussed the challenges in pronouncing Arabic phonemes by students at INSTIKA Madura. Phoneme pronunciation is the most important principle in Arabic. Without the correct phoneme pronunciation, a language cannot be understood. The problem of phoneme pronunciation was investigated and a solution was found based on factor analysis. Qualitative descriptive research design was used with a case study approach. Data collection methods include interviews with lecturers and students, direct observation of in-class learning and documentation of the results of lecturer notes. The data analysis model adhered the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Validity was ensured through passion, observation, triangulation, and expert views. The finding of the research showed problems with Arabic phonemes, which were categorized as Akhtha’ al-Harakat, Akhtha’ al-Ibdal, Akhtha’ al-Hadzf, and Akhtha’ al-Tahrif. Factors include language problems (characteristics of the first and second languages) and non-language problems (student characteristics, lecturer competence, learning strategies, lesson materials, and learning facilities). The proposed solutions included error and comparative analysis for language problems, motivation, diagnosis, cooperative learning, detailed examples, pronunciation exercises, and adequate facilities for non-language problems. This research provided a comprehensive study of the challenges of pronouncing Arabic phonemes at INSTIKA Madura. Certain types of errors and the underlying factors that affect pronunciation were identified. Practical solutions were proposed, addressing both language and non-language aspects to improve students' pronunciation skills. These findings offered valuable insights for educators, curriculum developers and language instructors, facilitating targeted interventions and effective teaching strategies to students struggling with Arabic phonetics.

Abstract

Halal tourism is a form of culture-based tourism that prioritizes the values ​​and norms of Islamic law. Halal tourism is very suitable to be implemented in various Islamic boarding schools because Islamic boarding schools already have an Islamic education label that applies Islamic norms. The existence of halal or sharia tourism in Islamic boarding schools will carry out the function of Islamic boarding schools as centers of local community empowerment. The typology of Islamic boarding school halal tourism can imitate the typology of tourist villages based on the characteristics of the resources and their uniqueness which can be grouped into 4 (four) categories; based on the uniqueness of local cultural resources, based on the uniqueness of natural resources, based on the combination of unique cultural and natural resources and based on the uniqueness of creative economic activities.

Abstract

Children in special needs schools have visual, hearing, physical, intellectual and social disabilities. The current problem in SKh Caraka Pratama related to teaching activities carried out by teachers is using textbooks that contain too much narrative information. At the same time, students only absorb very little information. The purpose of this activity is to provide training in skills to create interactive books based on Augmented Reality. The method used in organizing this training is through three stages, including: the identification stage with surveys and problem mapping, the empowerment stage with the provision of tools and assistance, and the evaluation stage with activity achievements and questionnaires. The results of this training are that teachers create interactive printed books and Augmented Reality applications that can later be used as a fun teaching tool, the initial teacher competency test (pre-test) got a score of 60, while after the training the score increased to 95.
