Abstract

Perubahan kondisi jalan saat ini semakin padat dengan meningkatnya perkembangan banyaknya kendaaran, pemerintah kota Jakarta telah melakukan beberapa cara untuk mengatasi masalah kemacetan seperti peraturan ganjil genap untuk kendaraan bermotor, pelebaran jalan, pembangunan underpass dan flyovers, tetapi hal tersebut masih dirasa kurang efektif, sehingga pemilihan rute / jarak waktu tercepat dari kota Jakarta ke kota Tangerang menjadi suatu permasalahan. Dengan perkembangan berbagai algoritma saat ini, penulis mencoba melakukan penelitian pencarian rute terpendek antar kota jakarta (titik awal Gedung Walikota Jakarta Pusat) ke Kota Tangerang (titik akhir Gedung Walikota Tangerang) dengan menggunakan algoritma djikstra,dengan harapan akan memberikan informasi rute tercepat atau jalur mana yang dapat ditempuh dengan jarak yang terpendek jika melalui jalan raya antara kota Jakarta dan kota Tangerang. Dimana hasil yang didapat bahwa algoritma dijkstra dapat digunakan untuk mencari rute terpendek sesuai dengan perkiraan perhitungan pada tabel 4 rute 3, dengan jarak tempuh total 22,6km.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses Teacher Efforts in Children's Moral Education on the Impact of Social Media at SMP Negeri 10 Banjarbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is How are the efforts of teachers in children's moral education on the impact of social media at SMPN 10 Banjarbaru and What are the inhibiting and supporting factors of teacher efforts in children's moral education on the impact of social media at SMPN 10 Banjarbaru. The subjects in this study were 3 Islamic religious education teachers, while the objects in this study were Teacher Efforts in Children's Moral Education on the Impact of Social Media at SMP Negeri 10 Banjarbaru and supporting and inhibiting factors. In data collection here using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, while for data processing techniques carried out with data classification, editing, and data interpretation, then analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis and conclusions drawn inductively. The methods used by teachers by PAI teachers to overcome the impact of social media are the exemplary method, advice and sanctions. and by providing reinforcement to students. The supporting and inhibiting factors are: teachers, students, environment, family, and facilities and infrastructure. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the exemplary method, advice and sanctions carried out by teachers have been running and the results are good. This can be seen from students who say hello when they meet teachers, greet friends well, students who are diligent in praying Dhuhur in congregation, reading Yasiin orderly and sanctions can be seen from the absence of students who dare to bring cellphones to school without the teacher's permission. Keywords: Morals, Social Media, Teacher Efforts. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Upaya Guru dalam Pendidikan Akhlak Anak terhadap dampak Media Sosial di SMP Negeri 10 Banjarbaru. Rumusan masalah dalam peneliti ini adalah Bagaimana upaya guru dalam pendidikan akhlak anak terhadap dampak media sosial di SMPN 10 Banjarbaru serta Apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung upaya guru dalam pendidikan akhlak anak terhadap dampak media sosial di SMPN 10 Banjarbaru. Subjek dalam peneliti ini adalah 3 Guru pendidikan agama Islam, sedangkan obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Upaya Guru dalam Pendidikan akhlak anak terhadap dampak media social di SMP Negeri 10 Banjarbaru serta faktor mendukung dan menghambat. Dalam penggalian data disini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adapun untuk teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan klasifikasi data, editing, dan interpretasi data, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan ditarik simpulan secara induktif. Adapun metode yang digunakan guru oleh guru PAI untuk mengatasi dampak media sosial adalah metode keteladanan, nasehat dan sanksi.dan dengan memberikan penguatan kepada siswa. Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat yaitu: guru, siswa, lingkungan, keluarga, serta Sarana dan prasaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui metode keteladahan, nasehat dan sanksi yang dilakukan oleh guru sudah berjalan dan hasilnya baik. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari siswa yang mengucapkan salam ketika bertemu guru, menyapa teman dengan baik, siswa yang sudah rajin sholat zuhur berjamaah, membaca yasiin dengan tertib serta sanksi terlihat dari tidak adanya siswa yang berani membawa hp kesekolah tanpa seizin guru. Kata Kunci: Akhlak, Media Sosial, Upaya Guru.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the instilling of inter-religious tolerance values in students at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. The formulation of the problem in this research is the Instillation of Religious Tolerance Values at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah, the obstacles faced in instilling the values of religious tolerance at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. The subjects in this research were PAI teachers at SMPN 1 Kapuas, while the objects in this research were the form of instilling the values of inter-religious tolerance in students at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah and the factors that supported or hindered them. In extracting data, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data processing is carried out using editing techniques, data classification and data interpretation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis by describing each data obtained and to obtain conclusions the researcher uses an inductive method regarding instilling tolerance values at the research location.Based on the research results, it is known that the form of instilling the values of tolerance between religious communities at SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah: cultivating an attitude of mutual respect, cultivating an attitude of mutual respect and in the form of adjusting existing problems. The supporting factors are the condition of students who are accustomed to inter-religious tolerance. Because basically the teaching of tolerance is always taught to students when they are in their respective home environments, while the inhibiting factors based on an interview with one of the teachers stated that there were no significant obstacles. Keywords: Cultivation, Religious Community, Tolerance Values. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Toleransi Antar Umat Beragama Pada Siswa SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Toleransi Beragama di SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah, hambatan yang dihadapi dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi beragama di SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PAI yang ada di SMPN 1 Kapuas, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Bentuk penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi antar umat beragama pada siswa di SMPN 1 Kapuas Tengah dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat. Dalam penggalian data peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik editing, klasifikasi data dan interpretasi data. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif dengan cara menggambarkan setiap data yang diperoleh dan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan peneliti menggunakan metode induktif tentang penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi dilokasi penelitian.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui bahwa bentuk penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi antar umat beragama di SMPN 1 Kapuas tengah: penanaman sikap saling menghormati, penanaman sikap saling menghargai dan berupa penyesuaian masalah yang ada. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mendukung adalah keadaan siswa yang sudah terbiasa dengan bertoleransi antar umat beragama. Karena pada dasarnya pengajaran toleransi ini selalu diajarkan kepada para siswa ketika berada dilingkungan rumahnya masing-masing, sedangkan faktor yang menghambat berdasarkan wawancara dengan salah satu guru beliau menyatakan tidak ada yang menjadi hambatan berarti. Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Toleransi, Penanaman, Umat Beragama.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses "Development of Moral Education through Exemplary Method at SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru". This title is taken based on the results of preliminary observations, it is known that there are student morals that must be considered, such as what happened at SD Negeri 3 LUT in one of the 3B class students named F brought cigarettes and used them during recess in the classroom. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to foster akhlakul karimah education through exemplary methods in students at SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru City and the supporting and inhibiting factors.The subjects in this study were all Islamic Religious Education teachers totaling 4 people of SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru, while the object in this study was the Development of Akhlakul Karimah Education through the Exemplary Method on Students at SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. Researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data management techniques are carried out by collecting data, editing data, classifying data, and interpreting data. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach and deductive conclusions are drawn.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the coaching of akhlakul karimah education through exemplary methods at SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru has been running well. It can be seen from the Islamic Religious Education teacher carrying out the guidance of akhlakul karimah education through exemplary using the exemplary method, stories, advice and religious activities of akhlakul karimah that run at SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru. Factors that support the process of fostering akhlakul karimah education through exemplary methods at SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru include the support of teachers, students, parents and the environment, while factors that hinder the fostering of akhlakul karimah education through exemplary methods include teachers, educational backgrounds and limited teacher knowledge, students as the influence of friends and changing times, as well as families that are less harmonious and lack of interaction between parents and students, as well as the home environment and the social environment of students who are far from Islamic values so as to hamper the fostering of akhlakul karimah education through exemplary methods. Keywords: Exemplary Method, Development, Akhlakul Karimah Education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Pembinaan Pendidikan Akhlakul Karimah Melalui Metode Keteladanan di SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru”. Judul ini diambil berdasarkan hasil observasi awal diketahui adanya akhlak siswa yang harus diperhatikan seperti yang terjadi di SD Negeri 3 LUT pada salah satu siswa kelas 3B bernama F membawa rokok dan menggunakannya ketika jam istirahat di dalam kelas. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pembinaan pendidikan akhlakul karimah melalui metode keteladanan pada Siswa di SD Negeri 3 LUT Kota Banjarbaru serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya.Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah semua guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berjumlah 4 orang SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pembinaan Pendidikan Akhlakul Karimah Melalui Metode Keteladanan pada Siswa di SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, editing data, klasifikasi data, dan interpretasi data. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan ditarik simpulan secara deduktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Pembinaan pendidikan akhlakul karimah melalui metode keteladanan di SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru telah berjalan dengan baik. Terlihat dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam melaksanakan pembinaan pendidikan akhlakul karimah melalui keteladanan menggunakan metode teladanan, ceritera, nasehat dan kegiatan-kegiatan agama akhlakul karimah yang berjalan di SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru. Faktor yang mendukung proses Pembinaan pendidikan akhlakul karimah melalui metode keteladanan di SD Negeri 3 LUT Banjarbaru antara lain berasal dari dukungan guru, siswa, orang tua dan lingkungan, adapun faktor yang menghambat Pembinaan pendidikan akhlakul karimah melalui metode keteladanan antara lain berasal dari guru, latar belakang pendidikan dan pengetahuan guru yang terbatas, siswa sebagai pengaruh teman dan perubahan zaman, serta keluarga yang kurang harmonis dan kurangnya interaksi antara orang tua dengan siswa, serta lingkungan rumah dan lingkungan pergaulan siswa yang jauh dari nilai-nilai islam sehingga mengakibatkan terhambatnya pembinaan pendidikan akhlakul karimah melalui metode keteladanan. Kata Kunci: Metode Keteladanan, Pembinaan, Pendidikan Akhlakul Karimah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study proposes the concept of Amirul Ulum's thought in his book Kartini Nyantri and its relevance in Islamic Education. Seeing the fact that Kartini is a woman warrior and a fighter who demands justice so that women get a proper education like men. So that this research problem can be formulated as follows: How is the concept of Amirul Ulum's thought in his book "Kartini Nyantri", and how is the relevance of Amirul Ulum's concept of thought to Islamic religious education in his book "Kartini Nyantri". This type of research is a type of library research by examining the book "Kartini Nyantri" by Amirul Ulum which includes basic data, namely the book "Kartini Nyantri" by Amirul Ulum. While the subject of this research is the book "Kartini Nyantri" by Amirul Ulum which tells about how much R.A Kartini's contribution to education, especially women. The data collection technique that the author uses is a survey technique to the library, namely the author visits several libraries to look for books that have to do with the problems being studied. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the concept of Amirul Ulum's thought in Kartini Nyantri's book is the Concept of Women's Education, because education is the right of all citizens without discriminating against religion, descent, title/position, social status/position let alone gender. Character education is how education can help the formation of eastern character, and the most important thing is ideals. As for Islamic Boarding School Education for Women, how do we as Muslim women view religion as something that must be understood in depth. The relevance of the concept of Amirul Ulum's thought in his book Kartini Nyantri to Islamic education is the concept of women's education where Islam upholds the degree of women, Islam fights ignorance by ordering Muslims both men and women to study. The relevance of the concept of character education in Islamic education is that Islam teaches its people so that from the womb until the child is born, they are taught character education and noble character, and the relevance of the concept of Islamic boarding school education for women in Islamic education is that every Muslim or Muslim woman is required to study.KEYWORDS: Islamic Education, Kartini, Women. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang konsep pemikiran Amirul Ulum dalam bukunya Kartini Nyantri dan relevansinya dalam Pendidikan Islam.  Melihat kenyataan bahwa Kartini adalah pejuang perempuan dan pejuang yang menuntut keadilan agar para wanita mendapat pendidikan yang layak seperti kaum pria. Sehingga dapat dirumuskan masalah penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Bagaimana Konsep Pemikiran Amirul Ulum dalam Bukunya ”Kartini Nyantri”, dan Bagaimana relevansi konsep pemikiran Amirul Ulum dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Bukunya ”Kartini Nyantri”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengkaji buku ”Kartini Nyantri” karya Amirul Ulum yang meliputi data pokok yaitu buku ”Kartini Nyantri” karya Amirul Ulum. Sedangkan yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah buku ”Kartini Nyantri” karya Amirul Ulum yang di mana di dalamnya menceritakan tentang betapa besarnya kontribusi R.A Kartini terhadap pendidikan khususnya perempuan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah teknik survey ke perpustakaan yaitu penulis mengunjungi beberapa perpustakaan untuk mencari buku-buku yang ada hubungannya dengan permasalahan yang di teliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa konsep pemikiran Amirul Ulum di dalam buku Kartini Nyantri adalah Konsep Pendidikan Perempuan, karena pendidikan itu ialah hak semua warga tanpa membeda-bedakan agama, keturunan, gelar/ jabatan, status/ kedudukan sosial apalagi jenis kelamin. Pendidikan Karakter adalah bagaimana pendidikan dapat membantu pembentukan watak ketimuran, dan yang paling utama adalah cita-cita. Adapun Pendidikan Pesantren untuk Perempuan bagaimana kita sebagai seorang muslimah memandang agama sebagai sesuatu yang harus dipahami secara mendalam. Adapun relevansi konsep pemikiran Amirul Ulum dalam bukunya Kartini Nyantri terhadap pendidikan Islam adalah konsep pendidikan perempuan dimana Islam menjunjung tinggi derajat wanita, Islam memerangi kebodohan dengan cara memerintahkan umat Islam baik laki-laki maupun perempuan untuk menuntut ilmu. Relevansi konsep pendidikan karakter dalam pendidikan Islam adalah Islam mengajarkan kepada umatnya agar sejak di dalam kandungan sampai lahir anak diajarkan pendidikan berkarakter dan akhlak mulia, dan Relevansi konsep pendidikan pesantren untuk perempuan dalam pendidikan Islam adalah setiap muslim ataupun muslimah diwajibkan untuk menuntut ilmu.KATA KUNCI: Kartini, Pendidikan Islam, Perempuan.

Abstract

Background: The existence of a 'treatment gap' is indicated by the high frequency of individuals with mental health disorders and the low number of individuals obtaining formal treatment. It refers to the prevalence of mental problems and the proportion of people who are treated or the percentage of people who need but do not receive treatment. Aims: The study is aimed to determine the utilisation of mental health services (MHS). Methods: This study is qualitative, using a case study approach. The primary informants were six mental health workers and youth health program holders from three Primary Health Care (PHC) with the most significant number of mental health cases. Meanwhile, five youths receiving or actively undergoing treatment at the PHC served as supporting or triangulation informants. An in-depth interview guide is used in the instrument. Results: Health insurance, waiting time and duration of services, and accessibility to services play a supportive role in MHS utilization, while family and health worker support, facilities, and infrastructure do not. Adolescent and family ignorance, the presence of community stigma, the availability of human and financial resources, and health promotion media are all barriers to the utilization of MHS. Conclusion: The PHC in the Kulon Progo area is responsible for acquiring human resources, fostering collaboration across sectors, and creating health promotion media to fulfil its obligations.

Meski pasti ada yang kuat dan lemah, kaya dan miskin, kuat dan lemah, namun ada pula penguasa dan rakyat yang diperintah. Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country situated on the Ring of Fire, which frequently experiences earthquakes. Cilacap Regency is ranked 456th nationally with a medium-risk classification in the Earthquake Disaster Risk Index for the year 2021. The impact of earthquakes depends on their type and magnitude, including on schools, with 52,902 schools located in earthquake-prone areas. During the 2018 NTB Earthquake, 1,235 schools experienced damage. Earthquakes can also occur while children are studying at school. Elementary schools are one of the foundations of the children's community. The group of elementary school children is a vulnerable group that needs protection and, at the same time, needs to enhance their knowledge of earthquake disaster mitigation. One enjoyable medium to educate elementary school children about earthquake disaster mitigation is through comics.To determine the influence of Education with Comic Media on the Knowledge of Earthquake Disaster Mitigation for 4th-grade students at SD Islam Al-Azhar 16 Cilacap, a research was conducted using a qualitative research method with a Pre Experimental design using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, so all 78 members of the population were included as samples.Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test showed a Z-value of -6.941 and a significance value (p-value) of 0.000, at α = 0.05. This means that there is a significant difference in the average knowledge between before and after providing Education with Comic Media for Earthquake Disaster Mitigation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the use of reading guide strategies in Akidah Akhlak subjects, Learning achievement in Aqidah Akhlak subjects. The effect of reading guide strategies on learning achievement in Aqidah Akhlak subjects. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all eighth-grade students. Considering that the population in this study was less than 100 people, the researchers took 100% of the population. So this research is a population study. In this study, data were collected using interviews to determine the use of reading guide strategies, questionnaires to determine the effect of reading guide strategies, and using report cards to determine learning achievement. The result of this research is that there is an influence of the reading guide strategy on the learning achievement of Aqidah Akhlak, the result is 0.590 where the significance value is greater than the "r" table, both at the 5% significance level and at the 1% significance level.

Abstract

Improving employee performance as part of efforts to enhance organizational performance should be a priority to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the management of government agencies, particularly at Directorate General of Taxes as one of strategic government institution. The research aims to investigate how work-life balance influences the performance of Directorate General of Taxes employees at Jember Tax Office. The factors examined include organizational support, workload, and role conflict. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through google form questionnaires filled by 91 employees of Jember Tax Office. The findings indicate that role conflict negatively impacts employee performance directly and indirectly through the mediation of work-life balance. Conversely, organizational support and workload do not directly affect employee performance but show a significant indirect influence through the mediation of work-life balance. The Directorate General of Taxes needs to consider the level of role conflict that may arise for employees with each policy being formulated. Management also needs to pay attention to the organizational support and workload implemented, as they indirectly affect employee performance through the mediation of work-life balance
