Abstract

Business Plan atau rencana bisnis merupakan sebuah langkah awal yang penting dalam mengembangkan bisnis karena berisi pedoman dasar dalam menjalankan usaha, uraian tujuan dan merinci bagaimana cara mencapai tujuan tersebut. BUMDes Dendang Betuah adalah Badan usaha Milik Desa yang terletak di desa Busung yang terkenal akan keindahan dan kekayaan sumber daya alam. BUMDes Dendang Betuah yang berdiri belum lama ini, belum memiliki business plan yang efektif sehingga Kelompok KKN 25 dari STIE Pembangunaan Tanjungpinang akan memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan business plan yang terdiri dari materi motivasi berbisnis, analisa pasar dan sumber daya manusia, laporan keuangan, dan tata cara pembukuan, dan business plan model canvas dengan harapan pelaku bisnis BUMDes Dendang Betuah dapat mengimplementasikan materi yang telah diberikan selama pendampingan, sehingga pengelolaan unit usaha di dalamnya tertata rapi dan sistematis

Abstract

This research explores the application of the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework in designing the enterprise architecture of a Sonic Advertising Company. The study aims to enhance the organizational structure, streamline processes, and optimize technology infrastructure to support the company's business goals and objectives. Through a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the organization, this research proposes a tailored TOGAF-based enterprise architecture design that aligns with Sonic Advertising Company's strategic vision. The findings of this study contribute to the growing body of knowledge in enterprise architecture and provide practical insights for organizations seeking to implement TOGAF in the context of the dynamic advertising industry.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap 1) Analisis kebutuhan dengan melibatkan 159 orang mahasiswa yang melaksanakan praktikum biologi. 2) Merancang sumber belajar berupa Virtual Laboratorium pada topik kultur jaringan tumbuhan, dalam tahapan ini design virtual yang dilakukan masih dalam masa pengembangan. Data self efficacy dengan 5 indikator yang terdiri dari (keyakinan menyelesaikan tugas, motivasi diri, kerja keras, mengatasi hambatan, dan menyelesaikan tugas dalam perspektif luas atau sempit) dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Rancangan story board virtual lab didesign menggunakan software photoshop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor self efficacy terkait keyakinan menyelesaikan tugas (80), memotivasi diri (87), kerja Keras (87), mengatasi hambatan (80) dan self efficacy dalam menyelesaikan tugas dalam perspektif luas atau sempit (73). Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya upaya untuk peningkatan self efficacy dengan mengembangkan su mber belajar untuk pelaksanaan praktikum berbasis teknologi informasi, salah satunya pengembangan virtual laboratorium yang dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas secara mandiri.Abstract. The research was carried out in two stages: 1) Needs analysis involving 159 students who carried out biology practicum. 2) Designing learning resources in the form of Virtual Laboratories on the topic of plant tissue culture, at this stage the virtual design is still under development. Self-efficacy data with 5 indicators consisting of (belief in completing tasks, self-motivation, hard work, overcoming obstacles, and completing tasks in a broad or narrow perspective) were collected using a questionnaire. The virtual lab storyboard design is designed using Photoshop software. The results showed that the average self-efficacy scores related to belief in completing tasks (80), self-motivation (87), hard work (87), overcoming obstacles (80) and self-efficacy in completing tasks in a broad or narrow perspective (73). These results indicate the need for efforts to increase self-efficacy by developing learning resources for the implementation of information technology-based practicums, one of which is the development of virtual laboratories that can facilitate students in completing assignments independently.

Abstract

Background: Stroke is currently ranks as the second leading cause of death globally, after ischemic heart disease, and is the main cause of serious disability. In 2022, there will be more than 12.2 million new stroke cases recorded every year in the world, one in four people over the age of 25 will have a stroke in their lifetime. This research aims to identify risk factors for stroke in the community in Pidie Regency, which will enable more appropriate preventive and treatment interventions through early detection. Method: This research method uses quantitative with a survey research design, namely a cross sectional study. The total sample was 54 respondents aged 25 years who received treatment at Community Health Centers and Hospitals in the Pidie Jaya area. Samples were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. Results: the results showed that of the 54 respondents, 30 (55.56%) had suffered a stroke. The research results also showed that there was a relationship between age (p-value 0.00) and hypertension (p-value 0.00) with the incidence of stroke. Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers will provide education or information to the public about secondary prevention efforts (healthy lifestyle, and controlling risk factors) which can be done directly in the form of counseling or indirectly in the form of media such as advertisements, posters atau brochures

Abstract

Nipa plant is a plant that can be found in water areas such as in swamps. Quite a lot that can be utilized from this swamp plant. Utilization of the nipa plant can be sourced from its fruit, midrib, and leaf bones [1]. In addition to the uses previously described, the nipa plant in its midrib has fiber which has been extensively researched on this fiber. Nipa midribs which have fibers can be used as reinforcement for fiber composites. This study aims to determine the effect of arrangement and volume fraction of fibers that have been determined, as well as knowing whether the use of nipa midrib fiber as a composite reinforcement material can or cannot achieve the tensile strength value of the high impact ABS plastic material on the car dashboards. The research method in this study uses factorial design with manual composite printing. The results of this study were that the highest value of the tensile strength of the nipa midrib fiber composite was found in the vertical arrangement direction with a volume fraction 15%, namely 26.43 MPa, while the lowest value is found in the direction of horizontal arrangement with a volume fraction of 15%, namely 14.07 MPa. So that the value of the nipa midrib fiber composite in the vertical arrangement direction with a volume fraction of 15% achieves the tensile strength value of the high impact ABS plastic material on the car dashboards, namely 20 – 40 MPa.

Abstract

Fruit ripeness will usually be determined by several parameters, including size, weight, color characteristics, fragrance, etc. The parameter of fruit ripeness in terms of fruit skin color is one of the important factors in identifying fruit maturity. Segmentation is a method in digital image processing to differentiate objects in an input image. The general classification process is carried out by looking directly at the fruit object. The purpose of this research is to create an analysis in identifying the ripeness of strawberry fruit and designing an application system that can identify the ripeness of strawberry fruit. This application was built with the MATLAB application. The methods used include K-Means Clustering segmentation, labeling and feature extraction. The detection of the type of fruit is carried out using feature matching at the level of shape and color. Before classifying the name of the type of fruit and the level of maturity, the fruit training must be carried out first and then continued with fruit detection and identification of maturity. Based on the results of the strawberry image maturity identification test with six test strawberry images consisting of three types of maturity levels, the results were obtained, namely mature test one and mature test two levels of ripeness and correct identification results, half ripe test one and half ripe test two levels of ripeness and results Correct understanding, raw test one and raw test two mature levels and correct recognition. Meanwhile, the accuracy test results obtained an accuracy value of 100% for identifying the maturity of strawberry images. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that identification of ripeness in strawberry fruit images was successfully applied using the K-Means Clustering method on images of ripe, half-ripe and unripe strawberries. And from testing the identification of ripeness of strawberry fruit with test data of six images and training data of twelve images, it gave an accuracy result of 100%.

Abstract

Product quality is a characteristic of a product or service that depends on its ability to satisfy customer needs, whether stated directly or implied. Product quality influences purchasing decisions. Encouragement of product quality has become a need that must be met by companies, if consumers do not want it, they must switch to other competing products which are considered to have better product quality, the higher the product quality they have. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, electronic word of mouth, and lifestyle on the decision to purchase iPhone brand cellphones in generation Z. The population in this study is all iPhone users in generation Z using a purposive sample. This research used 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a survey method with research tools used in the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale, and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Software. The results of this research analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Determination of heirs is to legally and fairly appoint heirs by authorized officials to be used in fulfilling administrative requirements relating to the affairs of heirs who have died and the affairs of heirs in the future. If there is a dispute over splitting the certificate without determining the heir, there will be consequences for the object of the dispute. This research explains and informs what legal consequences will arise if a legal action occurs, namely splitting a house certificate for a family that has not determined an heir. The research method uses normative research methods by examining the Decision of the Medan Religious Court Register Number: 172/pdt.P/2022/PA.Mdn by approaching statutory regulations and judges' decisions. The results of the research show that the legal consequences that will arise are conflicts between families if there is a transfer of certificate authority (sale and purchase transactions) and this can also relate to unlawful acts because there are parties who suffer losses from these legal acts, therefore the expert's determination Inheritance is mandatory to avoid conflicts between families.

Abstract

Secara umum dalam kehidupan sosial kita diikat dengan nilai dan norma-norma sebagai aturan yang berlaku dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan dan fokus penelitian. Bentuk-bentuk interrelasi dapat berupa persaingan (competition), pertentangan (conflict) dan penguasaan (domination) Persaingan (competition) adalah proses sosial yang melibatkan persaingan antar individu atau antar kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu dengan tidak menggunakan kekerasan dan ancaman. Pengaruh-pengaruh ini adakalanya mengarah kepada hal-hal yang positif dan ada yang mengarah kepada hal-hal yang negatif, yang secara nyata memberikan pengaruh kepada bentukan budaya dan kesadaran hukum yang dilahirkan maupun aplikasinya dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis data mining menggunakan metode clustering K-Means pada data penjualan merek kacamata di Optik Chantika. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan nilai Davies Bouldin Index untuk mengevaluasi performa metode K-Means, dan hasil optimal terdapat pada jumlah klaster 10. Namun, kami memilih menggunakan tiga klaster untuk klasterisasi pada penelitian ini: penjualan tertinggi, penjualan sedang dan penjualan terendah. Melalui metode K-Means, merek kacamata dengan penjualan tertinggi selama tiga bulan tergabung dalam Cluster_0, sedangkan Cluster_1 berisi merek kacamata dengan penjualan sedang, dan Cluster_2 berisi merek kacamata dengan penjualan terendah. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan persentase 50% merek kacamata termasuk dalam kategori penjualan tertinggi, 27,27% termasuk dalam kategori penjualan sedang, dan 22,72% termasuk dalam kategori penjualan terendah. Dengan adanya pengelompokan berdasarkan pola penjualan ini, Optik Chantika dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan data penjualan dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan lebih baik. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pola penjualan, perusahaan dapat mengambil keputusan yang lebih efektif dalam hal pengadaan stok dan strategi pemasaran. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi Optik Chantika.
