Abstract

Era informasi identik dengan literasi untuk mengasah kemampuan berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, dan beraktualisasi.Literasi budaya dan kewarganegaraan amat pentinguntuk membantu siswa SMA untuk memahami budaya dan menghargai perbedaan ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini termasukpenelitian kualitatif, perumusan dan menentukan subjek penelitianmengunakan teknikPurposive samplingdan snowball samplinguntuk mendapatkan informan yang jelas dan berkualitas. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak20 orang informan, terdiri dari guru dan siswa.Hasil penelitian program literasi khususnya literasi budaya dan kewargaan di Sekolah Menegah Atas di Kota Banda Aceh belum memaksimalkan karena: pertama, guru tidak memahami subtansi dan konten literasi budaya dan kewargaan; kedua, guru menganggap bahwa literasi budaya dan kewargaan tidak terlalu penting; ketiga siswa tidak memahami budaya dan kewargaan di lingkungan mereka; siswa tidak memiliki kepekaan, toleransi, kolaborasi dll. Program membentuk kecakapan literasi budaya dan kewargaan perlu di kembangkan secara terencana, terukur dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat secara nyata proses dan implementasi metode problem solving sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS)di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Janggalan Kudus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran IPS di MI Tamrinul Aulad Kudus itu disesuaikan dengan Kurikulum KTSP, tetapi untuk kelas I dan IV sudah mulai menerapkan Kurikulum 2013, (2) Penerapan metode problem solving di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus menjadikan siswa lebih aktif berpikir, aktif dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan bersemangat, (3) Faktor pendukung metode problem solving yaitu: peran guru, kemampuan untuk memahami kajian, keaktifan siswa, keefektifan metode, kesiapan anak didik, dan kecerdasan siswa. Faktor penghambat metode problem solving pada mata pelajaran IPS, yaitu: kurangnya motivasi siswa, kurangnya dukungan guru, dan kurangnya konsentrasi siswa.Kata kunci: Kemampuan berfikir, Metode Problem SolvingThis study aims to clearly see the process and implementation of problem solving methods as an effort to improve students' thinking skills in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Research location at MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Janggalan Kudus. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social Studies learning at MI Tamrinul Aulad Kudus is adjusted to the KTSP Curriculum, but for classes I and IV have begun to apply the 2013 Curriculum, (2) The application of problem solving methods in MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus makes students more active thinking, active in learning in the classroom and excited, (3) Factors supporting the problem solving methods, namely: the role of the teacher, the ability to understand the study, student activeness, the effectiveness of the method, students' readiness, and student intelligence. Abstract

The notion of contextualization of Islamic law is a form of initiative actualization of the value substance of Shari’ah ideals that in the elucidation and formulation of law put forward in the consideration of social reality. In reality, the change is a necessity; everything flows with the current developments and the changing times. Included in it, that social problems continue to grow and need to find the solution that is able to accommodate it answers. The starting point of this idea is oriented to the concept of Islamic law dimension to the social reality as a framework to formulate a foothold in the building of Islamic law. Benefit in this context being the point of important points that are the foundation of contextual understanding. The consequence of the contextualization of the idea of Islamic law (fiqh) is a framework methodology of ijtihad trying to connect with a variety of approaches, both historical approach, social, cultural, legal and others. Purity is important view of Islamic law (fiqh) for most groups of Muslims as a legacy of its history and the results of intellectual work that is constructed over a century ago should be viewed proportionally, so it will be protected from static understanding of patterns, exclusive, frozen and stiff.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the logical reasons for each student's social actions based on certain motives in the use of religiosity symbols in the form of skullcaps in all daily activities on campus and the surrounding environment. This research is a descriptive-qualitative study that describes the trends of reasons and motives for the use of religiosity symbols in the form of kopyah for students qualitatively. The results of the study obtained a number of reasons and factors that underlie the encouragement of students to use kopyah on campus. The dominant tendency towards what is done by a kopyah user is the psychological motive of fulfilling the need for comfort for a santri, the preventive motive is encouragement to guard against all immoral acts and other sins; in the form of encouragement to follow what was exemplified by a cleric who became a role model as a form of piety of a santri. In this case, kopyah becomes a certain identity characteristic inherent in itself along with the practice of its religiosity.Keywords:Motif, Symbol, Religiosity, Kopyah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsepsimodel pengembangan materi ajar IPS di madrasahmelalui pola danpendekatan integratif.Pola Integrasi sebagai sebuah modelpengembangan materi ajar IPS hadir sebagai upaya untukmemberikan sejumlah alternatif yang berorientasi pada pencapaiantujuan yang lebih holistik.Di samping itu model pengembaangandengan model pendekatan ini dilakukan sebagai kerangka dasaruntuk menempatkan identitas madrasah sesuai porsinya, sehinggamata pelajaran IPS di madrasah memiliki corak dan karakteristikberbasis nilai spiritualitas.Titik berangkat dari modelpengembangan integratif ini adalah dimana al-quran dansainsdapat menjadi sumber dari pembentukan elemen-elemen teoretisuntuk menjelaskan realitas, yang memperkuatkajian ilmu sosialsebagai pengembangan materi ajar IPS yang di terapkan dimadrasah. Selain itu pendekatan ini juga mendorongpengembangan ilmu-ilmu ke-Islam-an yang di dilakukan denganmemperkuat dimensi empiris.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to understand mathematical problems to fraction material in elementary schools. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a difference in the ability of students to understand mathematical problems between the class using the Problem Based Learning model and the class using conventional methods. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of the study was class IV in one of the SD Jatisari with a sample of class IVA and IVC class students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The instrument used was a test of the ability to understand the problem given before and after the treatment. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of the research, the experimental class value is classified as moderate, consisting of the N-gain score and the N- gain average, and the average value of the control class is classified as low. And the results of the t-test with a confidence level of 95% indicate a difference in the ability of students to understand mathematical problems between the experimental class using the Problem Based Learning model and the control class using conventional learning methods. It takes an understanding of mathematical concepts to be able to solve problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Pre-Marriage Guidance as an Effort to Form Harmonious Families in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Perspective of Islamic Satisfaction and some of its problems. This research was conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Bae Kudus District. This article is the result of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation and triangulation methods. The number of informants is 12 people using non-possible sampling and the determination of informants by purposive sampling. The results showed that: a) The role of religious counselors as guides in providing pre-marital guidance can form harmonious families with the satisfaction of Islamic marriage. With the couple's notes running the material delivered in pre-marital guidance; b) Pre-marital guidance in KUA of Bae District is carried out after an examination of administrative data of the bride and groom is carried out within 30-60 minutes. Material delivered about the ins and outs of married life to be fostered in the future. Among them are the rights and obligations as husband and wife and so forth. The methods used in pre-marital guidance are lectures, questions and answers and discussions in the form of seminars; c) Problems in pre-marital guidance activities include lack of time, lack of concern for the catin (bride-to-be), the distance where Catin lives and funding from the government. Things that support are a comfortable environment, knowledge of qualified religious instructors, pre-supporting facilities and good KUA citizen participation.

Abstract

Desa Massila, Kecamatan Patimpeng, Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan, memiliki potensi limbah pertanian yang sangat besar. Limbah jerami sering menjadi masalah karena hanya dibakar atau ditimbun sehingga menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan, begitu pula limbah peternakan. Pengelolaan limbah pertanian dengan teknologi vermicomposting dapat menghasilkan dua kegiatan sekaligus yaitu usaha budidaya cacing dan usaha pembuatan pupuk kascing. Kegiatan ini diharapkan terwujudnya kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan potensi dengan pemanfaatkan limbah pertanian dan kotoran sapi sehingga menjadi kelompok wirausaha baru yang produktif. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan, workshop, pelatihan, pembimbingan, pendampingan, dan penerapan aplikasi teknologi tepat guna di lapangan dalam bentuk demplot. Hasil yang telah dicapai dalam pemberdayaan kelompok tani dalam usaha budidaya cacing dan kascing ini ialah (1). Anggota kelompok tani Mamminasae telah mampu melaksanakan dan memiliki keterampilan budidaya cacing tanah dengan tahapan kegiatan: pembuatan rak cacing bersusun, pembibitan, penggantian media, pemeliharaan, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, pemanenan cacing dan kascing (2). Terbentuknya unit usaha kelompok tani mandiri yang dapat memperoleh tambahan pendapatan, meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, agar mereka dapat hidup lebih baik, lebih efisien cara hidupnya, lebih sehat fisik dan lingkungannya. (3). Budidaya cacing tanah setiap bulan dapat menghasilkan 10 karung kascing (karung 12 kg) yang dijual dengan harga Rp 20.000/karung X 10 karung = Rp 200.000 untuk luas kandang 8 X 5 m dengan menggunakan rak bersusun.  Sedangkan produksi cacing sendiri setiap bulan dapat menghasilkan cacing sebanyak 10 kg cacing/bulan dengan harga Rp 100.00 X 10 kg = Rp 1.000.000 / bulan + kascing Rp 200.000, sehingga total pendapatan tambahan yang diterima oleh kelompok tani Mamminasae sebesar Rp 1.200.000 Massila village, located at Pattimpeng, Bone Regency of South Sulawesi, produces agricultural wastes that have a lot of potentials. The straw waste used to be a problem because it was only burnt or buried, causing the damages on the environment. That also applies for the waste from farming activities. The implementation of the technology of Vermicomposting could generate two activities at the same time that consists of: 1) the cultivation of worm, and 2) the production of worm-based fertilizer that use the agricultural waste as the media. By these activities, it is expected that the economic empowerment of local citizens can be established through the development of the potentials of agricultural wastes and cows dungs, creating groups of productive local entrepreneurs. This partnership program with citizens is organized by using the methods of socialization, workshops, trainings, supervisory, and the implementation of the appropriate technology in the field that takes form of demonstration plot. The results gained from the empowerment of the groups of farmers in the cultivation of worms and fertilizers can be described in three achievements: 1) the members of the farming groups have gained the ability and skills in conducting the cultivation of earthworms that consists of several steps: the production of the multilevel medium for the worms, seeding, medium replacement, maintenances, the controlling of pest and plant disease, and the harvest of the worms, 2) the establishment of the independent groups of farmers that can produce additional incomes from the activities in order to increase their life’s quality, so that they can live a better life, and in the healthier physical conditions and environments, 3) the cultivation of the earthworms can generate, per month, ten bags of worm fertilizer that have a weight of 12 kg per each, and has a price of Rp.20.000,- per unit. It is sold for ten bags, so it can generate Rp.200.000 in total for the area of 8X5 m of the multilevel cages. In other hand, the production of the earthworms per month itself could generate the worm approximately 10 Kg per month with the price of Rp.100.000 per Kg. If it was sold for 10 Kg (per unit bag), it generates Rp1.000.000 per month. In total, the amount of total revenues gained by the groups of farmers in Mamminasae could reach up to Rp.1.200.000.

Abstract

The needs and desperateness of the community in its economy make the transaction also buy goods with the object of buying and selling vehicles that are used as objects of fiduciary guarantee. Vehicle / object of fiduciary guarantee in can be credited to the financing/ leasing institution with payment in installments. Against guarantees for repayment of the financing is charged guaranteed in a fiduciary. In practice the transfer of the fiduciary guarantee without being known by the financing institution. Even though the transfer or sale and purchase of the fiduciary guarantee object must be registered in advance to the Fiduciary Registration Office. This resulted in the emergence of cases that can be punished debtor. The problem is how the legal consequences for debtors who sell fiduciary guarantees with late registration and how tosettle against creditors who sell the fiduciary guarantee. The approach method used is the empirical juridical approach, the research is analytically descriptive, the approach is used to analyze qualitatively. Regarding the legal consequences of transferring fiduciary guarantee objects that are transferred or sold to another party.  The right of creditors to get repayment on the loans granted is not lost even if it results from the invalidity of the fiduciary guarantee certificate, but results in creditors no longer having preferent rights. Law Enforcement through the means of criminal law is delayed, so there is no discussion, whether in this case there is a criminal act in the form of diverting, pawning or renting goods that become objects that become fiduciary guarantees without the permission of fiduciary recipients as referred to in Article 23 Jo Article 36 of Ri Law No. 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee allegedly carried out by WARMO Bin (alm) CARWANbrothers.
