Abstract

Adolescence is a turn in adolescents who are very vulnerable to the emergence of a problem that is the most important in juvenile delinquency. It takes special attention and a good understanding and proper explanation of the problem. This research is a research that belongs to the type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, the data collection instrument uses in-depth interviews to obtain data in the field, the conclusion of this study is that juvenile delinquency occurs due to the absence of supervision and attention from parents as well as the environment towards children's growth, and the lack of inculcation of religious values in the environment in which the children grow and develop. Suggestions from this study are that parents must be role models, and have good attitudes towards children, motivate children, as well as provide directions with whom and which community where youth can make friends and get along. Parents strive to produce a harmonious, communicative, and safe family for the teenagers themselves, helping them to be able and smart in choosing friends and a good environment. Also provides a positive activity that makes teenagers feel comfortable in the community.

Abstract

Hak memilih atau memberikan suara (right to vote) merupakan hak dasar (basic right)setiap individu atau warga negara yang harus dijamin pemenuhannya oleh negara.Ketentuan ini diatur dalam Pasal 1 Ayat (2), Pasal 2 (1), Pasal 6A (1), Pasal 19 Ayat(1) dan Pasal 22C (1) UUD 1945. Ketentuan UUD 1945 tersebut mengarahkanbahwa Negara harus memenuhi segala bentuk hak asasi setiap warga negaranya,khususnya mengenai hak pilih setiap warga negara dalam Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu),Pemilihan DPR, DPD dan DPRD, Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden sertaPemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada). KPU kota Cirebon harus menjamin semuapemilih yang terdaftar dalam DPT untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya. Hak Pilih wargaharus tersalurkan dengan baik jangan hanya karena masalah penggunaan tintasetelah mencoblos masyarakat enggan untuk ikut serta dalam menyampaikanaspirsinya sebagai warga Negara yang baik. Apabila pemerintah membiarkan wargamasyarakat dalam menggunakan hak pilihnya hanya karena alasan tersebut di atas,maka hal ini sudah jelas merupakan salah satu bentuk sikap pelanggaran Hak AsasiManusia (HAM).Kata Kunci: Kebijakan KPU, Hak Pilih Warga

Abstract

AbstrakFenomena ziarah makam merupakan tradisi turun-temurun yang sudah berakar kuat di kalangan umat Islam nusantara khususnya di kalangan nahdliyin sebagai representasi dari masyarakat nusantara yang masih berpegang teguh pada tradisi sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada nenek moyang khususnya para wali atau penyebar agama Islam di wilayah nusantara. Fenomena ziarah yang dilakukan oleh warga nahdliyin memiliki corak keunikannya sendiri, selain karena dipengaruhi oleh faktor atas penghayatan doktrin agama juga dipengaruhi oleh budaya lokal yang begitu kental. Eksistensi tradisi lokal cukup mewarnai secara signifikan terhadap keberadaan Islam yang lahir di tengah masyarakat yang berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai tradisi. Model ziarah yang menjadi amaliyah warga nahdliyin dibangun atas dasar kesadaran teologis sekaligus atas dasar kesadaran sosio-kultural yang sudah menjadi bagian dalam sistem budaya masyarakat nusantara. Pada titik ini, ziarah makam wali tidak lagi dipandang sebatas pengamalan nilai religiusitas atau sebatas pengamalan nilai budaya, melainkan sebagai satu kesatuan yang dibangun atas dasar nilai keduanya. Sebagai sebuah tradisi ziarah makam wali memiliki peran dan posisi strategis dalam pembentukan karakter masyarakat yang berpegang teguh pada prinsip nilai-nilai ajaran agama dan nilai-nilai lokalitas secara bersamaan.

Abstract

The modernization of the Muhammadiyah model of education, in particular the concept of "public school plus the Koran" has become the basis for the growth of modern Islamic schools in urban areas. Muhammadiyah of Langsa which organizes educational institutions based on the packaging of "public school plus the Koran". The formulation of the research problem is how the tahfidz method is at the Muhammadiyah Langsa Integrated Islamic School. The results showed that the tahfidz Al-Qur'an method used in learning at the Integrated Islamic School Muhammadiyah Langsa used the zidah and muraqaah methods and the halaqah (talaqqi) or jam'i method Modernisasi pendidikan model Muhammadiyah, khususnya konsep “sekolah umum plus Alquran” menjadi basis bagi pertumbuhan sekolah-sekolah Islam modern di perkotaan. Muhammadiyah Kota Langsa yang menyelenggarakan lembaga pendidikan berbasis dalam kemasan “sekolah umum plus Alquran”. Rumusan permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana metode tahfidz pada Sekolah Islam Terpadu Muhammadiyah Langsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode tahfidz Alquran yang dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Islam Terpadu Muhammadiyah Langsa dengan menggunakan metode ziadah dan muraqaah serta metode halaqah (talaqqi) atau jam'i.

Abstract

HOTS questions are given by teachers in learning with the hope that students will be able to think at a higher level. The aim of this research is to obtain a profile of mathematics teachers' thinking in solving HOTS problems. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The research subjects were SMA/SMK/MA teachers who worked and lived in Madiun, Magetan, Ngawi, and Ponorogo. Data collection uses tests and in-depth interviews. Source and time triangulation is used to obtain valid data. Categorization, reduction, and coding are used for data analysis so that conclusions can be drawn. Mathematics teachers solve HOTS problems by understanding, planning, implementing, and checking again. When understanding, mathematics teachers take the information contained in the problem given and bring it into mathematical form. At the understanding stage, teachers can identify the suitability of problems with their knowledge, such as linear programming problems. This is done by considering possible answers according to the information available on the problem. When implementing, according to the choices decided, the teacher carries out the plan. Implementation of the plan is the teacher's answer to solving the given HOTS problem. When rechecking, in general, perhaps because of the hassle, some mathematics teachers do not recheck answers. Only after there has been a discussion do most math teachers check their answers again. At this stage, it is possible for the teacher to find doubts and decide on confidence in the answer.

Abstract

In an era of rapid globalization and digitalization, e-commerce has emerged as a cornerstone of the global economy. In Indonesia, e-commerce has experienced tremendous growth. According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information, the value of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia reached Rp 266.3 trillion in 2020 and is expected to continue rising with increased internet and smartphone penetration. Despite the economic benefits, this development has brought forth numerous legal issues that need to be addressed. Consumer legal protection in e-commerce transactions is a crucial issue, considering the prevalence of online fraud, discrepancies in product descriptions, and violations of consumer data privacy. This research explores several significant aspects of consumer legal protection in e-commerce transactions during the digital era, which have not been comprehensively addressed in previous literature. The study adopts a literature review approach to examine this topic, with a focus on civil law in Indonesia. Although the Consumer Protection Law (UU PK) covers various provisions related to the rights and obligations of businesses and consumers in buying and selling transactions, the implementation of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) in electronic transactions still faces several challenges. Crimes committed by businesses against consumers remain prevalent, and many consumers have yet to receive their rights, especially concerning safety and legal protection when they become victims of breach of contract in electronic transactions.

Abstract

Purpose:Financial Reporting System, In the public sector, financial reports have an important role in generating accountability. The financial information contained in the financial statements becomes the basis for considering decisions. Financial information as a tool to carry out public accountability as effectively as possible, and is not included as the final goal of public sector accounting.Methodology:This study aims to examine the clarity of budget targets and reporting systems that affect performance accountability. This study also examines whether the internal control system mediates the effect of the clarity of budget targets and the reporting system. This study is of the type of associative causality and is carried out through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the compilers of the performance accountability report of government agencies in Kotabaru.Findings:The population of this study was all SKPD in the Kotabaru Regency Government, totalling 30 SKPD consisting of 82 sample respondents. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis and partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. Analysis powered by Smart-PLS 3.0.Implication:The results of this study show that the clarity of budget targets and internal controls affect the performance accountability of government agencies, while the reporting system does not affect performance accountability. Clarity of budget targets, and reporting systems affect internal control. Internal control as an intervening variable can affect the clarity of budget objectives and reporting systems on performance accountability.

Abstract

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SOROGAN METHODS FOR SANTRI   ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL IN CLASSICAL ISLAMIC BOOK (KITAB KUNING). This study is to investigate the quality of students' literacy of Kitab Kuning through the Sorogan method. To collect the data, observation was conducted in twenty Pesantren in West Java and in-depth interviews with Kiai, santri, alumni, and some local societies around the pesantren. The data collected was then analyzed with a descriptive narrative. This study found that the level of santri’s literacy to understand Kitab Kuning decreased. It was aligned with the change of teaching methods from the Sorogan to the classical method. This issue has a negative impact on the process of transferring knowledge such as misconception to understand Islamic law.

Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi  oleh permasalahan pendidikan di Indonesia dewasa ini yang dinilai  semakin kompleks, penulis berupaya mengkaji tentang  pembelajaran   fiqh  berdasarkan kesehatan reproduksi.  Dalam pelaksaannya  kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan dengan  metode  analisis deskriptif. Pembelajaran  Fiqh berdasarkan kesehatan reproduksi adalah konsep pengembangan materi Fiqh yang dihasilkan  dengan meninjau kurikulum sebelumnya yang dianggap tidak sadar dengan masalah remaja, khususnya dalam konteks kesehatan reproduksi. Permasalahan remaja seringkali berakar dari kurangnya informasi dan pemahaman serta  kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi.  Di sisi lain,  remaja sendiri mengalami perubahan  fisik yang cepat. Harus ada keyakinan bersama bahwa membangun generasi penerus yang berkualitas perlu dimulai sejak anak, bahkan sejak dalam kandungan. Konsep pembelajaran fiqh berbasis kesehatan reproduksi merupakan sebuah tawaran pengembangan materi mata pelajaran fiqh madrasah aliyah terkait dengan tema-tema tertentu yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan reproduksi, seperti materi, zina, iddah dan lainnya.Kata kunci: Konsep pembelajaran,  Fiqh, Kesehatan reproduksiLEARNING  CONCEPTS OF  FIQH   IN  REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH PERSPECTIVE.  Effected by the problem of education in Indonesia which is rated increasingly complex, the author seeks to investigate about Fiqh learning based on reproductive health. In the implementation, this study uses library research by applying descriptive analysis method. Learning Fiqh based on reproductive health  is the concept of the development of material  generated by reviewing the Fiqh of curriculum  previously which  was deemed not aware with the  problems of youth, particularly in the context of reproductive health. Teenage problems often stem from a lack of information and understanding and awareness  of the  importance  of maintaining the reproductive health.  On the  other hand, teens  themselves  are experiencing rapid  physical  changes. Therefore, should  be a shared belief that building the qualified next generation need to be started since the child, even in the womb. The concept of learning fiqh based on reproductive health is an offer of material development subjects of fiqh in Islamic Senior High School (madrasah aliyah) related to specific themes related to reproductive health, such as the material of zina, iddah and so on.Keywords: learning concept, Fiqh, reproductive health

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya pada pembentukan perilaku peserta didik pada mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak melalui pendidikan karakter model pembelajaran pembangunan nasional (MPN) pada siswa kelas VII di MTs NW Kumbung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan angket. Hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pembentukan karakter peserta didik pada mata pelajaran akidah ahklak melalui pendidikan karakter model pembelajaran pembanguna nasional ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di kelas VII MTs NW Kumbung.
