Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of managerial ownership as a moderating variable in the relationship between the determinants of firm value in the energy sector. In the dynamic energy sector, firm value is influenced by various factors, such as financial performance, company policies, and market perceptions. Managerial ownership is considered to have a significant influence because it can affect strategic decision-making, which impacts the sustainability and long-term performance of the company. This research uses a quantitative approach with regression analysis methods to examine the relationship between the determinants of firm value and managerial ownership in companies listed in the energy sector. The results show that managerial ownership can either strengthen or weaken the relationship between the determinants of firm value, depending on the level of influence managers have on strategic decisions. This study provides important insights into understanding how internal factors of a company, such as managerial ownership, can moderate the influence of external factors on firm value, particularly in industries that are highly dependent on regulation and macroeconomic factors, such as the energy sector. These findings can serve as a consideration for stakeholders in making investment decisions in the energy sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Participatory Planning in realizing Development in Salutambung Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that participatory planning is based on indicators of participatory planning steps, so the researchers draw the conclusion that participatory planning in realizing development in Salutambung Village, Ulumanda District, Majene Regency, is good planning, which has involved the people of Salutambung Village in the process up to the budget planning process that has been mutually agreed upon. The recommendations from this study are that the Salutambung Village Government needs to pay more attention to and coordinate with all Village Officials so that all the community and can be involved in any activities that are known to be implemented such as the Musrenbang and other Coordination Meetings, as well as the community better increasing their involvement in the development planning process such as during Musrenbang activities and Coordination Meetings held by the local Government, because community involvement will make it easier to define and decide on development issues to be carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a flipbook learning media using the Canva application on poetry writing material. Researchers chose the Canva application because it is possible and easy to use to create flipbook learning media that are developed to look more attractive and improve student understanding, so that in the learning process students are more active and easily understand the material.This type of research was a Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE development model consisting of the analysis stage (analyze), design stage (design), development stage (develop), implementation stage (implement), and evaluation stage (evaluate). This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Tebo in the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of the study were 20 class XI students. Data collection techniques used student response questionnaires, teacher responses, media expert validation sheets, content experts, and language experts.The results of the validity of flipbook learning media assisted by Canva carried out by three validators obtained an average value of 87.21% categorized as very valid. The results of teacher practicality obtained an average of 95.45% with a very practical category and an average value of student practicality of 89.33% categorized as very practical. And the average effectiveness value of 90% is categorized as very effective. It can be concluded that the flipbook learning media assisted by Canva developed by researchers is suitable for use, because it has met the valid, practical, and effective categories.

Abstract

Nyeri persalinan yang disebabkan oleh kontraksi uterus selama proses persalinan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas sistem saraf simpatis, yang berdampak pada perubahan tekanan darah, denyut jantung, dan pernapasan. Kondisi ini, jika tidak segera ditangani, dapat menimbulkan kecemasan, ketegangan, ketakutan, hingga stres pada ibu bersalin. Salah satu metode non-farmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri tersebut adalah terapi kompres hangat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompres hangat terhadap tingkat nyeri persalinan pada ibu kala I fase aktif di PMB Ida Hariati Lubuk Pakam. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Metode penelitian kuantitatif lalu di desain dengan quasi experiment. Pada penelitian ini di dapatkan Jumlah sampel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sebanyak 20 orang ibu bersalin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pemberian kompres hangat, mayoritas ibu mengalami nyeri berat (11 orang), nyeri sedang (4 orang), dan nyeri sangat berat (5 orang). Setelah diberikan kompres hangat, terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri menjadi nyeri sedang (11 orang), nyeri ringan (4 orang), dan nyeri berat (5 orang). Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah pemberian kompres hangat. sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemberian Kompres Hangat Memiliki Pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mengurangi Intensitas Skala Nyeri Persalinan pada Ibu Kala I Fase Aktif.

Abstract

Obat setelan adalah kelompok obat yang populer di masyarakat, biasanya dalam bentuk tablet atau kapsul, yang dikemas ulang dalam plastik dan diklaim dapat menyembuhkan penyakit tertentu sebagai alternatif pengobatan yang mudah diperoleh dan harganya cukup terjangkau.  Bagaimanapun, obat-obatan ini sering kali dijual dalam kemasan plastik yang tidak memiliki label resmi yang berisi informasi penting seperti nama produk, komposisi, nomor izin edar, petunjuk penggunaan, dan tanggal kedaluwarsa. Tidak adanya informasi dapat menyebabkan penggunaan obat yang salah, yang berpotensi merugikan kesehatan pelanggan. Penggunaan obat setelan yang salah dapat menyebabkan efek samping atau interaksi obat yang tidak diinginkan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pemakaian obat setelan sebagai alternatif pengobatan yang aman dan tepat. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan, distribusi leaflet edukatif, diskusi interaktif yang terarah secara langsung, dan penilaian evaluasi pemahaman di Desa Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 76% dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang terarah dan interaktif dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang penggunaan obat setelan yang tepat, berisiko dan tata cara penggunaan obat setelan yang benar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan informasi yang diberikan kepada peserta, dalam penggunaan obat setelan yang tidak sesuai dan peningkatan konsultasi sebelum menggunakan obat setelan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar program edukasi ini dilanjutkan dan diperluas cakupannya untuk mendukung pengobatan setelan sebagai alternatif yang lebih aman dan efektif di masyarakat.

Abstract

The growth of the beauty industry in Batam demands business owners, such as Hello Skin, implement effective digital marketing strategies, particularly through the Instagram social media platform. This study aims to design and implement a content marketing strategy for the Instagram account @helloskinhouse to enhance customer engagement. The development method used is design thinking, comprising five stages, empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to 202 respondents, who are followers of @helloskinhouse. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the content marketing strategy, which includes a variety of content types, persuasive copywriting, appealing visuals, the use of relevant hashtags, and optimal posting times, significantly increased audience interactions by 2,500%. The content marketing index reached 86.20%, and customer engagement achieved 87.22%, both of which are categorized as excellent. Simple linear regression and partial tests (t-tests) demonstrated that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement (significance value < 0.05). Thus, a well-structured content marketing strategy has been proven effective in increasing audience engagement and building brand trust on the @helloskinhouse Instagram account amid the competitive beauty industry.

Abstract

Cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Kec. Kisaran Timur masih di bawah target, hal ini dapat disebabkan produksi ASI tidak mencukupi. Laktagogum merupakan zat yang dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI, dimana laktagogum terdapat pada buah pepaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian buah pepaya terhadap kelancaran ASI pada ibu menyusui di PMB Fahri Yanti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental. Rancangan penelitian quasi experimental dan desain Two Group atau non- equivalent control group dengan menggunakan kelompok pembanding. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu post partum di PMB Fahriyanti berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik menggunakan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis bivariat menggunakan uji paired sampel t test. Penelitian ini dilakukan  3 kali sehari mengkonsumsi 100 mg pepaya selama 7 Hari, pengukuran dengan cara pumping menggunakan botol yang ada hitungan mililiter. Karakteristik responden sebagian, pendidikan tamat perguruan tinggi  berjumlah 10 orang (66,7%),  pekerjaan sebagai IRT berjumlah 8 orang (53,3 %) dan umur anak 2 bulan berjumlah 11 orang (73,3%). Jumlah ASI sebelum diberikan buah pepaya pada ibu menyusui di PMB Fahri Yanti Kecamatan Kisaran Timur pada kelompok intervensi rata-rata 172,67 cc. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol rata-rata yaitu 188,67 cc. Jumlah ASI setelah diberikan buah pepaya pada ibu menyusui di PMB Fahri Yanti tahun 2025 pada kelompok intervensi rata-rata di hari pertama yaitu 218,67 cc. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol rata-rata di hari pertama yaitu 206,67 cc. Ada pengaruh pemberian buah pepaya terhadap kelancaran ASI pada ibu menyusui di PMB (p value 0,001 < 0,05).

Abstract

The increasing public awareness of health has also influenced the utilization of herbal medicinal plants, which have long been used as an alternative treatment in Indonesia. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to the residents of Musam Pembangunan Village regarding the use of herbal plants for children's health, as well as to enhance their awareness, motivation, and capacity in utilizing them. The activity was carried out on November 13, 2024, involving a team of lecturers and students using the Participatory Learning Action (PLA) method. This method includes counseling and observational assistance regarding various herbal medicinal plants found in the surrounding environment, such as galangal, coriander, bay leaves, ginger, turmeric, and temulawak. The activity was successfully conducted and received positive responses from the community. Residents of Musam Pembangunan Village gained better information and knowledge about the use of medicinal plants for children's health. They also became more aware of the importance of utilizing herbal plants for disease prevention and treatment in children. The utilization of herbal medicinal plants needs to be continuously enhanced through sustainable education. Participatory-based counseling, such as PLA, has proven effective in increasing community awareness and understanding of the benefits of herbal plants for children's health.

This article discusses how AI helps companies improve efficiency in identifying, managing, and minimizing risks in the financial sector, including market, credit, and operational risks. With algorithms such as machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks, AI can process big data quickly, provide accurate analysis, and support strategic decision-making. Despite challenges such as data security and context understanding, the benefits of AI go far beyond these barriers, making it an essential innovation in the digital age. This research highlights the importance of AI integration to create a more secure, efficient, and competitive financial system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-confidence on the entrepreneurial readiness of students of the Economics Education Study Program Batch of 2020, University of Jambi. This study uses a quantitative research method Ex Post Facto method. The population of this study consisted of 71 respondents who had attended entrepreneurship courses. The data collection method used by researchers is a questionnaire. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 2020 Anglatan Economics Education Students at the University of Jambi via a google form. After the questionnaires were distributed, the data were analyzed quantitatively using the SPSS 22.0 application and Ms. Excel. The results showed that partially entrepreneurial knowledge had a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness as indicated by the value obtained   6.832  > 1.668, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, self confidence partially has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness as indicated by the value obtained 7.518 >   1.668 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And simultaneously it also has an effect where the value of    is greater than >  namely 33.269 > 3.13 and a significance value <0.05 which is 0.000 < 0.05. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so that there is a significant influence between Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Self Confidence on Entrepreneurial Readiness of Students of the Economics Education Study Program Class of 2020, University of Jambi.
