Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance. This study was conducted at Regional X Makassar Post Office. The number of samples in this study were 56 employees in the Regional X Makassar Post Office. Data analysis was performed with a simple linear regression analysis. It was regression equation that described and explained the effect of one independent variable on the dependent variable, where the relationship could be described as a straight line. The results of this study showed that there was a strong relationship between incentives and employee performance of 0.888.  The influence of the independent variable or incentive (X) on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y), it was indicated by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.789, which meant 78.9% of the influence of the independent variable or incentive on the independent variable or employee performance at Makassar Regional X Post Office, from the output results were at a good level.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out organizational and inter-organizational behavior, lower-level bureaucratic behavior, and target group behavior in implementing the Manggala abattoir revitalization program (RPH) in Makassar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 8 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the study indicated 3 (three) implementations of the Manggala slaughterhouse revitalization program policy in Makassar City, namely: 1) Organizational and inter-organizational behavior with two variables, namely commitment and coordination, which had been implemented well, 2) Bureaucratic behavior. the lower level with the discretionary dimension of the Department of Fisheries and Agriculture and 12 RPH officers had collaborated to socialize or convey to beef meat entrepreneurs about how to slaughter large livestock at the Manggala RPH based on the applicable standard operating procedures (SOP), and 3) Target groups from The implementation of the RPH revitalization program policy had been right on target, but there were still many beef meat entrepreneurs who had  not joined the RPH because they had private RPH so that the government had not acted to direct all animals slaughter to be carried out at the government-owned RPH.Keywords: Policy Implementation, RPH Revitalization Program

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of health services at the Puskesmas Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The data validity technique used was source triangulation. The results showed that the quality of service can be said to be still not good. Good productivity from adequate medical equipment and health workers have good skills. The provision of incentives is fulfilled, it will be able to encourage the morale of health workers. The flexibility of adaptation that exists between the officer and the patient is considered to have met the needs. The supporting factors are the ability to work with noble motives, skills, time discipline, procedures and methods that have been determined and the inhibiting factor is the number of family members who are also present to accompany patients in emergencies, making it difficult for health care workers to treat patients. Keywords: Effectiveness, Service, Puskesmas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how community empowerment was carried out by the Maritime Service. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative. By using data collection techniques through interviews Based on the results of research related to empowering coastal communities through the use of seaweed in Pabiringa Village, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, which was carried out by the Marine and Fisheries Service, Jeneponto Regency, it was quite good. This can be seen from several indicators of empowerment which include: enabling (creating) the local government creating an atmosphere that makes the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village develop. Meanwhile, empowering strengthens the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village through concrete steps by providing the necessary support and resources so that coastal communities can develop and improve their capabilities, skills and economic opportunities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and explain the influence of excellent service on the satisfaction of people with disabilities in population administration data collection at the Makassar 1 State Special School. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Research data was collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression formulas in the form of tables, figures, frequencies and narratives processed using SPSS data. Based on the results of the T-test research, the significant variables are attitude, attention, appearance and responsibility. Meanwhile, the F-test shows the value of f-count f-table (172.082 2.35) and a significance level of 0.000 0.05, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of excellent service on the satisfaction of people with disabilities. The coefficient of determination shows an adjusted R Square value of 0.965, meaning that 95.6% of the satisfaction of people with disabilities can be explained by attitudes, attention, actions, abilities, appearance and responsibility. The remaining 3.5% is explained by other variables that are not in the regression model. This.

Abstract

the aims of this research is to determine the implementation of transparency of accountability report school operational assistance at SD Islamiyah 1 in Ternate. The method of this research is qualitative research. The data was collected through observation, interview and documentation. The object of this research is SD Islamiyah 1 Ternate and the subject of this research were headmaster, treasurer, committee chairman and student guardian.The result of this research shows that the implementation of  the principle of transparency in the accountability report for school operational assistance funds (BOS) at SD Islamiyah 1 Ternate City has been going well. There are three indicators in this research, namely the legal framework, independent and effective audits, and community involvement. SD Islamiyah 1 Ternate City carries out the budgeting process from planning to realization in an open and truly accountable manner. The management of BOS funds is carried out by using technical guidelines (JUKNIS) as the basis so that BOS funds can be used effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the implementation of minimum service standards during the new normal period at the Kassi-Kassi Public Health Center in Makaassar City. The research method used is qualitative. The results showed 1) Standards and policy targets including SOPs applied in the minimum service standards at Kassi Kassi Health Center Makassar City had been pegged and measured, besides that there was an increase in SPM achievements, 2) the resources at Kassi Kassi Public Health Center had met and were sufficient both from infrastructure and facilities such as TCM, complete medical equipment, elevators, 58 POSHBINDU, 3) Relationships between organizations are very supportive, such as BIN collaborating with the puskesmas for vaccination activities, in addition the government encourages direct innovation of digital services such as SOBAT TB, LSMILL , SITRUS, 4) the characteristics of implementing agents have understood their respective duties and responsibilities, 5) social, economic, political conditions are very supportive where visitors who perform services feel safe and comfortable and there is no discrimination in the services provided, 6) disposition of the agent implementor implementers are consistent and always evaluate the implementation of SPM and every year an evaluation is held for the progress of SPM.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the Strategy of the Regional Development Planning  in Bone Regency and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of the regional development planning strategy. Data collection techniques used observation, interview with  4 informants and documentation . Data analysis used interactive analysis models and  3 types of triangulation in data validation. The results of this study showed that the strategy in planning development had been carried out optimally, this was seen  from the perspective of organizational policy the ability  could describe the strategy , Employee Motivation could work productively  based on their ability, but in terms of the location of resources still not run well because of insufficient material resources. Supporting factors in this planning strategy were (a) Organizational Policy and Development Policy, and (b) Potential and Productivity. Then the inhibiting factors were (a) HR Empowerment and (b) Material Resources.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out the quality of land administration services at the land office of Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative with descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 7 people by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study showed that the quality of service including tangible aspects had fixed, it seen from several indicators including: facilities and infrastructure, office facilities and rules, the reliability aspect had been fulfilled in terms of the reliability of officers and reliable methods, the responsiveness aspect had been fulfilled in several ways. indicators include: the ability of officers, the way of informing informants and the approach of the officers, the assurance aspect had been fulfilled seen from several indicators including: work culture, public safety rules and employee sanctions for violating SOPs, the empathy aspect had been fulfilled seen from several indicators below. These included: Firm Attitude in Service, Firm Attitude to Employees and the response of officers to community complaints. As for the supporting factors, namely utilizing technological developments for employees and the community, which were supported by mobile applications, the Tanahku application on Google had made easier for the public to check files. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan, keterampilan dan sikap pegawai sesuai dengan kebutuhan Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Daerah di Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di bidang keuangan pada Badan Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPEDA) di Kabupaten Enrekang telah menjalankan strategi secara maksimal. Terus memotivasi semua pustakawan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan mereka di bidang keuangan melalui pendidikan. Kegiatan formal dan non formal yang sering dilakukan oleh karyawan melalui pelatihan dan seminar yang diadakan oleh dinas untuk meningkatkan SDM yang ada di bidang keuangan badan perencanaan dan pembangunan daerah (Bappeda) Kabupaten Enrekang yang bersangkutan pelayanan di bidang keuangan dengan strategi yaitu perencanaan, pengembangan, pelatihan dan pembinaan dilakukan.
