Abstract

Kolaborasi dalam pengembangan literasi memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan membangun budaya gemar membaca di masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas implementasi program Kolaborasi Literasi yang melibatkan dosen Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK), mahasiswa, dan pemerintah di Kelurahan Sadia, Kecamatan Mpunda, Kota Bima. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memanfaatkan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan dalam menciptakan lingkungan literasi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Program ini mencakup pelatihan literasi untuk anak-anak, penyediaan fasilitas seperti taman baca, serta pendampingan secara intensif kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan minat baca di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja, yang ditandai dengan tingginya partisipasi dalam kegiatan membaca dan diskusi literasi. Selain itu, kolaborasi ini juga berhasil memperkuat peran komunitas lokal dalam mendukung gerakan literasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi lintas sektor dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif untuk mendorong budaya literasi di daerah dengan akses terbatas terhadap fasilitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Writing is an essential skill in learning Indonesian language that needs to be mastered by elementary school students. However, many students, including grade 4 elementary school students, face difficulties in writing coherent and interesting narratives. This study aims to review the development and effectiveness of Spinning Wheel learning media in improving narrative writing skills. This literature review integrates constructivism theory and game-based learning to explore the benefits of interactive media in learning. The results of the review indicate that the use of Spinning Wheel can improve students' motivation, participation, and writing skills. This is achieved through active interactions that encourage creativity and better organization of ideas. In addition, Spinning Wheel allows for random exploration of story elements, which hones students' critical thinking skills. These findings can be the basis for the development of more innovative media and teaching approaches in the future. ABSTRAKMenulis merupakan keterampilan esensial dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang perlu dikuasai siswa sekolah dasar. Meskipun demikian, banyak siswa, termasuk kelas 4 SD, menghadapi kesulitan dalam menulis narasi yang koheren dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pengembangan dan efektivitas media pembelajaran Spinning Wheel dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis naratif. Literatur review ini mengintegrasikan teori konstruktivisme dan pembelajaran berbasis permainan untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat media interaktif dalam pembelajaran. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Spinning Wheel dapat meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, dan kemampuan menulis siswa. Hal ini dicapai melalui interaksi aktif yang mendorong kreativitas dan pengorganisasian ide secara lebih baik. Selain itu, Spinning Wheel memungkinkan eksplorasi elemen cerita secara acak, yang mengasah keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan media dan pendekatan pengajaran yang lebih inovatif di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the implementation of Discovery Learning with an ethnopedagogy approach, which integrates local wisdom, can contribute to the formation of students' character. Through a literature review, this study analyzes various studies that implement local cultural elements in learning to identify the effectiveness of this approach in improving character values ??such as responsibility, tolerance, and respect for diversity. The method used is a systematic review of relevant articles and research that discuss the integration of local wisdom through the Discovery Learning model in the context of character education. The results of this study indicate that the Discovery Learning approach that focuses on independent exploration and discovery, when combined with local cultural values ??through ethnopedagogy, is effective in building positive character in students. Culture-based learning not only enriches students' understanding of their cultural identity but also encourages students' active involvement in appreciating and internalizing relevant social values. This study recommends the development of a sustainable learning model based on local culture as an effort to strengthen students' character based on local wisdom values. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan Discovery Learning dengan pendekatan etnopedagogi, yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal, dapat berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter siswa. Melalui tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai studi yang mengimplementasikan elemen budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas pendekatan ini dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti tanggung jawab, toleransi, dan rasa hormat terhadap keberagaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian sistematis terhadap artikel dan penelitian relevan yang membahas integrasi kearifan lokal melalui model Discovery Learning dalam konteks pendidikan karakter. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Discovery Learning yang berfokus pada eksplorasi dan penemuan secara mandiri, ketika dikombinasikan dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal melalui etnopedagogi, efektif dalam membangun karakter positif pada siswa. Pembelajaran berbasis budaya tidak hanya memperkaya pemahaman siswa tentang identitas budaya mereka tetapi juga mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam menghargai dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai sosial yang relevan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model pembelajaran berkelanjutan yang berbasis budaya lokal sebagai upaya memperkuat karakter siswa yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to group regencies/cities based on education indicators and identify the characteristics of each group formed based on education indicators. The method used in this research is Self self-organizing map (SOM). SOM is an artificial neural network that requires no assumptions and a method that produces a representation of the input space from low-dimensional training samples. The data used in this research are 9 variables regarding pure enrollment rates, gross enrollment rates, and student-to-teacher ratios at each level of education in 24 districts/cities in South Sulawesi in 2020-2021 which come from BPS publications. Based on the results obtained, 4 clusters were formed, each of which had its characteristics. The clusters formed include Cluster 1 consisting of 7 regencies/cities, cluster 2 consisting of 10 regencies/cities, cluster 3 consisting of 4 regencies/cities, and Cluster 4 consisting of 2 regencies. Based on the results of cluster validation using the Dunn index, 4 optimal clusters were obtained with a value of 0.42.

Abstract

Celebes TV, one of the local television stations in Makassar, features news as its main program, Celebes Petang. News value is a consideration for journalists to cover what the informant has witnessed and been concerned about because the news becomes more interesting to watch. This research aimed to identify the process of the TV news production of Celebes Petang and all the people involved in the production program and to find out the understanding of Celebes TV journalists on the general criteria for reporting newsworthy events. This qualitative approach collected the data by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research showed that the production process of the news program Celebes Petang on Celebes TV follows the procedure of television programs. The production process starts when the news manager, producer, and reportage in chief observe the broadcasting materials or theme from any courtesy. During the meeting, the reporter and the staff are assigned by the director of reportage to cover the news. After that, the reporter writes the script based on the news. This script is used as the material in the dubbing process. The next stage is editing the news items and dubbing. The producer will correct the result of the editing process. The approved result was printed into the data form and sent to the server to be aired live to the viewers by a crew of the master control room.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untukmendampingi pelaku bisnis franchise dalam melakukanpembukuan keuangan sederhana menggunakan aplikasiBukuWarung. Metode kegiatan ini menggunakan pemaparansosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada para peserta yaitu pemilik bisnis dan karyawan usaha franchise di Desa Tunggul, Kecamatan Nalumsari, Kabupaten Jepara. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman pesertatentang pembukuan keuangan sederhana menggunakanaplikasi digital yaitu BukuWarung, dan meningkatkan minatpeserta untuk mengaplikasikan BukuWarung dalam kegiatanpengelolaan keuangan mereka. Kesimpulan dari kegiatanini adalah banyak peserta yang masih menggunakanpembukuan manual menggunakan buku kas, padahalpencatatan tersebut sering mengalami kendala seperti salah hitung sehingga kurang efektif apabila terus digunakan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pendampngan ini menjadialternatif untuk membantu dan mempermudah kegiatanbisnis para peserta dalam melakukan pembukuan keuangansederhana secara digital. Kata kunci: digitalisasi, pembukuan sederhana, bukuwarung, usaha franchise

Abstract

SMKN SPP Asahan merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dimana memiliki 2 jurusan yaitu Agribisnis Tanaman Perkebunan dan Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan  Hortikultura. SMKN SPP Asahan didirikan pada tahun 2010, yang dipimpin oleh Kepala Sekolah Ardi Aldiansyah, M.Pd. SMKN SPP Asahan beralamat di Jalan Rawang Pasar V, Kecamatan Rawang Panca Arga, Kabupaten Asahan dengan memiliki beberapa instansi yang sudah berkerjasama untuk siswa mealakukan Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakrerin). Permasalahan dalam kegiatan Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakerin) di SMKN SPP Asahan tidak optiomalnya diantaranya, sekolah menentukan siswa yang Prekerin sesuai dengan soft skill, jam kerja , beban kerja dan kebutuhan instansi, sehingga kegiatan yang mereka lakukan tidak cukup maksimal dan dikarenakan pihak dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI) tidak terlalu dipahami oleh siswa. Permasalahan klasik seperti jam kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan keinginan para siswa. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatasi masalah kesulitan dalam menentukan Instansi atau Perusahaan untuk Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakerin) yang sesuai dengan jurusan dan kondisinya. Sehingga Siswa/Siswi yang telah mengikuti Praktek Kerja Industri (Prakerin) hasilnya maksimal.

Abstract

The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in South Sulawesi which reached 6.07% in 2020 has an impact on the economy and welfare levels. TPT data in South Sulawesi has spatial diversity. To overcome spatial diversity in data analysis, the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) method can be used. However, GWR is less than optimal if multicollinearity occurs, so the Geographically Weighted Lasso (GWL) method is more appropriate. Research related to GWL on TPT in South Sulawesi has not been conducted. This study aims to obtain a GWL model with a spatial weighting matrix using a fixed exponential kernel weighting function and identify factors that influence TPT. The data used are TPT, population growth rate, literacy rate, illiteracy rate, average length of schooling, job vacancies, and job seekers. The results of the study showed that the factors influencing TPT were population growth rate, illiteracy rate, average length of schooling, and job vacancies in several districts/cities with an R2 value of 89.4%.

Abstract

Numeracy skills in the 21st century are essential because these skills not only support data analysis and number-based problem solving but are also needed in various aspects of life that affect the global community. The numeracy literacy of high school students has not been optimally trained, even though both abilities are needed to solve conceptual and contextual daily life problems in working on PISA and AKM items. This study was conducted to assess the numeracy literacy level of high school students in one of the cities in Central Java Province. As a survey with a quantitative approach, this study involved 150 high school students as respondents. The entire population became respondents in this study so the purposive sampling technique was applied. 24 out of 30 test items are empirically valid with a reliability value of 0.89. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to answer the numeracy literacy category of students. Based on the results, 35.60% was obtained which is included in the knowing level of numeracy literacy. The results of this study suggest more interactive and contextualized learning strategies to facilitate the transition to deeper understanding and application level.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the resilience capabilities of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in facing professional and contextual challenges through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Using the PRISMA method, 12 articles from 2015–2024 were identified and analyzed to explore the internal and external factors of ECE teachers' resilience. The analysis results indicate that 33% of the articles highlight the role of internal resilience factors such as self-compassion, ego-resilience, and self-esteem. In comparison, 50% of the articles emphasize the importance of social support, institutional policies, and training as external resilience factors. 17% of the articles discuss the interaction between internal and external factors. These findings affirm that resilience results from a dynamic interaction between the individual and their environment. This research recommends developing resilience-based training programs and institutional policies that support the well-being of ECE teachers. With a holistic approach, early childhood education teachers are expected to be better prepared to face professional and contextual challenges that optimally contribute to supporting the development of young children.
