Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat jenderal Bawaslu RI, melalui disiplin kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan paradigma positivisme. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 220 orang pegawai (responden), yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei dengan instrumen berupa angket. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif berupa Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis direct effect membuktikan bahwa; (1) kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, (2) kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara hasil analisis indirect effect membuktikan bahwa; (1) kepemimpinan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, melalui disiplin kerja, dan (2) budaya organisasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, melalui disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan paradigma positivisme. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 148 orang pegawai (responden), yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei dengan instrumen berupa angket. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif berupa Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis direct effect membuktikan bahwa; (1) kepemimpinan agilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi, dan (3) kepemimpinan agilitas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi. Sementara hasil analisis indirect effect membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan agilitas secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi melalui budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam manajemen dan memimpin pembelajaran yang  memiliki tugas mengarahkan, mengorganisasi, serta mengawasi seluruh proses pendidikan di sekolah. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga dituntut untuk dapat mengembangkan strategi manajemen yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan berbasis data, agar mampu merespons dinamika internal dan eksternal lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu fungsi manajerial seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan harus dijalankan secara optimal oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan pendidikan yang efektif di sekolah dasar dengan menekankan peran kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi dan pemberdayaan sekolah. Menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka sistematis terhadap 15 Artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional (2019–2024) merupakan data primer, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari buku serta Artikel dibawah 2019. Artikel dipilih dari database jurnal bereputasi, seperti, SINTA, Google Scholar, arXiv. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik (thematic analysis).  Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, dilakukan triangulasi antar sumber dan referensi silang terhadap teori-teori pendidikan yang relevan. Artikel yang digunakan telah melalui proses peer review dan berasal dari jurnal bereputasi, sehingga menjamin kredibilitas isi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang memiliki keterampilan perencanaan, pengarahan, pengorganisasian, dan pengawasan yang baik mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang produktif dan kolaboratif. Selain itu, kurikulum yang dikembangkan secara kontekstual serta strategi pengelolaan sumber daya yang berbasis komunitas terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan kapasitas kepala sekolah dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan dasar yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

People suspected of committing a crime must be respected for their human rights. To find evidence that the person suspected of committing a crime is guilty, one or several methods of coercion must be used. In upholding and respecting the human rights of alleged perpetrators of criminal acts, the process of arrest and detention must be by procedures. If not according to guidelines, pretrial efforts can be carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the pretrial has provided legal benefits to the suspect's rights. The specification of this research is analytical descriptive, with normative juridical research type. Methods of data collection through collecting secondary legal materials, which include; books, laws and regulations, documents, journals, and scientific articles. Based on this research, it is found that in practice, the implementation of the pretrial trial has not been able to maximally provide legal benefits to the rights of the pretrial Petitioner. The pretrial Judge has tried to make it happen. However, if the Petitioner feels that his rights are still not protected and what is requested by the pretrial Petitioner, it is because of the facts in the Judge and the provisions in the Court. The applicable law makes the Judge unable to give a decision anymore. In addition, to provide legal benefits to the suspect as a pretrial Petitioner and then grant his request, there are still several obstacles or obstacles, including not fully understanding the meaning, scope, and existence of this pretrial. Put forward other facts that can be taken into consideration by pretrial judges in making decisions. In addition, some pretrial judges are less thorough in examining what things will be requested or requested in the submission and pretrial examination.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of Tembang Bocah Banyumasan into the PGMI curriculum at UIN Saizu Purwokerto as a decolonizing intervention in music education. In the PGMI context, the longstanding dominance of Western music has limited pre-service teachers’ exposure to local musical knowledge, weakened cultural rootedness, and produced learning practices that are insufficiently aligned with Indonesia’s cultural diversity. The paper aims to examine how this integration unfolds through three key phases: critical awareness, reappropriation, and emancipation and knowledge production, where students create and perform works that integrate local culture, Islamic values, and environmental awareness. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing curriculum structure, weekly learning stages, and empirical findings from student engagement. The results indicate that integrating Tembang Bocah Banyumasan fosters cultural identity, critical thinking, and creativity among PGMI students, while also contributing to a more inclusive, contextually relevant curriculum for elementary schools. Challenges, such as limited access to traditional instruments, were addressed through digital tools and local artist collaborations, ensuring a meaningful and adaptable learning experience. The findings suggest that this integration not only decolonizes music education but also bridges the gap between university and elementary school curricula, offering a model for inclusive and culturally responsive teaching.

Abstract

Sea level is a key oceanographic variable that exhibits both spatial and temporal variability and serves as an important indicator of global and regional ocean–climate variability, which can influence fishery productivity. Using satellite observation data, this study aimed to identify patterns and fluctuations in sea level trends and variability, and to examine their effects on the catch rates of Eastern Little Tuna (Euthynnus affinis) in the Makassar Strait over a ten-year period (2013–2022). Sea level time series were generated through averaging calculations and spatial mean mapping to characterize sea level distribution. Histogram analysis was applied to determine the frequency of catch per unit effort (CPUE) across different sea level ranges. The results showed that mean sea level in the Makassar Strait during the study period ranged from 0.48 to 0.78 m. Clear annual and seasonal sea level variability was observed, with higher values (0.65–0.70 m) during the northwest monsoon and lower values (0.50–0.60 m) during the southeast monsoon. Over the ten-year period, sea level increased by approximately 0.13 m. The highest CPUE of Eastern Little Tuna was associated with sea levels between 0.60 and 0.65 m. Histogram analysis further indicated that this sea level range corresponded to the maximum CPUE values. In contrast, higher sea levels ranging from 0.75 to 0.80 m were associated with the lowest CPUE, value of 30 kg/trip.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for Al-Qur'an Hadith learning that can respond to developments in the digital era without neglecting Islamic values. The uniqueness of this research lies in the use of interactive multimedia learning media developed directly by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, so that innovation emerges from within the madrasah and does not adopt external platforms as is often found in similar studies. This study aims to describe the implementation of interactive multimedia media, students' learning motivation after using it, and the relationship between the two in the context of Al-Qur'an Hadith learning. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and madrasah officials. Data analysis follows the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the findings is strengthened through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results show that interactive multimedia media is implemented through careful planning, participatory implementation, and evaluation that emphasizes digital feedback. This media has been proven to increase student learning motivation through a combination of visual and audio, a systematic pedagogical flow, gamification elements in digital quizzes, and interactive features that make learning more engaging and spiritually meaningful. The study concluded that the integration of interactive multimedia media can strengthen student engagement and motivation in studying the Quran and Hadith, while also serving as a relevant model for digital learning innovation for madrasas in the technological era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of affective aspects in mathematics learning among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 36/VI Rantau Panjang. The background of this research is the significant role of the affective domain including attitudes, interest, motivation, and student responsibility in supporting meaningful and sustainable mathematics learning, as affective components are fundamental alongside cognitive and psychomotor domains in learning objectives. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Participants were fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 36/VI Rantau Panjang. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with the teacher, and affective assessment instruments based on established affective indicators. The data were analyzed descriptively to illustrate how affective aspects were applied in mathematics teaching and learning. The findings indicate that the implementation of affective aspects in mathematics learning was carried out through several instructional strategies, such as assigning group tasks, providing praise for positive student responses, and encouraging student self-reflection on their learning processes. However, challenges remain in consistently applying specific affective indicators, particularly in maintaining student motivation when confronting complex mathematical topics. In conclusion, the implementation of affective aspects in mathematics learning at SD Negeri 36/VI Rantau Panjang contributes to creating a more positive learning environment, but systematic strengthening of affective indicators is needed for further improvement.

Abstract

The limited availability of electrical training media in motorcycle vocational schools leads to theoretical learning and reduces students’ hands-on experience. This community service project aimed to design, construct, and implement a motorcycle electrical trainer for the Department of Motorcycle Engineering and Business (TBSM) at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkalis. The trainer integrates four main subsystems: lighting, charging, ignition, and electric starter, assembled on a safe and ergonomic educational panel. The method consisted of needs analysis, design, component selection, fabrication, functional testing, module development, and classroom implementation with teacher–student mentoring. Functional tests showed that all subsystems operated according to the design, including protection through fuses and accessible measuring points. Classroom use received positive responses; the trainer was considered relevant to the curriculum and helped students understand circuit flow, perform voltage measurements, and practice basic fault diagnosis. The activity produced a trainer unit, practicum modules, and opportunities for scientific publications and intellectual property.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low communication skills of fourth-grade students at SDIT Asy-Syifa Al-Inayah 6 in Jambi City. This study aims to improve communication skills using the think-pair-share cooperative learning method in Indonesian language learning. The theory used in this study is about the importance of communication skills in facilitating the learning process as proposed by (Tarigan et al., 2023) and the think-pair-share cooperative learning model proposed by (Prasetyawati, 2021). This research is a classroom action research. The subjects of this research are all 19 students of class IV B of SDIT Asy-Syifa Al-Inayah 6 Kota Jambi. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, which included the Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection stages. The research instruments used were teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and student communication skills cycle tests. Based on the observation results, it can be seen that the average percentage of teacher activity in cycle I was 73%, increasing to 84% in cycle II. In the student activity observation sheet, the average percentage in cycle I was 67%, increasing to 82% in cycle II. The results of the student communication skills test in cycle I were 63% with an average of 69, increasing in cycle II to 84% with an average of 84. Thus, it can be concluded that there was an increase in communication skills.
