Abstract

Indonesia is the largest country producing palm oil. The existence of climate change in the form of El Nino has had an impact on the sustainability of oil palm plantations, with the fire of land and oil palm plantations. The purpose of this study is to design a prototype of future business models that will be used to develop palm oil insurance. The analytical method used is a business model canvas (BMC) approach equipped and SWOT. Data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The sampling technique is by non-probability sampling-purposive sampling with the hope that the selected sample has the knowledge, expertise and competence in the field studied in this study. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the highest strength lies in the elements of Key Partners and Channels with values of 4.1 and 3.7. Furthermore, the highest weaknesses are indicated by Key Activities and Key Resources elements with values of 3.10 and 3.00. Both have relatively low weaknesses compared to the weaknesses of other elements. The highest opportunity lies in the Customer Segment element with a value of 4.2 and Customer Relationship with a value of 3.97. Threats in all segments are classified as low with values between 3 and 3.4. High weakness in the Revenue Stream and Cost Structure elements. Company need to improve elements: customer relationship, value preposition, key activities, key partners, key resources, and channels. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has profoundly affected numerous aspects of life, notably the educational landscape. The closure of schools and the transition to remote learning pose significant hurdles in fostering character education within Integrated Islamic Primary Schools (SDIT). This research delves into the obstacles and innovative approaches undertaken in character education at SDIT Permata Bunda and SDIT Pelita Khoitul Ummah in Bandarlampung City amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Employing a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, the study involved comprehensive interviews with educators, students, and parents, coupled with an analysis of school program documentation. Findings reveal that adapting to digital technology emerges as a major obstacle, particularly in maintaining vital social interactions essential for character development. Teachers and students are compelled to adopt more interactive and project-based learning methodologies to surmount the challenges posed by remote learning. Furthermore, parental engagement plays a pivotal role in reinforcing character learning at home. Innovations such as project-based online classes, virtual group discussions, and regular principal-parent meetings have augmented the participation and involvement of all stakeholders in the educational process. Despite the adversities encountered, the pandemic has spurred opportunities to devise more creative and efficacious learning strategies. In conclusion, while the Covid-19 pandemic presents multifaceted challenges, embracing innovative learning methodologies and fostering collaboration among stakeholders can substantially bolster the advancement of character education in SDITs. The success of character education hinges not solely on knowledge dissemination but also on collaborative endeavors among schools, students, and parents in fostering a conducive learning environment conducive to nurturing positive values.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on profitability in BPRs in the Semarang city area. The population of this research is the quarterly financial reports of BPR Semarang city for the 2019-2022 period. The sample in this research is the quarterly financial report of BPR Semarang city. Using the convenience sampling technique, a research sample of 82 observations of quarterly financial reports was obtained. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results show that CAR has no positive effect on ROA, while NPL and BOPO have a negative effect on ROA, and LDR has a positive effect on ROA. The results of this research can be used by OJK to help maintain financial system stability and protect customers by increasing the effectiveness of supervision. Apart from that, it can also formulate more effective policies in encouraging the growth and profitability of BPR, so that ultimately it can increase public trust in the financial sector.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This observation aims to improve students' learning focus by applying Social Emotional skills, especially in Self-Awareness skills with the STOP breathing technique (Stop, Take a breath, Observe, and Processed). The observation was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method at SMAN 1 Rejoso, Nganjuk. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews in class X-MIPA 3. The results of the analysis showed that 70% of students felt the impact of the STOP technique could improve students' focus and concentration during learning. This conclusion is based on the data collected and interviews with teachers and students of class X-MIPA 3 Keywords: STOP Technique, Social Emotional Competence, Student Focus ABSTRAK Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan fokus belajar siswa dengan menerapkan keterampilan Sosial Emosional, terutama dalam keterampilan Kesadaran Diri dengan teknik mengatur pernafasan STOP (Stop, Take a breath, Observe, dan Processed). Pengamatan dilakukan dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif di SMAN 1 Rejoso, Nganjuk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara di kelas X-MIPA 3. Abstract

An in-depth investigation of a study aimed at comprehensively examining the influence of the inquiry learning model on the learning motivation and learning outcomes of tenth-grade students in MA Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Given that student learning motivation and learning outcomes often need improvement, this study examines inquiry as a learning catalyst. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, involving the measurement of numerical data to analyze the relationship between variables. The population of this study included all tenth-grade students in MA Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung, with the sample being determined using purposive or cluster random sampling to ensure relevant representation. Quantitative data were collected through test instruments to measure learning outcomes (learning outcomes) and questionnaires to measure student learning motivation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical tests, such as the t-test, to compare the group implementing the inquiry model with the control group and to identify the significance of its influence. Previous research has shown that the inquiry model, both guided and media-based, can improve student motivation and learning outcomes in various subjects and educational levels. This study is expected to provide the latest empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the inquiry model in increasing motivation and learning achievement of Islamic jurisprudence at the Madrasah Aliyah level, especially at MA Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung, as well as offering practical implications for the development of more interactive and participatory learning strategies in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Background: Health financing in Lumajang is still far from the target. Therefore, a study focused on the implementation of minimum service standards (MSS) in the health sector is needed. Despite the government emphasis on MSS health, disparities in service access and health conditions persist.Objective: To provide insights into the effectiveness of health financing, serving as a foundation for policy recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of health fund allocation in Lumajang Regency.Methods: The study employed a quantitative approach, utilising district health accounts (DHA) and cost and benefit analysis (CBA). The budget allocation for different MSS health services was also investigated. The analysis involved examining the spending proportion relative to total health expenditure. The study design used a qualitative descriptive method. The data source was obtained from the budget realisation report for the MSS health sub-activities at the Community Health Center (CHC) and the Lumajang Health Office. Data analysis was performed by an integration of DHA and CBA approaches. We performed mapping costs and benefits analysis and calculated the sensitivity of financing to whether it is economically profitable and provides leverage for achieving MSS performance indicator targets. Results: The realisation of local original revenue in the health sector tended to fall below targets. Central transfer funds dominated the funding sources in CHC. The highest health budget allocation of MSS was received by maternal health services, while other services only received a proportion relative to a decrease in total health expenditure.Conclusion: In Lumajang Regency, analysis of the costs and benefits of regional health financing to fulfil MSS health showed that the benefit-cost ratio (BCR) value was > 1, meaning that health financing for MSS in the District Health Sector was profitable, so it should be used as a regional priority program in overcoming regional health problems.

Abstract

An unusual situation exists in Indonesia, where cadastral measurement and mapping for land registration do not adhere to a single coordinate reference framework. The Technical Guidelines for PTSL (2020–2022) state that land parcel measurements can be tied to the National TDT and/or to CORS reference stations, despite the fact that these two use different datum systems. If this is done, issues of gaps and overlaps may arise between adjacent land parcels during mapping. This study aims to highlight the multiplicity of coordinate reference frameworks used in cadastral measurement and mapping, and their relation to the national single map policy. A descriptive-comparative method with a quantitative approach was employed to compare the coordinates resulting from TDT measurements that fall within different coordinate systems and are used in cadastral mapping. The results indicate significant differences in the TDT position coordinates due to the different epoch references of the datum systems, as well as variations in the shape of the TDT network in the study area. This implies that TDT of orders 2, 3, 4, and densification orders from BPN cannot be used as a reference for land parcel binding in cadastral mapping. Keywords: mapping datum, multiple coordinate reference frameworks, coordinate differences, cadastral mapping.   INTISARI Suatu kondisi yang tidak lazim terjadi di Indonesia, di mana pengukuran dan pemetaan kadastral untuk pendaftaran tanah tidak mengacu pada satu kerangka acuan koordinat yang tunggal. Petunjuk Teknis PTSL (2020–2022) menyatakan bahwa pengukuran bidang-bidang tanah dapat diikatkan pada TDT Nasional dan/atau pada stasiun acuan CORS, meskipun keduanya menggunakan sistem datum yang berbeda. Jika hal ini dilakukan, akan timbul masalah gap dan overlap pada bidang-bidang tanah yang berbatasan saat pemetaan dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap keberagaman kerangka acuan koordinat yang digunakan dalam pengukuran dan pemetaan kadastral, serta kaitannya dengan kebijakan peta tunggal nasional. Metode deskriptif-komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk membandingkan koordinat hasil pengukuran TDT yang berada pada sistem koordinat yang berbeda dan digunakan dalam pemetaan kadastral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam koordinat posisi TDT, yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan epok referensi sistem datum. Selain itu, terdapat variasi perubahan bentuk jaring TDT di daerah penelitian. Ini berarti bahwa TDT orde 2, 3, 4, dan orde perapatan dari BPN tidak dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pengikatan bidang tanah untuk pemetaan kadastral. Abstract

Kehadiran lembaga Mahkamah Konstitusi dengan kewenangan yang dimiliknya, telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan  dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia, di antaranya berkenaan dengan pengujian terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan (judicial review). Kalau sebelumnya pengujian  hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Mahkamah Agung atas peraturan-perundang-undangan di bawah undang-undang terhadap undang-undang,   dengan munculnya Mahkamah Konstitusi  memungkinkan terjadinya pengujian  undang-undang terhadap undang-undang dasar. Judicial review yang dilakukan oleh Mahkamah Agung dan Mahkamah Konstitusi  merupakan mekanisme kontrol lembaga yudikatif terhadap produk peraturan perundang-undangan yang dalam pembuatannya tidak lepas dari pegulatan di antara berbagai kepentingan politik Dengan adanya judisial review semua produk hukum berupa peraturan perundang-undangan tidak dapat lepas dari fungsi kontrol oleh lembaga yudikatif sehingga substansi maupun prosedur pembuatannyan lebih dapat dipertanggingjawabkan dari aspek hukum, dan bukan hanya merepresentasikan kepentingan politik semata.

Abstract

Article 54 of the Law No. 1 of 2009 on Aviation regulates the types of violations of order occurring on aircraft. Article 1 regulates aviation as a system consisting of the exploitation of airspace, aircraft, airport, air transportation, aviation navigation, safety and security, living environment, as well as support facilities and other public facilities. The type of breaches of order that occurred in aircraft during flight is the subject of this study.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of Tembang Bocah Banyumasan into the PGMI curriculum at UIN Saizu Purwokerto as a decolonizing intervention in music education. In the PGMI context, the longstanding dominance of Western music has limited pre-service teachers’ exposure to local musical knowledge, weakened cultural rootedness, and produced learning practices that are insufficiently aligned with Indonesia’s cultural diversity. The paper aims to examine how this integration unfolds through three key phases: critical awareness, reappropriation, and emancipation and knowledge production, where students create and perform works that integrate local culture, Islamic values, and environmental awareness. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing curriculum structure, weekly learning stages, and empirical findings from student engagement. The results indicate that integrating Tembang Bocah Banyumasan fosters cultural identity, critical thinking, and creativity among PGMI students, while also contributing to a more inclusive, contextually relevant curriculum for elementary schools. Challenges, such as limited access to traditional instruments, were addressed through digital tools and local artist collaborations, ensuring a meaningful and adaptable learning experience. The findings suggest that this integration not only decolonizes music education but also bridges the gap between university and elementary school curricula, offering a model for inclusive and culturally responsive teaching.
