Abstract

The categorization of the Low-Income Community category is based on the poverty indicators in the Multidimensional Poverty Index, including the dimensions of health, education, and living standards. The Proxy Means Test (PMT) can estimate household income or consumption by taking into account household conditions that are readily observable and cannot be manipulated. This method offers the advantage of being capable of determining both the poverty level of a household and the household's characteristics based on asset ownership and socio-demographic conditions. This study aims to estimate per capita consumption using OLS, Robust, Quantile, LASSO, and Ensemble methods. The application of these methods is intended to address various issues, including the presence of outlier data, multicollinearity, and uncertainties. The results indicate that none of the four methods used achieved the highest accuracy based on the MSE, MAE, and sMAPE criteria. Consequently, employing an ensemble model becomes essential to accommodate the element of uncertainty present in these four models. The application of the ensemble method is not only as a comparison between the models, but also as a means to capture the uncertainty contained in each model

Abstract

The problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the development of prior knowledge on the ability to create sentence structures and read comprehension of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Roof Salapian, Langkat Regency, for the 2024-2025 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of developing prior knowledge on the ability to create sentence structures and reading comprehension of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Salapian, Langkat Regency, academic year 2024-2025. The method applied in this research is an experimental method with a simple 2. The instrument used to collect research data is an objective test. An objective test was used to obtain the data needed in this research, which consisted of 20 multiple choice questions, with research techniques, if 1 was correct, it was given a score of 5, so that the highest score was 100 and the lowest score was 5. The results of the research showed that there was an influence on the development of initial knowledge on the ability to create sentence structures and read comprehension for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Roof Salapian Langkat Regency for the 2024-2025 academic year, this can be seen from the results of calculations using anava where Fcount = 6.32 and Ftable = 4.00 at a significance level of 0. .05, this means that Fcount Ftable. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the development of prior knowledge in influencing the ability to create sentence structures and students' reading comprehension abilities, in the sense that there is an interaction between the development of prior knowledge in influencing the ability to create sentence structures and students' reading comprehension abilities.

Abstract

Village funds have become a significant strategy in the government's efforts to improve economic development at the village level, and village funds play a role in encouraging equitable village economic growth in Pamekasan Regency but still require a more in-depth evaluation. This research is based on the condition of even village economic growth in Pamekasan Regency villages, which is still below the average of 29.53. A study aims to analyze the relationship and how much influence there is between village funds, poverty-free villages, developing village index, and villages without disparity on the increase in the economic growth score of the village equally.  The data collection technique is a documentation technique sourced from the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The study results show that the increase in the economic growth score of the village is evenly responded to positively by villages without poverty and without inequality. On the other hand, the increase in the economic growth score of the village is responded negatively by the village fund because the higher the economic growth score of the village is even, the village fund budget will be reduced. After all, the welfare of the community begins to be achieved. The implication of the study is to provide input for related agencies and village communities in increasing the score of equitable village economic growth in Pamekasan Regency villages.
