Abstract

The female police profession is a job that is carried out as a main activity to produce performance and which relies on a skill. Meanwhile, professionalism is a female police officer's commitment to her profession, as well as a 'spirit' or spirit, perspective, method, and/or practice those traces and describes a series of characteristics of the profession concerned. This commitment is shown by his pride as a professional, continuous efforts to develop professional abilities. There are many opinions about the elements that can be considered as part of the characteristics that build the professionalism of a profession. One opinion states that a profession is characterized by, among other things, certain specifications relating to: education and training, intellectual or theoretical expertise/competence as well as technical, organizational, discipline and code of ethics, as well as commitment to altruistic services (public services). This study has the intent and purpose to analyze how the policewomen who serve in the Bogor Police as leaders in the operational field and to improve the professionalism and leadership of the Police for the advancement of the Police. The method that the author uses in reviewing and discussing research problems is the descriptive analysis method. The results of the study revealed that the views of members of the function unit towards female police officers who served in the operational function of the female police leadership at the Bogor Police were based on the readiness of female police officers who had high productivity and performance, namely those who had a desire to provide excellent service to the community. In order to carry out their duties and functions, the Women's Police is a service provider to the public. In the current era of globalization, it is deemed necessary to properly place female police officers. This is very important to do so that the provision of excellent service to the community can be realized. This excellent service is intended so that time, energy, and budget are not wasted because of the services of female police officers.

Abstract

Penghindaran pajak adalah pengaturan untuk meminimalkan atau menghilangkan beban pajak dengan mempertimbangkan konsekuensi pajaknya. Penghindaran pajak bukanlah pelanggaran undang-undang perpajakan agar pembayar pajak usaha mengurangi, menghindari, meminimalisir atau meringankan beban pajak yang dilakukan dengan cara yang dimungkinkan oleh Undang-Undang Pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Persentase Dewan Komisaris Independen, Jumlah Dewan Komisaris, Mutu Audit, Komite Audit, dan besarnya Perseroan atas Penghindaran Pajak Perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010 - 2012 Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010 - 2012. Sampelnya dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sebanyak 72 emiten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Institutional Ownership, Quality Audit, Komite Audit dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penghindaran Pajak. Sedangkan persentase Komisaris Independen, Jumlah Dewan Komisaris, dan ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penghindaran Pajak. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,347. Artinya, variabel Kelembagaan Kepemilikan, Persentase Dewan Komisaris Independen, Jumlah Dewan Komisaris, Mutu Audit, Komite Audit dan Ukuran Perusahaan, 34,7% memiliki peran bersama untuk dapat menjelaskan atau mendeskripsikan variabel Penghindaran Pajak.

Abstract

One of the strategies to improve the mothers' well-being of mothers and new-borns is optimizing the first 1000 days after birth starting from preparation for pregnancy. By optimizing pregnancy preparation, mothers are expected to have a healthy pregnancy which will affect the outcome of their pregnancy. The community service aimed to educate the public, including health care staff in Indonesia as main providers of maternal health in order to assist mothers and their partners in preparing for their pregnancy. The output of this community service is the knowledge transfer about pregnancy preparation and pregnancy period in order to optimize the First 1000 Days. The results showed that the majority of participants consisted of midwives, indicating that midwives were still enthusiastic about enhancing their knowledge regarding pregnancy. The evaluation showed that the majority of participants were satisfied with the topic provided. Similar community service is recommended to be implemented in a small scale of community group in order to have an intensive education.

Abstract

Produk PT. Cahaya Mekanindo Perkasa cenderung pada bidang Otomatisasi, fabrikasi, dan pemesinan yang dapat ditemukan di berbagai tempat. Perusahaan ini memiliki banyak kecelakaan di area produksi. Kecelakaan kerja tetap ada, terutama dalam pengoperasian tiga mesin produksi: mesin bubut, penggilingan, dan gerinda tangan, terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja belum dianalisis atau dinilai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan penyebab kecelakaan di tempat kerja dan merekomendasikan solusi yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan. Peneliti di PT. Cahaya Mekanindo Perkasa menganalisis kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja mereka (K3) menggunakan kerangka kerja HIRARC (Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian Risiko, dan Pengendalian Risiko). Berdasarkan temuan identifikasi bahaya, Pt. Tiga pekerjaan fabrikasi Cahaya Mekanindo Perkasa mengandung total 31 risiko berkat 26 bahaya potensial. Ada 11 risiko rendah, 11 risiko sedang, 5 risiko tinggi, dan 5 risiko ekstrem yang tercantum dalam penilaian risiko. Pt. Cahaya Mekanindo Perkasa menggunakan metode eliminasi, substitusi, kontrol teknik, kontrol administrasi, dan peralatan pelindung pribadi (APD) untuk mengurangi risiko yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh tax amnesty, self assessment system dan keadilan pajak terhadap persepsi wajib pajak atas tindakan penggelapan pajak pada wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan bukti secara empiris tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi wajib pajak atas tindakan penggelapan pajak, sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi akademisi, praktisi dan pembuat kebijakan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar pada KPP Pratama Kota Samarinda. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 103 wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kota Samarinda dan dianalisis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tax amnesty berpengaruh negatif terhadap persepsi wajib pajak atas tindakan penggelapan pajak, (2) self assessment system berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi wajib pajak atas tindakan penggelapan pajak dan (3) keadilan pajak tidak bepengaruh terhadap persepsi wajib pajak atas tindakan penggelapan pajak.

Abstract

Indonesian Warships are a representation of the strength and ability of the Navy in maintaining state sovereigntyin the area of national jurisdiction. Second Fleet Command is one of the main cities of the Indonesian navy whichoversees the central part of the Republic of Indonesia. This maritime area security activity is realized through theimplementation of Marine Defense Operations and Marine Security Operations using the warship. In assessingaspects, criteria and alternatives that affect the sustainability of the warship operation degree in Second FleetCommand, the author uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method (AHP) in assessing the weight of eachintensity, in this processing the author uses super decision software 2.10 in processing the data. In theimplementation of warship operations, there are many aspects that affect its implementation. The three mainaspects are the Geopolhankam aspect, the naval warships technical/physical aspect and the Navy'sfinancial/budgetary aspect. Of the three aspects, the technical aspect is the main aspect that affects thesustainability of the warships operation title with a weight value of 0.44343. Furthermore, the Financial aspect /Indonesian navy budget with a weight of 0.38737 and the Geopolhankam aspect is the aspect with the lowestpriority with a weight of 0.1692. Abstract

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world, where itsgeographical constellation which is in a cross-world position places the sea area of national jurisdiction verystrategically for both Indonesia and for other countries. The State Defense Policy of 2020 set by the Minister ofDefense of the Republic of Indonesia formulates that the implementation of National Defense is carried out in adirected, measurable, transparent and accountable manner, demanding the establishment of a Universal People'sSecurity Defense System (Sishankamrata) through efforts to manage national resources which include all humanresources, human resources and human resources. natural resources, artificial resources and nationalinfrastructure throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia as a defense unit in overcoming threats.Composite Company capabilities can still be developed by increasing the strength and capabilities of compositecompanies and optimizing the degree pattern. The Composite Company development strategy can be started byfirst studying the potential threats that may be in the future and analyzing the condition of the Composite Companywhich must be improved to create national maritime security. Based on these problems, this research offers astrategy for developing a composite company in maintaining national marine security that takes into accountpotential threats in the future. In this study, the authors analyzed the problem using the SWOT method. TheSWOT method is used to formulate the main strategy for the development of Composite Companies in the faceof national maritime security threats, and used to analyze the implementation of the Composite Company developmentstrategy in the face of national maritime security threats. Abstract

Perusahaan yang memperhatikan prospek kemajuan dari perusahaannya, tentunya akan memperhatikan kesejahteraan dari pegawainya. Salah satunya adalah memperhatikan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan pegawai. Kepuasan kerja pegawai akan dirasakan jika perusahaan memberikan keadilan organisasional berupa keadilan distributive dan keadilan interaksional pada pegawai. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributive dan keadilan interaksional yang diberikan perusahaan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa studi literature pada bidang menajemen sumber daya manusia dengan memperhatikan keadilan distributive dan keadilan interaksional yang diberikan perusahaan pada pegawai. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. Hasil analisis dan review literature menjelasakan bahwa keadilan distributive berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja pegawai, begitu juga dengan keadilan interaksional yang diberikan perusahaan berdampak pada kepuasan kerja yang positif pada pegawai. Kepuasan kerja yang baik dari pegawai akan memberikan hasil yang optimal pada setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information about Debt to Equity Ratio (Der), Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car), Non Performing Loans (Npl), Loan to Deposit Ratio (Ldr). Against Return on Assets (ROA) in Banks Registered on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. This study uses financial statement data of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in years 2011-2014. Data collecting method which used in this research is method purposive sampling, that based on criterion which has been determined before. Based on method purposive sampling, research sample total is 24 companies. Hypothesis in this research are tested by with the regresi linier berganda classical asumtion. The results show that the variables that influence (ROA) Return On Assets Banks Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are NPL, while other variables examined in this study such as DER, CAR and LDR are not proven against ROA (Return On Assets).

Abstract

Tecnology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis which is a successful and acceptable model in order to predict the acceptance of a new technology. In the last two years, in Indonesia there has emerged a financial technology service that was designed with the open platform principle, OVO. OVO is a service engaged in the field of financial technology, is a smart application designed to make payment services and transactions online, and has penetrated into all business expansion. The purpose of this research is to find out. the effect of perceived ease, perceived risk and attitude of use on the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City. The population used in this study were all users who intended to use OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City amounted to 140. The sample used in this study were 60 people. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, Classic Assumption Test, multiple regression analysis, t-test statistics and the model feasibility test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of ease have a positive and significant influence on the behavioral intention of OVO financial technology in the city of Surakarta with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. usage attitude has a positive and significant influence on the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. This means that all variables affect the intention of OVO financial technology behavior in Surakarta City. Seeing the results of the research conclusions, that Behavioral Intetion of the users stated that those interested in using OVO financial technology applications with the advantages offered such as free transfers
