Coffee shops or cafes have the potential to create crowds of customers and of course have a high risk of spreading Covid-19. Therefore, research is needed that aims to describe the strategy of cafe managers in preventing the spread of Covid-19 and customer perceptions of this strategy. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Research informants are cafe managers and loyal customers who are selected by purposive sampling. The research was conducted at the Kastem Coffee, Samarinda City in August 2021. The information collected was analyzed qualitatively. The results obtained information that cafe managers and customers since the pandemic until the research was carried out had still implemented the Covid-19 health protocol. The cafe manager plans to develop models to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the cafe environment through cross subsidies and mutual assistance to fellow customers. Cafe customers agree and support, have not made a choice, and do not agree with the model development plan. The results of this study can be taken into consideration for managers of similar businesses and other types of businesses in supporting business environment free of Covid-19.

PT. Gadino Sejahtera Abadi is a type of PLN partner service company because it provides services in the field of electricity administration and connectivity. In addition, it has carried out several activities of the company in an effort to satisfy consumers. This activity is expected to provide efficient results. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the quality of customer satisfaction services either together or in part. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research that uses quantitative approaches. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and use multiple regressions. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 59 people. Based on the results of this study that the quality of service (X) consisting of reliability, certainty, reality, empathy and responsiveness, has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Some test results show that only variable assurance has some effect on customer satisfaction with a significant number of variables

The low rate of exclusive breastfeeding can be caused by various factors, including those from the mother, baby, and the environment. Mother's factors for not breastfeeding include the mother's self-confidence to breastfeed (Breastfeeding Self Efficacy). Four factors that influence breastfeeding self-efficacy are breastfeeding experience, observing other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and physical and emotional conditions. This study aims to describe the breastfeeding self-efficacy factors contained in the article under study. This literature study was obtained from searching scientific research articles from the 2010-2020 range using Google Schoolar. The results of the literature study obtained 48 articles, which after the identification, screening, and eligibility processes were carried out from 48 articles there were 7 articles that matched the inclusion criteria of the researcher. From the 7 articles studied, it was found that breastfeeding experience factors, observations of other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and physical and emotional conditions were related to Breastfeeding Self Efficacy. And of these 3 factors, verbal persuasion is the most dominant influencing, because persuasion in the form of support and enthusiasm will solve the problems faced can inspire breastfeeding mothers to be persistent and strong in increasing their self-efficacy Keywords : Breastfeeding, self efficacy, postpartum mothers

Abstract The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Royal n' Lounge Hotel Jember. The population in this research was all operational employees of Royal n' Lounge Hotel Jember in total of 47 respondents. The research results showed that the artifacts and creations, values, and basic assumptions significantly affected employee performance at Royal n' Lounge Hotel Jember with the positive direction. Suggestions in this research are: 1) hotel management is expected to further develop and provide knowledge about the organizational culture to the employees, in hope that this can improve employee performance at Royal n' Lounge Hotel Jember; 2) it is expected that furthe r research provides development in goal orientation in the research and the addition of respondents, so the research hopefully achieves better results. Hepatitis B is an infectious disease that is a major health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. This disease can attack pregnant women and can affect the fetus they are carrying. This study aims to identify the chance of hepatitis B incidence based on the characteristics of pregnant women with HBsAg positive at dr. H. Koesnadi Bonsowoso. This research is a descriptive quantitative analytic study, with a population of HBsAg Positive pregnant women in 2019 with a sample size of 76 mothers who were taken using a total sampling technique. Collecting data using secondary data from the medical records of dr. H Koesnadi Bondowoso. The results showed that the characteristics of pregnant women with positive HBsAg had the highest chance in the age group 20-34 years (82.9%), mothers who do not work (75%), husbands who work as private employees (40.8%), mothers who do not have a history of surgery (82.9%), and in multigravidas (64.5%), it is concluded that mothers aged 20-34 years, do not work, have no history of surgery, are multigravida, and have husbands who work as private employees have a high chance of getting Hepatitis B in pregnancy. Screening efforts for pregnant women are needed to reduce the risk of transmission from mother to fetus. Pre-pregnancy screening efforts also need to be done on husband and wife to reduce the risk of transmission between partners. Keywords: Hepatitis B, HBsAg, Characteristics of Pregnant Women

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability on dividend policy and firm value. Dividend policy is proxied by the dividend per share, while profitability is proxied by return on equity, return on assets and net profit margin. Firm value measured by price-to-book value ratio. We use firm size as a controlle varable. The population in this study are the companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Therefore there are only 30 companies that listed in JII, then all of companies were taken as samples with a four-year observation period (2008-2011). To analyze the data, we use multiple regression that supported by eviews program.The results showed that first profitability variables that significantly affect dividend policy is the return on assets and return on equity, while net profit margin and firm size does not affect the dividend policy. Second, dividend policies significantly affect the firm value. While profitability variables that significantly affect the firm value is the return on equity and return on assets, but net profit margin and firm size does not affect to firm value.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality, trust, image of cooperative to the satisfaction and loyalty of members. Quantitative descriptive research type with explanatory research design. The population in this study is all members of Koprimka "Anjasmoro" Jember. The sample used was 84 respondents, using calculation with slovin formula. Analyzer uses path analysis. The result of hypothesis test shows that service quality, trust, image of cooperative individually have a significant positive effect on member satisfaction. Quality of service, trust and image of cooperatives individually positively significant effect on member loyalty through member satisfaction. Member satisfaction positively significant influence on member loyalty. The analysis of coefficient of determination on model 1 shows that 44.6% satisfaction of members of Koprimka "Anjasmoro" is influenced by service quality, trust and image of cooperative, while the rest 55.4% influenced by other variables outside model or equation. Determination coefficient analysis in model 2 shows that service quality, trust, cooperative image and member satisfaction can influence member loyalty by 60.4%, while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables outside model or equation.Keywords: service, trust, image, satisfaction and member loyalty

Majalengka is one of the regency that had been implemented the multipurpose threshers for soybean. The multipurpose thresher related with business sustainability in the region, so an economic analysis need to be done. The objective of this study was to assess the economics of multipurpose threshers in order to improve postharvest activity by using this multipurpose thresher. This research was conducted by operating two type of multipurpose threshers in the Sindang Kasih village as main soybean seed producing center. Thresher testing was done by setting the rotary cylinders speed on 515-570 rpm and 580-650 rpm. Weight losses of threshing operation was found 0.68-3.1%. The results of analysis for main operational cost was Rp. 327 - Rp. 369/kg, and BEP was reached at 15.7-19.2 ha/year that equal with 23,562 – 28,852 kg of soybean seeds/year or Rp. 9,604,100 - Rp. 11,540,649/year. The equipment rent cost of Rp. 400/kg was feasible with NPV Rp. 1,997,037 - Rp. 6,523,947, IRR 19.63-32.42% and net B/C of 1.11-1.43. An availability of soybean to be threshed was found during two periods of planting, namely 40 ha on February until April and 10 ha on June until August.

Untuk mendiagnosa kerusakan suatu komputer, dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, terkadang teknisi sering kali tidak menyelesaikan tugasnya agar bias memperbaiki sebagai solusi kerusakan komputer. Untuk menyimpulkan solusi kerusakan komputer, sebenarnya sudah ada standar penyelesaiannya, hal ini sangat memungkinkan agar dapat dibuatkan sebuah sistem yang mampu berjalan secara otomatis berdasarkan gejala yang muncul. Pembuatan sistem pemeriksaan kerusakan komputer sebagai sebuah alat bantu dalam perawatan sebuat laboratorium komputer bisa diselesaikan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode, seperti metode forward chaining atau backward chaining. Selain itu pemodelan sistem ini juga menggunakan metode perancangan uml yang melibatkan usecase diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagaram, kemudian untuk menggabarkan sebuah database yang memunculkan table apa saja yang diperlukan, juga digunakan class diagram sebagai analisa data. Terdapatnya beberapa table initi seperti gejala, masalah, solusi dan table persilangan diantara ketiganya akan mampu menciptakan beberapa langkah penyelesaian yang standar, sehingga diharapkan sistem ini mampu membantu para teknisi dalam rangka merawat komputer dalam sebuah laboratorium dengan cepat dan tepat. AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan KBBI V versi daring dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran bahasa di sekolah dasar sering menjadi kendala karena banyak kata tidak baku yang digunakan siswa. Hal ini terjadi karena dari kebiasaan awal ataupun memang sama sekali belum mengetahui penulisan yang benar. Kita memahami bahwa berbahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar merupakan salah satu bentuk untuk mempertahankan bahasa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, perlu pembinaan penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan benar kepada siswa sekolah dasar melalui pemanfaatan KBBI V versi daring dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia. Perlu dipahami bersama bahwa bahasa itu dinamis dan terus berkembang sesuai dengan kemajuan zaman. Dengan demikian, kesejalanan dan kesejajaran pengajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar dengan kebiasaan membuka atau memanfaatkan KBBI V versi daring ini merupakan hal yang harus dijalankan. Hal tersebut juga dimaksudkan untuk membiasakan siswa sekolah dasar dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia ini dapat dipraktikkan dengan benar, baik dalam penggunaan bahasa lisan maupun tulisan. Selanjutnya, pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan kebiasaan membuka KBBI V daring akan lebih memaksimalkan pemahaman dan penggunaan kata-kata baku sehingga kesalahan-kesalahan dapat diminimalisasikan.Kata kunci: pemanfaatan, KBBI V daring, pembelajaran, bahasa dan sastra, sekolah dasar
