Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter santri pondok pesantren Nurul Hakim Kediri Lobar yang bertumpu pada budaya pondok pesantren, nilai karakter yang ditanamkan melalui budaya di pondok pesantren, dan pendekatan yang digunakan Tuan Guru dalam menanamkan karakter santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan data dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, obsevasi non partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis induktif. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas, dan diskusi teman sejawat. (lengkapi sampai dengan analisis data). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pembentukan karakter dilakukan secara simultan antara Santri, Tuan Guru, Ustaz, Lingkungan, dan budaya pondok pesantren yang diterapkan di setiap waktu. Ada lima karakter yang ditanamkan kepada para santri yang termuat dalam Panca Jiwa Pesantren yaitu keikhlasan, kesederhanaan, kemandirian, ukhuwah Islamiyah, dan kebebasan terbatas. Karakter santri tercermin dalam sikap setiap hari di lingkungan dan di luar pondok pesantren.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the application of the learning evaluation system in improving school quality for class IX A students at MTs Ma'arif Gondang. The research is descriptive qualitative research, with qualitative analysis. The research results show that the evaluation of the learning implementation process carried out includes the suitability between the learning process and the learning implementation plan (RPP), the readiness of teachers and students in the learning activities carried out in the classroom. Student participation also plays an important role in learning activities as well as communication carried out by teachers to get feedback from students during the learning process. Providing motivation to students in the learning process is important to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Students' mastery and desire for specific goals that will be achieved in learning activities. Learning evaluation also includes assessment aspects which include the domains of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The learning evaluation system implemented at MTs Ma'arif Gondang can improve the quality of the school based on the results of the questionnaire obtained in the very good category.

Abstract

Divorce outside religious courts often occurs in the Kepulauan Seribu community. As a result, the rights of wives and children after divorce are neglected. This article aims to examine in more depth the factors and resolution of divorce disputes outside of Court. This article is qualitative, with data sources obtained through interviews and document study. This article finds that four factors cause divorce outside religious courts: the location of the Kepulauan Seribu is very far from the site of the North Jakarta Religious Court, the economy, weather conditions and the educational level of the people of the Kepulauan Seribu. The resolution of family disputes is carried out using three processes: deliberations, mediation, and Mobile Sessions conducted by the North Jakarta Religious Court.

Abstract

Discipline character building in students is needed and must be instilled early in the learning process. This paper aims to analyze the teacher's efforts in shaping the disciplined character of students at MI Roudlotul Huda Sekaran, Gunung Pati, Semarang. This paper uses a qualitative field research type. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is done by using the triangulation technique. The data analysis method used is in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the teacher's efforts in shaping the disciplined character of MI Roudlotul Huda Sekaran Gunung Pati Semarang students included the synergy of the headmaster and the teachers in setting good examples, habituation of positive activities, and exemplary discipline. The supporting factors for the formation of student character are good cooperation from school personnel, good communication between parents, teachers, students, the community, a positive school environment, and teachers who are enthusiastic about acting as models or leaders. Abstract

Dalam era digital, kemampuan menulis akademik penting bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. Pelatihan academic writing daring, melalui platform online, memberikan solusi atas tantangan pembelajaran daring dengan diskusi interaktif. Meskipun ada tantangan akses dan interaksi, potensi pelatihan daring dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan membangun jaringan kolaborasi tidak dapat diabaikan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan webinar nasional, memperkenalkan metode penulisan akademik untuk artikel pengabdian masyarakat. Tim memberikan solusi untuk kendala dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah. Beberapa aplikasi seperti Microsoft Word, Mendeley, dan Grammarly membantu dalam pembuatan academic writing. Langkah-langkah konkret diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan seperti kesulitan menemukan topik dan mengumpulkan data. Oleh karena itu, menulis artikel ilmiah dapat menjadi alat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan standar profesional bagi dosen dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Social skills are an important part of a humans ability to live, because social skills are very much needed in social life. Social skills are skills in interacting, communicating and collaborating with another people. Social skills also can be learned and developed through the learning process. With the increasing of social problems that occur, social skills are a very important skill to have. The aim of this research is to get an overview and analyze the development of students social skill levels through the implementation of the contextual teaching & learrning (CTL) model in Islamic Religius Education subjects. This research uses a qualitative field approach. The research location taken was SMP Negeri 2 Karangkobar Banjarnegara. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes the results of interviews and observations. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from documentation results. Using three data collection techniques, namely interview, observations, and documentation. Analyzing data is carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The conclusion of this research is that trhough the use of the contextual teaching & learning model, students social skills have increased, although not significantly. This is because forming and changing human character requires quite a long process and time. However, by consistently and always developing the CTL learning model that is carried out, it is hoped that it will be able to help teachers in their efforts to improve social skills. Therefore, the use of the CTL model is considered effective in helping teachers in efforts to improve students social skills.

Abstract

Human trafficking is a serious crime that involves the exploitation of individuals The threat of imprisonment is a dominant feature of the Indonesian Criminal Code. Although imprisonment is a common punishment in most countries, its effectiveness has been a topic of debate for centuries. Therefore, it is imperative to identify alternative forms of custodial punishment to mitigate the negative consequences of imprisonment. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to provide a comprehensive overview of the current issues based on existing evidence. The results of this research revealed several key insights. The fundamental purpose of criminal supervision in the Indonesian criminal justice system is to protect the public from criminal acts in accordance with the principles of criminal law. The Draft National Criminal Code explains that supervision punishment is an alternative to imprisonment. Supervision punishment is an alternative form of punishment with the provision that the punishment imposed will not be implemented if the conditions are met, with a maximum probation period of three years. It is evident that conditional punishment as an alternative to deprivation of liberty punishment in the existing Criminal Code is inadequate in protecting individuals and criminal offenders. Therefore, the National Criminal Code must evolve to include alternative formulations, such as supervision punishment (probation), which has been successfully developed and implemented in various countries around the world. The fundamental purpose of supervision punishment is to replace deprivation of liberty/imprisonment, an approach that has resulted in poor outcomes for both the convicted person and society at large. Therefore, supervision punishment should be included as the main type of punishment in the upcoming National Criminal Code, serving as an effective and humane alternative to deprivation of liberty.

Abstract

The partner in this PkM activity is the Api-Api village government, Wonokerto, Pekalongan district, this village is one of the villages that has several MSME groups or women entrepreneurs. The MSME aims to be a forum for innovation for women entrepreneurs to develop themselves as strong entrepreneurs. Based on a situation analysis of the main problems currently faced by partners in the marketing aspect and business management aspect. Marketing aspects include low competitiveness and business performance due to lack of innovation, weak branding, weak positioning and not optimal use of the internet in marketing. Meanwhile, aspects of business management include business management that is not yet professional, not having a business permit/PIRT and halal certification, conventional financial reporting. Based on these problems, through this activity, several solutions will be provided, especially product packaging problems so that they can attract consumers, namely strategies for preparing content, images, sentences and things that may or may not be included in the packaging regarding their impact on marketing. The method of implementing activities uses a participatory approach through training activities, with measurable achievement targets. Through this training activity, participants understand the material and are expected to implement the training results. As a monitoring aspect, the PkM team visits partners to see the implementation of the training provided.

Abstract

The potential of women's business groups is still not maximized. There are still many female entrepreneurs who face many challenges in developing their businesses. Indonesian women must prepare themselves to enter the digital economic sector so that they can play a role, can benefit themselves, their families and their environment. In Api-Api village, Wonokerto District, activities were carried out to empower women's business groups to increase competitiveness in the digital business era. The benefits that will be received from this empowerment activity include: (1) women's business groups will be able to understand and implement digital business, (2) women's business groups will be able to manage their businesses well, (3) women's business groups will be able to understand the importance of business legality.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Surabaya adalah lemahnya pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi utama yang membahas mengenai istilah ilmiah di dalamnya. Hal ini berdampak pada pengetahuan peserta didik dan terhambatnya proses pencapaian ketuntasan klasikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang diiringi dengan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan lembar kerja kartu dapat mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dalam pembelajaran IPS. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif (PTKK) dengan dua kali siklus berulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi discovery learning berbantuan lembar kerja kartu dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPS pada materi utama kondisi geografis dan pelestarian sumber daya alam dengan rata-rata presentase enam indikator pemahaman konsep semula 53% (siklus I) menjadi 63% (siklus II). Peningkatan ini pula terjadi pada nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik, dimana pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 60.12 menjadi 70 pada siklus II. Kemudian, adanya peningkatan pada frekuensi jumlah peserta didik dengan nilai sangat tinggi (81-100) semula 6 orang pada siklus pertama menjadi 11 orang pada siklus kedua serta tidak ditemukannya peserta didik yang memiliki nilai dengan kategori rendah maupun sangat rendah.
