Abstract

In the era of globalization, the empowerment of local potential has become increasingly important, especially at the village level. The village of Semar in Pagerwojo District, Tulungagung Regency, is a major dairy-producing area, with 60% of its population engaged in dairy farming. However, the Sri Wigati Dairy Cooperative (KUD), which has traditionally been the primary buyer of milk, is facing management issues, forcing farmers to sell their milk to private collectors with limited capacity. As a result, a significant portion of the milk goes unsold, posing a potential economic loss. To address this, a previous community service initiative taught farmers how to process milk into milk crackers, although these products have remained limited to local consumption despite their added value. Therefore, the focus must shift to the regional or national market. This community service program aims to: 1) enhance the competitiveness of local products, 2) empower the community, 3) optimize the value chain, 4) increase income, 5) develop a sustainable business model, 6) foster partnerships, and 7) improve community knowledge and skills. The outcomes of this initiative align with the established goals, marking a positive first step towards improving the welfare and economy of the Semar Village community

Abstract

Rapid advancements in technology have had a profound impact on educational practices, particularly in language learning, where accessibility, interactivity, and collaboration have become central themes. This paper explores the integration of digital platforms such as Padlet, into English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom, with a particular focus on collaborative storytelling as a means of examining cultural hybridity, tradition, and modernity. Framed through a postcolonial lens, the study investigates how digital storytelling facilitates students’ negotiation of cultural values and postcolonial dynamics within a collaborative creative process. The findings suggest that digital storytelling platform provides EFL learners with valuable opportunities to critically engage with cultural identities and power dynamics, while simultaneously enhancing their creative writing skills. This study underscores the potential of technology-assisted learning to facilitate meaningful dialogue and critical reflection on cultural hybridity in contemporary educational context.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Everyone is Teacher Here method on student learning outcomes in SKI subjects, to determine the improvement and difference in student learning outcomes that use the Everyone is Teacher Here method and those who do not use the Everyone is Teacher Here method in SKI subjects. This thesis research uses a quasi-experimental method with pretest posttest design in two classes. The experimental class uses the Everyone is Teacher Here method, while the control class uses conventional learning. The data was analyzed using the t-test and gain test to determine the difference and improvement of learning outcomes. The results of the study show that there is an influence of the everyone is a teacher here method on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the difference in student learning outcomes in SKI lessons that use the everyone is a teacher here method and those who use the conventional method with t-test results >good at a significance level of 1%, which is 4.32 > 2.677. Meanwhile, at the level of 5% significance, it is 4.32 > 2.008. There is an increase in student learning outcomes after using the everyone is a teacher here method. This is evidenced by the results of the gain test for the experimental class obtained a result of 0.538.

Abstract

Margohayu village is one of the regions in the Karangawen Subdistrict, Demak Regency, Central Java. Desa Margohayu has a population of 8,056, with the majority working as farmers. Currently, the irrigation of rice fields in Desa Margohayu still relies on fossil fuel-based energy, which gradually depletes and has environmental consequences. However, Desa Margohayu has significant potential to establish a self-sustaining energy system by harnessing solar energy. Sunlight can be converted into electricity through solar panels to power water pumps. Therefore, the Community Service Team from Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang proposes an environmentally friendly and sustainable technology implementation in the agricultural sector through the Margo Mulyo Farmer Group in Desa Margohayu. The goal is to reduce the negative impact of fossil fuel usage that has been prevalent. The results of this initiative show that the Margo Mulyo Farmer Group gains knowledge and skills related to solar energy utilization. The implementation of this technology is expected to reduce agricultural costs, particularly in the irrigation process.

Abstract

Religious character education is an effort to approach education aimed at shaping the attitudes and behaviors of students in accordance with the principles of their faith. This study aims to describe the values of religious character education found in the novel "Assalamualaikum Calon Imam" by Ima Madaniah. The novel presents the story of a Muslim teenager striving to understand and apply Islamic teachings in daily life. This research employs a qualitative approach, specifically a library research method, utilizing data collection techniques through documentary studies and online data searches. The findings indicate that this novel serves not only as entertainment but also as a medium for instilling moral values that can inspire readers to become better individuals. By emphasizing the importance of religious character education from an early age and integrating religious teachings with modern life, the novel provides valuable lessons on how to face life's challenges with steadfast faith and noble character.

the formulation of the problems in this study are (1) How is the Effect of Member Trust on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (2) How is the Effect of Service Quality on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (3) How is the Effect of Product Quality on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (4) How is the Effect of Mobile Banking Use on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (5) How is the Effect of Member Trust, Service Quality, Product Quality, and Use of Mobile Banking on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat Pekalongan?. This research is quantitative. The object of this research is members of KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat in Pekalongan. This research uses purposive sampling technique, the data collection technique is a questionnaire, and the sample of this research is 100 respondents. After conducting the research, the researcher obtained data calculated using the Slovin formula. SPSS was used to analyze the data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study are Member Trust, Service Quality, Product Quality, and Use of Mobile Banking partially and simultaneously affect Member Satisfaction KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat.

Abstract

Artikel bertujuan melihat efektivitas metode tamyiz dalam meningkatkan pemahaman nahwu dasar pada siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Futuhiyyah Wonosobo, dengan melihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman nahwu dasar sesudah mengaplikasikan metode Tamyiz, kemudian mengetahui adanya perbedaan peningkatan signifikan diantara kelas yang mengaplikasikan metode tersebut. Tulisan ini merupakan temuan hasil penelitian lapangan menggunakan quasi experiment dan nonequivalent control group design, dilaksanakan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Futuhiyyah Bumirejo, dengan pendekatan teori metode tamyiz, melibatkan 40 responden terdiri atas 20 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 20 siswa kelas kontrol. Pengukuran dilakukan terhadap guru dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang dibagikan ke responden, pengumpulan data melalui tes, dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis kuantitatif melaui uji normalitas dan homogenitas, kriteria pretest dan posttest, uji t dan uji gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran metode Tamyiz terbukti efektif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman nahwu dasar siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Futuhiyyah Wonosobo. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan pemahaman nahwu dasar siswa kelas VII eksperimen dengan melihat hasil uji-Gain 0,56 (kategori sedang). Efektifitas dikuatkan dengan adanya perbedaan pemahaman nahwu dasar diantara kelas yang mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran metode Tamyiz dengan yang tidak mengapikasikannya, dengan perhitungan analisis: 4,77. taraf signifikansi 5%, dan dk = (20+20)-2 = 38 didapatkan 2,0244, dan pada taraf signifikansi 1% didapatkan 4,77. Hasil tersebut memperlihatkan nilai . Sehingga ditolak dan diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to justify the relevance of tourism destination culture personality (TDCP) for measuring destination personality from a cultural measures and personality behaviour perspective. Employing the cultural measures and personality behaviour approach, the study examines how TDCP can strengthen tourist engagement and memorable experiences, leading to higher revisit intentions, particularly when the destination image aligns with tourists' self-concept. TDCP integrates destination personality and Hofstede's cultural dimensions to define a destination's unique cultural identity. The study performs quantitative research method and involved 259 respondents from a single nation to evaluate 15 scale items of TDCP. SEM-AMOS and IPMA statistical analyses are performed to confirmed TDCP's measurement item and the role. We found TDCP has significance in optimising the relationship between tourist engagement, memorable experiences, and revisit intention. Additionally, TDCP demonstrated a È-shaped curvilinear relationship with tourist engagement and revisit intention. Robustness and configuration tests validated the findings. This study contributes to tourism literature by detailing the impact of TDCP dimensions on tourist engagement, memorable experiences, and revisit intention in NBT. Abstract

Contextual learning is a learning approach that helps teachers connect what they teach to students' real-world situations and encourages students to make connections between their knowledge and its application in everyday life. This research aims to explore the application of the contextual learning model in the Aqidah Ahlak subject for students at MIN 1 and MIN 2 Nganjuk. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the application of the contextual learning model helps increase the understanding and application of moral values ​​among students. The implication of this research is the need to integrate contextual learning models in the teaching of Aqidah Ahlak subjects at MIN 1 and MIN 2 Nganjuk.
