Abstract

The partner in this PkM activity is the Api-Api village government, Wonokerto, Pekalongan district, this village is one of the villages that has several MSME groups or women entrepreneurs. The MSME aims to be a forum for innovation for women entrepreneurs to develop themselves as strong entrepreneurs. Based on a situation analysis of the main problems currently faced by partners in the marketing aspect and business management aspect. Marketing aspects include low competitiveness and business performance due to lack of innovation, weak branding, weak positioning and not optimal use of the internet in marketing. Meanwhile, aspects of business management include business management that is not yet professional, not having a business permit/PIRT and halal certification, conventional financial reporting. Based on these problems, through this activity, several solutions will be provided, especially product packaging problems so that they can attract consumers, namely strategies for preparing content, images, sentences and things that may or may not be included in the packaging regarding their impact on marketing. The method of implementing activities uses a participatory approach through training activities, with measurable achievement targets. Through this training activity, participants understand the material and are expected to implement the training results. As a monitoring aspect, the PkM team visits partners to see the implementation of the training provided.

Abstract

The potential of women's business groups is still not maximized. There are still many female entrepreneurs who face many challenges in developing their businesses. Indonesian women must prepare themselves to enter the digital economic sector so that they can play a role, can benefit themselves, their families and their environment. In Api-Api village, Wonokerto District, activities were carried out to empower women's business groups to increase competitiveness in the digital business era. The benefits that will be received from this empowerment activity include: (1) women's business groups will be able to understand and implement digital business, (2) women's business groups will be able to manage their businesses well, (3) women's business groups will be able to understand the importance of business legality.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Surabaya adalah lemahnya pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi utama yang membahas mengenai istilah ilmiah di dalamnya. Hal ini berdampak pada pengetahuan peserta didik dan terhambatnya proses pencapaian ketuntasan klasikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang diiringi dengan hasil belajar melalui model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan lembar kerja kartu dapat mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dalam pembelajaran IPS. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif (PTKK) dengan dua kali siklus berulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi discovery learning berbantuan lembar kerja kartu dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPS pada materi utama kondisi geografis dan pelestarian sumber daya alam dengan rata-rata presentase enam indikator pemahaman konsep semula 53% (siklus I) menjadi 63% (siklus II). Peningkatan ini pula terjadi pada nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik, dimana pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 60.12 menjadi 70 pada siklus II. Kemudian, adanya peningkatan pada frekuensi jumlah peserta didik dengan nilai sangat tinggi (81-100) semula 6 orang pada siklus pertama menjadi 11 orang pada siklus kedua serta tidak ditemukannya peserta didik yang memiliki nilai dengan kategori rendah maupun sangat rendah.

The village of Semar in Pagerwojo District, Tulungagung Regency, is a major dairy-producing area, with 60% of its population engaged in dairy farming. However, the Sri Wigati Dairy Cooperative (KUD), which has traditionally been the primary buyer of milk, is facing management issues, forcing farmers to sell their milk to private collectors with limited capacity. As a result, a significant portion of the milk goes unsold, posing a potential economic loss. To address this, a previous community service initiative taught farmers how to process milk into milk crackers, although these products have remained limited to local consumption despite their added value. Therefore, the focus must shift to the regional or national market. This community service program aims to: 1) enhance the competitiveness of local products, 2) empower the community, 3) optimize the value chain, 4) increase income, 5) develop a sustainable business model, 6) foster partnerships, and 7) improve community knowledge and skills. The outcomes of this initiative align with the established goals, marking a positive first step towards improving the welfare and economy of the Semar Village community

Abstract

Rapid advancements in technology have had a profound impact on educational practices, particularly in language learning, where accessibility, interactivity, and collaboration have become central themes. This paper explores the integration of digital platforms such as Padlet, into English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom, with a particular focus on collaborative storytelling as a means of examining cultural hybridity, tradition, and modernity. Framed through a postcolonial lens, the study investigates how digital storytelling facilitates students’ negotiation of cultural values and postcolonial dynamics within a collaborative creative process. The findings suggest that digital storytelling platform provides EFL learners with valuable opportunities to critically engage with cultural identities and power dynamics, while simultaneously enhancing their creative writing skills. This study underscores the potential of technology-assisted learning to facilitate meaningful dialogue and critical reflection on cultural hybridity in contemporary educational context.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Everyone is Teacher Here method on student learning outcomes in SKI subjects, to determine the improvement and difference in student learning outcomes that use the Everyone is Teacher Here method and those who do not use the Everyone is Teacher Here method in SKI subjects. This thesis research uses a quasi-experimental method with pretest posttest design in two classes. The experimental class uses the Everyone is Teacher Here method, while the control class uses conventional learning. The data was analyzed using the t-test and gain test to determine the difference and improvement of learning outcomes. The results of the study show that there is an influence of the everyone is a teacher here method on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the difference in student learning outcomes in SKI lessons that use the everyone is a teacher here method and those who use the conventional method with t-test results >good at a significance level of 1%, which is 4.32 > 2.677. Meanwhile, at the level of 5% significance, it is 4.32 > 2.008. There is an increase in student learning outcomes after using the everyone is a teacher here method. This is evidenced by the results of the gain test for the experimental class obtained a result of 0.538.

Abstract

Margohayu village is one of the regions in the Karangawen Subdistrict, Demak Regency, Central Java. Desa Margohayu has a population of 8,056, with the majority working as farmers. Currently, the irrigation of rice fields in Desa Margohayu still relies on fossil fuel-based energy, which gradually depletes and has environmental consequences. However, Desa Margohayu has significant potential to establish a self-sustaining energy system by harnessing solar energy. Sunlight can be converted into electricity through solar panels to power water pumps. Therefore, the Community Service Team from Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang proposes an environmentally friendly and sustainable technology implementation in the agricultural sector through the Margo Mulyo Farmer Group in Desa Margohayu. The goal is to reduce the negative impact of fossil fuel usage that has been prevalent. The results of this initiative show that the Margo Mulyo Farmer Group gains knowledge and skills related to solar energy utilization. The implementation of this technology is expected to reduce agricultural costs, particularly in the irrigation process.

Abstract

Religious character education is an effort to approach education aimed at shaping the attitudes and behaviors of students in accordance with the principles of their faith. This study aims to describe the values of religious character education found in the novel "Assalamualaikum Calon Imam" by Ima Madaniah. The novel presents the story of a Muslim teenager striving to understand and apply Islamic teachings in daily life. This research employs a qualitative approach, specifically a library research method, utilizing data collection techniques through documentary studies and online data searches. The findings indicate that this novel serves not only as entertainment but also as a medium for instilling moral values that can inspire readers to become better individuals. By emphasizing the importance of religious character education from an early age and integrating religious teachings with modern life, the novel provides valuable lessons on how to face life's challenges with steadfast faith and noble character.

the formulation of the problems in this study are (1) How is the Effect of Member Trust on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (2) How is the Effect of Service Quality on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (3) How is the Effect of Product Quality on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (4) How is the Effect of Mobile Banking Use on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat? (5) How is the Effect of Member Trust, Service Quality, Product Quality, and Use of Mobile Banking on Member Satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat Pekalongan?. This research is quantitative. The object of this research is members of KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat in Pekalongan. This research uses purposive sampling technique, the data collection technique is a questionnaire, and the sample of this research is 100 respondents. After conducting the research, the researcher obtained data calculated using the Slovin formula. SPSS was used to analyze the data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study are Member Trust, Service Quality, Product Quality, and Use of Mobile Banking partially and simultaneously affect Member Satisfaction KSPPS BMT Mitra Umat.
