Abstract

New extruder with recydled HDPE material (oil bottle), ABS, Polypropylene. High quality filaments are characterized by high durability and constant diameter. In this study, we used material variables dan helix angles. Accumulation of plastic waste is a major problem  in many countries, including Indonesia. On the other hand, there is also a rapidly growing technology, namely 3D printing. With the development of plastic based 3D Printing, it has become very important to make 3D printing innovations more environmentally friendly. This can be achieved by using 3D printing filaments made from recycled plastic. This research is envolving. Combining 0o , 15o, and 25o extrusion screwing with HDPE, ABS, and polypropylene materials, the average diameter is  close to 1.75mm to 1.76mm. Because = 0.519553 > 0.05 (2;4) = 6,9443. However after receiving the optimization parameters, the final result shows a defect in filament quality. Make the surface rough and easy to bend. Therefore, it is not possible to create object on a 3D printer using filaments made of polypropylene and recycled ABS and HDPE plastic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quenching process that uses used oil as a cooling medium with temperature variations of 750oC, 850oC, and 900oC with a holding time of 30 and 40 minutes to the hardness of the eye of the brongsong crowbar which is often subjected to dullness. The main material used by the people of Sukadana village in making this brongsong crowbar is pipa carbon steel ASTM A106 grade B. This pipe belongs to medium carbon steel because it has a carbon element of 0.30%. After the heat treatment process of the brongsong crowbar specimen, hardness testing was carried out using a rockwell hardness test tool. The results of the hardness test were analyzed using ANOVA calculations. From the results of this study, it was found that the brongsong crowbar specimen experienced an increase in hardness, with the highest hardness value of 52.6 HRC obtained from the quenching process using used oil as a cooling medium and with a holding time of 40 minutes at a temperature of 850oC, while the lowest hardness value is obtained from the results of the quenching process using used oil cooling media with a holding time of 30 minutes at a temperature of 750oC of 38.8 HRC. So that it can be known that the highest hardness value is obtained from the results of the quenching process using used oil cooling media with a holding time of 40 minutes at a temperature of 850oC.

Abstract

Aluminum waste from practicum work in the CNC workshop and laboratory of Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya is quite a lot and is wasted. This can cause pollution to the environment. Therefore, a casting process is carried out to reduce this impact, then the waste will be recycled again. Aluminum waste that has been recycled through the casting process can also become a product for reuse, especially in practical work in CNC workshops or laboratories. This casting is done using the gravity die casting method which uses a permanent mold to make it more efficient. To improve the casted product's quality, experiments are conducted. Three variables are used in this investigation, including melting temperatures of 700°C and 800°C., holding time in the mold: 10 minutes and 15 minutes, and quenching (cooling media: water and 20% brine). The methodology used in this research is Taguchi and Anova, which aims to find the influence and results of high hardness values to improve product quality. The highest hardness value result is with experimental temperature of 800℃, holding time of 10 minutes, and quenching of 20% salt water, which is 59.79 Kg/mm2.

Abstract

Halal product socialization is important in the context of education at SDN Tanjung Harapan. Halal is not only related to religious aspects, but also has an impact on increasing creativity in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) managed by students. This study aims to explore the impact of halal product socialization on the intrapersonal creativity of SDN Tanjung Harapan students. This study aims to increase the intrapersonal creativity of Tanjung Harapan State Elementary School (SDN) students in Market Day activities. Market Day is an activity where learners create products or services that are sold to students, teachers, and parents at school. This research was conducted to develop learners' creativity in producing innovative and interesting products or services. The activities carried out were attended by grades 4-6 of Tanjung Harapan Elementary School as an effort to train entrepreneurship as early as possible. This activity is the result of the work program carried out by KKN UIN Raden Intan Lampung members in Tanjung Harapan village, Merbau Mataram, South Lampung. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which involves collaboration between researchers and students of SDN Tanjung Harapan. The research steps include: a. Problem identification: Identify the needs of students in understanding halal products. b. Action planning: Designing a halal product socialization program that is suitable for the level of understanding of students. c. Implementation: Implement the socialization program and observe changes in the understanding and creativity of students. d. Evaluation: Analyzing the results of the socialization program and formulating recommendations. The results of the discussion show that after the socialization of halal products, students' understanding of halal products has increased significantly. In addition, this program also has a positive impact on learners' intrapersonal creativity. They are more aware of the importance of halal products in their MSME business, and this inspires them to create more innovative and quality products. In its implementation, there are 3 stages to make the event successful, namely the planning and preparation stage, then the execution or implementation stage and then evaluation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the socialization of halal products has a positive impact on the intrapersonal creativity of students of SDN Tanjung Harapan. A better understanding of halal products encourages learners to develop creative ideas in their MSME businesses. Therefore, it is important to continue encouraging halal product socialization programs in education to support the development of more creative and ethical MSMEs in the future.

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan suatu gangguan mental kronis serius, yang dapat mengganggu fungsi kehidupan seseorang. Sering kali orang dengan skizofrenia sangat bergantung terhadap orang lain terutama keluarganya. Menjadi pengasuh bagi penderita skizofrenia bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Sebagian besar pengasuh keluarga mengaku tidak siap untuk menjadi caregiver orang dengan skizofreia, akibtnya mereka menunjukkan sikap negatif terhadap pasien mereka. Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi edukasi berbasi teori self -efficacy terhadap sikap pengasuh keluarga dalam merawat orang dengan skizofrenia Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah quasi-experiment dengan one group pre and posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga dengan skizofrenia sebanyak 22 orang. Teknik sampling yang diguakan adalah total sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat, Analisa bivariat yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Sedangkan kuisioner yang digunakan untuk mengukur sikap pengasuh keluarga adalah kuisioner yang diadaptasi dari Finding Meaning Through Caregiving questionnaire (FMTC). Adapun hasil dari penelitia ini adalah intervensi edukasi berbasis teori self-efficacy efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap caregiver dalam melakuka perawatan terhadap anggota keluarganya dengan skizofrenia p-value (0,002).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini diselenggarakan di Desa Bahari Kecamatan Sampolawa Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan  Participatory Learning And Action (PLA) atau Proses Belajar dan Praktek secara Partisipatif. Tujuan dari pengabadian masyarakat dilaksanakan yaitu 1) Untuk memberikan pendampingan pembinaan tata administrasi desa menggunakan teknologi (Computer) kepada aparatur desa. 2) Untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para aparatur desa terkait administrasi pemerintahan desa yang baik dan benar sebagai basis data dan informasi terdepan dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pembangunan desa di Desa Bahari. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu 1) Aparatur Desa Bahari telah memahami penataan Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan pedoman yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 tahun 2016. 2) Aparatur Desa Bahari telah mengetahui tata cara pembuatan dan pengisian administrasi pemerintahan desa menggunakan Computer, dan dapat mempraktekkannya dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Kata Kunci: Tata Kelola Administrasi Desa, Sistem Aplikasi Computer

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model inkuiri terbimbing berintegrasi Ayat-Ayat Al-Qur’an terhadap Motivasi belajar dan Keterampilan proses sains peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs Math’laul Anwar Napal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasy Experiment. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII B sebagai kelas control. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket motivasi belajar dan tes soal keterampilan proses sains. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berintegrasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an  terhadap motivasi dan keterampilan proses Sains peserta didik pada materi getaran dan gelombang kelas VIII di MTs Math’laul Anwar Napal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berintegrasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an ini dapat dijadikan referensi guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang akan digunakan khususnya disekolah yang berbasis islam.

Abstract

Ripple can be formed from various factors, namely wind, waves, currents, and tidal influences. The research area is located at the mouth of the Opak River, Kretek District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region with coordinates X: 421331 and Y: 9114347. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the formation of ripple and the dominance of factors that affect ripple at the mouth of the Opak River based on the calculation of the ripple index parameter. This research begins with a literature study to find strong theoretical basis. The data collected include wavelength (L), lee side length (LL), stoss side length (LS), maximum wavelength (Lmax), minimum wavelength (Lmin), mean wavelength (L), height (H), curved crestline length (CC), and deviation from straight line (d) and azimuth used to determine the general direction of the ripple. Then the calculation is carried out to obtain each ripple index parameter in the form of RI (Ripple index), PI1 (Parallelism Index 1), PI2 (Parallelism Index 2), SI (Straightness Index), RSI (Ripple Symmetrical Index), CI (Continuity Index) values. Based on data calculations, the results of the Ripple Index range from 0-20, Ripple symmetrical index ranges from 1-4. Parallelism index 1 ranges from 0-3, Parallelism index 2 ranges from 0-1, Straightness index ranges from 0-1.6. From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that the ripple is affected by sea waves and the current of the Opak River.

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out at SMA N 1 Muaro Jambi with the educational theme of drug logos, dagusibu, and Beyorn Use Date (BUD) as well as free health checking activities for educators at SMA N 1 Muaro Jambi. The topic was raised to provide education delivery to respondents with formal education and is expected to have a positive impact on the surrounding location. The topic also supports the program of the Central Board of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (PP-IAI). This activity was carried out by making 10 questions designed that referred to the theme and topic of the activity consisting of pre-test and post-test, the next data was carried out through statistical tests using Paired T-tests. Tangible differences were obtained in respondents who received educational exposure (P<0.05). With data on 23 respondents, There is an increase in the educational value of respondents on community service materials. These results also confirm the understanding of the material educational theme of drug logos, dagusibu, and Beyorn Use Date (BUD) provided to respondents. In the Health examination, information was obtained, the respondents suffered from health problems as evidenced by the results of health checks, especially on blood pressure. In conclusion, education on pharmacy topics obtained satisfactory results for high school students

Abstract

Kekeringan menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi pada usahatani cabai (Capsicum annuum L.) di Indonesia. Identifikasi kultivar cabai toleran kekeringan diperlukan sebagai langkah awal perakitan varietas cabai toleran kekeringan. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi perubahan morfo-anatomi beberapa kultivar cabai dan menetapkan tingkat toleransinya terhadap kondisi kekurangan air menggunakan ISK (Indeks Sensitivitas Kekeringan). Penelitian dilaksanakan di bulan Februari – Agustus 2022 di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN), Cibinong, Jawa Barat. Percobaan disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) pola tersarang. Petak utama adalah kelembaban media (80% dan 35% kapasitas lapang). Anak petak adalah enam kultivar cabai. Hasil menunjukkan defisit air menyebabkan tanaman dorman, umur berbunga dan umur panen menjadi lebih lama, kerapatan trikoma meningkat, sedangkan peubah lain menurun. Penurunan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan tertundanya pembungaan (fenologi) mendahului penurunan hasil. SSP dan Genie ditetapkan toleran terhadap kondisi defisit air berdasarkan nilai ISK. Kata kunci: cekaman kekeringan, fenologi, indeks sensitifitas kekeringan, toleransi kekeringan
