Abstract

ABSTRACT Pain is a natural process in the birth process. If it cannot be handled properly, it can cause other problems, for example increased anxiety during childbirth so that the production of the hormone adrenaline increases and can result in vasoconstriction which causes the mother's blood flow to the fetus to decrease. The fetus will experience hypoxia while the mother will experience prolonged labor and can increase systolic and diastolic pressure. Problems that occur during the first stage of labor, primiparous mothers experience an increase in the level of pain during the first stage, so it needs to be anticipated to reduce the pain, this encourages mothers who are about to give birth to choose surgery because they don't want to feel the pain. To analyze the effectiveness of endorphine massage with bonaface in reducing pain in the first stage of labor in primiparas. The method used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest only control group design. Data analysis was carried out before and after the procedure using the Wilcoxon test, while to determine the effectiveness of the endorphine and Bonapace massage procedures using the Mann Whitney test. The results obtained showed that the endorphine and bonapace massage procedures each showed a p value of <0.005, which means that there was a significant difference in the mean of labor pain during the first active phase in primiparous mothers before and after the endorphine massage, as well as for bonapace. The results of the analysis carried out on these two actions obtained a p value of 0.74 (more than 0.005), this shows that there is no difference in the effectiveness of endorphine and bonapace massage in reducing pain in the first stage of labor in primiparas in the Malangbong Community Health Center working area. There is an effect of endorphine massage on reducing pain in the first stage of labor in primiparas and there is also an effect of bonapace on reducing pain in the first stage of labor in primiparas in the working area of the Malangbong Community Health Center, but there is no difference in the effectiveness of endorphine massage and bonapace in reducing pain during labor. I in primipara. Keywords: Massage Endorphine, Bonapace, Pain Labour  ABSTRAK Nyeri adalah proses alamiah dalam proses persalinan. Apabila tidak bisa diatasi dengan baik, dapat menimbulkan masalah lain misalnya meningkatnya kecemasan pada saat menghadapi persalinan sehingga produksi hormon adrenalin meningkat dan bisa mengakibatkan vasokonstriksi yang menyebabkan aliran darah ibu ke janin menurun. Janin akan mengalami hipoksia sedangkan ibu akan mengalami persalinan lama dan dapat meningkatkan tekanan sistolik dan diastolic (Solehati, 2018). Permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses persalinan kala I ibu primipara didapatkan tingkat nyeri saat proses kala I meningkat, sehingga perlu diantisipasi untuk mengurangi rasa sakit tersebut, hal ini mendorong ibu yang akan melahirkan memilih jalan dengan operasi karena tidak ingin merasakan rasa sakit. Untuk menganalisis keefektivitasan antara pijat endorphine dengan bonaface dalam menurunkan rasa nyeri persalinan kala I pada primipara. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan preetest-posttest only control group design. Analisis data dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah tindakan menggunakan uji wilcoxon, sedangkan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari tindakan pijat endorphine dan bonapace dengan uji mann whitney. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tindakan pijat endorphine dan bonapace masing-masing menunjukkan nilai p <0,005 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan rerata nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif pada ibu primipara yang bermakna sebelum dan sesudah tindakan pijatan endorphine, begitu juga untuk bonapace. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada kedua tindakan ini mendapatkan nilai p 0,74 (lebh dari 0,005), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan efektivitas pijat endorphine dan bonapace terhadap penurunan rasa nyeri persalinan kala I pada primipara di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Malangbong. Ada pengaruh pijatan endorphine terhadap penurunan rasa nyeri persalinan kala I pada primipara dan ada pengaruh juga dari bonapace terhadap penurunan rasa nyeri persalinan kala I pada primipara di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Malangbong, akan tetapi tidak ada perbedaan efektivitas pijat endorphine dan bonapace terhadap penurunan rasa nyeri persalinan kala I pada primipara. Kata Kunci: Pijat Endorphine, Bonapace, Nyeri Persalinan

Abstract

 This study aims to examine the factors that influence the number of tourists who visit Tanjung Pasir Beach, the economic value of tourism, and the impact of tourism on Tangerang Regency's economy. A survey was used in this study, with 77 visitors, 15 businessmen, and a tourism manager responding to the survey. The Tanjung Pasir Beach was selected intentionally as the location for the research. The collection of data was conducted in January - February 2023. This study employed the travel cost, multiple linear regression, and Keynesian multiplier effect as data analysis techniques. The findings revealed that visitors spent IDR102,493.51 per individual per visit on transportation. Distance, age, income, travel costs, facilities, and infrastructure are all factors that influence the number of tourist visits. The result of the calculation of travel cost using TCM on Tanjung Pasir Beach has a yearly economic value of IDR 44,801,325,052. The multiplier effect is used to estimate the economic impact of Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism, which has a direct impact of IDR 193,031,663.83 per month, an indirect impact of IDR 116,505,417.50 per month, and a secondary impact of IDR 80,166,666.67 per month. Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism still has a low impact on the economy because the Keynesian income multiplier value is 0.04. Key words: economic impact, economic value, tourism, travel cost

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of cocoa farming and pepper farming, along with the factors that has influenced cocoa farmers to switch commodity from cocoa to pepper.  The research location was chosen purposively in Sukadana Baru Village and Surya Mataram Village, Margatiga Sub-district, East Lampung Regency.  Respondents involved in this study chosen by using random sampling technique, consisted of 32 cocoa farmers and 32 cocoa farmers who switched farming activity to do pepper farming. Data were collected from January to February 2023. The research methods used were income analysis method and logit method.  The results show that cocoa farm income against total costs is IDR 2,055,595.08/ha and pepper farm income against total costs is  IDR 13,292,748.37/ha, and the R/C values are  more than one.  R/C value of pepper farming is higher than cocoa farming; 2.30 for pepper farming and 1.16 for cocoa farming. In addition, factors that have a real effect on the decision of cocoa farmers to switch to pepper farming in Margatiga Subdistrict are age, experience and income.  Keywords: cocoa, farm transfer, income, pepper

Abstract

The aims of this research are to examine  the transmission of rice prices  from the producer (miller) level to the consumer vertically, and to analyze  the factors that influence  determination of rice princes  at the producer (miller) level in Lampung Province. The type of method applied in this research was  descriptive research with  quantitative approach. Data analysis was carried out using panel data from January 2020 to December 2022 fron  15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province.  In addition, the data in this research was  also  analyzed by using  Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM) and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). The results obtained in this research indicate that  a symmetrical transmission pattern of rice prices in the short term and an asymmetrical transmission pattern in the long term are occured in Lampung Province. Factors that influence the price of rice at the producer (miller) level in Lampung Province are the consumer price of rice, the price of imported rice, rice consumption, and the producer price of corn.Key words: economic valuation, travel cost method, visitor satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the advantages of the shrimp freezing industry by including the cost of externalities and analyze the industrial externalities of the shrimp freezing industry to the community surround the Tanjung Bintang Sub District Industrial Estate. The analysis method used was quantitative profit and descriptive analysis including social, economic, and environmental aspects to analyze externalities on the society. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2023. The number of respondents were 45 communities around the shrimp freezing industry.  The results of this study show that profit exclude externalities cost is IDR145,267,211,244/year, meanwhile profit including externality costs is IDR145,013,188,244/year. The major positive externalities felt by the community around the industry are in the social and economic aspects, while the environmental aspects have less positive impact on the community. The major negative externalities affected the community are environmental aspects and social aspects, while the economic aspects have a small negative impact on the community, and the environmental aspects have a massive negative impact on the community. Key words: externalities, profit, shrimp freezing, socio-economic

Abstract

This study aimed to examine business partnerships and analyze the profitability of rice seed breeding at CV Maju Sejahtera Inti (CV MSI). The research employed a case study approach, conducted at CV MSI in Central Lampung Regency. This company is notable for its extensive farmer network, spanning several districts in Lampung Province, and its involvement in the rice seed breeding business. Respondents included the owners and employees of CV MSI. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2023. Business partnerships were analyzed using an interactive descriptive qualitative model. Profitability was assessed using the R/C ratio for the Goal, Mentes, and Marqy seed brands over two planting seasons in 2022–2023. The results showed that the business partnership between farmers and the company followed a sub-contract model. The R/C ratios based on cash costs for the three seed brands were 1.21 for Mentes, 1.13 for Goal, and 1.13 for Marqy, respectively. Key words:  Partnership, Profits, R/C ratio, Rice Seed

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify patterns of consumption and the factors that affect such patterns, satisfaction and loyalty of household consumers of granulated sugar brand Gulaku and Gula GMP in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses a survey method conducted in 10 supermarkets in Bandar Lampung City in March-April 2023. The total sample of 74 households was chosen by accidental sampling method. Descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and the loyalty pyramid were used to examine the research data. According to the findings, 1.72 kg of granulated sugar were consumed monthly by households  with the frequency of consumption was 30 times a month. The frequency of purchasing granulated sugar is 1 time per month and most consumers consume for their own consumption by consuming added to drinks and food. The consumer satisfaction score of the Gulaku is 81.58 percent and the Gula GMP is 81.70 percent which is included in the very satisfied category. Attributes that Gulaku and Gula GMP producers have to keep up are price, product hygiene, availability of expiration dates, halal labels and BPOM permits. Consumers of granulated sugar brands Gulaku and Gula GMP are in the category of satisfied buyer consumers.  Which means consumers feel satisfied with the product.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the socio-economic conditions and the welfare level of paddy farmer households. The research location was purposely determined in Trimurjo Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency. The research locations were determined using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method, which divides the population into several categories based on land size. The number of samples in this study was 70 farmers taken from 2 villages, namely Tempuran Village with 47 people and Pujodadi Village with 23 people. The data analysis method for the socio-economic study was analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The welfare level was measured using the poverty line method of BPS (2024), World Bank (2023), and good service ratio (GSR). The results of the study indicate that the socio-economic conditions of paddy farmer households are dominated by farmers with an average age of 56 years, who have completed senior high school or its equivalent, and have side jobs as livestock breeders. Based on the BPS (2024) and the World Bank (2023) welfare level, farming households are classified as prosperous as their expenditure is above the minimum welfare threshold, which is IDR 3,024,817 per month or IDR 100,827 per day. However, according to the Good Service Ratio (GSR) method, the farmers are classified as less prosperous as the GSR value is greater than 1. Key words: farmer households, socio-economic, welfare

Abstract

ABSTRACT Supervision of pesantren is important so that curriculum in pesantren can keep up with the changing times. Roudlotul Muta'alimin 2 Islamic Boarding School is one of the most prominent Islamic boarding schools in Malangbong, Garut Regency. In order to maintain its existence, the pesantren will strive for the learning environment in the pesantren and the competence of its teachers to be in line with the expectations of the community, which in turn will lead to the formation of the personal character of Islamic students and can follow the changing times. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the Islamic Boarding School Environment and Teacher Competence on the Character Building of Roudlotul Muta'alimin 2 Islamic Boarding School students' character in community development in Malangbong District, Garut Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Data collection using a questionnaire. The research respondents were 140 students using simple random sampling techniques. The results showed that simultaneously or partially the Islamic Boarding School Environment and Teacher Competence had a significant effect on Character Building. In addition, the Pesantren Environment and Teacher Competence contributed 84.2% of the effect on Character Building, while the remaining 15.8% was the influence of other variables not examined. Abstract

In Indonesia, Scout leadership has traditionally been defined through administrative certification programs such as the Basic and Advanced Training Courses (KMD and KML). However, certification alone does not necessarily represent the full range of competencies required for guiding, inspiring, and nurturing young people. This article introduces the MAHIR Model as a conceptual framework to redefine Scout leadership competence beyond administrative recognition. MAHIR stands for Mentorship, Active Learning Facilitator, Humanistic, Inspirational, and Service-Oriented. These five dimensions integrate core Scouting values with contemporary theoretical perspectives including Positive Youth Development, Self-Determination Theory, Social and Emotional Learning, psychological safety, and servant leadership. The model emphasizes a shift from certificate-based recognition to competency-based evaluation, focusing on pedagogical quality, character formation, and measurable leadership performance. A mixed-method validation approach is proposed, combining Likert-type self-assessments with structured observation rubrics to capture both perceptual and behavioral aspects of leadership. The article contributes theoretically by redefining the meaning of qualified Scout leadership, methodologically by proposing an empirically testable framework, and practically by offering a pathway to professionalize Scout leadership in Indonesia’s non-formal education system.
