Abstract

ABSTRACT Childbirth is a natural occurrence that is experienced by every woman. In the process of childbirth, there will be a combination of physical processes and emotional experiences, causing anxiety. Anxiety can be overcome non-pharmacologically through relaxation. Relaxation can be in the form of endorphine massage or therapeutic communication. To determine the effectiveness of endorphin massage and therapeutic communication on anxiety levels in the first stage of labour. Used was quasi-experimental with a one group pretest posttest design. The population was all mothers who gave birth in the first stage at the Sukalaksana Health Center and Bungursari Health Center, using a quota sampling technique, namely at the Sukalaksana Health Center as many as 16 respondents with endorphine massage interventions, Bungursari Health Center 16 respondents with therapeutic communication techniques. Before and after the intervention, the HARS anxiety scale questionnaire was given. Data analysis used paired t test. Anxiety research before the intervention found that all mothers who gave birth experienced anxiety, and the highest was in the moderate category with 18 people (56.25%). After treatment, the highest anxiety level in therapeutic communication respondents, namely the moderate category, was 12 people (75%), the most endorphine massage respondents were in the moderate category, 13 people (81.25%). There is an effect of therapeutic communication and endorphine massage on anxiety levels with a ρvalue below 0.05, namely the therapeutic communication group 0.001 and the endorphine massage group 0.002. Endorphine massage reduced anxiety levels more because the average anxiety level of the therapeutic communication group was higher (5.8125) than the endorphine massage group (5.3750) Keywords : Endorphin Massage, Therapeutic Communication, Anxiety, Labour  ABSTRAK Persalinan merupakan kejadian alamiah yang dialami setiap perempuan. Pada proses persalinan, akan terjadi sebuah kombinasi antara proses fisik dan pengalaman emosional, sehingga menimbulkan kecemasan. Kecemasan dapat diatasai secara non farmakologi melalui relaksasi. Relaksasi bisa berupa pijat endorphine maupun komunikasi terapeutik. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pijat endorphin dan komunikasi terapeutik terhadap tingkat kecemasan inpartu kala I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Populasinya adalah seluruh ibu yang melahirkan kala I di Puskesmas Sukalaksana dan Puskesmas Bungursari, dengan teknik quota sampling, yaitu di Puskesmas Sukalaksana sebanyak 16 responden dengan intervensi pijat endorphine, Puskesmas Bungursari 16 responden dengan teknik komunikasi teurapeutik. Sebelum dan sesudah intervensi,  diberikan kuesioner skala kecemasan HARS. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t test. Hasil penelitian kecemasan sebelum intervensi diperoleh bahwa semua ibu melahirkan mengalami kecemasan, dan paling tinggi ada pada kategori sedang sebanyak 18 orang (56.25%). Setelah perlakuan, tingkat kecemasan pada responden komunikasi terapeutik paling banyak yaitu kategori sedang sebanyak 12 orang (75%), pada responden pijat endorphine paling banyak kategori sedang sebanyak 13 orang (81.25%). Terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik dan pijat endorphine terhadap tingkat kecemasan dengan ρvalue dibawah 0,05 yaitu kelompok komunikasi terapeutik 0,001 dan kelompok pijat endorphine 0,002 . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan fonologi dalam bacaan Al-Qur’an surat An-Naba pada siswi penutur bahasa Sunda di Tahfiz Qur’an Al-Marjan, faktor penyebab terjadinya kesalahan fonologis pada siswi penutur bahasa sunda dan strategi meminimalisir kesalahan fonologi dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis isi (content Analysis) dan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan fonologi yang dominan meliputi kesalahan dalam pengucapan huruf-huruf tertentu seperti ذ، ث، ص، ض، ط، ق، ف، ز, dan ش, yang umumnya disebabkan oleh transfer fonologi dari bahasa ibu dan kebiasaan dialek sehari-hari, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru dalam mengatasi kesalahan tersebut, seperti pelatihan pelafalan intensif artikulasi huruf hijaiyyah sebelum muroja’ah dan hafalan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an yang lebih efektif, khususnya bagi penutur bahasa daerah seperti bahasa Sunda.

Abstract

Antenatal Care aims to prepare the mother and child as well as possible, both and psychologically, as well as to protect them throughout their pregnancies, deliveries, and the postpartum period so that the condition of the mother and child at birth is physically and mentally healthy and normal. The high maternal mortality rate, including during childbirth, is a driving force for the need to provide education or counseling regarding Antenatal Care to pregnant women. With 41 pregnant women from four villages in Jatigede District, Sumedang Regency, West Java, as participants, this community service method employs an educational approach through counseling. Experts in their respective fields serve as resource people in the counseling process. The post-test results were consistent with the counseling's findings, which demonstrated a substantial increase in participants' knowledge.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Menurut     World     Health     Organizations  (WHO)    pada    tahun    2020    tercatat    kasus HIV/AIDS   mencapai   1,5   juta   kasus.   Afrika merupakan    wilayah    yang    jumlah    kasusnya tertinggi  dengan  880.000  kasus.  Untuk  wilayah Pasifik   Barat   kawasan   Asia   Tengggara   dan mediterania  tercatat  100.000  dan  40.000  kasus, dan   terakhir   amerika   tercatat   150.000   kasus. Kasus HIV  dengan  usia  di  <  15  tahun  150.000 kasus,  >  15  tahun  1,3  juta  kasus.  Dengan  jenis kelamin  laki - laki  660.000  kasus  dan  perempuan 640.000   kasus.   Menurut   WHO   ada   789.000 kasus yang  telah  meninggal  akibat  HIV. Publikasi Analisis Profil Penduduk Indonesia, Mendeskripsikan Peran Penduduk dalam Pembangunan merupakan analisis hasil Sensus Penduduk 2020 (SP2020). Masa  remaja  dicirikan  dengan  banyaknya rasa   ingin   tahu   pada   diri   seseorang   dalam berbagai   hal,   tidak   terkecuali   seks. Seiring dengan   bertambahnya   usia   seseorang, organ reproduksi mengalami     perkembangan     dan akhirnya  akan mengalami kematangan. Salah satu  masalah  yang  sering  timbul  pada  remaja terkait   dengan   masa   awal   kematangan   organ reproduksi   pada   remaja   adalah   perilaku   seks bebas (free seks) masalah kehamilan yang terjadi pada  remaja  usia  sekolah  diluar  pernikahan,  dan terjangkitnya penyakit menular seksual termasuk HIV/AIDS. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk Edukasi  Pencegahan Penyakit Hiv/Aids  Pada  Remaja Di SMAN   1 Cibitung Kabupaten Bekasi, agar angka penderita hiv/aids tidak berkembang semakin banyak. Metode Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 19 september 2023, dimulai jam 11.45-14.00 WIB dengan metode persiapan dan Ceromoni Pembukaan oleh MC. Saudara Sarifudin. Dimulai dengan pre tes setelah pree test dilanjutkan dengan edukasi dengan bentuk penyuluhan, ceramah, Tanya jawab dan penyuluhan secara langsung pada siswa SMAN 1 Cibitung. Proses edukasi dan penyuluhan dilakukan selama 90 menit pertama dengan pree test sebanyak dua belas butir soal yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan tentang agama dan pengetahuan tentang penyakit HIV/AIDS oleh team pengabdian Masyarakat dengan jumlah peserta 31 siswa terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan, dengan hasil skoring pree test dan post test dengan tingkat pengetahuan kurang 10 %, tingkat cukup 35% dan tingkat baik  55%. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Peningkatan  pengetahuan edukasi penyakit HIV/AIDS pada remaja di SMAN 1 Cibitung,  dimana para siswa mengikuti penyampaian materi dengan seksama, dan bersedia melaksanakan pengarahan tersebut, juga mengikuti anjuran untuk tidak mendekati dan melakukan hal-hal yang menjurus pada tahapan seks perilaku yang dapat menimbulkan penyakit HIV/AIDS. Kata Kunci: Edukasi , HIV/AIDS, Kesehatan, RemajaABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2020, HIV/AIDS cases reached 1.5 million cases. Adolescence is characterized by a person's curiosity about various things, including sex. As a person ages, the reproductive organs develop and eventually mature. One of the problems that often arises in teenagers related to the early maturity of reproductive organs in teenagers is free sexual behavior, pregnancy problems that occur in school-age teenagers outside of marriage, and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS. The aim of this community service is to provide education on the prevention of HIV/Aids among teenagers at Sman 1 Cibitung, Bekasi Regency, so that the number of HIV/Aids sufferers does not increase. This community service activity method will be held on Wednesday, September 19 2023, starting at 11.45-14.00 WIB with a preparation method and an Opening Ceremony by the MC. Brother Sarifudin. Starting with a pre-test, after the pre-test, it continued with education in the form of counseling, lectures, questions and answers and direct counseling to students at SMAN 1 Cibitung. The education and counseling process was carried out for the first 90 minutes with a pre-test of twelve questions related to knowledge about religion and knowledge about HIV/AIDS by the community service team with a total of 31 students consisting of 11 men and 20 women, with pre-test and post-test scoring results with a poor knowledge level of 10%, a sufficient level of 35% and a good level of 55%. Abstract

High school students and fresh graduates searching for employment often lack the confidence to create competitive application documents due to their limited work experience. This community service program, conducted at Transmart Mall Tasikmalaya, aimed to enhance the skills of high school students and fresh graduates in creating digital portfolios. The goal was to boost their confidence in job applications, increase their competitiveness in securing careers that align with their aspirations, and ultimately reduce unemployment rates. The program utilized a participatory method through seminars and workshops. Participants were taught the importance of creating portfolios that attract recruiters' attention and were guided to create their own portfolios using the CakeResume platform. Evaluation was conducted through pre and post training questionnaires distributed via Google Forms sent through the workshop group. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the importance of portfolios, an improvement in their confidence in creating digital portfolios, and high satisfaction with the community service workshop. Moreover, the participatory approach used in this program was effective in achieving the set objectives, particularly in enhancing participants' employability. The program's implications for local industries and companies include providing practical insights and valuable networking opportunities for participants.

Abstract

 This study aims to examine the factors that influence the number of tourists who visit Tanjung Pasir Beach, the economic value of tourism, and the impact of tourism on Tangerang Regency's economy. A survey was used in this study, with 77 visitors, 15 businessmen, and a tourism manager responding to the survey. The Tanjung Pasir Beach was selected intentionally as the location for the research. The collection of data was conducted in January - February 2023. This study employed the travel cost, multiple linear regression, and Keynesian multiplier effect as data analysis techniques. The findings revealed that visitors spent IDR102,493.51 per individual per visit on transportation. Distance, age, income, travel costs, facilities, and infrastructure are all factors that influence the number of tourist visits. The result of the calculation of travel cost using TCM on Tanjung Pasir Beach has a yearly economic value of IDR 44,801,325,052. The multiplier effect is used to estimate the economic impact of Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism, which has a direct impact of IDR 193,031,663.83 per month, an indirect impact of IDR 116,505,417.50 per month, and a secondary impact of IDR 80,166,666.67 per month. Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism still has a low impact on the economy because the Keynesian income multiplier value is 0.04. Key words: economic impact, economic value, tourism, travel cost

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of cocoa farming and pepper farming, along with the factors that has influenced cocoa farmers to switch commodity from cocoa to pepper.  The research location was chosen purposively in Sukadana Baru Village and Surya Mataram Village, Margatiga Sub-district, East Lampung Regency.  Respondents involved in this study chosen by using random sampling technique, consisted of 32 cocoa farmers and 32 cocoa farmers who switched farming activity to do pepper farming. Data were collected from January to February 2023. The research methods used were income analysis method and logit method.  The results show that cocoa farm income against total costs is IDR 2,055,595.08/ha and pepper farm income against total costs is  IDR 13,292,748.37/ha, and the R/C values are  more than one.  R/C value of pepper farming is higher than cocoa farming; 2.30 for pepper farming and 1.16 for cocoa farming. In addition, factors that have a real effect on the decision of cocoa farmers to switch to pepper farming in Margatiga Subdistrict are age, experience and income.  Keywords: cocoa, farm transfer, income, pepper

Abstract

The aims of this research are to examine  the transmission of rice prices  from the producer (miller) level to the consumer vertically, and to analyze  the factors that influence  determination of rice princes  at the producer (miller) level in Lampung Province. The type of method applied in this research was  descriptive research with  quantitative approach. Data analysis was carried out using panel data from January 2020 to December 2022 fron  15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province.  In addition, the data in this research was  also  analyzed by using  Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM) and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). The results obtained in this research indicate that  a symmetrical transmission pattern of rice prices in the short term and an asymmetrical transmission pattern in the long term are occured in Lampung Province. Factors that influence the price of rice at the producer (miller) level in Lampung Province are the consumer price of rice, the price of imported rice, rice consumption, and the producer price of corn.Key words: economic valuation, travel cost method, visitor satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the advantages of the shrimp freezing industry by including the cost of externalities and analyze the industrial externalities of the shrimp freezing industry to the community surround the Tanjung Bintang Sub District Industrial Estate. The analysis method used was quantitative profit and descriptive analysis including social, economic, and environmental aspects to analyze externalities on the society. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2023. The number of respondents were 45 communities around the shrimp freezing industry.  The results of this study show that profit exclude externalities cost is IDR145,267,211,244/year, meanwhile profit including externality costs is IDR145,013,188,244/year. The major positive externalities felt by the community around the industry are in the social and economic aspects, while the environmental aspects have less positive impact on the community. The major negative externalities affected the community are environmental aspects and social aspects, while the economic aspects have a small negative impact on the community, and the environmental aspects have a massive negative impact on the community. Key words: externalities, profit, shrimp freezing, socio-economic
