Abstract

The aim of this study is to see community satisfaction level toward chief of sector police transformation leadership in the develop-ment of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Bireun. This study used the subject of 86 Geuchik people in Bireun who were given an online questionnaire containing 8 (eight) positive statements about the main tasks of Bhabinkamtibmas. The results showed that community satisfaction level toward chief of sector police transfor-mation leadership in the development of Bhabinkamtibmas in the Bireun was very satisfied as many as 63 people (73%), quite satisfied 21 people (24%) and less satisfied 2 people (3%). So it can be concluded that the community is very satisfied with the transformational leadership of the chief of sector police in fostering Bhabinkamtibmas in Bireun. Transformational leadership is a leadership style that can influence the innovative behavior of team members or followers either directly or indirectly. Bhabinkamtib-mas is a member of the National Police who is tasked with building security and public order in villages/kelurahan/other names at the same level. Chief of sector police as the leader has the responsibility in fostering Bhabinkamtibmas. The leadership style of the Chief of sector police has the characteristics of transformational leadership in building the motivation of its members, which in this case is Bhabinkamtibmas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the principals academic supervision to increase digital literacy on the teaching performance. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study took a sample of the population using a questionnaire instrument as a data collection technique. Schools that became the population and sample of 63 public elementary schools in Ciparay District. Sampling using a questionnaire which includes the location of the study in elementary school of Ciparay district with a total of 80 respondents. The results of this research explained that the principal's academic supervision effective to increase digital literacy the teacher on the management of teaching learning. The implication of the results of this study is that if the principal's academic supervision and digital literacy are carried out properly, it will have an impact on improving teacher learning management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the labor needs of Light Vehicle Engineering Vocational High School graduates at Karawang Regency in 2020-2024. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This research was conducted using a manpower planning approach, which is used based on commonly used theories and compared with those used in the industry that is the benchmark. Participants in this research were all State Vocational Schools in Karawang Regency which had light vehicle engineering expertise programs. The results of the research found four main points, namely the first, the automotive industry in Karawang Regency experienced a significant growth acceleration in the last five years in the 2015-2019 period. Second, to encourage the acceleration of the automotive industry in Karawang Regency which is growing in the future. Based on the results of calculations using the manpower planning approach in the next five years, it takes at least 164 technicians in the field of plant productivity accompanied by competency specifications of expertise that require mastering the field of industrial automation. Third, the need for technicians in the field of plant productivity in 2024, which is as many as 164 technicians, can be met through only 6 of Vocational High School. Fourth, the need for labor in the middle quality category is oversupply, one of the factors for the oversupply is because the absorption of graduates does not focus on industry in Karawang Regency.

Abstract

This community service activity provides understanding and implementation of spiritual leadership and emotional intelligence to school Principal and Teachers. This work aims to provide solutions to the current leadership crisis due to the deterioration of current human values. The service activities conducted in the form of workshops, by discussing the spiritual leadership of teachers in the character building of students and the spiritual leadership process of teachers in character building. In addition, the workshop also discussed how emotional intelligence supports principals and teachers to manage stress, make the right decisions, and resolve conflicts in a positive approach. Some of the activities conducted during the workshop included the delivery of material from resource persons in the hall and activities in the mosque such as khataman, manakib, and dhikr. After the workshop, participants learned more about spiritual leadership and emotional intelligence. The service activity took place for one day and gained appreciation from the participants of the workshop.

Abstract

Each academic course must conduct a self-evaluation, one method of which is a survey of students' attitudes towards the teaching and learning they experienced. Service quality affects how satisfied students are with the institution. There are five service quality dimensions (SERVQUAL): Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible. The purpose of the study was to analyze students' level of satisfaction with the learning process on the 5 SERVQUAL Dimensions and evaluate which dimension had the highest level of satisfaction. The object of research is the active students of Almuslim University in the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2021/2022 totalling 1,023 people. Quantitative research approach with the type of survey research. Data was collected using a Google form questionnaire which was distributed online. Analysis of the data by calculating the Percentage of Respondents' Achievement Level (RAL) followed by calculating the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that the highest RAL was in the Assurance Dimension, the average score was 3.23, and the RAL was 80.65% (excellent category), while the lowest RAL was in the Tangible Dimension, the average core was 3.06, and the RAL was 76.44% (excellent category). Analytical findings on a per-item basis There are five areas that need tweaking: The incorporation of e-learning technology and instructor feedback into the classroom setting. Hotspot facilities, as well as learning facilities in the lecture room, are readily available to accommodate the lecturers' high availability for academic consultations and/or Final Project discussions. The Assurance Dimension received the greatest CSI score (3.23), and the highest CSI conversion score (80.65), while the Tangible aspect received the lowest CSI score (2.94), and the lowest CSI conversion value (73.38). Overall, we received a CSI conversion score of 79.45, for a grand total of 3.18 (good).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership to work performance and work discipline in the Field of High School Development. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire in the form of a google form and a questionnaire distributed to 37 PSMA employees. Based on the results of data testing, the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y1 is 0.176. While the results of the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y2 of 0.560. This shows that the correlation between the three variables, namely variable X, variable Y1, and Variable Y2 is at the level of a positive relationship. The conclusion of this study is that the relationship between the transformational leadership of the head of the field on work performance and work discipline at the West Java Provincial Education Office is good.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan inovatif yang menjadi salah satu kunci dalam melakukan perubahan di madrasah yakni yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sistem kelembagaan madrasah. Inovasi yang lebih menonjol di lingkungan madrasah ibiidaiyah lebih menitikberatkan pada sisi admin istratif atau pada sisi materi dan pengajaran, belum pada aspek manajerial kelembagaan. Untuk itu, madrasah ibtidaiyah perlu dikelola secara profesional di Bawah kepemimpinan kepada sekolah yang memiliki kompetensi, kualifikasi dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi dalam mengembangkan dan memajukan madrasah. Abstract

Kehidupan anak dalam lingkungan sekolah, keluarga dan masyarakat yang berlangsung setiap hari tidak dapat menghindar dari kondisi pergeseran dan pergolakan nilai yang berlangsung dan terjadi saat ini. Dalam menghadapi banyaknya pergeseran dan distorsi nilai, ketiga lingkungan pendidikan itu merupakan lingkungan yang efektif dalam proses pembinaan nilai-nilai yang positif bagi anak. Lingkungan sekolah merupakan media yang dinamis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan melalui keteladanan para guru di sekolah. Keluarga merupakan ujung tombak pendidikan sebagai agen kebudayaan di mana anak menerima nilai budaya yang membina kepribadiannya melalui keteladanan orang tua. Dalam lingkungan masyarakat pendidikan nilai ditumbuhkembangkan melalui berbagai kegiatan sosial keagamaan oleh tokoh masyarakat.The life of a child in an environment of schools, families and communities that take place every day cannot shy away from conditions shifts and upheavals which took place and the place value of the current. In the face of widespread shift and distortion of values, environmental education is the third environment is effective in the process offostering positive values for children, he school environment is a dynamic medium in instilling values education through example the teachers at school. The family is the cutting edge of education as an agent of culture where children receive the cultural values that foster a personality through the example ofparents. In an environment of community education value is grow up and developed through various social activities ofreligious by community leaders.

Abstract

This non-profit service aims to provide a deeper understanding to SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru teachers and principals. Digital leadership in learning is a hot topic right now, especially at SMK Abdurrab, where the use of technology in schools is strongly encouraged. The activity will be conducted through educational counseling and comprehension testing for teachers and school leaders on the urgency of digital leadership at Abdullah College. Teachers and of course the principal participated enthusiastically in this activity. This training included pre-test and post-test evaluations. The team/services also conducted a survey on digital leadership. He found that 98% agreed that digital leadership in learning is very important for improving teachers' classroom management skills.

Abstract

Teachers are required to be able to apply digital tools and media to every aspect of their professional duties. Teachers’ digital competence become important for teachers to acquire. This research purpose is to mapping the use of digital technologies in teachers’ practice. Data was obtained through a survey and analized with descriptive statistics analysis from 93 samples of elementary, middle school, high school, and vocational school teachers. The results show 56.99% teachers use smartphones for learning tools while other 43.01% use PC/laptop device. As many as 48.39% teachers conduct digital learning through message app, 19.35% through LMS, and the rest through online meeting, social media, or all of the type simultaneously. The type of the content dominated by video and image, obtained through web content providers that are searched through search engine. Teachers also use text to give guidance for students, and quiz for formative and summative assessment. A total of 22 teachers carried out asynchronous learning, 35 synchronous learning, and 33 hybrid learning. In conclusion, teachers more often use smartphones, messaging app, and learning media that contain text, with additional video or image content for the learning process, guidance, and quizzes in assessments provided through synchronous and hybrid learning
