Abstract

Revitalization of cooperatives is very necessary for cooperatives that are already felt to be alive and unwilling to die. Revitalization needs to be done by inactive cooperatives in order to become active cooperatives and active cooperatives to become larger cooperatives. This study aims to determine the Revitalization of Cooperatives in Increasing the Contribution of Local Revenue (Study in the Office, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Kendari City). This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the Revitalization of cooperatives in Kendari City has not been able to increase Regional Original Revenue. Revitalization of cooperatives in increasing Local Revenue is done in 3 ways, namely structuring business fields, structuring membership and empowering cooperatives. Of the three types of cooperative revitalization carried out in the city of Kendari, only limited to the arrangement of membership. The problem of inactive cooperatives in Kendari City is the lack of members' understanding of the meaning of cooperatives as one of the institutions to advance community welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to Optimize Parking Levy Collection in Increasing Local Revenue and To Know What Factors Affect Parking Levy Collection. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 5 people. The results of the study explained that the Optimization of Parking Levy Collection in Increasing Local Revenue is quite good, In the collection of parking fees the Kendari City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BP2RD) of Kendari City has tried to carry out its duties, especially in achieving parking targets, even though it still encounters several obstacles in implementation of parking levies collection.

Abstract

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is one of the social protection programs provided by the government to reach underprivileged people or people from lower economic classes. This program is realized by providing cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM). The purpose of this study was to determine and describe how the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Besulutu District, Konawe Regency. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach aims to describe the empirical reality that exists in a phenomenon in detail and depth. This research was conducted in Besulutu District, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The type of research used is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that seeks to describe solutions to existing problems based on data. In research on the implementation of the Family Hope Program in researchers using qualitative data analysis techniques, the following results were obtained, namely: 1) PKH implementation in Besulutu District has gone quite well, seen from the process of initial meeting activities, validation, assistance with disbursement of assistance, updating data, and verification of PKH participant commitments and the existence of clear and firm sanctions for KPMs who do not fulfill their commitments. 2) Factors Affecting the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Besulutu District, namely: Communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine wether the application of management functions in BUMDes Awarapia Mainawa can improve the economy of rural communities, especially community users of village BUMDes funds in Laburunci Village, Pasarwajo Sub-District, of Buton Regency. The informant of the study was the village BUMDes Manager and a portion of the Laburunci village community of 5 people. In analyzing research data using qualitative descriptive methods, only describes the results of interview questions while in the field. Based on research, result obtained an increase in the community’s economy only occurs in the use of BUMDes Funds in the field of veil and uniform convection business and clean water treatment Laburunci Village, but in the field of craft business brooch there has been no increase in its economy. For that the authors suggest to users of BUMDes Fnds must maintain economic improvement and develop the results of the their business and be careful in using the funds obtained. The BUMDes Manager must control and at the same time provide a better view of the BUMDes fund user.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Empowerment in Tridana Mulya Village, Landono District, Konawe Selatan Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the role of village-owned enterprises is always communicative and responsive to subordinates so that the implementation of service tasks can be carried out properly by providing the widest possible opportunity for village officials to be actively involved in the process of achieving goals. BUMDES and people who need credit for saving and loan capital sometimes communicate ineffective. Community Empowerment with the strengthening of community institutions in the village of Tridana Mulya so that the community can easily channel their aspirations so that their needs can be identified and followed up by community participation in the economic development process in empowering the community and encouraging the independence of the village community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Administration Information System Function in Realizing the Effectiveness of Organizational Work at the Social Service of Kendari City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Application of Administrative Information Systems in Realizing Organizational Work Effectiveness at the Social Service of Kendari City still needs to be improved because there are still several indicators that need to be considered again such as indicators of data entry and data processing. In addition, the quality and efficiency of the Kendari City Social Service is considered to be less than optimal, especially the problem of timeliness needs to be improved again.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN in increasing work efficiency at the Education And Culture Office in Muna Regency and to find out how the work efficiency of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Muna Regency Education and Culture Office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in increasing work efficiency at the Muna Regency Education and Culture Office has not been implemented properly, seen from several aspects, namely: obedience to time proved by there are still State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are not yet on time when they come to work and come home not in time. Then in the aspect of obeying behavior at work, it is still found that the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) delegates its responsibilities to honorary employees. Meanwhile, the work efficiency of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is not good, which can be seen from the lack of professionalism because there is no technical training so that the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) does not understand the main duties and functions of each employee. In addition, the Muna Regency Education and Culture Office paid less attention to the matter of giving rewards or awards to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which aims to spur their work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the student field in improving the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari and to determine the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari in the student field. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the student management function in improving the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari starting from the planning, organizing and mobilizing functions had been carried out well. In the planning function, there is the preparation of student programs, one of which is the admission program for new students, by determining in advance who, when, where to implement it by paying attention to available sources and supported by adequate infrastructure and conducting training and socialization first. Furthermore, the organizing function is to divide the schedule and tasks for each employee. In the function of driving the principal to motivate employees in completing tasks. However, the supervisory function is still not optimal where there is still a lack of employee work discipline. Furthermore, the performance of the administrative staff of SMP Negeri 12 Kendari in terms of quantity and quality is good, where employees pay attention to aspects of accuracy and neatness. However, the punctuality aspect still needs to be improved because there is still a lack of employee work discipline, there are still employees who come late and add work holidays.

Abstract

Tujuan peneltian adalah: untuk mengetahui efektivitas kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Kota Kendari dalam menunjang efektivitas. Pengumpulan data kualitatif, mis. wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Menggali informasi dari informasi yang terbuka dan bebas yaitu dengan 6 (enam) orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi kinerja Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Kota (DLHK) Kendari mengalami kemajuan yang baik, ditunjukkan dengan sejauh mana pencapaian nilai keberhasilan yang memiliki tujuan tertentu, metrik mengalami kemajuan secara berkala. dan menghasilkan tugas dan fungsi inti yang berkualitas seperti yang ditentukan. Kinerja staf yang diinginkan dan ditingkatkan melalui metrik yang baik, kepuasan kerja, kualitas dan akuntabilitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini Berjudul Implementasi Pengelolaan Dan Desa Di Desa Tirongkotua Kecamatan Kabaena Kabupaten Bombana dibawah bimbingan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai Implementasi Pengelolaan Dana Desa Di Desa Tirongkotua Kecamatan Kabaena Kabupaten Bombana. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskr dina iptif dengan informan sebanyak 7 orang yang terdiri dari kepala Desa Tirongkotua, Sekdes, Ketua BPD dan Anggota BPD 3 Orang dan Bendahara Desa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Implementasi pengelolaan alokasi dana Desa di Desa Tirongkotua Kecamatan Kabaena Kepulauan Kabupaten Bombana Sulawesi Tenggara telah dijalankan dengan baik. Kondisi ini terdeskripsikan melalui tahapan-tahapan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dari tahapan perencanaan yang dijalankan dengan baik, pelaksanaan pengelolaan keuangan, penata usahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perudang-undangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa dalam mewujudkan pembangunan desa dan peningkatan kesejahtraan masyarakat desa. 2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Tirongkotua Kecamatan Kabaena Kabupaten Bombana Sulawesi Tenggara mencangkup aspek komunikasi yang dijalankan oleh kepala desa dan perangkat desa, sumber daya yang meliputi sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya pendapatan desa dan kecenderungan perilaku aparatur desa dalam menjalankan kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan serta struktur organisasi yang telah terbentuk menjadi factor utama yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Tirongkotua Kecamatan Kabaena Kabupaten Bombana Sulawesi Tenggara telah berjalan dengan baik.
