Abstract

E-wallet is an electronic payment service that is widely used by Indonesian people. Currently, there are many e-wallets on the market, making people confused about choosing an e-wallet that suits their needs. This research implements this system in a simulation environment to test and validate the effectiveness of the approach in selecting the best E-Wallet. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can provide more accurate and relevant recommendations for users in choosing an E-Wallet that suits their preferences. This research aims to build a decision support system for selecting the best e-wallet using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis method (MOORA) and ROC weighting. MOORA is a multi-objective system that optimizes two or more conflicting properties simultaneously. This method is used to perform complex mathematical calculations. Decision support systems can help in the above problems. The aim of this research is to apply the MOORA algorithm to help users choose the best e-wallet that suits their needs. For the process of inputting alternative criteria weight values, the results of the system and manual process are the same, according to the results of the validity of the MOORA calculation. Where the application of the MOORA method is carried out by calculating alternative values from the algorithm and weighting, then calculations are carried out to determine the best option. The four e-wallets that are alternatives in this research are GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, and DANA. Where the application of the Moora method is carried out by calculating alternative values from the algorithm and weighting then, calculations are carried out to determine the best option. The final results of this research showed that Alternative 1 (DANA) was chosen as the best alternative in the Best E-Wallet Selection with a preference value of 0.507.

Abstract

Customer service is a service provided by the company to consumers who are controlled online or offline by employees of the company, either before or after purchasing products or services. Eligibility in recruitment is very important where a customer service must be able to have good and clear public speaking so that it has an impact on customers. The expected labour problem is not easy and simple, this is because the process is still manual and only based on career level, age and experience. Where, these problems also lack qualified human resources and this makes the recruitment process inaccurate and in accordance with the desired demands.  So the solution is provided through a decision support system, a highly interactive computer-based system that assists in making a decision to utilise data and models in solving unstructured and semi-structured problems. In making decisions apply the MAUT method. In this research conducted using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) Method which is able to obtain maximum results to obtain superior recruitment personnel, namely alternative A1 with a result of 0.8975 as the top alternative after going through the method application stage.

Abstract

The Student Activity Unit (UKM) is an institution formed as a forum for all student activities in developing the interests, talents, creativity and expertise of its members. Performance appraisal is needed to evaluate every achievement and motivate SMEs. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the Vice Chancellor III for Student Affairs at Budi Darma University, he explained that the performance assessment of SMEs at Budi Darma University is still based on the activity of SMEs on campus and has not used other criteria that are clearer and more structured when assessing the performance of the best SMEs at Budi Darma University. . This is certainly less effective and prone to errors. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed as a solution to overcome these problems. In this study, the Entropy method and the EDAS method were applied to 5 criteria and 8 alternatives. Then the alternative chosen according to the criteria for evaluating the performance of the best UKM at Budi Darma University is in alternative A4 with a score of 0.9685, namely SSBD (Sanggar Seni Budi Darma).

Abstract

The use of Computer-Based Testing (CBT) systems has become a popular evaluation method due to its efficiency and ability to accelerate the assessment process. However, challenges such as cheating and the similarity of question sequences among participants still frequently occur. This study aims to design and implement a modified Sattolo Shuffle algorithm with the addition of a Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) as a source of random numbers in the exam question randomization process. The Sattolo Shuffle algorithm was chosen because it produces a single cyclic permutation that ensures each question element is repositioned, reducing the potential for recurring patterns. The LCG is used to generate random indices deterministically but variably, based on specific parameters and an initial value (seed) derived from the participant’s serial number. The implementation was carried out in a web-based CBT system consisting of 50 questions in each exam session. Testing on three participants showed that the generated question sequences were completely different, with no identical orders found. Each participant received a unique combination of questions with an even distribution of question positions. Initial results demonstrate the algorithm's effectiveness in increasing question variation and preventing duplication, making it a potential solution to enhance security and fairness in CBT administration. This research is expected to contribute significantly to the development of more randomized, fair, and cheat-resistant online exam systems.
