Abstract

This company is a company engaged in the coffin industry since 2014. In today's technological developments, there are many cases of competition, one of which is in business. To maintain his business, one of his efforts is to choose the right supplier. The challenge in finding the right supplier is the supply or procurement of the right product for consumers, at the right time at an affordable price. In selecting this supplier, many criteria can be taken into consideration, making it a difficult decision. Thus, this research was conducted to achieve the goal of getting which suppliers the company will maintain to work with by implementing Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) using Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS. Where the Fuzzy AHP method is used to minimize uncertainties that can occur in decision making, while the TOPSIS method is used to find alternative solutions that have the shortest distance to positive and negative ideal solutions. Supplier selection is carried out by considering 5 qualities, 10 sub-criteria, and 4 alternative suppliers. The results of the Fuzzy AHP calculation show that the first rank is S4 with a weight of 0.498, followed by S1 with a weight of 0.196, S2 with a weight of 0.172, and S3 with a weight of 0.133. Whereas in the TOPSIS calculation, S4 was obtained as the first rank with a weight of 0.665; followed by S1 with a weight of 0.433, S2 with a weight of 0.244, and S3 with a weight of 0.178.

Abstract

UKM Larixa is a small and medium enterprise that produces women's clothing. The production system implemented by UKM Larixa is considered to still have deficiencies, namely product defects and waste. Examples of waste that often occur are waste of waiting, waste of defects and waste of inventory. One way that can be used to reduce waste is to implement lean manufacturing. The data obtained has fulfilled the data adequacy test requirements, reliability tests and normality tests. Standard time is used as the basis for making current value stream mapping and process activity mapping where the process time lasts 1,102 minutes with a process cycle efficiency of 70.46%. The three biggest wastes after analysis are waste waiting with a percentage of 19.82%, waste inventory with a percentage of 18.86% and waste transportation with a percentage of 16.98%. Proposed improvements in order to minimize waste include labeling the final product warehouse area, adding work facilities, implementing 5S, joint cleaning programs, briefings and making SOP.

Abstract

The rapid development of the industry today has made the level of competition between companies even stronger. Companies are increasingly fighting over consumers and trying to make their products more superior and desirable. Competition between companies cannot be avoided, thus companies must pay attention to several things during the production process so that they can facethe tough competition, one of which is to pay more attention to the quality of the products that will be marketed to consumers and minimize production defects so that consumer satisfaction can be fulfilled. In the interviews conducted, several product defects were obtained in the form of corrugated welding results of 54.35%, jagged cuts of 10.87%, sanding left 26.09% of residual welds and the result of painting on the pipe was lumpy of 8.70%. There are root problems in the production of pump in roll pipes, namely the human operator fatigue factor, the machine factor because there is no routine maintenance on the welding machine so that the welding process is not optimal, the method factor is the absence of WPS (welding process certification) in the welding work area and on environmental factors because there is no protection in the welding process area to avoid dust and water during the welding process. These factors have an impact on the pump in roll pipe production process so that it experiences several types of defects such as corrugated welding, jagged cutting processes, sanding which still leaves residual welds and lumpy and scratched paintwork.

Abstract

This ergonomic desk bag is useful as a product that makes it easier for people who work with high mobility so that a bag that functions as a storage area is combined with a foldable table and there are several features on the table, one of which is the height of the table legs that can be adjusted and in terms of materials choose materials that not too heavy so as not to make the user object. This product was made due to the lack of ergonomics of the table or the lack of availability of tables when people work outside the office. For this reason, this product is designed so that when carrying a bag, users can still use the table. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires, the Ulrich and Eppinger Method, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process. . Ergonomic desk bag product design carries out the process of selecting the selected product then developing and implementing it on the user and the result is that the user can use the table when doing his work even though there is no table in that place.

Abstract

Online motorcycle taxis or commonly referred to as ojols are motorbike taxis that can be ordered via a mobile phone that uses the internet by using an application. As time goes by, online motorcycle taxis in Indonesia have many choices and competitors that have sprung up by creating online motorcycle taxi applications that have advantages in their respective companies. This research aims to analyze the workload experienced and identify the causes of excessive workload felt by female online motorcycle taxi drivers. The research subjects this time were 31 female grab drivers in the cities of Tangerang and Jakarta. The measured workload is physical and mental workload. The benefits of this research are to find out how much the level of workload, both physical and mental, is experienced by female online motorcycle taxi drivers and to find out whether the number of workers is in accordance with the optimal standard of the driver's workload. The purpose of conducting this research is to analyze what kind of mental workload is experienced by female online motorcycle taxi drivers during the abolition of the lady grab program. Measurement of mental workload is carried out by the mental workload measurement method used, namely; NASA-TLX, Nordic Body Map, and RSME (Rating Scale Mental Effort). The calculation result of 79.5 shows the average score borne by female online motorcycle taxi drivers in the high and very high categories. The results of the RSME calculation give an average score of 968.6 with a description of a very heavy mental workload.

Abstract

Company leaders play a key role in controlling the achievement of performance indicators, especially in managing abnormal conditions in the production process. Control visualization is the main tool in supporting KPI (key performance indicator) monitoring and maintaining optimal safety, quality, productivity and delivery conditions. In the context of the manufacturing industry, as faced by the company, the complexity of production line operations is increasing. Abnormal conditions in the production line can result in decreased efficiency, waste and decreased product quality. Company leaders need to identify, analyze and overcome these abnormal conditions, where data visualization becomes a key tool in making timely decisions. Shop floor management is essential in ensuring good control of conditions on the production line. In this context, the benefits of data visualization in improving the control of abnormal conditions in industrial line processes are crucial. The Total Quality Management (TQM) approach is a strong foundation in emphasizing the importance of quality in the entire production process. TQM and shop floor management are closely related in the context of quality management and operational efficiency in the manufacturing environment. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the benefits of data visualization in improving control of abnormal conditions in industrial line processes and integrating TQM and shop floor management concepts to improve quality and operational efficiency

Abstract

PT ATP is a company operating in the field of construction materials and services. So far, PT ATP has not fully carried out performance calculations. the company's performance assessment only focuses on the financial sector. This measurement causes the company's orientation to only focus on short-term profits. Therefore, companies need to carry out analysis and identify overall company performance measurements to find out the causes of existing problems. This research will be conducted using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. Primary data used in this research was obtained from observations, interviews and discussions with the company as well as by filling out questionnaires with the company. Secondary data such as company revenue data, sales data, customer number data comes from data that the company has had for the last 6 years. Based on the results of performance measurements using OMAX, it is known that the overall results of the company's performance have a weight of 5.118, indicating that the company's performance is sufficient but has not reached the target and still requires improvement. The results of calculations using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System (TLS), it is known that there are 3 green indicators whose performance is good, 5 yellow indicators whose performance is sufficient but still below the target, and 4 red indicators whose performance is still far below target.

social media and online games have become commonplace in the world of students, some of the benefits that can be obtained if done appropriately and correctly are that students' enthusiasm for learning increases, so that the learning outcomes obtained by students also increase, apart from that, the negative impact is of course that students become lazy about studying, concentration becomes increasingly difficult, especially students will be lazy about going to school and this will have an impact on the learning outcomes obtained which will decrease. Likewise, what happens to students at SD Inpres Kapopo, if done excessively, students cannot control their emotions. This is characterized by feeling restless and irritable if you are not allowed to play, regardless of the circumstances around you. For this reason, support and assistance is needed, if something negative happens, the impact of excessive use of social media and online games. Abstract

An employee is anyone who is able to do work to produce goods and services both to meet their own needs and those of the community, both inside and outside of work relations. In every company, agency, organization or business entity, they will provide a salary as compensation for an employee's work, in addition to providing a basic salary to their employees, each agency often provides a salary bonus. in determining bonuses for employees at PT Citra Prasasti Konsorindo, they still use Microsoft Excel assistance so that the process of determining bonuses that has occurred so far has not been accurate due to the large amount of data collected and the need for time to input data so that the company has difficulties in the process of determining employee bonuses. This causes delays for the company in providing an assessment. Given these problems, the researchers created a decision support system for determining employee bonuses at PT Citra Prasasti Konsorindo using the mabac method. The goal is to help the accuracy of the company in determining employee bonuses and make it easier for companies to input data and determine employee bonuses and provide time efficiency for companies in the process of determining employee bonuses. In this system there are employee data features, criteria, calculations and ranking as the final result which displays the ranking of employees who are entitled to receive bonuses. This research uses the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The design method used is waterfall and the testing technique used is blackbox. The final result of this system is the highest to lowest score and displays the recommendation ranking of employees who receive bonuses. Based on the test results, all existing pages and features are as expected and run according to their functions.

Abstract

The implementation of the Weighted Product (WP) method in developing cognitive potential for determining study programs in admitting new students to class XII students at SMK Bintang Nusantara is an important research topic in the context of increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the process of admitting new students. The purpose of this research is to identify students' cognitive potential and use the WP method as an assessment tool that can help determine the study program that best suits their potential. The literature review describes theories related to the development of cognitive potential, determining study programs, and WP methods. This research method involves identifying variables, developing rating scales, collecting data, calculating weights and rankings, assessing study programs, evaluating and analyzing, as well as validating and correcting. Data were obtained through questionnaires, cognitive potential tests, and structured interviews with class XII students at Bintang Nusantara Vocational School. This research has benefits in increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the new student admissions process and helping class XII students at Bintang Nusantara Vocational School in choosing study programs that suit their cognitive potential. It is hoped that the implementation of this WP method can make a positive contribution to the development of students' cognitive potential and increase their satisfaction with the chosen study program.
