Abstract

Protection for children has become the responsibility of the state, and the protection provided is also the responsibility of families, teachers and the community to protect children so that they do not become victims of bullying which is increasingly widespread. Children who are victims of bullying certainly experience depression and even stress as well as feelings of fear and lack of confidence in facing the surrounding environment, and the impact also results in prolonged trauma and it is difficult to forget it, because the victim is someone who experiences suffering as a result of someone's actions or treatment other. Legal protection for children who are victims of bullying is to provide or implement their rights, such as the right to access medical services and assistance and also receive medical, as well as social and psychological services. As a result, by providing legal protection for children as victims of bullying, it can alleviate children's suffering in an effort to provide repressive protection so that children can return to experience recovery and good conditions as before in realizing true child protection.

Abstract

Setiap siswa mempunyai kemampuan berpikir kritis yang berbeda, sehingga diperlukan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas VII C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII F sebagi kelas kontrol yang ditentukan menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji independent sample t test dengan uji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dengan diperolehnya nilai diperoleh Sig.(2 tailed) pada baris Equal variances not assumed sebesar 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari 0,005 sehingga diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the intervening influence of the quality of financial report information on governance based on the competence of personnel and the internal control system in the Makassar City Government. The objective of this research is to analyse the direct and indirect effects between the independent, dependent, and intervening variables. The data collection techniques (instruments) used include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study comprises 44 regional work units (SKPD) in the Makassar City Government, consisting of 687 individuals selected purposively. The sample size of 268 respondents was determined using the Solving formula. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program. The results of the study indicate that competence has a significant effect on the quality of financial report information. The internal control system also has a significant effect on the quality of financial report information. However, competence does not significantly contribute to government governance. Similarly, the internal control system does not significantly enhance government governance. The quality of financial report information has a positive and significant impact on government governance. The findings suggest that improvements are needed in the competence area, particularly in enhancing independence in performing core duties and functions. Regarding the internal control system, there is a need for better implementation to identify the added value in each aspect of governance.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merujuk pada tindakan yang melibatkan paksaan atau pelecehan seksual terhadap seseorang tanpa persetujuan mereka. Perundungan, atau sering disebut bullying, adalah tindakan agresif dan berulang yang dilakukan oleh satu individu atau sekelompok individu terhadap orang lain, dengan tujuan untuk menyakiti, merendahkan, atau mengintimidasi korban. Kekerasan seksual dan perundungan sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Anak-anak dan remaja rentan menjadi korban dan pelaku tindakan ini. Namun, karena sifat tabu dari masalah ini, banyak kasus tidak dilaporkan, sehingga statistik yang ada mungkin tidak mencerminkan angka sebenarnya. Kekerasan seksual dan perundungan di sekolah memiliki dampak serius pada korban. Mereka dapat mengalami trauma psikologis, gangguan kecemasan, depresi, penurunan prestasi akademik, dan bahkan berisiko tinggi untuk bunuh diri. Lingkungan sekolah yang tidak aman juga dapat mempengaruhi seluruh populasi siswa, menghambat belajar dan pertumbuhan sosial mereka. Beberapa faktor dapat berkontribusi terhadap kekerasan seksual dan perundungan di sekolah, termasuk ketidakpedulian institusi terhadap laporan dan tindakan, kurangnya kesadaran dan pendidikan yang memadai, ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan, norma sosial yang merugikan, dan pengaruh media yang negatif. Pencegahan kekerasan seksual dan perundungan di sekolah melibatkan kerja sama antara siswa, guru, orang tua, staf sekolah, dan komunitas. Pencegahan kekerasan seksual dan perundungan di sekolah adalah tanggung jawab bersama untuk melindungi anak-anak dan remaja dari bahaya fisik dan psikologis. Dengan pendidikan yang tepat, dukungan sosial, dan tindakan proaktif, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan mendukung bagi semua individu

Abstract

Secara keseluruan, Indonesia menduduki urutan tertinggi kedua pernikahan dini di Asia Tenggara setelah Kamboja. Pada 2019, angka pernikahan anak di NTB mencapai 16,016 % yang menempati posisi ke 7. Kemudian di tahun 2020 meningkat di angka 16,61 menjadi peringkat keempat nasional. Di Kabupaten Bima Sejak tahun 2020 hingga 2021 ada hampir seribu anak-anak di Bima menikah diusia dini. 350 dari Kabupaten Bima, sisanya dari Kota Bima. Sedangkan di Desa Sai terdapat 6-7 kasus pernikahan anak usia dini setiap tahun. Hal ini yang kemudian melatar belakangi perlu dilakukan upaya edukasi terhadap masyarakat terkait dampak pernikahan dini. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pendidikan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait dasar hukum, dan dampak pernikahan dini secara kesehatan. Adapun mitra PKM adalah pemerintah Desa Sai Kecamatan Soromandi yang sasarannya adalah masyarakat, remaja, pemuda, dan orang tua. Adapun metode pelaksanaan PKM meliputi tahap persiapan (desain pamflet, mencetak pamflet, membuat undangan kegiatan, adminstrasi, dan konsumsi. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan (Pembukaan oleh sekretaris Desa, sambutan ketua posko, sambutan perwakilan institusi Universitas Muhammadiyah Bima, lalu di lanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi). Lalu kemudian Tahap Evaluasi (mengevaluasi titik-titik yang kurang maksimal pada kegiatan). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat, pemuda, dan pelajar yang hadir pada kegiatan yang diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga, tetangga, sanak saudara terkait dampak pernikahan dini dalam perspektif hukum dan kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing system of maggot bsf in Bojo Village. Based on the results of observations and interviews in Bojo Village, the main problem was found, namely household waste. The garbage was thrown out of place, the garbage was found scattered on the beach and close to residential areas. The waste that is wasted includes organic waste from household waste. Organic waste can cause environmental problems such as air and soil pollution and cause various negative impacts on public health. A solution that can be done by village communities is maggot cultivation from Black Soldier Fly (BSF) flies, as an effective and easy way to manage organic waste. By cultivating maggot for organic waste, we can create a high-value resource that can have a positive impact on the environment and the economy of the village community. Maggot cultivation aims to decompose organic matter left over from household food consumption. Able to digest organic waste quickly so that it helps reduce the volume of organic waste. In addition, maggots are also able to prevent uncontrolled accumulation of waste. In fact, casgot which is the result of the decomposition of waste carried out by maggot can produce high-quality organic fertilizer that can increase soil fertility. Maggot has a high nutrient content that helps local agriculture. Maggot cultivation can also be a new business opportunity for village communities because it can be sold as animal feed. It has an impact on increasing the income of the local community.

Abstract

Supplier selection is a very important thing in purchasing activities for companies to improve product quality. PT ATP is having difficulty choosing the best supplier. One of the methods used in supplier selection is the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method which is a method for solving a complex, unstructured situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving subjective values about the relative importance of each variable, and in set variables. Based on the analysis of the selection of the highest ranking supplier for rockwool suppliers, namely PT. KNC with a weight of 0.471, PT. AI with a weight value of 0.331, and PT WIP with a weight value of 0.198. Meanwhile, for aluminum alloy products, the supplier PT. HIC with a weight of 0.698, PT. VII with a weight value of 0.215, PT SAI with a weight value of 0.008, and PT. MTS. The results from Fuzzy AHP show that the highest ranking for rockwool suppliers is PT. KNC with a weight of 0.471, PT. AI with a weight of 0.331, and PT WIP with a weight of 0.198. Meanwhile, for aluminum alloy, the best supplier is PT. HIC (0.698), PT. VII (0.215), PT SAI (0.008), and PT. MTS (0.079).

Abstract

The decline in the quality of education is largely caused by various factors, both internal and external. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to find a solution to overcome this problem. Like this study will test whether there is an influence of the work environment and digital literacy of teachers on the quality of education with teacher performance as an intervening variable in Lokhsumawe. The collection of research data used a quantitative data approach with 150 samples in all State Senior High Schools (SMAN) in Lhoksumawe City. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the Work Environment and Digital Literacy on teacher performance at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools. Furthermore, there was also an influence of the Work Environment, and Teacher Digital Literacy on the Quality of Education at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools. Likewise, there is an influence of Teacher Performance on the Quality of Education at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools, then there is an influence of the Work Environment and Digital Literacy on the Quality of Education through Teacher Performance at Lhoksumawe City Senior High Schools.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the construct validity of a student interest instrument in Arabic language learning using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) approach. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to fourth, fifth, and sixth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Validity testing was conducted using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett’s Test to assess sample adequacy and data suitability for factor analysis. The EFA results identified three main factors: intrinsic motivation, learning relevance, and learning comfort, which explained a cumulative variance of 57.4%. The first factor contributed the most, emphasizing the importance of intrinsic motivation in shaping students' interest. Communalities values ranged from 0.340 to 0.784, indicating that most items adequately represented the extracted factors. This study concludes that the developed instrument has strong construct validity and is suitable for measuring students’ interest in Arabic language learning. These findings provide an important empirical foundation for developing evidence-based educational measurement tools. Future research is recommended to conduct Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to validate the factor structure and to expand the application of this instrument to a more diverse population to enhance the generalizability of the results.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the content validity of an instrument developed to measure students' perceptions of educational management in upper secondary schools (SMA). Given the crucial role of school management in shaping students' learning experiences and academic achievement, a valid instrument is essential for comprehensively assessing students' perceptions. This study employs a quantitative approach using content validity analysis with Aiken’s V index. The validation process involves four experts in educational management as raters. The findings indicate that most instrument items exhibit moderate to high content validity, with Aiken’s V values ranging from 0.50 to 1.00. These results suggest that the developed instrument is suitable for assessing students' perceptions of school management effectiveness. However, some items require refinement to enhance clarity and alignment with the measured concept. This study provides a significant contribution to educational evaluation by offering an instrument that can serve as a reference for policymakers and educators in improving school management effectiveness. Further studies are recommended to examine construct and criterion validity and assess the instrument's reliability to ensure its applicability in various educational contexts.
