Abstract

The education curriculum occupies a strategic position. The Islamic religious science curriculum is the basis for achieving the goals that have been stated in the document and implemented in the process to realize competent students. Proper curriculum management is needed based on the yellow book and is considered Islamic. On that basis, this study aims to find: (1) planning Islamic religious science curriculum; (2) organization of Islamic religious science curriculum; (3) implementation of Islamic religious science curriculum; (4) evaluation of Islamic religious science curriculum; (5) obstacles in implementing the Islamic religious science curriculum; (6) solutions in implementing the Islamic religious science curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Technical data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and verification stages. This study resulted that: (1) curriculum planning at both Islamic boarding schools was carried out by determining curriculum objectives and contents, determining Human Resources (HR), preparing educational programs, compiling academic calendars and schedule activities; (2) organization is carried out by determining the pattern of curriculum organization, placement of Human Resources (HR); 3) implementation is carried out by means of socialization and direction, preparing lesson plans, determining approaches, strategies, and learning methods, providing learning resources and media, and structuring classes; 4) curriculum evaluation is carried out by carrying out learning evaluations, literacy competency evaluations, and communication; 5) obstacles in implementing the curriculum can be seen from psychological factors, sociological factors, and technical factors; 6) solutions and future improvement efforts in implementing the curriculum can be seen from psychological factors, sociological factors, and technical factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the curriculum, program, materials, implementation of learning, professionalism asatidz, methods, media, management, financial management, obstacles, and the role of majelis taklim in increasing understanding of Islam in West Java Province. The subjects of this study were the Bandung Regency Conventional Taklim Council and the Bandung City Diniyah Al-Ikhlas Conversion Taklim Council. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are differences in learning management applied in the two taklim assemblies. The Conventional Taklim Assembly of Asy-Syujaiyah Bandung Regency still uses the traditional learning system, while the Diniyah Conversion Taklim Council is the learning system for semi-formal ones

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja merupakan kegiatan evaluasi kinerja dalam suatu Perguruan Tinggi dalam meningkatkan kualitas internal secara bekelanjutan. Untuk memenangkan persaingan global yang semakin ketat ini, kinerja sebuah organisasi haruslah mencerminkan peningkatan dari satu periode ke periode berikutnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana penekanan pada kajian secara rinci dan mendalam, mengupayakan pengambilan data, pencarian, dan penemuan makna berarti, menekankan lebih pada proses dari pada hasil dengan menggunakan logika berfikir induktif. Dewasa ini pengukuran kinerja secara finansial tidaklah cukup mencerminkan kinerja organisasi sesungguhnya, sehingga dikembangkan suatu konsep Balanced Scorecard. Konsep Balanced Scorecard ini pada dasarnya merupakan penerjemahan strategi dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh suatu Perguruan Tinggi dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa STAI Sangatta berada pada kondisi baik, tetapi menghadapi tantangan yang di awali dengan analisis SWOT yang bertujuan untuk mengetahuai faktor internal dan eksternal Perguruan Tinggi dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Pengukuran kinerja dengan keempat perspektif balanced scorecard yaitu: perspektif finansial (Honorium dosen dan karyawan, dana hibah, dana beasiswa), perspektif customer (kepuasan mahasiswa; kepuasan dosen), perspektif proses bisnis internal (kinerja dosen dan karyawan meliputi presentase kehadiran dosen dan karyawan, presentase kegiatan-kegiatan, presentase ketersediaan soal ujian, prsentasi nilai terkumpul, presentase pelayanan akademik), perpektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran (penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat, karya ilmiah, pendidikan, pengembangan karir).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Baca-Tulis (GLBT) di SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, kuesioner, riset terfokus, dan telaah data sekunder dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMA Al-Qomariyah Kabupaten Garut telah melaksanakan GLBT secara terbatas meliputi tahap pendahuluan, pembiasaan, pengembangan, pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Dari seluruh tahapan, ditemukan beberapa kendala yaitu keterbatasan fasilitas perpustakaan, keterbatasan sumber bacaan, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Adapun solusi untuk mengatasinya meliputi sosialisasi secara masif kepada siswa, menyusun dan mengirimkan proposal bantuan, optimalisasi peran perpustakaan, dan memperkuat sinergitas komite sekolah dengan masyarakat. Meski hasilnya belum optimal, tetapi program GLBT telah menjadi langkah awal demi membangun Ekosistem Sekolah Literat (ESL). Kata Kunci: literasi; perpustakaan; sumber bacaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen tata kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan, mengetahui perencanaan implementasi manajemen tata kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan, implementasi manajemen tata Kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan, dan mengetahui pengawasan implementasi manajemen tata Kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan di STIKes RS Dustira Kota Cimahi Jawa Barat. Peneliti memilih pendekatan kualitatif karena penelitian ini dilakukan secara terus menerus, utuh, total dan mendalam terhadap isu-isu kritis untuk menggali informasi yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriftif kualitatif yaitu penggambaran atau pemberian makna secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai data. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpukan bahwa implementasi manajemen tata kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan di STIKes RS Dustira Kota Cimahi, Jawa Barat, berjalan sesuai ekpektasi yang diharapakan. Dalam hal perencanaan manajemen tata Kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan ini terlihat dari dokumen yang kami dapatkan, perencaan tidak jauh dari yang ada, atau bisa dikatakan berjalan baik pula. Sementara dalam konteks manajemen tata kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan dapat di ilustrasikan bahwa berjalananya sebuah organisasi dalam layanan tidak akan berjalan dengan baik tanpa manajemen, dari hasil pengamatan penulis pada penelitian ini manajemen tata Kelola yang terdapat pada embaga tersebut terlihat rapih dan terdokumentasikan dengan baik walau terbilang Lembaga yang baru lahir. Serta pengawasan manajemen tata kelola organisasi layanan pendidikan di STIKes RS Dustira Kota Cimahi pun sesuai yang diharapan baik secara kelembagaan dan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan.

Abstract

To compete in higher education, ITB Swadharma needs to enhance its competence by designing and implementing effective strategies in managing higher education that align with its vision and mission. The success of management strategy can be achieved through a comprehensive evaluation of ITB Swadharma's management effectiveness. The Balanced Scorecard method and the interaction between ITB Swadharma's management and the PMB entity's management can be used to create a Balanced Scorecard strategy map. This map involves three strategic objectives from the perspective of development and advancement of learning, three strategic objectives from the perspective of internal business process efficiency, four strategic objectives from a customer satisfaction perspective, and two strategic objectives from the perspective of financial stability. To achieve these two strategic objectives in terms of financial aspects, a lagging indicator is required. Each strategic objective from the customer perspective requires actions. Strategic Objective 1 from the internal business process perspective requires 5 measurements, Strategic Objective 2 requires 3 measurements, and Strategic Objective 3 requires 3 measurements. Meanwhile, from the perspective of learning and growth, Strategic Objective 1 requires 1 measurement, Strategic Objective 2 requires 3 measurements, and Strategic Objective 3 requires 1 lagging indicator measurement and 1 leading indicator measurement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by discussions about character education that are increasingly crowded in Indonesian society. The attitudes and behavior of the people and nation of Indonesia today ignore the noble values that have long been upheld in their daily attitudes and behavior. Noble moral values such as honesty, decency, togetherness and religion are gradually being replaced by foreign cultures where these moral values are no longer considered important. The implementation of character education actually involves all aspects of education, starting from the government as the decision maker for the national education system, leadership, teacher expertise, infrastructure, curriculum and community support. However, teachers have the greatest influence. Teachers must work hard to educate students to become human beings who have character and character. Bandung. Therefore the purpose of this research is to find out the management of strengthening character education in improving students' attitudes at SDN 231 Sukaasih, Bandung City. The use of research methods in this research is qualitative which produces data in descriptive form. Data collection techniques in this study used a combined triangulation method. The results of this study emphasize more on meaning, because it uses qualitative research methods.

Abstract

In everyday terms, the term finance or financing comes from the word finance which is associated with efforts to obtain or raise capital to finance the activities to be carried out. But lately, the meaning of finance or financing has been expanded, not only as an effort to raise capital, but also includes the dimensions of the use of capital. This broadening of understanding is the result of the awareness that capital is a scarce factor of production that needs to be utilized as well as possible. Education funding as stated in the National Education Standards: Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 consists of 3 major parts, namely: First, investment costs include costs for providing facilities and infrastructure, developing human resources and working capital. Second, operational costs include educational costs that must be incurred by students to be able to take part in the learning process regularly and continuously. Third, personal costs.

Abstract

The background of this research is to explain the Principal's Strategic Management in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut, mentioning the constraints of the Principal's Strategic Management in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut, describing how to overcome the constraints of the Principal's Strategic Management in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut. The literature review used to analyze the results of this research is strategic management and leadership of the principal and teacher performance and the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance. The method used in this study is descriptive-analysis using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques with the stages of observation, interviews and documentation. The research procedures are planning, data collection, describing, analyzing and concluding. The results of the study, Strategic Management of school principals in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut by increasing discipline, providing motivation, being role models for teachers and education staff and supervising. Constraints that occur in the Strategic Management of school principals in improving teacher performance at SMKN 6 Garut, some teachers are late to school, leave earlier than the specified time in ending the school teaching and learning process, are not motivated to improve performance, do not respond to exemplary leadership and supervision in SMKN 6 Garut is held only once a year, lacks school infrastructure, supervisors don't play a role in coaching.

Abstract

Berbicara pendidikan tidak akan lepas dengan istilah mutu. Indikator mutu itu sendiri dapat diukur dengan kegiatan supervisi yang dapat dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan lembaga yang ada pada sekolah yang di pimpin. Peran kepala Sekolah mampu melakukan terobosan dalam hal pengelolaan kinerja guru dan untuk meningtkan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian yang dipilih penulis merupakan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research yaitu penelitian yang memanfaatkan sumber pustaka yang dilakukan dengan cara menelusuri dan menelaah literatur-literatur primer maupun sekunder buku-buku tentang supervisi akademik, peran kepala sekolah, membangun iklim kerjasama serta karangan ilmiah lainnya. Keberhasilan kepalasekolah dan komite sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru sangat bergantung dari manajemen pengawasan yang dilakukan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindaklanjut. Kemampuan kepala sekolah membangun iklim kerjasama yang baik dengan komitesekolah akan memudahkan lembaganya mencapai kebijakan dan tujuan bersama dalam hal mengontrol mutu pendidikan di lembaganya secara berkesinambungan. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru.
