Abstract

This study aims to describe the image of women in the novel Heartbreak Motel by Ika Natassa. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The data source in this study is the novel Heartbreak Motel by Ika Natassa published by GM Pustaka Utama Publishing Agency on April 8, 2022, consisting of 400 pages. This study focuses on the image of women put forward by Sugihastuti in the novel Heartbreak Motel. The data collection techniques. Based on the results of the study, the image of women in the novel Heartbreak Motel is a woman’s self-image and also a woman’s social image. Physically, Ava is depicted as a very fragile, attractive woman, long-haired, beautiful and has an ideal body. Psychologically, Ava is depicted as an emotional, sensitive person, tends to be interverted and keeps her feelings to herself. In her family, Ava is depicted as a child who lovers her mother, being an obedient woman despite being treated badly by her boyfreind. Society’s view of her is sometimes negative when she chooses to break up with her actor boyfriend so that she is considered a social climber by netizens. Based on this, it can be concluded that the social image pf women significantly influences the main character’s self-image. It’s clear that every trauma Ava experienced in her past has mae her a more withdrawn person, preferring to keep her feelings to herself.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji lebih dalam efektivitas pengawasan narapidana dalam menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Tolitoli. Metode penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive untuk memilih 7 informan, serta menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan dari Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan teori efektivitas menurut Duncan dalam Martinina et al., (2018) ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengawasan narapidana yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas IIB Tolitoli belum dapat mewujudkan keamanan dan ketertiban di dalam Lapas. Dari 3 indikator efektfitas, hanya indikator integrasi yang tercapai. Pencapaian tujuan, yaitu tujuan pengawasan narapidana di Lapas Kelas IIB Tolitoli belum terpenuhi. Rasio petugas dan jumlah narapidana belum sesuai, pelatihan bagi petugas jaga berkaitan dengan peningkatan kapasitas belum maksimal, masih ada pegawai kurang disiplin dan minimnya kesadaran narapidana. Integrasi, Kepala Lapas Kelas IIB Tolitoli aktif dalam memberikan pencerahan kepada narapidana dengan melibatkan pegawai Lapas dalam setiap kesempatan. Selain itu, kerja sama dengan instansi lain seperti kepolisian juga sering dilakukan. Adaptasi, meskipun memiliki aturan pelaksanaan pengawasan yang jelas, kepatuhan terhada aturan tersebut terkadang kurang optimal. Faktor-faktor seperti keuangan keluarga, pengaruh negatif dari lingkungan sekitar, serta ketidakpastian masa depan setelah bebas juga membuat narapidana sulit beradaptasi.

Abstract

Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 29 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penanggulangan Masalah Gizi bagi anak akibat penyakit (Studi Gizi Buruk Di Desa lalos Kecamatan Galang Kab Tolitoli). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa secara mendalam Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 29 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penanggulangan Masalah Gizi bagi anak akibat penyakit (Studi Gizi Buruk Di Desa lalos Kecamatan Galang Kab Tolitoli). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa lalos kecamatan Galang Kabupaten Tolitoli. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat berbagai macam indikator sebagai alat ukur yang menjadi isi dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yaitu antara lain komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) komunikasi informasi jelas terlihat dari bukti situasi, seperti kerja sama antara ahli gizi, perawat Puskesmas Galang dan pegawai Kantor Desa Lalos untuk sosialisasi program gizi kepada masyarakat. 2) sumber daya terkelola dengan baik terlihat dari adanya tenaga ahli gizi di Puskesmas Galang, posyandu di setiap desa, serta pemberian makanan tambahan dan suplemen vitamin A untuk anak-anak. 3) disposisi terpenuhi karena petugas menunjukkan komitmen tinggi, terbukti dengan ahli gizi dan perawat yang turun langsung ke posyandu untuk memeriksa kesehatan ibu hamil, bayi, dan balita. 4) struktur birokrasi terpenuhi terlihat dari pembagian tugas sesuai bidang dan keahlian yang mendukung pelaksanaan SOP yang efektif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the researcher’s curiosity about discrimination and social conflict, which are the central themes in the novel Maryam by Okky Madasari. The main character in this novel, Maryam, faces an inner conflict between maintaining her personal beliefs and coping with the social pressures exerted by her community and family. The internal and external conflicts experienced by Maryam illustrate the psychological dynamics of individuals living in an intolerant environment. To understand these conflicts, this study applies Sigmund Freud's psychological approach, emphasizing the interaction among the id, ego, and superego. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, employing a literature review. The analysis reveals that while Maryam’s id drives her to uphold her freedom and personal beliefs, her superego imposes pressure through societal norms and family expectations. Meanwhile, Maryam's ego functions as a mediator, seeking a compromise, though this leads to emotional distress. These internal and external conflicts reflect the social realities faced by individuals from minority groups, which can significantly influence their life choices.

Abstract

Purworejo village has its own uniqueness regarding the daily lives of Muslim teenagers in it. The idealism of daily patterns with full ethics shows the success of learning patterns in them. Words and actions in everyday life that are tied to ethics are interesting to review.The work is in the form of field research, using qualitative methods, a phenomenological approach, along with data triangulation, trying to find patterns of effective learning in the village. With a focus on a) the process of forming al-karimah morals in the context of religious awareness, b) identification of moral awareness in a religious context, c) the role of various elements in successful learning.The results of the research are a) the process of forming morals in religious awareness is to use a pattern of forming awareness by involving various parties, b) the success of formation is by having an ideal pattern of behavior, both in ethics and enthusiasm for learning, c) there are three important elements that play a role in this process, namely teachers/figures, parents, and also the community

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the demand for quality education is increasing, making the role of madrasah principals as the spearhead of educational management very strategic in efforts to enhance the quality of education in madrasahs. The effective performance of madrasah principals is closely linked to the supervision conducted by madrasah supervisors, who are responsible for mentoring, monitoring, and evaluating the tasks of madrasah principals. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of madrasah supervisor supervision in improving the performance of madrasah principals at MTs. Jidris Assalam, Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City, (2) describe the evaluation of madrasah supervisor supervision in enhancing the performance of madrasah principals at MTs. Jidris Assalam, Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City, and (3) describe the impact of madrasah supervisor supervision on the performance of madrasah principals at MTs. Jidris Assalam, Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with madrasah supervisors, madrasah principals, and relevant staff, as well as relevant documentation. Data analysis was conducted descriptively by examining the information obtained to provide a comprehensive picture of the implementation, evaluation, and impact of supervision on the performance of madrasah principals. The results of the study indicate that the supervision of madrasah supervisors is carried out periodically and effectively, providing guidance and oversight that contribute to the improvement of professionalism and performance of madrasah principals. The evaluation of supervision shows an increase in the performance of madrasah principals, reflected in the very good performance assessment scores. The impact of this supervision is evident in the enhancement of the leadership of madrasah principals, which supports the achievement of educational goals in madrasahs. Thus, the supervision of madrasah supervisors becomes a key factor in improving the quality of the performance of madrasah principals and the quality of education in madrasahs.

Abstract

Adolescence is a time of searching for identity. Therefore, children need to be directed towards positive things. One of them is memorizing the Al-Qurna so that children have morals that are in accordance with the Al-Quran, considering that nowadays many teenagers' morals deviate from the values ​​contained in the Al-Quran. The tahfidzul quran extracurricular program is a superior program offered by MTs Yayan Islamic Education Subulul Huda Saentis. Tahfidzul Koran is implemented so that children read the Koran more often and love the Koran more and practice it in their daily lives. This research aims to describe the implementation of extracurricular tahfidzul quran, the methods applied, and the implementation system of the tahfidzul quran program at MTs Islamic Education Foundation Subulul Huda Saentis. This type of research is qualitative research (Field Research), namely empirical study by going directly to the research location on the phenomena that occur. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Qualitative research aims to understand events experienced by research subjects, such as behavior, by means of descriptions in the form of words and language. To collect data in this research, the author used interview and documentation methods. In analyzing the data obtained from the research results, the author uses data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the process of implementing the tahfidzul quran extracurricular program at MTs Islamic Education Foundation Subulul Huda Saentis consists of three activities: planning, implementation and evaluation. The activities implemented are in the form of rote deposits, sima'an and muraja'ah. In general, students memorize mixed methods. The factors that influence the process of tahfidzul quran activities are grouped into two, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

Plaque plays an important role in the occurrence of dental and oral diseases such as dental caries and periodontal disease. Plaque control needs to be done to reduce the buildup of plaque on the surface of the teeth. Gargling with boiled water from guava leaves is one effort that is believed to be able to reduce dental plaque scores because it has antiseptic, antibacterial and antimicrobial activity. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of gargling boiled water with guava leaves on reducing plaque scores in adolescents at the Sejati Muhammadiyah Rappang Child Welfare Institution. The type of research used is experimental research using a One group pre-test post-test research design. The sample in the study was 30 people taken using purposive sampling technique. Before gargling boiled guava leaf water, the participants' average plaque score was 2.193 with moderate criteria, there was a decrease of 0.536 to 1.656 with good criteria. The data was analyzed using the Paired T-Test and obtained a result of 0.001 or p < 0.05 so that the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of gargling boiled guava leaf water on reducing plaque scores in adolescents at the Sejati Muhammadiyah Rappang Child Welfare Institution.

Abstract

Facilities and service quality are important things that must be considered by companies engaged in services. The existence of good facilities and service quality in the minds of consumers will create a good image so that consumers become generous with the services provided by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable (a case study in the Constitutional Court Digital Printing). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of 2969 in this study were customers who had used the services of the Constitutional Court Digital Printing. The sample used was 97 respondents and questionnaires as a means of collecting data for respondents. The analytical method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of this study indicate that facilities, and service quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty at MK Digital Printing and the effect is from Variable X1, namely facilities and customer satisfaction which have the effect of increasing the influence of facilities on customer loyalty. Thus, that the result of the satisfaction variable is a moderating variable or can be used as an independent variable as well as a moderator variable.

Abstract

A teacher is a person who is admired and imitated, his actions, words and even thoughts always become part of the culture of the people around him. However, not everyone develops the skills and abilities to become a teacher. The purpose of this research is to find out how to become an educator based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith to become an example for others as shown by Rasullullah. And as an educator in the school family environment and in the community. Because the role of educators is very important for the nation's next generation, especially for the progress of the country, so that they are not left behind in terms of technology, science and religion. Because religion is an indispensable foundation for this world and the hereafter. This study used qualitative research methods. In this method, researchers can use interviews, observations, and content analysis to understand the perspectives, attitudes, and values held by teacher educators regarding education. The results of this research show that there are several hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, and several surahs of the Koran, including Surah Al-Baqarah/2: 129 concerning the sending of an educator (Rasulullah ).
