Abstract

The implementation of cultural literacy in elementary schools still tends to be content-centric and has not been systematically integrated into digital instructional design, particularly in the context of Dayak culture in Central Kalimantan. This study aims to develop a Mahilung Mobile Learning instructional design based on the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) as an ethno-edugames framework in strengthening Dayak cultural literacy in elementary school students. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a mixed-methods design. The definition stage includes needs analysis, student characteristics, and curriculum review to identify Dayak cultural values relevant to Theme 8 "Our Friendly Environment." The design stage includes mapping cultural values into learning objectives, game mechanics, and assessment components. The development stage is carried out through the development of an Android-based application prototype that can be accessed offline, equipped with interactive audio-visual materials, exercises, and ten mini-games based on true-false validation with a scoring system as part of the gamification strategy. Expert validation and limited trials were conducted to refine the design. Qualitative data were analyzed thematically, while quantitative data were analyzed using Likert scores to assess feasibility and user response. The results of the study produced a processual ethno-edugames design framework that structurally integrates Dayak cultural values into digital game-based learning. This research contributes to the development of a contextual, adaptive, and applicable culture-based instructional design model in primary education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the suitability of irrigation water quality in the Data Makmur Secondary Canal for agricultural crops based on the SAR and RSC method classifications. This study uses a quantitative approach supported by laboratory analysis. Water sampling was carried out with reference to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 06-2412-1991 concerning Water Quality Sampling Methods. Irrigation water samples were taken at the observation points of the Data Makmur Secondary Canal, with each sample volume ranging from 200–500 mL. The water samples were then analyzed at the Banda Aceh Industrial Standardization and Services Center and the Environmental Quality Testing Engineering Laboratory of the Chemical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University. The results of the irrigation water quality analysis in the Data Makmur Secondary Canal showed that the Sodium Adsorption Ratio (SAR) value for all samples was in the range of 0.3547–0.4471. This value is included in the very good category according to Todd standards (<10 meq/L), thus indicating that the irrigation water does not have the potential to cause sodicity problems and is still safe to use for agricultural activities. However, the Residual Sodium Carbonate (RSC) value showed a relatively high range, namely 1.927–3.629 meq/L. Based on Eaton's classification (>2.50 mEq/L), most samples are classified as unsuitable for irrigation, except for several points in Sample 2. This condition indicates the potential risk of soil structure degradation must be more closely aligned with the material being extracted and decreased soil permeability if water is used continuously. Therefore, regular water quality monitoring and further studies are needed with additional parameters and sampling points to achieve a more comprehensive representation of irrigation water quality.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines criminal liability for corruption and the constitutional responsibility of the state regarding the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway Project (Whoosh), analyzing budget mark-ups, state-owned enterprise debt, and financial restructuring. The Whoosh project, classified as a National Strategic Project, has experienced significant cost overruns that raised serious governance concerns. Construction costs reached approximately USD 52 million per kilometer, three times higher than comparable projects in China (USD 17-18 million per kilometer), suggesting potential criminal corruption through budget inflation in the Estimated Price (HPS) determination. Concurrently, the financial crisis at PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) and its parent company, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), necessitated State Capital Participation (PMN) injections from the national budget, creating constitutional burden on state finances. This research employs a normative-empirical legal methodology, integrating doctrinal analysis of Indonesian constitutional law, anti-corruption legislation, and state finance laws with empirical examination of KPK investigations and fiscal impacts. The study proposes a Dual Accountability model that integrates criminal and constitutional dimensions, linking alleged budget mark-ups causally to state losses and subsequent constitutional obligations. Findings indicate that corporate accountability through anti-corruption enforcement must operate simultaneously with constitutional oversight of state-owned enterprises, consistent with Constitutional Court Decision No. 14/PUU-XVI/2018. This integrated approach ensures comprehensive resolution requiring both penal recovery channels and constitutional safeguards before financial bailouts are approved. The research contributes to understanding how infrastructure megaproject failures implicate dual accountability mechanisms and informs governance reforms necessary for managing National Strategic Projects effectively.

Abstract

Currently, the vehicles that are commonly used are vehicles with fossil fuels, but we all know that these fuels are non-renewable fuels and their availability in nature is very limited, so it is necessary to innovate to use other renewable energy sources. one of which is electrical energy. Besides that, the use of electrical energy for vehicles is currently very relevant because of its relatively high efficiency and friendly to the environment, namely no CO or CO2 gas is formed as in conventional vehicles. Indonesia has the potential to develop electric cars because there is a lot of nickel available to be processed into batteries. Thus, our country has a very large opportunity to produce electric cars. To realize this, it is deemed necessary to conduct a thorough study such as the level of comfort and safety. Thus, it is needed to conduct a study of the mechanical control system so that driving comfort and safety can be achieved. In this research, we will measure the turning radius of the vehicle at various TOE angles. The resulth of this study are the greater of TOE angle produce the higer the turning radius of the vehicle, The smallest turning radius is at a TOE angle 0 degrees which is 4.42 meters and the largest at a TOE angle 1.035 degrees which is 4.53 meters.
