Abstract

The Promotion Strategy is a step in the field of marketing in the form of interaction/communication carried out by the company with consumers or customers. The interactions that are formed in the marketing promotion strategy are in the form of providing information, inviting, and giving influence about a product. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there are differences in promotional strategies between shopee and lazada. The population in this study were all shopee and lazada consumers in Bima City and the sample used in this study was 100 samples which were divided into 50 shopee respondents and 50 lazada respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses the independent t-test. The results of the research show that there are differences in promotion strategies on the marketplace, Shopee and Lazada

Abstract

Nurfadillah, 2026, The Effect of Body Shaming on the Confidence of Students of the FKIP Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Tadulako University. Undergraduate Thesis. Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Department of Education Science, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. Supervisor Dhevy Puswiartika. This study aims to determine the effect of body shaming on self-confidence in female students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program. Body shaming is the behavior of making negative comments related to a person's physical condition that can affect psychological conditions, including self-confidence. Self-confidence is one of the important aspects in student's psychological development because it affects the individual's ability to assess and accept themselves positively. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of causal associative research. The sample in this study amounted to 81 female students who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a psychological scale in the form of a questionnaire. The data obtained was then analyzed using a simple linear regression technique. The results of the analysis showed a regression equation Y = 48.060 + (−0.110) X with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These results show that body shaming has a negative and significant effect on self-confidence. A determination coefficient value (R Square) of 0.541 indicates that body shaming contributes 54.1% to self-confidence, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the results of the study, it was found that body shaming has an effect on students' self-confidence. The higher the body shaming experience that students receive, the lower the level of confidencethey have.

Abstract

The leadership behavior at PT PLN (Persero) has significant implications for the formation, development, and change of the organizational culture within the company. When leaders demonstrate behaviors that promote values such as integrity, collaboration, and innovation, this can positively influence the organizational culture. The objective of this research is to explore how leadership behavior at PT PLN (Persero) affects the formation and development of the organizational culture within the company. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The findings of this research indicate that all patterns of leadership behavior at PT PLN have a significant impact on the motivation, commitment, and performance of employees towards the company's goals and values. Inspirational and empowering leadership fosters an organizational culture based on loyalty and dedication.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of in-depth learning and writing skills of grade 10 students at SMAN 4 Makassar and examine the relationship between the two variables. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method on 31 students through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a four-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that in-depth learning was in the high category with an average of 36.7, while writing skills were also in the high category with an average of 35.1. The results of the correlation test showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.55, which means there is a positive relationship with the medium category, so that higher in-depth learning tends to be followed by an increase in writing skills, although the relationship is not very strong. Thus, in-depth learning contributes to students' writing skills, but other supporting factors such as writing practice and continuous learning strategies are still needed to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Writing is a crucial competency that involves higher-order thinking processes. However, Indonesian students still face significant challenges, such as difficulty generating ideas, irregular sentence structures, and the influence of informal social media language. This study aims to explain the role of deep learning as an innovative, constructivist-based strategy in improving students' critical, creative, and reflective writing skills. This study employed a literature review method by analyzing various academic literature, research reports, and scientific articles published between 2017 and 2026. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and Taylor & Francis Online databases through systematic analysis. The results show that deep learning effectively overcomes these barriers by prioritizing conceptual understanding, interconnections between materials, and the application of knowledge in real-world situations. This approach transforms the learning process into a meaningful, mindful, and joyful experience, directly impacting students' higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, the integration of digital technology into deep learning supports collaborative writing and independent learning. In conclusion, deep learning is an important pedagogical innovation that not only improves the quality and technical structure of writing, but also shapes critical character and adaptive literacy skills in facing the challenges of the 21st century

Abstract

Face recognition based on image data has been widely applied in automated attendance systems; however, it still faces challenges related to accuracy and efficiency under varying lighting conditions and facial pose variations. This study aims to compare the performance of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and You Only Look Once (YOLO) methods for face detection and recognition in a deep learning–based attendance system. The dataset consists of facial images collected from students in a limited campus environment with several variations in viewpoint and illumination. The research stages include image preprocessing, training of CNN and YOLO models, and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and computation time metrics. The experimental results indicate that YOLO outperforms CNN in terms of detection speed and performance stability, while CNN demonstrates competitive classification performance on limited datasets. This study provides empirical insights into the characteristics of both methods in attendance system scenarios and can serve as a reference for selecting appropriate models for real-world implementation. The main limitations of this study are the dataset size and the restricted data acquisition scope.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of inclusive education in realizing substantive educational justice, despite being normatively strengthened through policies and academic discourse since 2022. The gap between ideal concepts and actual practices is still influenced by structural, pedagogical, and cultural barriers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education from the perspective of social justice theory and to examine the extent to which such practices reflect the principles of justice in the dimensions of distribution, recognition, and participation. The study employs a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review method enriched with critical analysis of scientific articles published between 2022 and 2026, using thematic and comparative analysis techniques. The findings indicate that inclusive education is not merely related to expanding access for students with special needs, but also requires a reconstruction of the educational paradigm toward substantive justice that positions identity recognition, active participation, and resource distribution as interconnected dimensions. The synthesis of this study reveals that the success of inclusive education is more strongly determined by the transformation of school culture and the integration of diversity-responsive policies rather than merely fulfilling the administrative requirements of inclusion policies. Therefore, inclusive education has the potential to serve as an instrument of social justice if it is directed toward systemic transformation oriented to equality in learning experiences and the empowerment of all learners.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve teachers’ competencies in developing contextual Student Worksheets (LKPD) and teaching materials at SMAN 18 Bone. The program was initiated in response to the limited use of contextual learning resources and the challenges faced by teachers in designing instructional materials aligned with students’ characteristics and the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. A participatory mentoring approach was employed, involving 15 teachers as the main participants and 60 students as indirect beneficiaries of the implementation process. The program consisted of needs assessment, training sessions, workshops, product development, mentoring and revision activities, as well as evaluation. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments, observations, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using a Paired Sample t-Test, while qualitative data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.873 and 0.891. The Shapiro–Wilk normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed (p > 0.05). The average competency score increased from 65.57 in the pretest to 81.67 in the posttest, representing an improvement of 16.10 points. Furthermore, the Paired Sample t-Test revealed a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (t = -225.186; p < 0.001). These findings demonstrate that the mentoring program was effective in enhancing teachers’ abilities to develop contextual worksheets and teaching materials, thereby supporting more meaningful, student-centered, and effective learning processes

Abstract

This research aims to describe teachers' readiness to implement the deep learning approach in the Economics subject at high schools in Bulukumba Regency. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a field research approach. Data were obtained thru interviews, observations, and documentation from the relevant parties at SMKN 1 Bulukumba, SMAN 1 Bulukumba, and MAN 2 Bulukumba. The technique for selecting informants uses purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that teachers' readiness to implement deep learning is generally in the fairly good category. Teachers have understood deep learning as a learning approach that emphasizes deep, contextual, and learner-centered understanding. Teachers have also begun to implement more active learning methods thru discussions, projects, field observations, and the use of digital media such as Canva, Google Form, Quizizz, and ChatGPT. Nevertheless, the implementation of deep learning still faces various obstacles, especially the limitations of internet connectivity, the uneven distribution of digital facilities, and the differences in technological proficiency among teachers. Therefore, strengthening technological competencies, enhancing training, and equalizing learning facilities are necessary for the optimal implementation of deep learning
