Abstract

Intisari— PT Kharisma Logam Utama (KLU) adalah perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang industri logam dan mesin. PT KLU memiliki permasalahan yaitu mesin tidak ditempatkan berdasarkan tingkat hubungan kedekatan antar stasiun kerja sehingga terjadi backtrack dan jarak perpindahan yang tinggi pada tata letak lantai produksi Bucket SAW di area fabrikasi, menyebabkan waktu produksi menjadi lebih lama. Hal ini berdampak pada tidak tercapainya target produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, dan mengevaluasi model simulasi tata letak lantai produksi dengan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) untuk menurunkan waktu produksi dan meningkatkan jumlah produksi menggunakan simulasi dengan software ProModel. Tahapan dalam perbaikan tata letak lantai produksi yaitu analisis dan perancangan model simulasi tata letak lantai produksi saat ini, perbaikan tata letak lantai produksi dengan metode SLP, perancangan dan simulasi skenario perbaikan, evaluasi hasil skenario perbaikan. Perbaikan tata letak lantai produksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SLP untuk menganalisis hubungan aktivitas dengan menggunakan Activity Relationship Chart dan Total Closeness Rating. Metode SLP menghasilkan 4 skenario usulan perancangan skenario perbaikan tata letak lantai produksi, yang kemudian dilakukan simulasi. Skenario 1 dilakukan pemindahan area berdasarkan hubungan kedekatannya dengan pemindahan area TW&SAW Lip, TW&SAW Hing, dan TW Ransel menjadi satu line sesuai dengan tata letak blockplan alternatif 1. Skenario 2 pemindahan area TW&SAW Side Wall, TW&SAW Hing, dan TW Ransel menjadi satu line sesuai dengan tata letak blockplan alternatif 2. Skenario 3 pemindahan area TW&SAW Lip, TW&SAW Hing, dan TW Ransel menjadi satu line sesuai dengan tata letak blockplan alternatif 1 dan penambahan material handling hoist craine. Skenario 4 pemindahan area TW&SAW Side Wall, TW&SAW Hing, dan TW Ransel menjadi satu line sesuai dengan tata letak blockplan alternatif 2 dan penambahan material handling hoist craine. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi skenario perbaikan didapatkan skenario usulan terbaik yaitu skenario 3 dengan persentase penurunan waktu rata-rata sebesar 33.15% dan peningkatan jumlah produksi sebesar 17.08 unit. PT KLU has problem that is machines are not placed based on the level of closeness relationship between machine work stations, resulting in backtrack and high displacement distances on the Bucket SAW production floor layout in the fabrication area, causing production time to be longer. This has an impact on not achieving production targets. This study aims to design and evaluate a production floor layout simulation model using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method to reduce production time and increase the amount of production using simulation with ProModel software. The stages in improving the production floor layout are analysis and design of the current production floor layout simulation model, improving the production floor layout using the SLP method, designing and simulating improvement scenarios, evaluating the results of improvement scenarios. Improvements to the layout of the production floor were carried out using the SLP method to analyze activity relationships using the Activity Relationship Chart and the Total Closeness Rating. The SLP method produces 4 scenarios proposed scenarios for improving the layout of the production floor, which are then simulated for improvement scenarios on the 4 scenarios. Scenario 1 is moving the area based on close relationship by moving the TW&SAW Lip, TW&SAW Hing, and TW Ransel areas into one line according to the layout based on alternative 1's block plan. Scenario 2 is moving the TW&SAW Side Wall, TW&SAW Hing, and TW Ransel areas into one line in accordance with the layout based on alternative block plan 2. Scenario 3 is moving the TW&SAW Lip, TW&SAW Hing, and TW Ransel areas into one line according to the layout based on alternative 1 blockplan and the addition of material handling hoist craine.. Scenario 4 is moving the TW&SAW Side Wall, TW&SAW Hing, and TW Ransel areas into one line according to the layout based on alternative 2 block plan and adding material handling hoist craine Based on the simulation results of improvement scenarios, the best proposed scenario is scenario 3 with an average percentage decrease of 33.15% and an increase in total production of 17.08 units.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the best duration of hormone addition through the feed to induce the sex ratio of common carp strain Sinyonya. The study was using a completely randomized design with 5 different treatments namely A (control), B (30 days), C (35 days), D (40 days), and E (45 days) and each performed in 3 replications. The fish samples used in this study were a common carp strain Sinyonya larvae 5 days after hatching and still have the egg yolks. A total of 1.500 larvae of fish larvae were used. The fish larvae were given feed that had been mixed with 17a-methyltestosteron hormone. Feed was provided ad hormonal satiation at 5 times a day, (08.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00 and 16.00). The average percentage of the male fish with the highest value obtained in treatment C (35 days) is equal to 100.00±0.00. The result showed that the addition of 17a-methyltestosterone hormone on feed for 35 days and 40 days was the best treatment to improve the sex ratio of male of common carp strain Sinyonya.

Abstract

Folklore is an oral tradition story passed down from generation to generation in the life of society. But today, folklore is less popular than abroad cinema which is packed with interesting form. In the Lampung region there is many people who do not know the folklore story about Lampung. In fact, folklore has a moral value, and also as a cultural heritage of the region. The purpose of this research is to design and build an educational game application of Lampung folklore to increase the interest of children and society to know and read Lampung folklore which is a cultural heritage that must be preserved. The development of educational folklore game application constructed from web and mobile platforms. The testing method that is done on aspects of Usability, Functionality, Portability, and Efficiency. Based on the results of usability testing on 5th and 6th grade elementary students using a questionnaire obtained 92.44% results, the functionality tested by 2 experts in the field of software engineering obtained 100% results, portability performed on the smartphone android version of gingerbread until marshmallow obtained 80% , and testing efficiency using Testdroid gets 15% average CPU usage results and an average memory of 175 MB.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Growol adalah makanan tradisional Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. Fermentasi singkong menjadi growol terbukti dapat menurunkan kadar gula total, gula reduksi, dan sukrosa, serta meningkatkan kadar serat pangan yang berpotensi sebagai sumber prebiotik. Potensi prebiotik tepung growol sudah dilakukan pada Lactobacillus sp. Potensi prebiotik tepung growol perlu dilakukan pada bakteri probiotik lain. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai potensi prebiotik tepung growol yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan aktivitas bakteri probiotik, seperti Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, dan Lactobacillus acidophilus, dibandingkan dengan bakteri Escherichia coli. Metode: Bahan yang digunakan adalah tepung growol sebagai substrat kontrol bahan baku, inulin sebagai kontrol prebiotik dan glukosa sebagai kontrol substrat. Pengujian dilakukan secara in vitro pada Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, dan Escherechia coli. Analisis in vitro dilakukan dengan metode Huebner dengan mengukur pertumbuhan bakteri pada masing-masing substrat pada jam ke–0 dan jam 24–48. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk membandingkan skor aktivitas prebiotik antara tepung growol dengan inulin. Hasil: Skor aktivitas prebiotik tepung growol pada Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, dan Lactobacillus acidophilus dibanding Escherichia coli adalah 0,19; 0,06; dan -0,07 secara berurutan. Skor aktivitas prebiotik inulin pada Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, dan Lactobacillus acidophilus dibanding Escherichia coli adalah 0,64; 0,28; dan 0,33 secara berurutan. Kesimpulan: Tepung growol berpotensi sebagai sumber prebiotik yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan aktivitas bakteri probiotik khususnya Lactobacillus bulgaricus dan Streptococcus thermophilus, meskipun hasilnya tidak lebih baik dari inulin.

Abstract

Pesticides are all chemicals and other substances, as well as microorganisms and viruses, which are used to eliminate or prevent pests and diseases that damage plants, plant parts or agricultural products. The use of pesticides in the agricultural sector is still widely used even though pesticide prices are increasing every year. Indramayu is one of the largest agricultural lands in West Java, so the majority of Indramayu residents earn their living as farmers. The problem that farmers often encounter in using pesticides is a lack of knowledge and low awareness, which results in a lack of behavior to prevent the consequences of using pesticides, such as a lack of use of personal protective equipment by farmers when spraying with pesticides. The aim of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to help increase knowledge and understanding of how to prevent the impact of pesticide use on the farming community in Pawidean Village. This PKM takes the form of assistance, counseling or outreach, showing videos and making posters for farmers. Farmers hope that the results of this PKM will increase farmers' understanding of practices to prevent health impacts caused by the use of pesticides.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is an emergency health problem in the 21st century. High dietary fiber and resistant starch foods with low starch digestibility are solutions for DM. The addition of glucomannan to food can optimize the levels of dietary fiber, resistant starch, and starch digestibility. This study aimed to examine the optimization of dietary fiber, resistant starch, and starch digestibility in Growol cookies supplemented with glucomannan. Laboratory observations were conducted at the Universitas Respati Yogyakarta and Chemmix Pratama Yogyakarta Laboratory between July and September 2023. Cookies consisted of cookies A (negative control), B (positive control), C (modified 10-gram inulin), D (modified glucomannan 3%), and E (modified glucomannan 7%). Dietary fiber and resistant starch analyses were performed using the multi-enzyme method. Starch digestibility was determined by comparing the starch content obtained using the enzymatic method with that obtained using the acid hydrolysis method. Statistical analyses were performed using ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis tests. There were differences in dietary fiber and resistant starch among the variants (p<0,001) with the highest being cookies E. There was no difference in starch digestibility between the variants (p=0,104) with the lowest being cookies E. In conclusion, glucomannan addition can optimize dietary fiber and resistant starch levels, as well as the starch digestibility of Growol cookies as a healthy snack for diabetics.

Scenario 4 is moving the TW&SAW Side Wall, TW&SAW Hing, and TW Ransel areas into one line according to the layout based on alternative 2 block plan and adding material handling hoist craine Based on the simulation results of improvement scenarios, the best proposed scenario is scenario 3 with an average percentage decrease of 33.15% and an increase in total production of 17.08 units.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri perikanan membutuhkan solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait pemantauan kualitas air dalam tambak ikan. Keadaan tidak normal atau potensi penyakit pada ikan mujair dapat berdampak signifikan pada produktivitas dan kesehatan tambak, sehingga memerlukan pendekatan yang dapat memberikan deteksi dini secara akurat. Fuzzy logic Mamdani dapat digunakan sebagai monitoring kualitas air untuk mendeteksi keadaan tidak normal atau penyakit pada tambak ikan mujaer. Fuzzy logic Mamdani dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani ketidakpastian dan kompleksitas dalam evaluasi parameter kualitas air. Integrasi dengan Aplikasi Android diharapkan dapat memberikan respons cepat kepada pemilik tambak. Penelitian ini menanggapi keterbatasan metode konvensional dalam kontrol kualitas air tambak ikan mujair dengan menghadirkan sistem otomatisasi berbasis sensor. Sistem ini terdiri dari tiga sensor (pH, turbiditas, TDS) yang terhubung ke ESP32 dengan pengolahan data menggunakan fuzzy logic Mamdani. Melibatkan koneksi internet dan server-side scripting, sistem dapat menyimpan dan menampilkan data lingkungan dalam basis data MySQL, diakses melalui aplikasi seluler. Uji coba selama tiga hari menunjukkan bahwa sistem secara konsisten menghasilkan keluaran "Normal" berdasarkan aturan fuzzy Mamdani yang ditetapkan. Dengan solusi end-to-end, sistem ini memberikan kemudahan dalam pemantauan jarak jauh terhadap kualitas air tambak. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan berbagai kondisi kualitas air dan melibatkan pemantauan secara real-time. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan keakuratan sistem dalam mendeteksi keadaan normal atau tidak normal, serta kemampuannya untuk memberikan notifikasi cepat melalui aplikasi android. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen tambak ikan mujair, mengurangi risiko penyakit, dan meningkatkan produktivitas perikanan secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Learning during pandemic is a challenge in education; however, it is also an opportunity to create an innovation in education. This study aims to find result for developing learning media in animal breeding lesson using Adobe Flash Professional CS6, to find the feasibility of learning media on animal breeding lesson using Adobe Flash Professional CS6, to find student’s respond in class V on animal breeding lesson. Research method uses Research and Development (R&D) model by using development procedure, such as: analysis, which is conducting requirements identification. Model used by the researchers in this study is Borg and gall, which has 10 steps, they are: Research introduction/pre-survey, Planning, Developing model/initial product, Test by Expert, and initial Field test, Revising initial/limited field test result, Primary field test execution, Revising primary field test, Feasibility test/operational field test, Final revision result of feasibility test, Dissemination and Implementation of Final product. Product test is carried by media and material experts; teacher and students are also as respondents for media developed. This media is tested to 10 students as small group and 95 students from 3 different schools. Research result shows that material experts give 89% score, media expert gives 78% score, teachers give 90% score, and students give 93% score. So that, this research result means giving an innovation in education to support student learning interest.

Abstract

Physical exercise is the main factor in improving the performance of athletes. Physical exercise may cause fatigue and increase the risk of injury. Most athletes have experienced injuries during training or competing, such as muscle pain, sprains, muscle tension, bruises, and minor injuries. The majority of athletes lack knowledge regarding the management of injuries through appropriate nutritional interventions. The importance of proper nutrition therapy education as one of the solutions to reduce the risk of sports injury. The purpose of this study was to observe the change in knowledge about proper nutritional therapy in dealing with injuries in young soccer athletes at PSS Sleman Development Center. The study was conducted in July 2022. The provision of education was given at the Macanan Field, Prambanan, Yogyakarta. The respondents were 22 U-16 athletes at PSS Sleman Development Center. Athletes were given a knowledge questionnaire before and after the provision of education. Data were analyzed using statistical software with descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The increase in athletes' knowledge was measured from the knowledge score before giving education, which was 86,36 and after being given education increased to 89,09 with an average difference of 2,73 (p=0,366). The maximum score after providing education is 100 with a minimum score of 60. Providing education to athletes can increase athlete's knowledge and understanding of the importance of proper nutritional intake in reducing the risk of sports injury.
