Abstract

Proses wool press merupakan salah satun aktivitas di jasa binatu dengan aktivitas utamanya melakukan pressing pakaian dengan mesin wool press. Aktivitas ini dilakukan dalam posisi berdiri selama 8 jam kerja. Hasil identifikasi awal menunjukkan adanya waste ergonomi dan permasalahan pada metode kerja. Indikator tidak efisiensinya proses ini yaitu lama waktu kerja dan frekuensi pemindahan ke gudang penyimpanan sehingga terdapat proses berulang-ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi metode kerja proses wool press dengan pendekatan lean ergonomics dan memberikan usulan perbaikan. Metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah lean ergonomic, peta aliran proses, kuesioner improvement assessment tool dan analisis manual handling dengan metode Indikator Kunci-LMM. Hasil improvement assesment tool menunjukan adanya proses operasi manual, postur tubuh statis selama bekerja dan adanya pekerjaan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang. Waste yang teridentifikasi adalah waste transportation dan motion. Usulan perbaikan direkomendasikan adalah mengubah tempat gantungan hanger menjadi stand hanger beroda, memberikan fasilitas tempat duduk di area kerja. Penggunaan kursi dapat meminimasi kelelahan operator selama bekerja dengan postur tubuh statis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan waktu kerja menyelesaikan satu pakaian berkurang dari 279 detik menjadi 268 detik, frekuensi pemindahan ke gudang penyimpanan meningkat dari 6 hanger menjadi 20 hanger setiap pemindahan dan mengurangi operasi berulang-ulang. ABSTRACT [Title: Lean Ergonomic Approach to Improvement of Wool Press Process Work Methods] The wool press process is a laundry service activity with the main activity to press clothes using a wool press machine. Activities carried out in a standing position for 8 hours of work. The results of the initial observations indicate that there are ergonomic waste and problems in work methods. The efficiency indicator in this process is the length of working time compared to the available production time and the frequency of transfer to the storage warehouse is very small so there is an iterative process. This study aims to identify the working method of the wool press process with a lean ergonomics approach and provide suggestions for improvement. The methods and approaches used are lean ergonomics, process flow maps, improvement assessment tool questionnaires, and manual handling analysis using the Indikator Kunci-LMM method. The results of the improvement assessment tool show that there is a manual operation process, static posture during work, and the existence of work that is done repeatedly. The identified wastes are transportation and motion waste. Suggestions for improvement are recommended to change the hanger into a wheeled stand hanger, provide seating facilities in the work area. Using chairs can minimize operator fatigue while working with a static posture. The results of the evaluation show that the working time of completing a piece of clothing is reduced from 279 seconds to 268 seconds, the frequency of transfer to the storage warehouse is increased from 6 hangers to 20 hangers for each move, and also reduces repetitive operations.

Abstract

Toko ‘King Koi Group’ adalah sebuah toko yang bergerak pada bidang penjualan ikan hias, dan memiliki 5 cabang toko king. Sebagai sarana pembukuan, toko ‘King Koi Group’ masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk mencatat persediaan barang.Permasalahan utama dari toko ‘King Koi Group’ adalah belum adanya sistem yang dapat memudahkan pembukuan. Solusi terbaik adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi pembukuan berbasis web yang dapat berguna untuk meringankan proses pembukuan pada toko ‘King Koi Group’ agar lebih efisien. Maka dibuatkan aplikasi Point of Sales pada penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi sistem pendataan atau pengolahan data barang yang masuk maupun yang keluar agar terhindar dari kesalahan (human error), merancang sistem aplikasi Point of Sales yang mudah dioperasikan oleh pengguna dengan membagi sistem menjadi 2 bagian Admin dan Owner agar lebih efisien dalam tugasnya masing-masing. Sistem POS yang dibuat harus dapat melakukan deduksi jumlah barang pada stok, sehingga pemilik dapat dengan mudah mengelola data secara cepat dan tepat serta efisiensi waktu dalam melakukan pembukuan. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan program menggunakan Visual Studio Code. Bahasa pemograman PHP serta database servernya menggunakan MySQL. Pengujan system ini menggunakan ISO 25010. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dan uji coba program maka didapatkan hasil bahwa sistem ini adalah dapat membantu user dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dan juga diharapkan dapat membantu owner dalam memonitoring penjualan pada King Koi Grub.Kata Kunci: Point of Sales, King Koi Groub, PHP, MySQL, React Native

Abstract

Comorbid (disease) comorbidities experienced by patients at the start of treatment can increase the risk of death. The most common co-morbidities reported to date are old age, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke, obesity, smoking, lung disease, and chronic kidney disease. Purwomartani Village is one of the Yogyakarta areas that have health problems with various comorbidities. The incidence of comorbidities in Indonesia is quite high, one of which is in Padukuhan Kadisoka, Purwomartani Village. The majority of people with comorbidities do not realize that they have years of risks and dangers if they are not controlled properly, and this can even increase the risk of death. This has an impact on high medical costs due to the length of treatment. This community service aims to detect non-communicable diseases through screening activities in people with comorbidities. The types of activities carried out at this service are in the form of screening for nutritional status which includes measuring weight, height, abdominal circumference, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure screening, and simple laboratory examinations which include checking blood sugar levels while, cholesterol, and acid tendon. This screening activity was carried out on 31 respondents from the Kadisoka Purwomartani Sleman Hamlet community. The results of the examination showed that most of the respondents had abdominal circumference in the obese category of 27 respondents (87.1%), BMI for the majority of the obese degree 1 category were 14 respondents (45.2), most of the blood pressure including hypertension were 14 respondents (45, 2%), blood sugar levels were mostly normal for 24 respondents (77.4%), uric acid levels were mostly hyperuricemia for 16 respondents (51.6%) and cholesterol levels, for the most part, were hypercholesterolemia namely 21 respondents (67.7%) . The results of this screening are expected to increase public awareness about the dangers of death, especially in people with comorbidities. This service will then be followed up by the service team and the Kalasan Health Center to be able to maximize the use of Posbindu as a means of screening for non-communicable diseases for the prevention and control of PTM through Posbindu activities.

Abstract

One of the causes of improper nutritional intake of athletes is that athletes have not received education/knowledge about nutrition in sport performance for athletes. Inadequate nutritional intake of athletes is one of the triggers for fatigue and risk of injury. This activity aims to increase to knowledge and attitudes of athletes regarding proper nutritional intake and proper handling of injuries in athletes. Community service activities are carried outthrough education and simulation of food and drink selection in handling injuries to athletes, as many as 22 PS Sleman Development Center athletes who are members of the U-16 groups on 7 July 2022 at Macanan Squarem Prambanan, Yogyakarta . Community service activities are carried out in several stages in their implementation, starting from preliminaru studies,coordination with coaches, making materials, simulating food dan drink selection in handling athlete’s injuries. The increase in knowledge was measured from the average value of the pretest before being given educational on question number 2, which was 72,64 and after being given education it increased to 81,72. The increase in knowledge was measuredfrom the average value of the pretest before being given educational on question number 5, which was 90,8 and after being given education it increased to 95,34. The maximun posttest score at the end of session after being given education is 80 with a minimum score of 20. Nutrition education activities for athletes are expected to be carried out on an ongoing basisas an effort to assist appropriate nutritional interventions for athletes, especially when athletes experience injuries. Abstract

Mitra kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah PT Binatu Jaya Laundry yang bergerak pada bidang jasa laundry. Aktivitas pada perusahaan ini masih banyak menggunakan tenaga manusia dengan manual handling. Apabila aktivitas fisik manual ini dilakukan secara berulang dalam jangka waktu yang lama maka dapat menyebabkan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Permasalahan manual handling dan beban kerja fisik berlebih ditemukan pada berbagai aktivitas seperti, penyortiran, washing, ironing dan packing. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada mitra terkait langkah-langkah untuk meminimasi MSDs dari segi penyebabnya, contoh aktivitas manual handling yang sesuai standar dan aktivitas peregangan yang dapat dilakukan di sela-sela pekerjaan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan pada 14 karyawan PT Binatu Jaya Indonesia (BIJI Laundry) di daerah Tangerang, Banten. Penyuluhan berupa materi penggunaan metode Manual Handling dan Biomekanika untuk minimasi MSDs. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan sudah tepat sasaran dan materi sudah disampaikan dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil kuisioner evaluasi yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada yang memberikan jawaban negative (tidak setuju atau sangat tidak setuju) pada kuisioner feedback terkait evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit yang serius atau kronis dalam jangka Panjang yangmenggambarkan gangguan metabolisme atau tingginya kadar glukosa dalam darah dikarenakantubuh mereka tidak dapat setiap saat cukup hormone insulin, tingginya angka mortalitas Covid-19pada penyandang DM, serta tingkat kepatuhan protokol kesehatan yang kurang yang dapat memicupenularan Covid-19 pada Penyandang DM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui analisis factoryang mempengaruhi kepatuhan protokol pencegahan Covid-19 pada penyandang DM di PuskesmasDepok 2 Sleman Yogyakarta. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah penyandang DM. Teknik sampling yang digunakanconsecutive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 137 responden. Instrument penelitian yangdigunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Pengetahuan respondensebagian besar dalam kategori pengetahuan baik yaitu sebanyak 80.3%. Sikap responden sebagianbesar dalam kategori sikap positif yaitu sebanyak 81.8%. Tingkat Pendidikan Sebagian besar dalamkategori tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi yaitu sebanyak 62.0%. Uji bivariat di dapatkan hasilpengetahuan p value= 0.229. Sikap didapatkan hasil p value= 0.366, jenis kelamin p value= 0.021,usia p value=0.613, tingkat Pendidikan p value= 0.000. Pada Pengetahuan,,Sikap dan usia tidak adahubungan dengan kepatuhan protokol pencegahan Covid-19 dan pada Tingkat Pendidikan dan jeniskelamin ada hubungan dengan kepatuhan pencegahan Covid-19. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of qaulan kariman in improving the quality of relationships between individuals. This research This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, this research is field in nature. In this approach, researchers involve collecting diverse data, such as interviews, observations, and documents, as well as holistic and contextual data analysis. This research uses primary data sources in the form of observation results and secondary data sources in the form of literature reviews. In collecting data, researchers carry out non-participant observations which are carried out by indirectly observing natural behavior, activities and research objects. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of qaulan kariman is not only an ethical norm, but also the basis for building a community of mutual support and improving mutual prosperity. By maintaining good words, individuals can create relationships that are healthy, harmonious, and based on the values of truth and virtue. This ensures that communication serves as a means to strengthen bonds, create peace, and build a society based on positive values.

Abstract

Background: Obesity has become an epidemic in all parts of the world. One in five deaths is related to obesity predisposition. Providing foods high in fiber can be a solution to treating obesity. The addition of glucomannan to growol cookies can optimize the fiber content of food which will have an effect in controlling satiety and glycemic control.Objective: To study the effect of glucomannan-modified growol cookies, as a healthy snack in the context of preventing obesity, on changes in satiety and blood glucose levels in excessive-weight subjects (ES) and normal-weight subjects (NS).Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a pre-post design without a control group was conducted on 30 subjects (15 NS and 15 ES). The research was carried out at Universitas Respati Yogyakarta in June-July 2023. The satiety test was carried out using the SLIM (Satiety Labeled Intensity Magnitude) method. Blood glucose levels were measured using the Rapid Test method using Easy Touch GCU before, immediately after, and 120 minutes after giving cookies. Data on satiety and blood glucose levels were sequentially analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Paired Samples T Test (comparing before and after intervention) as well as the Mann-Whitney U Test and Independent Samples T Test (comparing between groups) with a significance of 95%.Results: There was a difference in the feeling of fullness between the 0th minute, 30th minute, 60th minute, and 90th minute compared to the initial feeling of fullness (basal) in the entire group (p<0.05). There was no difference in blood glucose levels between fasting blood glucose, 0-minute blood glucose, and 120-minute blood glucose. Glucomannan-modified growol cookies can delay hunger for 1-1.5 hours before the next big meal. Glucomannan-modified growol cookies can also maintain blood glucose stability in the range of 90 mg/dL.Conclusion: Glucomannan-modified growol cookies can have a positive effect on satiety control and glycemic control.

Abstract

Purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas var Ayumurasaki) has deep purple flesh and tuber skin. The variety of processed purple sweet potato products is increasingly diverse as purple sweet potato production increases, such as cookies and chips. Therefore, a process is needed to turn purple sweet potato into flour before being made into a variety of processed products, namely the drying process. Drying is a process of reducing the water content of a material to a certain level. To determine how much fuel is used by dryer machine, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the machine. So that in this study the aims were to determine the amount of energy needed to dry purple sweet potatoes, calculate the efficiency of the flash dryer machine and find out the temperature distribution on each tray of the drying machine. Based on the research results of the rack-type flash dryer drying machine, it can be concluded that the mechanism of the heat transfer rate in the purple sweet potato drying process occurs by forced convection heat transfer from the drying air to the purple sweet potatoes and a mass flow rate value of 0.1272 kg/s is obtained, the convection transfer rate in the drying chamber is 836.84 W and the sensible heat value is 1033.84 W. Hence, the amount of heat to dry 3 kg of purple sweet potato for 4 hours is 1870.68 W and an efficiency value of 55.26% is obtained. The total energy required to dry 3 kg of purple sweet potato in 4 hours is 5712.86 kJ.

Abstract

Learning during pandemic is a challenge in education; however, it is also an opportunity to create an innovation in education. This study aims to find result for developing learning media in animal breeding lesson using Adobe Flash Professional CS6, to find the feasibility of learning media on animal breeding lesson using Adobe Flash Professional CS6, to find student’s respond in class V on animal breeding lesson. Research method uses Research and Development (R&D) model by using development procedure, such as: analysis, which is conducting requirements identification. Model used by the researchers in this study is Borg and gall, which has 10 steps, they are: Research introduction/pre-survey, Planning, Developing model/initial product, Test by Expert, and initial Field test, Revising initial/limited field test result, Primary field test execution, Revising primary field test, Feasibility test/operational field test, Final revision result of feasibility test, Dissemination and Implementation of Final product. Product test is carried by media and material experts; teacher and students are also as respondents for media developed. This media is tested to 10 students as small group and 95 students from 3 different schools. Research result shows that material experts give 89% score, media expert gives 78% score, teachers give 90% score, and students give 93% score. So that, this research result means giving an innovation in education to support student learning interest.
