Abstract

Background: Melati Mangkukusuman Women Farmers Group is a community group of mothers who are active in household farming and urban farming activities by utilizing the Greenhouse land on Jl. Cereme, Tegal City. KWT Melati has problems in watering the seeds planted in the Greenhouse. This Community Service Program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the Melati Women Farmers Group (KWT) of Tegal City regarding the application of Smartfarming Hydropro technology based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Method: Partners in this community service are members of KWT Melati MKK, with community service methods namely socialization, demonstrations, and simulations of automatic watering using the Hydropro tool, which can monitor and control watering and nutrition for tomato plants automatically or manually. Other materials are about planting hydroponic tomato cultivation from seed to transplanting. Results: The results of this community service are providing knowledge to the members of KWT Melati MKK about the internet of things, especially smartfarming. And also providing knowledge of tomato cultivation using hydroponics and how to harvest them. Conclusion: The target output of the activity is to understand how to water plants properly and be able to utilize IoT technology, by implementing hydropro to increase agricultural productivity in Green houses efficiently, cost-effectively, and support agricultural sustainability for the needs of housewives.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze netizens' comments on the criticism made by Ustadz Rizqi Asfianudin (a TikTok preacher) towards Ning Umi Laila, who discussed the proper way to perform ablution on the RCTI television station's program "Bunga-Bunga Hati Edisi Ramadhan" for the year 2024 or 1445 Hijriyyah. Ustadz Rizqi's criticism sparked both pro and con comments among netizens. The researcher conducted observations of netizens' comments on the critical content and collected documentation to obtain research data. The data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative research methods with a virtual ethnography approach. The analysis in this research goes through the stages of the object level. (media objek). The research results show differences in responses or reactions indicated by netizens in the comment section, namely; 1) Supporting Ustadz Rizqi, 2) Supporting Ning Umi Laila, 3) Not supporting either or neutral, and 4) Mentioning another preacher.

Abstract

This research investigates how digital accessibility, facilitated by “click and share” mechanisms, drives a spiritual revolution in Islamic da’wah practices among Indonesian Muslims. The study aims to explore the shifts in religious learning patterns and the evolution of individual spirituality within the rapidly advancing digital era. Employing a qualitative methodology, this study integrates digital ethnography and in-depth interviews with 30 participants, including digital preachers (da’i), active social media users, and individuals who have undergone spiritual transformation through online platforms. Thematic analysis was applied to uncover recurring patterns in digital spiritual engagement and the dynamics of transformation in these digital spaces. The findings reveal that the ease of access enabled by a simple “click” has redefined religious learning, shifting it from rigid, scheduled sessions to on-demand spiritual consumption. Meanwhile, the culture of “sharing” has fostered new forms of religious social validation. Digital da’wah has transformed from traditional, lengthy sermons into micro-content formats using memes, visuals, and personalized messages. The study proposes the theoretical concept of “fingertip spirituality” as a new paradigm for digital religious engagement, offering practical and theoretical implications for Islamic communication strategies in the digital age.

Abstract

The designation of Protected Rice Paddy Land (LSD) is a national policy aimed at controlling the conversion of agricultural land to ensure long-term food security. In practice, however, this policy often conflicts with factual conditions on the ground, particularly when residential housing projects have already been constructed and sold before the spatial utilization permits were fully obtained. This study aims to analyze the legal certainty of housing developments built on land that was later designated as LSD, and to identify appropriate legal protection mechanisms for good-faith purchasers. The Pendawa Housing Estate in Tegal Regency is used as a case study, and the research applies a normative juridical method based on statutory and case approaches. The findings reveal that LSD serves as an administrative instrument within the spatial planning system and should not be treated as an absolute prohibition on land use. Its implementation must be proportional and respect the principles of legal certainty and fairness, particularly concerning buyers who have acquired property lawfully. Legal responsibility for spatial violations lies with the developer, while local governments play a strategic role in resolving these issues through adaptive and equitable administrative law mechanisms. This study concludes that harmonization between LSD policies and regional spatial planning systems is essential, alongside the protection of good-faith stakeholders' rights in the context of residential development.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada era milenial ini, gawai bukanlah menjadi sesuatu hal yang mewah tetapi gawai sudah menjadi kebutuhan dalam kehidupan manusia di segala bidang. Perkembangan industri dimulai dari revolusi industi 1.0 hingga sekarang revolusi industri 4.0, dimana Internet of Things sangat membantu kehidupan manusia di semua lini. IoT adalah alat cerdas yang lengkapi dengan teknologi hardware dan software serta dihubungkan dengan jaringan internet. Siswa sekolah menengah atas mewakili generasi Z yang memang sangat tepat jika diberikan pengetahuan tentang pengenalan Intenet of Things ini. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan IPTEK bagi siswa SMA N 3 Tegal untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang IoT di era industri 4.0. Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 36 peserta,dan metode pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ceramah dan praktik untuk perancangan LED Pintar dengan menggunakan tools wokwi.com dengan Mikrokontroler ESP32. Hampir semua peserta tertarik dengan materi ini ditunjukkan dengan ketercapaian daya serap peserta terhadap amteri yang diberikan sebesar 95%. Dengan hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hardskill dari peserta pengabdian.Abstract: In the millennium era, gadgets are no longer a luxury item but a necessity that supports human life in all fields, especially the Z generations. Technological developments started from the industrial revolution 1.0 up to now the industrial revolution 4.0, where the Internet of Things (IoT) really helped human life in all fields. IoT, namely smart devices by utilizing internet technology and networks. High school students are one of the Z generations where appropriate for early preparation regarding the knowledge and application of IoT. Aim this community service to increase science and technology was given to high school students 3 Tegal to provide discourse and knowledge about IoT in its application in the industrial revolution 4.0. This course was attended by 36 participants and they were practiced made smart LED with wokwi use ESP32. Almost students were interested in exploring the Internet of Things and absorption rate of material is 95%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Teknologi saat ini mengarah kepada revolusi industri 4.0 dimana segala lini kehidupan berbasis digital. Dengan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan untuk mengontrol, berkomunikasi, berkolaborasi dengan berbagai perangkat keras. IoT bekerja dengan menghubungkan antar perangkat dengan jaringan internet, sehingga perangkat tersebut dapat berkomunikasi satu sama lain. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pengenalan tools dan komponen untuk membuat projek berbasis IoT. Sebelumnya pengenalan IoT ini sudah beberapa kali diperkenalkan, di beberapa SMK /SMA di sekitar Tegal. Dengan Demikian pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini perlu dilakukan untuk peningkatan hardskill. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah workshop dengan pemberian materi praktikum secara langsung, diikuti oleh 31 siswa SMA/SMK di Kota Tegal dan sekitarnya, ada 11 SMA/SMK yang mengirimkan perwakilannya, materi yang diberikan adalah Introduction (Pengenalan IoT), Instalasi Tools dan aplikasi, Implementasi Control Led Local Server dengan komponennya, Monitoring suhu dan kelembaban Berbasis Cloud. . Pemahaman para peserta cukup baik, terlihat dari hasil posttest, 90%, serta project yang dapat berjalan dengan baik.Abstract: Technology is currently leading to the industrial revolution 4.0 where all lines of life are digital-based. With technology, Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that makes it possible to control, communicate, collaborate with various hardware devices. The IoT works by connecting between devices with the internet network, so that these devices can communicate with each other. The goals for this Community service is give the introduction tools of IoT anda components to build project based IoT. The introduction of the Internet of things has been introduced before, in several vocational or high schools around Tegal. Thus, this community service needs to be carried out because it is continuous with the introduction of the internet of things in the environment of high school students in the previous Tegal area, it is also necessary to introduce the components and implementation of devices used in this technology. This community service was attended by 31 high school / vocational high school students in Tegal City and surrounding areas, a total of 11 high schools/vocational high schools sent their representatives to participate in this activity, the material provided was Introduction (Introduction to IoT), Installation of Tools and applications, Implementation of Control Led Local Server with its components, Monitoring Cloud-based temperature and humidity. Thus increasing student competence is achieved in terms of knowledge in the field of internet of things. In terms of understanding, the participants have been able to absorb the material well, seen from the results of the training of the posttest 90% is good.

Abstract

Background: Parenting practices that were once limited to the domestic sphere are now commonplace in public spaces, largely due to social media. These curated and displayed parenting practices have become part of an effort to construct meaning that requires audience legitimacy to become a representation of ideal meaning. Purpose: This study aims to examine how Yane Ardian shapes the meaning of parenting in her Instagram Reels, the ideal family values she promotes, and how she communicates her self-image as a mother. Methods: This study uses a qualitative method. Thematic and visual coding were employed to deliberately choose 16 Instagram Reels for study. Results: The findings demonstrate that the constructed meaning in parenting practices emphasizes maternal care, character-driven education, child safety, and moral accountability. Parenting is no longer just a part of family life; it may also help shape a person’s identity by teaching them social and cultural values. Reels can help get closer to the audience and achieve moral validity by delivering personal stories that use emotional symbols and supporting visual elements. On the other hand, people prefer content about family life and parenting to social topics. Conclusion: Instagram Reels can become part of a cultural text where ideal parenting practices are represented through compassion, responsibility, and risk. Implications: This research theoretically expands the scope of representation studies by making the phenomenon of “parenting goes digital” an arena for constructing meaning and identity for mothers. Practically, this research contributes to the study of digital communication and public relations by showing how parenting narratives can be used to build emotional closeness with audiences in the digital space.

Abstract

Mahasiswa menjadi elemen yang sangat penting pada suatu perguruan tinggi khususnya di Prodi D-3 Teknik Komputer Politeknik Harapan Bersama. Politeknik Harapan Bersama merupakan pendidikan vokasi yang terletak di Kota Tegal, jumlah mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi ini mencapai +4000 mahasiswa  dan tenaga pendidik serta tenaga kependidikan yang tidak sedikit terdiri dari berbagai program studi. Program studi DIII Teknik komputer adalah Prodi yang mempunyai peserta didik  yang cukup banyak yaitu semester dua 302, semester empat 368 dan semester enam 699 dan total seluruh angkatan 1067 . Sistem informasi mahasiswa ini di beri nama SIKEMAS (sistem Informasi Kemahasiswaan agar mudah di ucapkan dan familiar bagi pengguna. SIKEMAS menggambarkan interaksi antara pengguna dan sistem, yang setiap pengguna bebas mengakses informasi yang berbeda sesuai ketentuan yang bertujuan agar mahasiswa  mendapatkan informasi secara cepat,  seperti informasi mengenai aktif studi, cuti studi, prestasi mahasiswa, mahasiswa bermasalah karena melakukan beberapa kali pelanggaran hingga himpunan mahasiswa Prodi. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi kemahasiswaan untuk Prodi D-3 Teknik Komputer dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Kumpulan Data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah UML dengan Enterprise arsitec untuk perancangan sistem, Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan framework Code igniter, dan database MySQL. Sistem ini di harapkan bisa mempercepat dan mempermudah proses dalam mendata mahasiswa dari mulai mahasiswa berprestasi hingga yang bermasalah agar Riwayat mahasiswa selama perkuliahan bisa tersimpan dengan baik.        Kata kunci : Student interest,  Sistem Informasi, UML, PHP, CI, MySQL

Abstract

Absensi Kehadiran menjadi salah satu aspek penting sebagai penunjang berjalananya sistem pengajaran. Begitupun TPQ Sabiilul Muhtadin yang mengaharuskan semua guru  untuk melakukan absensi sebelum mengajar. Efisiensi waktu menjadi hal penting dalam proses absensi oleh para guru, face recognition absensi bisa di terapkan sebagai upaya meneken durasi waktu pada saat proses absensi berlangsung. Pemanfaatan website bisa sangat efisien untuk proses rekapitulsi absensi dan identifikasi kehadiran dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas yang berlebih serta mengurangi pengarsipan dalam bentuk fisik. Proses pengenalan wajah yang di lakukan dengan mencocokan rekaman secara langsung dengan dataset yang sudah di buat untuk bisa mendeteksi, Dataset di gunakan sebagai upaya sistem mendeteksi persamaan dari data yang akan di deteksi mengunakan library open cv, Pengoptimalan website dilakukan untuk mempermudah proses rekapitulasi absesni guru dengan proses, hasil dari face recognition dengan variable data semua guru serta rekapitulasi data hasil absensi yang berupa data keberangkatan serta jam keberangkatan.

Abstract

Keamanan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan atau perkantoran dalam proses penyimpanan dan mengamankan sebuah barang atau aset sebuah kantor maupun document rahasia. Ruangan penyimpanan document harus baik dalam keamanannya agar tidak terjadi suatu hal yang merugikan Lembaga terkait, salah satu bagian yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan keamanannya adalah pintu, karena pintu menjadi akses pertama sebuah ruangan. Smart door lock merupakan pintu otomatis berbasis QR code cukup kuat dalam segi keamanan dan mudah pengoperasiannya karena menggunakan aplikasi yang berbasis android. Qr code difungsikan sebagai penyimpanan data pengguna yang sudah di daftarkan melalui website, sebagai sistem agar solenoid Door Lock bisa dibuka secara otomatis. beberapa komponen yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan penilitian ini meliputi: Raspberry pi 3, pi camera, selenoid, relay 2 channel untuk daya raspberry pi 3, smartphone android untuk menunjukkan qrcode agar pengguna bisa mengakses pintu kantor tersebut, website digunakan untuk menampilkan monitoring pengguna dalam mengakses pintu. Kata kunci : QR-Code, Aplikasi, Rapsbery pi 3, pi camera, Smart door lock
