Abstract

This research investigates how distributive justice, procedural justice, and perceived organizational support influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with employee engagement serving as a mediating factor and transformational leadership acting as a moderating element. The study targeted employees working at the Secretariat of Banjarmasin City Government and utilized a quantitative research design. Data were gathered using a purposive sampling technique through questionnaires administered to 150 participants. The analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach.The findings reveal that distributive justice, procedural justice, and organizational support perceptions significantly enhance both employee engagement and OCB. Additionally, employee engagement plays a crucial mediating role in the connection between these independent variables and OCB. Transformational leadership further moderates this relationship, amplifying the positive impact of employee engagement on OCB. These results highlight the importance of fair treatment and supportive work environments in fostering OCB, particularly when guided by transformational leadership.This study provides practical implications for public sector management to pay more attention to justice and support aspects as strategic efforts to improve employees’ extra-role performance through OCB.

Abstract

Purpose – The students who frequently use gadgets tend to be more individualistic and less concerned about the needs of friends or others. This interferes with the formation of social attitudes that are essential for a student's character development. Therefore, this study will describe the phenomenon, focusing on answering research questions: How is the intensity of gadget use among 6th-grade students? Moreover, what is the impact of gadget use on the social attitudes of 6th-grade students?Methodology – Qualitative descriptive methods were used in this study. The participants were 6th-grade students. They were then observed and interviewed in depth, including their parents, teachers, and principal. Data were collected using surveys, interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The research data were analyzed in three stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusions.Findings – The results showed that the level of gadget use among 6th-grade students at Mentari Public Elementary School, Kota Parepare, South Sulawesi, was relatively high. The high interaction of two students with these gadgets has a significant negative impact on students' social attitudes. The impacts are making them less physically and more focused on gadgets. They experience decreased communication skills, especially in face-to-face situations. They tend to be less confident, less fluent in speaking, and often not focused when invited to communicate. It also distracts students from their responsibilities and makes students more aggressive and less polite when interacting with others.Contribution – Based on research data and a review of various literature, it is evident that high-intensity gadget use poses potential problems for the social growth of elementary school children. This study shows a variety of these problems. This contributes to scientific studies on children's social growth and the use of gadgets among children.

Abstract

The theoretical construction and concept of digital based Islamic Education (PAI) learning are based on the integration of modern learning theories and the utilization of digital technology in the educational process. This approach is grounded in constructivist theory, which emphasizes the active role of students in building understanding through interaction with digital learning resources, and connectivist theory, which highlights the importance of connectivity in digital environments to enhance access and collaboration in learning. The implementation of digital-based PAI learning involves various media such as e-learning, interactive applications, and online platforms that support both independent and collaborative learning. This aims to enhance the effectiveness of material delivery, strengthen the understanding of Islamic values, and align teaching methods with technological advancements and the characteristics of students in the digital era.

Abstract

Kualitas satuan pendidikan sangat bergantung pada efektivitas kepemimpinan dan kekompakan kerjasama tim di lingkungan sekolah. Kepemimpinan mutu menekankan pentingnya visi strategis, pengembangan berkelanjutan, serta penciptaan budaya kerja yang mendukung inovasi dan perubahan positif. Sementara itu, kerjasama tim merupakan fondasi utama dalam membangun kolaborasi antarpemangku kepentingan di sekolah, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menelaah keterkaitan antara kepemimpinan mutu dan kerjasama tim dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu mengarahkan dan memberdayakan tim secara optimal, menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, serta meningkatkan kinerja individu maupun kolektif. Di sisi lain, tim yang solid akan memperkuat implementasi kebijakan sekolah, mendukung inovasi pembelajaran, serta mempercepat pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Sinergi antara kepemimpinan mutu dan kerjasama tim terbukti berperan penting dalam mewujudkan satuan pendidikan yang adaptif, produktif, dan berorientasi pada hasil. Temuan ini menjadi dasar bagi perlunya pengembangan kepemimpinan transformatif dan penguatan budaya kerja kolaboratif di sekolah.

Abstract

Menciptakan kepuasan dan keberhasilan peserta didik. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai teori, model, dan hasil penelitian terkait mutu layanan di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan menganalisis sejumlah jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah terkini, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dimensi-dimensi utama mutu layanan yang berpengaruh, tantangan implementasi, serta strategi peningkatan mutu layanan pada satuan pendidikan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan tidak hanya bergantung pada aspek fisik dan sarana prasarana, tetapi juga pada kualitas interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik, kejelasan komunikasi, dan manajemen institusi. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan. Studi ini merekomendasikan penerapan model SERVQUAL dan peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik sebagai upaya utama untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan. Dengan begitu, satuan pendidikan dapat memenuhi harapan stakeholder dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

Budaya mutu organisasi merupakan fondasi penting dalam mewujudkan satuan pendidikan yang efektif, efisien, dan berdaya saing. Dalam konteks pendidikan, budaya mutu tidak hanya berkaitan dengan pencapaian standar akademik, tetapi juga mencakup etos kerja, kepemimpinan, partisipasi warga sekolah, dan sistem evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai teori dan temuan empiris terkait budaya mutu organisasi di lingkungan satuan pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi literatur, peneliti menelaah lebih dari 20 sumber jurnal nasional dan internasional dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya mutu sangat dipengaruhi oleh enam faktor utama: kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, partisipasi aktif guru, penguatan visi dan misi institusi, sistem manajemen berbasis mutu (TQM), partisipasi orang tua, dan budaya refleksi serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memperkuat pandangan bahwa pengembangan budaya mutu tidak dapat dilakukan secara instan, melainkan memerlukan komitmen bersama dan konsistensi dalam pelaksanaan program pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pembentukan budaya mutu organisasi merupakan strategi jangka panjang yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan manajemen mutu untuk seluruh komponen sekolah dan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung transformasi budaya kerja di satuan pendidikan.

Abstract

One of the main industries that support the Indonesian economy is tourism, which has enormous potential. One of them is Telaga Sarangan tourism, located on the slopes of Mount Lawu, Plaosan District, Magetan, East Java.This study aims to analyze the effect of tourism facilities and accessibility on interest in revisiting Telaga Sarangan tourism, with trust as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach is used in this study is. The population in this study was Bank Jatim employees who visited tourist attractions. The sample consisted of 100 employees. The analysis method used was Partial Least Square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that 1) tourism facilities had a significant effect on trust, with a path coefficient value of 0.432 and a p-value of 0.022 (<0.05). 2) Accessibility had a significant effect on trust, with a path coefficient of 0.450 and a p-value of 0.006 (p<0.05). 3) Tourism facilities did  not have a significant direct effect on the intention to revisit, with a path coefficient of 0.024 and a p-value of 0.887 (>0.05). 4) Accessibility does not have a significant effect on the intention to revisit, with a path coefficient of 0.097 and a p-value of 0.540 (> 0.05); 5) trust has a significant effect on the intention to revisit, with a path coefficient of 0.725 and a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05); 6) trust mediates the relationship between tourism facilities and the intention to revisit, with a path coefficient of mediation of 0.314 and a p-value of 0.044 (< 0.05); and 7) trust mediates the relationship between accessibility and the intention to revisit, with a path coefficient of mediation of 0.326 and a p-value of 0.016 (< 0.05)

Abstract

Wonorejo sub-district has the potential for MSMEs that should be developed, but public awareness of the development of MSMEs is still low. This is indicated by business actors who are not good at product packaging which affects their sales. Therefore, it is necessary to build an identity by creating a logo that will be displayed on the product packaging to strengthen marketing in a wider reach. In addition, the creation of legality is very necessary in the MSME partner identity building program that we will develop. With the synergy between building brand identity through a strong logo, attractive and functional packaging design, and fulfilling business legality, it is hoped that partner kebab chip products can build a professional and trusted image. Increasing brand visibility in the market, higher consumer trust, and access to wider distribution channels will significantly strengthen the marketing position of partner products. Ultimately, this comprehensive strategy aims to support the sustainability and growth of MSMEs, so that they can contribute more to the local and national economy, and compete effectively in an increasingly dynamic market. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the story-based Tajwid Ahmad learning method at the Miftahul Jihad Tande Islamic Boarding School, East Banggae District, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. This research uses a qualitative approach with philosophical, theological-normative, pedagogical, psychological, and sociological foundations. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with data analysis techniques that include data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions drawn. The study results show that Tajwid learning with Ahmad's story approach can increase students' understanding, emotional involvement, and love for the Qur'an. The main obstacles in learning include limited facilities, teaching materials, and time allocation. However, the role of a patient and inspirational ustad is the key to building the motivation and confidence of students. The story-based method provides a more lively and contextual learning atmosphere. This research implies that a simple learning approach that touches on emotional and pedagogical aspects can be an effective solution in an Islamic boarding school environment with technological limitations. Ongoing support, both in terms of facilities and training of educators, is needed to strengthen the implementation of this method in the long term. This experience can be an alternative model in developing Tajwid learning that is more humanistic and applicative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal how the application of the example non example learning model can improve the quality of the learning process and the learning motivation of the class students. This research used a qualitative approach with the type of PTK. The research subjects consisted of 1 teacher and 20 students of class V UPTD SD Negeri 28 Parepare. Data were collected using observation and documentation techniques, then analyzed using data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that in cycles I and II, teacher learning activities were in the good category (B), while student activities in cycle I were in the sufficient category (C), increasing in cycle II to the good category (B). The improvement in the learning process was followed by an increase in student learning motivation, which initially in cycle I was in the moderate category (C) and increased to the good category (B) in cycle II. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the application of the example non example learning model effectively improves the quality of the learning process and learning motivation of class V UPTD SD Negeri 28 Parepare students.
