Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola distribusi jagung dan untuk mengetahui pola distribusi alternatif dalam pendistribusian jagung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua jumlah anggota kelompok petani jagung di Dusun Ngali dengan luas lahan sebesar 215 ha yang terdiri dari sawah, tegalan, dan ladang. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, reduksi data, triangulasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dari masalah diperoleh bahwa pola distribusi usaha tani yang ada tumbuh secara alami sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan pelakunya, pelaku yang dalam pola ini adalah petani, tengkulak, pengumpul, pedagang besar, pengecer, konsumen. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pendistribusian jagung adalah sulitnya merubah pola pikir masyarakat tentang usaha tani yang maju, hal ini dimanfaatkan baik oleh para pelaku pasar (pola distribusi) yang lebih menguasai informasi dan selalu mengikuti perkembangan dinamika pasar baik besarnya pasokan maupun meningkatnya permintaan yang setiap saat bergejolak.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the reaffirmation of the Islamic Tarbiyah Halaqah educational model in cultivating religious character among students (santri) at Pondok Pesantren Umar bin Abdul Azis, Tomenawa Village, Baraka Subdistrict, Enrekang Regency. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research utilized primary data collected from caretakers and leaders of the pesantren, as well as secondary data from relevant documents. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data reduction, presentation, and verification. The findings indicate that the model emphasizes character development through key religious activities such as congregational prayer, tahsinul qirā’ah (Qur’anic recitation enhancement), and taujihāt (spiritual guidance) provided by murabbis (mentors). The reaffirmation of this model has proven effective in nurturing religious character through the integration of religious instruction, daily practice, and social engagement. Contributing factors include the murabbi’s exemplary and affectionate guidance, the structured halaqah system, and a supportive environment provided by families and peers. In contrast, inhibiting factors include parental neglect in their children’s religious education and negative peer influences that may undermine the values taught within the pesantren. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penegasan kembali model pendidikan Tarbiyah Halaqah Islam dalam menumbuhkan karakter religius pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Umar bin Abdul Azis, Desa Tomenawa, Kecamatan Baraka, Kabupaten Enrekang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini memanfaatkan data primer yang diperoleh dari para pengasuh dan pimpinan pesantren, serta data sekunder dari dokumen-dokumen terkait. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut menekankan pada pengembangan karakter melalui kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan utama seperti shalat berjamaah, tahsinul qirā’ah (peningkatan bacaan Al-Qur’an), dan taujihāt (bimbingan spiritual) yang diberikan oleh murabbi (mentor). Penegasan kembali model ini terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan karakter religius melalui integrasi pelajaran agama, praktik sehari-hari, dan keterlibatan sosial. Faktor pendukungnya antara lain bimbingan murabbi yang penuh keteladanan dan kasih sayang, sistem halaqah yang terstruktur, dan lingkungan yang mendukung dari keluarga dan teman sebaya. Sebaliknya, faktor penghambatnya antara lain pengabaian orang tua dalam pendidikan agama anak-anaknya dan pengaruh negatif teman sebaya yang dapat merusak nilai-nilai yang diajarkan di pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of organisational culture, motivation, and training on employee performance with organisational commitment as an intervening variable at PT Sinar Sosro Mojokerto. In the face of increasingly fierce industry competition, companies are trying to improve the performance of human resources through strategies to strengthen organisational culture, increase motivation, and implement training programs. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 78 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that organisational culture, motivation, and training have a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment and employee performance. Organisational commitment acts as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between the independent variables and employee performance. This study provides practical implications for the management of PT Sinar Sosro Mojokerto in designing strategies to improve employee performance by strengthening organisational culture, motivating employees, and providing ongoing training programs.

Abstract

This study explores the phenomenon of slang language use among teenagers in social interactions on Instagram, using a semantic analysis approach. The aim of the research is to identify forms of semantic meaning changes and to understand the social and linguistic functions of slang within digital communication contexts. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, documentation, and semantic theory-based analysis. The findings reveal that teenagers’ use of slang reflects dynamic changes in meaning, such as meaning broadening, narrowing, and shifting. Additionally, slang serves as a tool for shaping social identity, group solidarity, and expressing youth popular culture. The study concludes that slang represents a form of linguistic creativity influenced by cultural contexts and digital media environments.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine and analyze the performance comparison among Bitcoin cryptocurrency, stocks, and gold. This study employs a quantitative research approach utilizing a comparative method. The population consists of the monthly closing prices of Bitcoin, LQ45 stocks, and gold from 2018 to 2023, totaling 180 data points. A saturated sampling technique is applied in this research. The study utilizes time series data, relying on secondary data sources. Data analysis is conducted using Microsoft Excel, applying relevant formulas for each variable. The data is further processed using SPSS, specifically employing the ANOVA test. The findings reveal significant differences in returns and risks among Bitcoin, stocks, and gold. Additionally, the performance metrics—measured by the Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen methods—also indicate notable differences among these three asset classes.

Abstract

This research concerns employees of the Ministry of Justice, Dili, Timor-Leste. The aim of this research is for researchers to examine the effect of work experience and training on work performance. With the population in this study being employees who work at the Ministry of Justice, with the number of employees who were respondents in this study totaling 85 people, the researcher used probability sampling with the Census technique, namely a population of 85 people was used as the respondent sample. The variables used are three (3) variables. Multiple linear regression analysis (Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e) was used for analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence (sig) on the variables Work Experience, Training, Influence on Job Performance at the Ministry of Justice Dili Timor-Leste. So the results of this research are as follows: Y = 3.934 + 0.400 X1 + 0.429 Beta value 1 (b1) = 0.400 is the regression coefficient for Work Experience (X1), meaning that every change in the Ministry of Justice and an increase in work performance (Y) by an amount of 0.400 or 40.0% means that the Training variable (X2) is constant. beta value 2 (b2) = 0.429 is the regression coefficient for the Training variable (X2) meaning that there is a change in work performance at the Ministry of Justice. and an increase in work performance (Y) of 0.429 or 42.9%, and the value of e (Error) = Distraction error (the term disturbance) is 1.242, meaning the value of other variables that are not included in the formulation of this linear regression equation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of employer branding and career development on the interest of job applicants in startup companies. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition for startup companies in recruiting the best talent amidst limited resources and an unestablished company image. The research method used is associative quantitative with a survey approach. Data was obtained from 120 respondents who were job seekers aged 20–35 years who were interested in working in startup companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that employer branding has a positive and significant effect on the interest of job applicants. Likewise, career development also has a positive and significant effect on the interest of job applicants. Simultaneously, these two variables have a significant effect on job applicant interest, with a coefficient of determination value of 48.6%. These findings indicate that startup companies need to develop a strong branding strategy and a structured career development system to increase their attractiveness in the eyes of potential applicants.

Abstract

This research investigates how distributive justice, procedural justice, and perceived organizational support influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with employee engagement serving as a mediating factor and transformational leadership acting as a moderating element. The study targeted employees working at the Secretariat of Banjarmasin City Government and utilized a quantitative research design. Data were gathered using a purposive sampling technique through questionnaires administered to 150 participants. The analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach.The findings reveal that distributive justice, procedural justice, and organizational support perceptions significantly enhance both employee engagement and OCB. Additionally, employee engagement plays a crucial mediating role in the connection between these independent variables and OCB. Transformational leadership further moderates this relationship, amplifying the positive impact of employee engagement on OCB. These results highlight the importance of fair treatment and supportive work environments in fostering OCB, particularly when guided by transformational leadership.This study provides practical implications for public sector management to pay more attention to justice and support aspects as strategic efforts to improve employees’ extra-role performance through OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance using a systematic observation method. A systematic review is a literature observation method that uses a systematic and transparent approach to identify, disseminate, and synthesize all research relevant to a particular research question. There are seventeen articles that are used as reference materials by the author with various variables and diverse results. The number of variables that can significantly influence employee performance indicates that employee performance is one of the important aspects in the sustainability of an organization or company in achieving goals and success both directly and indirectly. \

The aim of this research is to identify the potential of blockchain technology in overcoming problems that exist in traditional career development systems and provide insight into how organizations can use this technology to create more effective career development strategies. Blockchain offers significant potential to revolutionize career development strategies in modern organizations, by providing solutions to problems such as lack of transparency, data security and process inefficiencies[1]. This technology can be used to verify credentials, track training, manage performance, and provide personalized recommendations. Blockchain implementation requires a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities, as well as strategies to overcome issues such as scalability, costs, and regulations (Nabi, 2024).
