Abstract

To claim Old Age Security, workers who are participants must go through several stages of claiming old age security. The implementation of the Old Age Security (JHT) claim system at BPJS Employment Padangsidempuan Branch has several obstacles, one of which is the lack of understanding of participants regarding the JHT claim system which results in less effective use of the claims system provided by BPJS Employment. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out an overview of the Old Age Security (JHT) claim system for workers who have become Old Age Security (JHT) participants at BPJS Employment Padangsidempuan Branch. The data analysis technique used by the author is using a qualitative descriptive method using data reduction and data display analysis. Meanwhile, data collection techniques have been carried out through interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the old age insurance claim system at BPJS Employment Padangsidempuan Branch is generally not in accordance with existing regulations. This is based on participants not attaching a Certificate of Stopping Work or a Certificate of No Longer Working when making a claim. The use of the old age insurance claim system is less effective because many participants still make claims only at branch offices, even though apart from branch offices, participants can make claims through service points or online.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on financial performance. GCG is very important to implement in every company. This is important because the existence of GCG shows that management and shareholders are serious about building an open and accountable company together. Companies are not only responsible to shareholders, but also to their employees, the government and the community around the company. This type of research uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical research characteristics. The methodology used is documentation and literature study methods. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely financial reports. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS 20 program. In this research, Good Corporate Governance will be proxied by three variables, namely managerial ownership, institutional ownership and audit committee, where this indicator is an important organ. Based on the research results, it shows that partially managerial ownership has a negative effect on financial performance with a significance of 0.216 and a calculated t value < t table (1.269 < 1.706). Institutional ownership has a positive effect on financial performance with a significance of 0.409 and a calculated t value > t table (1.793 > 1.706). The audit committee has a positive effect on financial performance with a significance of 0.40 and a calculated t value > t table (1.751 > 1.706. The coefficient of determination test results show that the Adjusted R Squared value is 21.6%, while the remaining 78.4% can be explained by other factors.

Abstract

The Indonesian government offers retail sukuk as an investment product for retail investors, in accordance with sharia principles. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a focus on case study methodology. The data sources used in this research consist of primary data obtained through observation and interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from retail sukuk research and other relevant literature. The data validity method used in this research is called data source triangulation. The data analysis process begins with data collection, continues with organizing and categorizing the data, and finally identifying themes for interpretation. Therefore, the findings of this research include the results of the analysis of the implementation of SR 019-T3 retail sukuk at BSI KC S.parman Medan. The results of research findings and analysis will be presented as an illustration of how sales are carried out by banks, including a description of the obstacles and benefits faced. There are several advantages to investing in retail sukuk. However, retail sukuk also have their own risks. BSI is actively marketing retail sukuk through social media, and many students are starting to research retail sukuk and savings provided by SBSN agents or distribution partners.

Abstract

Soursop (Anonna Muricata L.) and Beluntas (Pluchea indica L.) are plants that contain secondary metabolites that have potential as antioxidants. The purpose of this study was to determine the activity of soursop leaf samples, beluntas and their combination in reducing DPPH. Samples were made into powder followed by maceration and evaporated the solvent to become an extract. Antioxidant activity testing with DPPH silencing method with UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Antioxidant activity test results for soursop leaf samples, beluntas, combinations (1:1), (1:2) and (2:1) have IC50 values of 58, 51, 57, 61 and 68 ppm, respectively. Further analysis Combination index of the combination (1:1) has a synergistic effect and the combination (1:2) and (2:1) has an antagonistic effect. Keywords: Antioxidant Activity, Anonna Muricata L. leaf, Pluchea indica L. leaf, DPPH

Abstract

AbstractEucheuma spinosum is a type of red algae (Eucheuma) which is used as a food which has a high source of carrageenan. Information on secondary metabolites in E. spinosum is known to have bioactive properties as an antioxidant and antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to isolate and characterize secondary metabolites in E.spinosum. The study was started by isolating secondary metabolites from E.spinosum using Soxhlet extraction followed by solvent partitioning, fractionation and characterization. The rendemen from methanol extract was 6.07% while the highest partition result was in the ethyl acetate fraction, which was 1.25%. Fractionation was carried out by column chromatography resulting in 2 single spots F401 and A402. Pure isolate F401 has an Rf value of 0.71 in the form of a white solid, A401 has an Rf value of 0.67 in the form of a brown gel. The results of characterization of isolates with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer obtained maximum absorption and absorbance values of F401 218.50 nm 4.79 M-1 cm-1, 273 nm 1.06 M-1 cm-1 respectively. Isolate A402 233.50 nm 4.1 M-1 cm-1, 407 nm 1.03 M-1 cm-1. Identification using FT-IR found that both isolates showed the presence of functional groups =C-H, C-C, C=O, C-H. According to the result of the UV and FT-IR spectra, two isolates can be identified as terpenoid compounds. Keywords: E.spinosum, Secondary Metabolites, Ethyl acetate fraction, UV-VIS, FT-IR

Abstract

The isbat nikah polygamy issue is one of the effects of the legal dualism between the obligation to register marriage and the ability of marriage certificate for marriages which are not listed as stipulated in the Indonesian marriage law. One example of the decision to request isbat nikah polygamy is the decision Religion Court of Bima No. 0663 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PA.Bm. jo. the decision of the High Court Religion of Mataram No. 0093 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PTA.Mtr. This paper looks at the two decisions judicially. The results of this research indicated that decision No. 0663 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PA.Bm. jo verdict No. 0093 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PTA.Mtr legally the submission of isbat nikah polygamy contradictory to the applicable of polygamy law. The granting of marriage license for Sirri polygamy marriage is not justified for any reason. This is then expressly regulated in SEMA No. 3 of 2018 2018 concerning the Imposition of the 2018 Supreme Court Chamber Plenary Results Formulation as a Guideline for the Implementation of Tasks for the Court stating that the request for isbat nikah polygamy is must be declared not accepted even though it was submitted on the child's grounds, and for the benefit of the child can submit a determination of the child's origin.

Abstract

Sungai Veteran termasuk dalam program jangka pendek normalisasi dan penataan sungai dari 10 program khusus di kota Banjarmasin. Perumusan suatu kebijakan, pengambilan keputusan ataupun pelaksanaan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan ruang kebumian dapat mengacu pada informasi Geospasial. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknologi geomatika dan survei untuk dapat menunjukan kondisi geospasial aktual pada kawasan muara Sungai Veteran, dengan melakukan serangkaian kegiatan pengukuran terestris dan hidrometris secara langsung di lokasi penelitian serta pemetaan secara digital menggunakan citra satelit Pleiades yang telah terkoreksi sebagai sumber data spasial. Hasil analisis spasial menggunakan metode Gridding dapat menunjukkan secara akurat bentuk geometrik permukaan lahan dalam tampian model 3 dimensi. Hasil pemetaan memperlihatkan kondisi terjadinya penyempitan pada badan sungai Veteran di jarak 58 meter dari tepi sungai Martapura dengan lebar mencapai 8 meter dan pada jarak 78 meter sampai dengan 145 meter lebar badan sungai hanya mencapai 3 meter. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan skala terbaca titik terdangkal adalah mencapai (-) 0,074 meter pada muara sungai Veteran, dan hasil titik terdalam adalah mencapai (-)13,311 meter pada area Sungai Martapura. Kondisi dasar penampang muara sungai veteran menunjukan tingkat kemiringan relatif datar. Kondisi seperti ini dapat mempengaruhi volume aliran air sungai Veteran. Hal ini menunjukkan sistem drainase alam yang buruk, dimana faktanya kota Banjarmasin masih masuk di dalam zona perairan pasang surut. Informasi Geospasial yang dihasilkan ini sangat bermanfaat dan dapat dijadikan referensi dalam perencanaan dan perancangan proyek normalisasi sungai, khususnya di kawasan muara sungai veteran, sehingga diharapkan dapat mengembalikan fungsi awal dari sungai tersebut yaitu mencegah terjadinya banjir di kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Secang wood is a plant used in medicine. This study aims to find out that ethanol extract of secang wood can be formulated into a hand cream preparation and to determine the antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus as an antiseptic. This study used the maceration method to produce ethanol extract, then made a hand cream dosage formula using 2, 4, and 6% ethanol extract of secang wood. Then a physical quality evaluation is carried out including organoleptic testing, homogeneity testing, pH measurement, viscosity testing, and dispersion power. After that, an antiseptic test of Staphylococcus aureus is carried out. Based on research, the results show that hand cream preparations meet the standards. The anti-bacterial activity test of the hand cream extract of wood ethanol extract can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus with a concentration of 2, 4, and 6% respectively by 13.1; 13.9 and 14.8 mm fall into the category of inhibitory solid zones.

Abstract

Banjarmasin merupakan ibukota Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan yang dikenal sebagai kota seribu sungai. Kota ini bernama Banjarmasin karena kondisi geografisnya yang dikelilingi oleh sungai besar dan kecil. Salah satu aktivitas masyarakat di atas sungai adalah jual beli di Pasar Terapung. Pasar Terapung tidak memiliki organisasi seperti pada pasar didaratan, sehingga tidak tercatat berapa jumlah pedagang atau pembagian pedagang berdasarkan barang dagangannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat Sistem Informasi Geografis Jukung Pedagang di Pasar Terapung Kuin. Penelitian ini menggunakan model sekuensial linier. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menampilkan data jukung pedagang melalui Peta Rute Jukung Pasar Terapung Kuin dan memvisualisasikan database dalam bentuk tampilan Visual Basic 6.0. Informasi yang ditampilkan antara lain yaitu data pedagang, data teknik jukung, data operasional jukung , data koordinat rumah dan rute perjalanan yang ditempung masing-masing jukung pedagang Pasar Terapung Kuin.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of distributing subsidized Sharia KPR financing to Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan. For low-income people (MBR). The focus of this research is 1). What is the mechanism for distributing subsidized mortgages at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan to low-income people, whether as permanent employees or traders who earn daily income. 2). What is the level of effectiveness of subsidized KPR distribution at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan for low-income people (MBR). This method uses qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the distribution of subsidized KPR at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan with Murabahah contracts is effective for MBR. Through interviews with resource persons, it was found that the selection and disbursement process of funds was carried out well. This bank has clear procedures for accepting subsidized KPR. Apart from that, it can also be seen that in the last 5 years the demand for subsidized Sharia KPR has increased, this can be seen from the data obtained from sources. However, in this mortgage, of course there are problems related to bad credit in the mortgage, but the bank already has several ways to resolve this problem. The level of effectiveness of this program is quite effective because KPR distribution is given right on target to low-income people (MBR) both as permanent employees and daily earners
