Abstract

Abstrak:: Profil Pelajar Pancasila merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan nasional yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter dan nilai-nilai moral peserta didik. Tujuan penilitian ini untuk mengkaji dan meningkatkan aktualisasi profil pelajar Pancasila pada Sekolah Penggerak sebagai langkah proaktif dalam menjawab tantangan moral dan etika di tengah-tengah dinamika masyarakat modern khususnya pada sekolah penggerak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian melibatkan siswa dan guru di Sekolah Penggerak yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi profil pelajar Pancasila dapat ditingkatkan melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kurikulum, pembelajaran aktif, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter, seperti diskusi etika dan simulasi kasus moral, mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila. Kontribusi penelitian pada engembangan model pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Penggerak dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam menghadapi tantangan serupa. Peningkatan pemahaman dan implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di kalangan pelajar diharapkan dapat membangun generasi yang lebih berkarakter, moral, dan bertanggung jawab.Abstract: Pancasila Student Profile is an integral part of the national education system which contains the character values and moral values of students. The aim of this research is to examine and improve the actualization of the profile of Pancasila students at Driving Schools as a proactive step in responding to moral and ethical challenges amidst the dynamics of modern society, especially at Driving Schools. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The research subjects involved students and teachers at the Driving School who were selected purposively. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of documents related to the implementation of Pancasila values. The research results show that the actualization of the Pancasila student profile can be improved through the integration of Pancasila values in the curriculum, active learning and extracurricular activities. The use of learning methods oriented towards character building, such as ethical discussions and moral case simulations, is able to increase students' understanding of Pancasila values. Contribution of research to the development of the character education model at the Driving School and providing recommendations for other schools in facing similar challenges. It is hoped that increasing understanding and implementation of Pancasila values among students can build a generation with more character, morals and responsibility.

Abstract

Saat ini Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat stunting yang cukup tinggi di dunia, dimana prevalensi stunting masih berada pada kisaran 21,6% sedangkan standar minimal prevalensi stunting yang telah ditetapkan oleh WHO adalah 20%. Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh yang terjadi pada masa awal kehidupan, biasanya pada anak usia 0-5 tahun. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, pemerintah dan pihak terkait telah melakukan berbagai upaya dan program intervensi, salah satunya adalah menentukan daerah yang menjadi prioritas penanganan stunting dengan melakukan klasterisasi. Dalam penelitian ini akan melakukan klasterisasi daerah stunting berdasarkan provinsi yang ada di Indonesia dengan mengacu pada beberapa parameter yaitu persentase imunisasi, proporsi stunting, cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif, cakupan pemberian vitamin dan tablet tambah darah, serta akses terhadap sanitasi dan air minum yang layak. Penelitian ini akan membandingkan antara kluster yang terbentuk menggunakan Hierarchical Clustering dan K Means.Hasil perbandingan antara metode K-Means dan Hierarchical Clusteringmemperlihatkan bahwa K-Means menghasilkan pengelompokan klaster yang lebih baik ditinjau dari nilai Silhouette Coefficient sebesar 0.48 dan Calinski-Harabasz index sebesar 10.49 dengan jumlah klaster yang terbentuk sebanyak 2 klaster.  Pada Algoritma Hierarchical Clustering, nilai Silhouette Coefficient yang dihasilkan adalah 0.47 dan Calinski-Harabasz index sebesar 9.54. Semakin besar nilai Silhouette Coefficientdan Calinski-Harabasz index, maka semakin baik klaster yang terbentuk.

Abstract

Pro 2 Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) is a central broadcast for young people's creativity. In general, Pro 2 presents information that young people love ranging from lifestyle to the latest music. The AIDDA strategy is a strategy used to maintain the interest of millennial listeners in the era of broadcasting digitalization. In the current era of broadcasting digitalization, radio is faced with the challenge of maintaining the interest of listeners, especially millennials who have many options to access information and entertainment. Pro 2 RRI Medan as one of the radios that targets millennials, needs to implement the right management strategy to maintain the interest of listeners. This study aims to recommend an efficient and effective management strategy for Pro 2 RRI Medan in maintaining the interest of millennial listeners in the era of broadcasting digitalization. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with the research subjects of informants from Jft. Pranata, broadcasts, young experts, and radio broadcasters. Based on the results of the study, it is explained that the recommendations for strategies that can be done are as follows: Designing and presenting content of broadcast programs that are relevant among millennials. Create programs that can engage listeners. Utilizing social media to promote programs that will be broadcast and to reach millennials who are more active on social media. Ensure good audio quality and Present quality and accurate information, and present information in an interactive way. Create an interesting on-air program and hold off-air activities in the pubic space. Making adjustments in the era of broadcasting digitalization, by providing opportunities for millennials to participate in broadcast programs.

Abstract

In facing this dynamic, the BSI KCP Medan Aksara branch in Medan City has an undeniable role. As one of the existing BSI branches, BSI KCP Medan Aksara is required to not only provide quality sharia banking products and services, but also to become a forum for meeting customer needs by prioritizing sharia principles. Gold-backed Qardh products not only meet customers' financial needs, but also provide solutions that are in line with their religious beliefs and values. This research uses a qualitative research method with an analysis instrument using SWOT which aims to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of marketing strategies, as well as understanding how banks can overcome existing challenges. With an interview instrument and involving 3 respondents. Based on the research results, this research produces that Based on the SWOT results it can be concluded that the strategy chosen by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Aksara is SO (Strength and Opportunities) by utilizing a wide branch network to hold education and seminars about Gold Backed Qardh products, optimizing technology sophisticated information to develop mobile applications and online platforms, train sales forces to provide education and consultation to the upper middle market segment, develop strategic partnerships with other sharia financial institutions to develop new products and services, use social media for intensive promotional campaigns about products Gold Backed Qardh. Being in quadrant I position shows a very favorable situation for the company to carry out an aggressive/growth strategy.

Abstract

The best way to prevent Covid-19 is to avoid factors that can cause infection with this virus. The role of the government in taking policies to break the chain of transmission of Covid 19 to the surrounding community as has been carried out by the Jajag Village Government, Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency during the pandemic by 1) spraying in every community house by means of each community member a minimum of Rp. 15,000 for labor costs and the purchase of disinfectant. Spraying is also carried out on major roads and crowds; 2) When carrying out community activities or village employees, they are required to wear masks, keep a distance and wash their hands with soap before entering the room; 3) The Jajag Village apparatus also distributed free masks to the local community as the only prevention from the corona virus; 4) Provide information about health by traveling around the village in a village car, information on the dangers of the Covid-19 pandemic, minimizing residents to leave their homes and urging the public to pay attention to policies made by the government; and 5) Calling on the community to make hand washing stations filled with air and antiseptic which are placed in front of every house as well as in village mosques. The need to empower the community in making masks from household materials that can be used is a solution to reduce the cost of buying masks

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Bentok is located in Bentok Kampung village, Bati-Bati sub-district, Tanah Laut District. It is the sixth branch of Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Tahfizh located in Banjarmasin city. As the new branch, they are facing some problems. The high demand from parents about making their son and daughter tahfizh and tahfizhah, causes the new branch's lack of infrastructure. Because of that problem, the management of Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Bentok decides to build some new infrastructure. In order to build new infrastructure, they need Detailed Engineering Design (DED). One of the components of the DED document is Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Bentok topographic map. Through D-III Teknik Geodesi community service team, Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Bentok topographic map will available. It helps the management of Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Bentok to complete the DED document. The implementation of the topographic survey used the terrestrial survey method. The survey used instruments like Total Station and GPS receiver Handheld type. The topographic survey started by build a mapping network, survey all of the details in Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Bentok and draw the map digitally. All the details include existing buildings, roads, Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan boundary, sewer, river, and contour. The result is a Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan topographic map with a scale of 1:3.500. Based on the topographic map, the Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan surface area is 113266.751 square meters or 11.33 hectares. The male dormitory area is 500 m2 and the female dormitory area is 650 m2.

Abstract

Didalam kegiatan administrasi koperasi tentunya tidak lepas dari kegiatan manajemen data, baik itu mulai dari data keanggotaan hingga data mengenai supply and demand barang atau jasa hingga pengelolaan Bantuan Langsung Masyarakat- Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan (BLM-PUAP), sehingga sangat diperlukan suatu basis data yang terintegrasi dengan komputer. Melalui pembentukan badan hukum koperasi, Gapoktan diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan modal usaha, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas modal usaha yang dikelola. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh suatu Koperasi khususnya Koperasi pada kelompok tani adalah dalam memanajemen data, mulai dari data keanggotaan tani hingga data tentang pengelolaan dana BLM-PUAP, dikarenakan selama ini pengelolaan manajemen basis data koperasi khususnya yang dialami pada kelompok tani gapoktan Berkat Karya Bersama masih belum terintegrasi dengan komputer, sehingga pencatatan secara manual. Melalui Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam rangka tridarma perguruan tinggi tahun 2021 ini, Program Studi DIII Teknik Geodesi berkeinginan untuk membuat Sistem Basis Data Sederhana yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh Pengelola Kelompok Tani Gapoktan Berkat Karya. Sistem ini akan mempermudah pengelolaan Kelompok Tani khususnya bagi pengelola dan anggota pada umunya.

Abstract

Penyaluran dana dan penghimpunan dana adalah salah satu kegiatan usaha Bank Syariah dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan usahanya untuk memperoleh keuntungan atau laba yang maksimal, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang memiliki karakteristik penelitian statistik deskriptif. Dokumentasi dan studi literatur digunakan sebagai metodelogi. Laporan keuangan triwulan PT. Bank Muammalat dari tahun 2011 hingga 2020 adalah sumber data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pendapatan bank dan bonus tabungan merupakan variabel independen dari penelitian ini, dan bonus tabungan merupakan variabel dependen. Laporan keuangan triwulan PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin dari tahun 2011 hingga 2020 adalah populasi dan sampel penelitian ini. Studi ini menganalisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji asumsi klasik. Penelitian ini mengolah data menggunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bank secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap bonus wadiah PT. Bank Muamalat Rantau Prapat; tabungan wadiah secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap bonus wadiah PT. Bank Muamalat Rantau Prapat; dan keduanya secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap bonus wadiah PT. Bank Muamalat Rantau Prapat. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen dalam penelitian memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 54,0% dengan nilai Adjusted R Squared sebesar 0,540, atau 54,0%. Variabel lain, sebesar 46,0%, bertanggung jawab atas bagian yang tersisa.

Abstract

The emergence of Islamic insurance raises many questions about what differentiates Islamic insurance from conventional insurance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of sharia principles in the insurance agreement of PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah. Islamic insurance is a big question among Muslims regarding the mechanisms that exist in Islamic insurance. As for sharia principles, it is a differentiator from conventional insurance. The main principle applied to sharia insurance is mutual help. PT. Sun life sharia financial has implemented sharia principles in sharia insurance agreements and in the tabarru fund management mechanism according to Islamic sharia. In this study the authors used a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data and information through interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the analysis, these nine principles are the principle of monotheism, the principle of justice, the principle of mutual help, the principle of cooperation, the principle of trust, the principle of willingness, the principle of the prohibition of usury, the principle of the prohibition of maisir and the principle of the prohibition of gharar. these nine principles have been applied to the Medan branch of PT. Sun life financial sharia and are in accordance with the basic principles of sharia insurance. Tabarru fund management at PT.Sun life financial syariah Medan branch is also in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the company's financial performance is assessed through analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability of the company PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk in 2017-2021. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method using measurements of liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability. Based on the research results, the liquidity ratio in 2017-2021 the company's financial performance is said to be not good because the company is unable to cover its short-term liabilities using the company's current assets. Based on the solvency ratio for 2017-2021, the company's financial performance is in good condition, which can be seen from the low percentage of the ratio, which indicates that the company is getting better at paying off its obligations. Based on the profitability ratios for 2017-2021, the company's financial performance is in good condition because the company's ability to generate profits is quite high from sales made by the company.
