In facing this dynamic, the BSI KCP Medan Aksara branch in Medan City has an undeniable role. As one of the existing BSI branches, BSI KCP Medan Aksara is required to not only provide quality sharia banking products and services, but also to become a forum for meeting customer needs by prioritizing sharia principles. Gold-backed Qardh products not only meet customers' financial needs, but also provide solutions that are in line with their religious beliefs and values. This research uses a qualitative research method with an analysis instrument using SWOT which aims to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of marketing strategies, as well as understanding how banks can overcome existing challenges. With an interview instrument and involving 3 respondents. Based on the research results, this research produces that Based on the SWOT results it can be concluded that the strategy chosen by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Aksara is SO (Strength and Opportunities) by utilizing a wide branch network to hold education and seminars about Gold Backed Qardh products, optimizing technology sophisticated information to develop mobile applications and online platforms, train sales forces to provide education and consultation to the upper middle market segment, develop strategic partnerships with other sharia financial institutions to develop new products and services, use social media for intensive promotional campaigns about products Gold Backed Qardh. Being in quadrant I position shows a very favorable situation for the company to carry out an aggressive/growth strategy.

Banjarmasin merupakan ibukota Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan yang dikenal sebagai kota seribu sungai. Kota ini bernama Banjarmasin karena kondisi geografisnya yang dikelilingi oleh sungai besar dan kecil. Salah satu aktivitas masyarakat di atas sungai adalah jual beli di Pasar Terapung. Pasar Terapung tidak memiliki organisasi seperti pada pasar didaratan, sehingga tidak tercatat berapa jumlah pedagang atau pembagian pedagang berdasarkan barang dagangannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat Sistem Informasi Geografis Jukung Pedagang di Pasar Terapung Kuin. Penelitian ini menggunakan model sekuensial linier. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menampilkan data jukung pedagang melalui Peta Rute Jukung Pasar Terapung Kuin dan memvisualisasikan database dalam bentuk tampilan Visual Basic 6.0. Informasi yang ditampilkan antara lain yaitu data pedagang, data teknik jukung, data operasional jukung , data koordinat rumah dan rute perjalanan yang ditempung masing-masing jukung pedagang Pasar Terapung Kuin.

The aim of this research is to analyze profitability ratios which are based on share price measurements and calculated using return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM), and return on assets. (ROA). All businesses registered with ISSI and operating in the transportation industry between 2019 and 2023 constitute the research population. Seven businesses were observed over five years. using sampling techniques and quantitative research methodology. The two types of data used in this research are quantitative data and secondary data sources which include books, papers and regulations in the form of documents and archives. Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return on Assets (ROA) have no correlation, according to research findings.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of distributing subsidized Sharia KPR financing to Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan. For low-income people (MBR). The focus of this research is 1). What is the mechanism for distributing subsidized mortgages at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan to low-income people, whether as permanent employees or traders who earn daily income. 2). What is the level of effectiveness of subsidized KPR distribution at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan for low-income people (MBR). This method uses qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the distribution of subsidized KPR at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan with Murabahah contracts is effective for MBR. Through interviews with resource persons, it was found that the selection and disbursement process of funds was carried out well. This bank has clear procedures for accepting subsidized KPR. Apart from that, it can also be seen that in the last 5 years the demand for subsidized Sharia KPR has increased, this can be seen from the data obtained from sources. However, in this mortgage, of course there are problems related to bad credit in the mortgage, but the bank already has several ways to resolve this problem. The level of effectiveness of this program is quite effective because KPR distribution is given right on target to low-income people (MBR) both as permanent employees and daily earners

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan nutrisi daun Gamal sebagai pakan ternak ruminansia pada ketinggian lokasi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan analisa kandungan nutrisi daun Gamal dari kota Makassar yang memiliki ketinggian lokasi 8 mdpl menggunakan metode analisa Proksimat. Data skunder diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada lokasi dengan ketinggian 244 mdpl dan 456 mdl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan bahan kering daun Gamal cenderung meningkat seiring peningkatan lokasi, kandungan bahan organik, relatif sama pada ketiga ketinggian lokasi, kandungan protein kasar cenderung meningkat pada lokasi yang lebih tinggi, kandungan lemak kasar relatif sama pada ketiga ketinggian lokasi, kadar serat kasar relatif sama pada ketiga ketinggian lokasi dan kadar BETN relatif sama pada ketiga ketinggian lokasi, dan kadar abu relatif sama pada pada ketiga ketinggian lokasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kandungan bahan kering dan protein kasar daun Gamal cenderung meningkat pada lokasi yang lebih tinggi, tetapi kandungan bahan organik, lemak kasar, serat kasar BETN, dan abu relatif sama.

This research aims to determine the influence of Inflation, Gross Domestic Product, Third Party Funds and Market Share on the Profitability of the Sharia Banking Industry for the 2018-2023 period. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The data used in this research uses secondary data obtained from quarterly Central Statistics Agency and Financial Services Authority reports. The number of samples in this research was 80 data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that inflation has a partial effect on profitability. Gross Domestic Product has the opposite effect on profitability. Third Party Funds and Market Share have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, Third Party Funds and market share have a significant effect on profitability.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze cultural (X1) and social (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision of members (Y) in choosing rahn financing products at BMG UGT Sidogiri Capem Srono Banyuwangi Regency. Research Results simultaneously cultural (X1) and social (X2) influence the decision of members (Y) in choosing rahn financing products at BMG UGT Sidogiri Capem Srono Banyuwangi Regency. Research conclusions 1) the members' decision in choosing a rahn financing product is based on culture. It also means that all values, habits, perceptions, preferences, and behaviors that develop in society influence members in choosing rahn financing products in other words cultural, subcultural and social class elements are the basis for members in choosing rahn financing products. 2) Member of BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Srono Banyuwangi Regency decided to take financing because it is based on meeting family needs. 3) The decision to take financing is influenced by cultural variables, and social variables. In terms of cultural variables, the stronger the culture, then someone is encouraged to take funding. Regarding social variables, if someone has a good social interaction, then encourage to decide to take financing.

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine and analyze the existence of organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) (2) To determine and analyze the existence of Islamic compensation (X2) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction ( Y). (3) To find out and analyze organizational culture (X1) and Islamic compensation (X2) together have a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction (Y). The result of the research is that the significance level is 0.004 < 0.05. Therefore, the probability level is much smaller than 0.05 using a significance level of 5% or 0.05. It can be said that there is a jointly significant influence of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of Koppontren Ausath Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Then from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.837 which shows that the organizational culture variable (X1) and Islamic compensation (X2) simultaneously affect the employee job satisfaction variable (Y) of 83.7% which means the organizational culture variable (X¬1) and Islamic compensation (X2) has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction (Y).

This research is motivated by the existence of a location close to the crowd and holding promotional activities, the public will know what is offered by the Islamic financial institution and will increase public interest in joining as members. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, promotion and profit-sharing factors partially on the interest of the people who are members of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch and the magnitude of the influence of location, promotion and profit sharing on public interest in becoming members of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire using random sampling technique, the data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis T test, F test and coefficient of determination. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS 23.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test shows that: (1) location variable has a positive and insignificant effect on public interest in becoming members at BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. (2) Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest in becoming a member of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. (3) the profit sharing variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest in becoming a member of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch. (4) Promotion and profit sharing have an effect of 60.3% on the interest of the people who are members of BMT UGT Nusantara Glenmore Branch.

Tujuan penelitian: 1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Kesadaran Halal (X1) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”, 2) Mengetahui Pengaruh Religiusitas (X2) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Minat Membeli (Y) Produk Makanan Toko “Rizquna”. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif uji hipotesis. Teknik sampel penelitian menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data penelitian adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji-t (uji parsial) variabel Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) diketahui nilai koefisien thitung 4.362 dan 3.570 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,048, maka Ha diterima. Hasil regresi tersebut menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara Kesadaran Halal (X1) dan Religiusitas (X2) terhadap Minat Membeli (Y). Uji-F (uji simultan) variabel kesadaran Halal (X1) dan religiusitas (X2) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap minat membeli (Y), nilai Fhitug > Ftabel (23.909 > 3,35) dan R2 sebesar 65,2%. Kata Kunci: Kesadaran Halal, Minat Beli, Religiusitas
