Abstract

Lesson Study is a lecturer activity by doing preparation (plan), implementation (do), reflection and (see)). Plan using a student-centered learning approach is expected to enable students to participate actively. Do is done by implementing learning process-oriented approach to students (student centre learning). The learning model consists of contextual instruction method, small group discussion, cooperative learning, project base learning or simulation, discovery learning, collaborative learning, self-directed learning, and problem base learning. See is done in the form of discussion that starts from the delivery of the teacher impression that has been practicing the learning by giving comments or general impression as well as the special impression on the learning process. All observer teacher deliver responses or suggestions wisely to the learning process that has been implemented and responses are delivered with the support of the evidence obtained.Various findings and valuable inputs delivered during the discussion in this stage of follow-up can be a capital for teacher when teaching or becoming an observer lecturer to develop a better learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze howresolving problematic financing by restructuring murabahah financing during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bank Sumut (Sharia Business Unit).This research uses a qualitative type of research with a case study approach using data collection techniques through observation and interviews with related parties from Bank Sumut. The results of the research show that the practice of restructuring murabahah financing at Bank Sumut is carried out as an effort to rescue problematic financing. When viewed from POJK, especially POJK 48, the implementation of restructuring shows several important points that banks must pay attention to. Bank Sumut has guidelines for determining debtors affected by COVID-19. Apart from that, the restructuring implementation takes into account the MUI DSN Fatwa No. 47,48,49, regarding the resolution of problematic murabahah financing, the absence of additional costs and contract conversion Keywords: Problematic Financing, Restructuring, Murabahah Financing, Covid 19

Abstract

Micro businesses have an important role in employment absorption and gross domestic product (GDP). The problem often faced by micro businesses is the difficulty of obtaining loans from banks. Sharia Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) are an alternative source of financing. Baitul Mal wat Tanwil (BMT) Al-Akbar is a sharia microfinance institution that provides micro business financing through murabahah financing. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the realization of murabahah financing through customer characteristics. The sampling method was carried out using convenience sampling and the number of samples used was 40 people. The collected data was processed using multiple regression. The research results show that the significant factors are length of education, length of business, net business income for one month and collateral. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of KPR financing contracts for low-income customers at Bank BTN KC Syariah Medan and financing provisions for customers whose income is less than the minimum limit. Qualitative research is the methodology employed. Both primary and secondary data sources were employed. Semi-structured interviews are the method utilized to acquire the data. The study's findings show that Bank BTN KC Syariah Medan's implementation of the KPR financing agreement for low-income customers complies with DSN-MUI Fatwa No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 because, prior to entering into a murabahah agreement with a customer, Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) KC Syariah Medan asks the customer to sign a wakalah letter. The bank then purchases the desired home from the developer, acquires the home, and then sells the home to the customer using the murabahah agreement. Customers whose income is less than the specified minimum limit can still finance Subsidized KPR with additional income (double income), and attach proof of the husband and wife's income (double income) at the time the financing process is carried out. This is done by Bank BTN as a form of solution and convenience for customers who earn less than the minimum limit so they can still get a house to live in.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the effect of work load on job stress among sandwich generations in Jabodetabek with compensation as the mediating variable. This quantitative research was conducted based on the gaps between previous studies regarding the effect and the direction of the relationship between work load and job stress, in addition to the increasing ratio of stress experienced by the said generations in Indonesia following the COVID-19 pandemic. The research population is employees categorized as sandwich generation who live and work in Jabodetabek, from which 220 people were selected as the respondents. The data was harvested via questionnaires and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) in SmartPLS version 3.2.9. This study finds that (1) work load positively and significantly influences job stress, (2) work load negatively and significantly affects compensation, (3) compensation negatively and significantly influences job stress, and (4) work load positively and significantly impacts job stress with the mediation of compensation.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja bagi sandwich generation di Jabodetabek dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini didasari pada research gap yang terdapat pada penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh dan arah hubungan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja. Selain itu dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya fenomena peningkatan rasio dan stres yang dialami sandwich generation di Indonesia pascapandemi COVID-19. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja dan bertempat tinggal di area Jabodetabek dan berstatus sebagai sandwich generation. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 220 responden dengan kuesioner sebagai media pengumpulan data responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, (2) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, serta (4) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja yang dimediasi oleh kompensasi.

Abstract

Formulasi Dan Uji Antibakteri Sediaan Bodywash Ekstrak Daun Pare (Momordica chrantia L) Kombinasi Kopi Robusta (Coffea canephora L) Terhadap Staphylococcus aureus Dan Staphylococcus epidermis. Ekstrak daun pare (Momordica charantia L) dikenal kaya akan manfaat untuk kesehatan selain itu berfungsi juga sebagai antibakteri. Kopi robusta (Coffea canephora L) selain banyak peminatnya tetapi dapat juga berfungsi sebagai antibakteri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan dari esktrak daun pare kombinasi kopi robusta dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphyloccocus aureus dan Staphyloccocus epidermis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode semuran yang dilakukan dengan 3 perlakuan di masing-masing bakteri. Perlakuan tersebut terdiri dari konsentrasi 2%, 3% dan 5%. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan semua konsentrasi mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri yang dimana konsentrasi yang paling efektif menghambat pertumbuhan pada F2 (3%) sebesar 11,98mm untuk bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, sedangkan bakteri Staphylococcus epidermis juga pada F1 (2%) sebesar 11,3mm yang paling efektif menghambat bakteri. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi 2%, 3% dan 5% mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococus aureus yaitu pada F2 (3%) dengan diameter zona hambat 11,98mm dan untuk bakteri Staphyloccus epidermis yaitu pada F1(2%) dengan zona hambat bakteri 11,3mm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran pada PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan di tengah pandemi Covid-19 dalam meningkatkan daya saing dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif merupakan prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dengan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan di tengah pandemi Covid-19 adalah menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan pasar, dan hal tersebut dapat dianalisis melalui 4P yaitu: Product, Price, Place, dan Promotion. Hasil Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Asuransi Syariah pada PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan berada pada kuadran I yaitu Progresif, maka strategi yang harus ditetapkan adalah strategi S-O (Strengths, Opportunities) dengan total skor 4,38. Strategi ini mampu memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan internal perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal yang ada. Maka strategi kekuatan dan peluang harus diterapkan oleh PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Bidang dalam meningkatkan daya saing di tengah pandemi Covid-19 adalah menciptakan produk yang sesuai syariah karena mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam. Memaksimalkan inovasi produk yang sesuai syariah karena industri asuransi umum syariah masih kecil. Dalam kegiatan pemasarannya, perusahaan harus memanfaatkan kekuatan yang ada untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar karena banyak lembaga lain yang membutuhkan asuransi umum syariah. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy at PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in increasing competitiveness by using a SWOT analysis. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative research methodology is a research procedure that produces descriptive data with data in the form of observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is to adjust to market conditions and needs, and this can be analyzed through 4P, namely: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Results of the Analysis of the Sharia Insurance Marketing Strategy at PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan in Improving Competitiveness Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic using SWOT analysis shows that PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. Medan is in quadrant I, namely Progressive, the strategy that must be determined is the S-O (Strengths, Opportunities) strategy with a total score of 4.38. This strategy is able to use all of the company's internal strengths to take advantage of existing external opportunities. So the strategy of strengths and opportunities must be applied by PT. Jasindo Syariah Kp. The field in increasing competitiveness in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic is creating products that comply with sharia because the majority of the population is Muslim. Maximizing sharia-compliant product innovation because the general sharia insurance industry is still small. In its marketing activities, companies must take advantage of existing strengths to increase market share because many other institutions require general sharia insurance

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is currently facing increasing competition among banking institutions, prompting each bank to enhance service quality and diversify product offerings. In response, an effective marketing strategy is essential to increase public interest, particularly in gold savings products. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used to attract customers to gold savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Marelan. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data sources include both primary data, obtained through observations and interviews, and secondary data. A SWOT analysis is utilized to identify internal and external factors influencing the bank's marketing strategy. The results of the study indicate that BSI KCP Marelan falls into quadrant I of the SWOT matrix, which represents a strong and opportunistic position. This suggests that the bank possesses significant internal strengths and is well-positioned to capitalize on external opportunities. The recommended marketing strategy is the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy, which involves using internal strengths such as rising gold prices and adherence to sharia principles to leverage external opportunities. This strategy includes promoting the security and religious alignment of gold savings to build customer trust, introducing the product more widely, and ensuring that pricing remains accessible. The bank’s position in quadrant I enables it to act aggressively and proactively in the market, allowing it to achieve marketing targets effectively. Overall, the study highlights the importance of aligning strengths with opportunities in order to develop an optimal marketing strategy for increasing customer interest in gold savings products at BSI KCP Marelan.

Abstract

A survey is conducted to observe the situation in an area. These observations include data collection consisting of direction, distance and height in the area using certain methods (techniques). Mapping is an activity of depicting most or a small part of the earth's surface onto a flat plane, namely by taking measurements on the earth's surface which has an irregular shape. Based on the Village Law, one of the tasks carried out in the village is managing the population and managing the administration of correspondence in the village. In addition, villages also need population data to manage several government programs. Therefore, a population data survey is needed in a village. To solve this problem, RT 16 collaborated with Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin to conduct a population data inventory. The results of the population data inventory of RT 16 and RW 02 contained 4 types of population information, namely residential houses, boarding houses and rentals, public facilities and shop houses. Keywords: Survey, Mapping, Population Data ABSTRAK Survei dilakukan adalah ntuk mengamati keadaan di suatu wilayah. Pengamatan tersebut meliputi pengumpulan data terdiri dari arah, jarak dan ketinggian pada wilayah tersebut dengan menggunakan metode (teknik) tertentu. Pemetaan merupakan kegiatan penggambaran dari sebagian besar atau sebagian kecil permukaan bumi ke atas bidang datar, yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengukuran-pengukuran di atas permukaan bumi yang mempunyai bentuk tidak beraturan. Berdasarkan UU Desa salah satu tugas yang dilakukan di desa adalah mengelola kependudukan serta pengelolaan administrasi surat menyurat di desa. Selain itu desa juga membutuhkan data kependudukan untuk mengelola beberapa program dari pemerintah. Sehingga diperlukan adanya survei data kependudukan pada suatu desa. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini, RT 16 bekerjasama dengan Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin melakukan survei data kependudukan. Hasil dari inventarisasi data kependudukan RT 16 dan RW 02 terdapat 4 jenis informasi kependudukan yaitu rumah mukim, kost dan kontrakan, fasilitas umum dan ruko. Abstract

Ideally, Islamic banking financing with the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) contract in the BSI Griya Hasanah product should comply with Sharia compliance principles, ensuring the absence of riba, gharar, and maysir elements. However, in reality, the implementation of the MMQ contract at BSI KCP Cemara Asri still faces challenges in Sharia compliance, particularly in the profit-sharing mechanism and legal certainty for customers. This study aims to analyze the financing provision in the BSI Griya Hasanah product and assess its Sharia compliance based on practices at BSI KCP Cemara Asri. This article is classified as a qualitative field research study. The methodology used is an empirical legal study explained through descriptive analytical methods. The analysis shows that the provision of Griya Hasanah financing with the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract at BSI KCP Cemara Asri complies with Sharia principles and follows the 5C analysis. However, in terms of Sharia compliance, there is a discrepancy with the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding the distribution of asset acquisition costs and losses. The Sharia Supervisory Board states that while the practice is valid in terms of the contract, it violates the provisions of DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 73/DSN-MUI/XI-2008.
