Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a critical pillar of the economy in Indonesia, yet they often face fundamental obstacles in accessing effective and affordable financing, which hinders their growth potential. This study aims to deeply analyze the influence of the Micro Business Credit (KUR) program, distributed by Bank Aceh Syariah, on the development of MSMEs in Medan City. Furthermore, this study also assesses the strategic role of Shariah Compliance as a moderating variable presumed to strengthen this relationship. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, primary data were collected from 35 respondents selected via purposive sampling out of a total of 500 KUR recipients. Data analysis was conducted comprehensively using SPSS, encompassing validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research findings indicate that KUR has a positive and significant impact on the development of MSMEs. The Shariah Compliance variable was also found to significantly strengthen this relationship, as indicated by an increase in the coefficient of determination from 78.5% to 88.3% after the inclusion of the moderating variable. This finding confirms that sharia-based financing not only enhances financial access but also strengthens the business fundamentals of MSMEs.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia have experienced tremendous expansion. Sharia-compliant banks play a crucial role in collecting public funds and channeling financing to strengthen the economy. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Third-Party Funds (DPK) and Equity Capital on financing at BPRS Puduarta Insani, and to analyze the moderating role of inflation in these relationships. Using secondary data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2015-2023, this study applies Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings indicate that Third-Party Funds (DPK) have a significant positive effect on financing (β = 0.751; p < 0.05), confirming their role as a primary source of intermediary funds, while Equity Capital was not found to have a significant effect. The study's key finding is the significant role of inflation as a moderating variable. Inflation was proven to weaken the influence of DPK on financing (interaction coefficient = -0.322; p < 0.05) as well as the influence of Equity Capital (interaction coefficient = -0.204; p < 0.05). This model explains 89.4% of the variance in financing (R² = 0.894). This implies that in high-inflation situations, the role of DPK and capital in supporting financing expansion tends to decline due to greater risk considerations by the bank.

Abstract

This study examines the phonological varieties of Acehnese numeral words, using primary data from ten villages in the Aceh Jaya district on the west coast of Aceh, Indonesia, and supplementing it with secondary data from Standard Acehnese, Proto-Chamic, and other relevant languages and proto-languages. The research aims to elucidate the historical relationship between the Acehnese and Chamic languages through a comparative analysis. Fifteen numeral words (one to ten, eleven, twelve, twenty, one hundred, and one thousand) were elicited from informants aged 40 to 65. The collected data were recorded, transcribed into IPA symbols, and subsequently analysed. The findings indicate that the split between the Acehnese-Chamic branch and the Malayic languages occurred during the period when the terms for 'eight' and 'nine' were still undergoing lexical stabilisation. The Acehnese language was then subgrouped from Chamic, initially as a dialect. A few centuries later, the ancestors of the Acehnese migrated from mainland Southeast Asia to Sumatra, where their numeral system was subsequently influenced by borrowing from the Malay language. The dialects spoken on the west coast of Aceh retain linguistic evidence of the presence of a language similar to Proto-Chamic and its early contact with indigenous Sumatran populations, and those from the Malay Peninsula.

Abstract

Research on wadiah bonuses within the context of Sharia banks remains an engaging issue in Islamic countries. This research aims to examine the impact of wadiah savings deposits, profit-sharing income, murabahah income, and Ijarah rental income on the distribution of wadiah bonuses to customers in Sharia banks. Employing a quantitative approach, this study utilizes secondary data from the monthly financial reports of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia covering the period from 2020 to 2023. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that wadiah savings funds do not significantly affect wadiah bonuses, indicating that changes in wadiah savings amounts do not impact the distribution of these bonuses. Profit-sharing income, however, has a significant effect on wadiah bonuses, suggesting that fluctuations in Wadiah bonuses are influenced by profit-sharing income. In contrast, Murabahah income does not significantly affect wadiah bonuses, indicating that changes in Murabahah income do not impact the distribution of these bonuses. On the other hand, Ijarah income has a significant effect on wadiah bonuses, demonstrating that variations in Ijarah income influence the distribution of wadiah bonuses.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) has a strategic role in community empowerment. Religious moderation, MSME innovation, and stunting nutrition are three excellent work programs of UINSU 2025 KKN students in Pematang Asilom Village. The purpose of this research is to instill harmony and unity within the scope of religious moderation, provide innovation for MSMEs, and nutritional interventions to prevent stunting cases. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method in which observation, interviews, and documentation are used as data collection techniques. In this service activity, KKN UINSU 2025 students have tried to establish harmony between neighborhoods in Pematang Asilom village, provide innovations in the form of ideas for selling spinach chips and making Qris as a lagging work program, and participate in collaborating with the puskesmas to prevent stunting. This research concludes that these three excellent programs can realize village welfare if implemented sustainably. Such as establishing harmony in the context of religious moderation, bringing innovation to MSMEs in line with the technological era, and paying attention to nutrition for stunting prevention.

Abstract

Micro businesses have an important role in employment absorption and gross domestic product (GDP). The problem often faced by micro businesses is the difficulty of obtaining loans from banks. Sharia Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) are an alternative source of financing. Baitul Mal wat Tanwil (BMT) Al-Akbar is a sharia microfinance institution that provides micro business financing through murabahah financing. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the realization of murabahah financing through customer characteristics. The sampling method was carried out using convenience sampling and the number of samples used was 40 people. The collected data was processed using multiple regression. The research results show that the significant factors are length of education, length of business, net business income for one month and collateral. Abstract

This research aims to analyze howresolving problematic financing by restructuring murabahah financing during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bank Sumut (Sharia Business Unit).This research uses a qualitative type of research with a case study approach using data collection techniques through observation and interviews with related parties from Bank Sumut. The results of the research show that the practice of restructuring murabahah financing at Bank Sumut is carried out as an effort to rescue problematic financing. When viewed from POJK, especially POJK 48, the implementation of restructuring shows several important points that banks must pay attention to. Bank Sumut has guidelines for determining debtors affected by COVID-19. Abstract

The application for marriage dispensation is a petition filed to the Religious Court to be granted an exception to the provisions of Article 7 paragraph 1 of Law no. 1 Year 1974 jo. Article 15 KHI about the minimum age of marriage for the prospective bridegroom of men and women who have not reached the minimum age of marriage due to some things or in certain circumstances. The rise of promiscuity among children and adolescents resulting in pregnancy out of wedlock became the main factor of many filed marriage dispensation applications to the Religious Courts. The Religious Courts as an institution authorized to examine, hear, decide and settle the case shall be in accordance with applicable procedural law and based on evidence and strong legal considerations to formulate the stipulation of the marriage dispensation.[Permohonan disepensasi nikah merupakan permohonan yang diajukan ke Pengadilan Agama agar diberikan pengecualian terhadap ketentuan Pasal 7 ayat 1 Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 jo. Pasal 15 KHI tentang batasan usia minimal menikah bagi calon mempelai laki-laki dan perempuan yang belum mencapai usia minimal menikah tersebut karena adanya beberapa hal atau dalam keadaan tertentu. Maraknya pergaulan bebas di kalangan anak-anak dan remaja mengakibatkan hamil di luar nikah menjadi faktor utama banyak diajukannya permohonan dispensasi nikah ke Pengadilan Agama. Pengadilan Agama sebagai lembaga yang berwenang untuk memeriksa, mengadili, memutus dan menyelesaikan perkara permohonan tersebut harus sesuai dengan hukum acara yang berlaku dan berdasarkan alat bukti serta pertimbangan hukum yang kuat untuk merumuskan penetapan dispensasi nikah tersebut.]

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesiapan dan upaya BSI dalam menanggapi pertumbuhan layanan keuangan berbasis Fintech. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BSI telah cukup mempersiapkan diri sesuai dengan konsep Slameto, yang memperhitungkan kesiapan terhadap tuntutan dan motivasi tujuan di samping kesepian fisik, mental, dan emosional. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh media kartu angka bergambar Terhadap Kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di TK Mekar Sari. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 anak kelompok A usia 4-5 Tahun di TK Mekar Sari. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 anak, 5 anak sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 5 anak sebagai kelompok kontrol Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistic non parametrik dengan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan anak yang diberi perlakuan menggunakan media kartu angka bergambar pada kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dari kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis data diperoleh peningkatan rata-rata pada kelompok eksperimen 21.80, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol 15.00. hasil pengujian menunjukkan sig. (2-tailed) 0.034 < 0.05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diteima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media kartu angka bergambar memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Mekar Sari.
