Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian keuangan RSUD Dr. Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas secara parsial dan simultan terhadap variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 36 pegawai yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, dan work-life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari ketiga variabel tersebut, kompetensi memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian keuangan RSUD Dr. Mohamad Soewandhie Surabaya. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar pihak rumah sakit meningkatkan investasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi pegawai melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional. Selain itu, dukungan dari manajemen puncak serta kebijakan yang mendukung keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi pegawai perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara optimal.

Abstract

The transformation of education in the era of digital technology presents both challenges and opportunities in improving the quality of learning. This research aims to analyze the community's response to the changing learning paradigm influenced by the integration of digital technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The results show that educational transformation does not only include the use of digital devices, but also a paradigm shift from teacher-centered learning to active, collaborative and flexible learning models that are learner-oriented. The community shows a positive response to the utilization of applications such as Quizizz, Canva, as well as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies, which are considered capable of creating an interactive, fun learning atmosphere and encouraging student creativity. This finding shows that conventional approaches are falling behind in meeting the demands of 21st century learning. Therefore, progressive education policies, improved teacher competencies, and equitable access to digital infrastructure at all levels and regions of education are needed.

Abstract

Jawa Tengah ditetapkan sebagai penopang ketahanan pangan nasional, dimana Kabupaten Sukoharjo menyumbang 22,49% dari sektor pertanian, yang menjadikannya wilayah strategis dalam hal tersebut. Namun, Sukoharjo juga menghadapi kondisi darurat sampah akibat limbah rumah tangga yang tidak terkelola optimal. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan sampah organik di tingkat rumah tangga melalui RT dan kelurahan untuk menerapkan prinsip ekonomi hijau dan ekonomi sirkular. Pengelolaan sampah dilakukan dengan konsep 3R (reuse, reduce, recycle), serta pemanfaatan limbah organik menjadi maggot dan kasgot sebagai produk bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mendorong penghematan energi, pengurangan polusi, penghematan sumber daya alam, serta meningkatkan inovasi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Luaran dari kegiatan ini mencakup publikasi jurnal nasional terakreditasi, video edukatif, serta model ekonomi sirkular skala rumah tangga berbasis pemberdayaan ekonomi yang mendukung pencapaian SDGs.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset in an organization/company, especially in an educational institution, so it is very important that existing human resources can be planned as well as possible, for the realization of organizational/institutional goals. The purpose of writing is to find and examine more deeply about human resource management in improving the quality of education at MTs Al Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. The method of writing this scientific article uses a qualitative method. Data is obtained through observation, where the researcher functions as an instrument to make observations, in-depth interviews with primary data sources and study documentation. The data were analyzed with interactive analysis through 3 activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are HR planning is designed and arranged systematically and based on school independence by taking into account the characteristics of the school, HR recruitment is carried out by prioritizing the principles of professionalism, selection is judged to have fulfilled professional elements, training conducted has had a positive impact and influence both for schools and personnel, work appraisal is carried out using two aspects, namely quantitative and qualitative aspects, compensation.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan metode praktikum melalui serangkaian eksperimen laboratorium yang dilakukan di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan library research untuk mengkaji literatur terkait yang mendukung teori dan praktik yang diterapkan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengukur daya hantar, menentukan kekuatan uji elektrolit berdasarkan pengukuran kuat arus dan menguji larutan elektrolit pada jus buah mengkudu dan ekstrak limau kuit. Jus buah mengkudu yang mengandung banyak vitamin yang sering di konsumsi oleh masyarakat, begitu juga pada ekstrak limau kuit sering digunakan masyakarat pada campuran makanan. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis data dari praktikum yang dilakukan dan kajian literatur yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa larutan ekstrak limau kuit lebih tinggi daripada larutan jus buah mengkudu saat pengujian konduktivitas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa larutan estrak limau kuit memiliki konduktivitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan larutan jus buah mengkudu, yang menunjukkan bahwa keduanya dapat berfungsi sebagai larutan elektrolit. Selain itu hasil dari peneliti yang lainnya mengatakan bahwa larutan ekstrak limau kuit adalah larutan elektrolit dan jus buah mengkudu juga termasuk larutan elektrolit.

Abstract

The Battle of Hunain is one of the important events in Islamic history that proves the leadership of The Prophet Muhammad SAW in facing a major crisis. This study aims to analyse the leadership strategy of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the Battle of Hunain and its relevance to the concept of contemporary leadership. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach sourced from hadith books, Sirah Nabawiyah, and academic literature. The results of the study show that The Prophet SAW implemented a leadership strategy based on vision, exemplary behaviour, crisis management, and effective situational adaptation. Decisiveness in decision making, the ability to raise the spirit of the troops, and anxiety in facing changes in the war situation are the main keys to victory. Strategies such as intelligence gathering, logistics planning, and reorganizing troops during chaos are proof of his capacity as a visionary and transformational leader. The moral and spiritual values ​​inherent in the leadership of The Prophet strengthen his relevance as an ideal leadership model in various modern contexts, including organizations, education, and government.

Abstract

The use of gonggong shells can be an alternative in increasing business for MSMEs. Utilizing gonggong shells is the main objective of carrying out this activity and this can reduce pollution caused by gonggong shell waste. The method of implementing this activity is through direct observation and interviews. By innovating from gonggong shells, mini flower decorations have become one of the efforts to stimulate the creative economy and minimize waste that causes pollution.

Abstract

Background: Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is one of the key instruments for driving economic growth in most countries, including Indonesia. FDI refers to a type of investment in which foreign entities directly invest capital into an economic entity in the host country. Foreign Direct Investment has become an essential source of external financing for Indonesia and serves as one of the primary funding sources. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of FDI on Indonesia’s economic growth over the period 1995–2023. Methods: This study employs a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression analysis. This model is chosen because it allows for the measurement of the simultaneous influence of multiple independent variables on a single dependent variable, namely economic growth. The study utilizes processed secondary data supplemented with time series data, including Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, foreign investment, inflation rate, exchange rate, government expenditure, and poverty levels. Findings: The findings indicate that FDI positively and significantly affects Indonesia’s economic growth. FDI enhances production capacity, increases efficiency, and facilitates technology transfer, contributing to national productivity. Additionally, a stable exchange rate and controlled inflation support economic development. However, the exchange rate negatively affects economic growth, suggesting that fluctuations may hinder investment and economic activities. Meanwhile, inflation is found to have no significant impact on GDP growth, possibly due to economic stability, political events, or government interventions during the study period. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that FDI plays a significant role in driving economic growth in Indonesia. However, exchange rate fluctuations pose a challenge that should be managed to ensure economic stability. Novelty/Originality of this article: The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive time-series analysis covering nearly three decades, providing insights into the long-term relationship between FDI and economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Competition among primary educational institutions in the modern era is increasingly competitive, especially for private schools which are required to attract public trust through a superior image. In this context, branding is a crucial strategy for strengthening an institution's identity and competitiveness. This research aims to describe the branding strategy implemented by MI Islamiyah Muhammadiyah Sumberberas to enhance the competitiveness of a primary educational institution in Banyuwangi regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that MI Islamiyah Muhammadiyah Sumberberas has successfully built an integrated brand through the establishment of a clear vision and mission, optimal service, utilization of communication media, provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, development of flagship and extracurricular programs, targeted promotion, appreciation for high-achieving students, and collaboration with various parties. The implemented branding strategy not only impacts the enhancement of public image and trust but also strengthens the loyalty of students, teachers, and parents towards the institution. The findings of this research affirm the importance of professional and adaptive brand management as the primary key to building a competitive advantage for private educational institutions. This research also provides theoretical and practical contributions for educational institution managers in designing relevant, effective, and sustainable branding strategies.

Abstract

The aims of this study are analyzes the MSMEs business cycle based on the types of business in the COVID-19 pandemic, analyzes the supporting aspects in supporting the working system for MSMEs before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and analyzes MSMEs immunity. The findings of these three objectives will be used to formulate the MSME-based People's Economic Development Model. This study used a mixed method with a sequential explanatory model, where the researcher uses quantitative and qualitative methods sequentially. The quantitative method was carried out by analyzing the business cycle to determine the types of business according to the stages: peak, recession, depression or recovery so as to provide an overview of the pattern of MSME development. Result of this study are the MSMEs conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic can be divided into 4 quadrants: quadrant 1 Unable to market and unable to produce; quadrant 2, able produce but unable to market; quadrant 3, unable to produce but able to market; quadrant 4, able to produce and market. The role of stakeholders is divided into five actors, namely academics, business, government, society and mass media. The five actors together have their respective contributions to the development of MSMEs during the pandemic.Key words : MSME, Covid19, imunity, development model
