Plankton memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam sistem rantai makanan dan keanekaragaman plankton juga dapat menjadi indikator suatu perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelimpahan, keanekaragaman, dan dominasi plankton di Muara Sungai Sambera dan Perairan Pangempang Muara Badak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2019. Pengambilan sampel plankton menggunakan jaring plankton dengan menyaring air sebanyak 100 l dan menyaring hingga 5-10 ml. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan 25 kelas dan 75 spesies plankton. Nilai kelimpahan plankton berkisar antara 1323 sampai 5292. Nilai keanekaragaman plankton berkisar antara 2,841 sampai 3,269. Nilai dominasi plankton berkisar antara 0,51 hingga 0,81. Dari ketiga indeks tersebut diketahui kondisi perairan muara perairan Sambera dan Pangempang dalam kondisi baik.

Ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan tawar yang potensial untuk dibudidayakan karena mampu beradaptasi pada kondisi lingkungan dengan kisaran salinitas yang luas termasuk bertahan hidup di air payau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh salinitas air terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analisis atau statistik deskriptif menggunakan metode eksperimen (exprerimental) dengan menggunakan Matching Pretestpost-test Control Group Design. Rancangan Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 4 kali pengulangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel diambil dari kolam secara acak sederhana (Simple random sampling). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis ANOVA. hasil analisis data yaitu terdapat pengaruh salinitas air terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) di desa panoragan kecamatan loa kulu kabupaten kutai kartanegara provinsi kalimantan timur. Pada perlakuan 4 (P4) dengan nilai salinitas 4,5 ppt memiliki pertumbuhan panjang dan berat ikan yang cukup cepat dan perilaku bergeraknya lebih aktif daripada ikan nila dengan salinitas yang lainnya.

Upaya pemekaran Kabupaten Bima Timur yang direncanakan sejak tahun 1990-an belum terealisasi hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi pemekaran Kabupaten Bima Timur dan bagimana implikasinya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan teoligis normatif, yuridis normatif, dan sosiologis. Sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa upaya pemekaran Kabupaten Bima Timur mengalami dinamika politik yang begitu panjang sejak tahun 1990-an dan sampai sekarang belum masuk dalam agenda Program Legislasi Nasional (Prolegnas). Padahal persyaratan untuk pembentukan daerah otonom baru telah terpenuhi, baik dari aspek kewilayahan maupun syarat administratif, termasuk dasar pembentukannya seperti kondisi geografis, ekonomi, sosial budaya, pemerataan pembangunan, historis. Masyarakat menilai pemekaran Kabupaten Bima Timur akan membawa dampak positif bagi peningkatan dan efektifitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, yang akan berimplikasi pada meningkatknya kesejahteraan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Bima Timur; Pemekaran; Siyasah Syar’iyyah; Otonomi Daerah

Abstract: Does Resilience Affect Students' Psychological Distress in Indonesia? A Meta-Analysis Study. Objectives: This research aims to assess the influence of resilience on the formation of psychological distress among students in Indonesia as a whole. Methods: The method used for the purposes of this research is correlational meta-analysis by analyzing 10 primary studies with a sample size (N = 3600), which meet the specified inclusion criteria. Findings: The results of the analysis using the random-effects approach obtained a combined effect size of (g = 0.614; p < 0.01). This effect size is in the “Medium Effect” category. Conclusion: Overall, resilience has a significant effect on the psychological distress of students in Indonesia. The findings of this meta-analysis can provide more accurate and reliable conclusions than single studies. Apart from that, this study can also be a consideration and solution in overcoming the problem of psychological distress in an academic context. The Dutch jasmine plant (Combretum indicum) from the Combretaceae family is an aromatic ornamental plant known for its pleasant fragrance and vibrant flowers. This study aimed to formulate and evaluate aromatherapy preparations derived from Dutch jasmine essential oil and to determine the optimal formulation that meets physical quality standards for aromatherapy products. The research employed a true experimental design with quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. Four formulations were developed using different concentrations of essential oil: 2% (F1), 3% (F2), 4% (F3), and 5% (F4). The formulations were evaluated through hedonic testing by 35 panelists using a standardized assessment sheet. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with Microsoft Excel. The results showed that among the four formulations, the 4% essential oil formulation (F3) received the highest preference score from panelists and met the physical quality criteria for aromatherapy products. Therefore, the F3 formulation was identified as the most effective and desirable aromatherapy preparation derived from Dutch jasmine essential oil.

Usaha pembudidayaan ikan di kolam dan Keramba Jaring Apung jaring apung di Kecamatan Loa Kulu didominasi oleh budidaya ikan nila dan ikan mas, dan banyak dilakukan di sepanjang Sungai Mahakam yang mengalir melewati Kota Tenggarong dan Kota Samarinda. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji strategi kebijakan pengembangan usaha keramba jaring apung ikan air tawar di Kecamatan Loa Kulu Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT yang didasarkan pada penelitian terhadap lingkungan internal dan eksternal, dengan menyusun matriks IFAS (Faktor Strategi Internal) dann Matriks Faktor Strategi Eksternal (EFAS). Metode penentuan responden digunakan purposive sampling yakni dengan cana mengambil sampel didasarkan kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi kebijakan pengembangan usaha Keramba Jaring Apung di Kecamatan Loa Kulu sebesar Rp.900.150.000,- nilai dampak ekonomi tidak langsung sebesar Rp.367.440.000,- Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan usaha budidaya ikan di Kecamatan Loa Kulu berada dalam kuadran agresif, yang berarti pengambil kebijakan berada pada posisi yang kuat untuk memanfaatkan kekuatan internal dan peluang eksternal, serta mampu mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman yang ada. Strategi pengembangan yang diusulkan mencakup ekspansi, inovasi teknologi, peningkatan keterampilan, dan pemasaran yang efektif.

The average biology learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students at MA Negeri 1 Samarinda are still below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), while innovative learning models such as POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) have never been implemented. Biology learning has been mostly based on lectures, discussions, assignments, and practicums, while scientific attitude assessments are only taken from daily life and practicum activities. This condition requires the implementation of a model that can actively involve students to encourage scientific attitudes and science process skills (SPS). This study aims to determine the effect of the POE model on the scientific attitudes and SPS of eleventh-grade students on the sensory system material. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, involving class XI-F as the experiment and XI-D as the control. The research instruments are scientific attitude questionnaires and SPS tests. The results of the analysis show significant differences between the experimental and control classes in scientific attitudes (p < 0.05) and SPS (p < 0.05 with the Mann Whitney U test). Improvements in scientific attitudes were demonstrated by an N-gain of 0.35 (moderate) in the experimental class and 0.19 (low) in the control class. Meanwhile, the N-gain of the Student-Based Learning (KPS) reached 0.60 (moderate) in the experimental class and 0.29 (low) in the control class. The conclusion of this study is that the POE model effectively improves the scientific attitudes and science process skills of eleventh-grade students at MA Negeri 1 Samarinda.

Abstrak: Peran guru merupakan sesuatu yang dilakukan guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran. Dalam masa new normal minat siswa dalam menjalankan aktivitas belajar di sekolah menjadi menurun karena pengaruh selama masa covid-19. Untuk itu ketika masa new normal ini guru harus mampu memotivasi siswa dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan cara mengkreativitaskan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kreativitas guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa MIN 17 Aceh Barat di masa new normal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta menempuh teknik analisis kualitatif. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dilakukan dengan mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran dengan penggunaan metode yang menarik sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan dan juga melibatkan siswa belajar secara aktif. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan minat siswa di MIN 17 Aceh Barat adalah tingkat daya serap siswa yang berbeda-beda, selain itu karena siswa kurang bimbingan dari orang tua di rumah sehingga menghambat proses guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar di sekolah. Kendala tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dari diri siswa dan faktor eksternal dari siswa itu sendiri. Abstract: The teacher's role is something the teacher does in designing learning. In the new normal period, students' interest in carrying out learning activities at school decreases due to the influence of the covid-19 period. For this reason, during this new normal period, teachers must be able to motivate students in increasing student interest in learning by being creative in the learning process. The aim of this research is to determine the creativity of teachers in increasing students’ interest in learning and the obstacles faced by teachers in increasing student interest in MIN 17 Aceh Barat in the new normal period. This research is field research with a qualitative method approach. In collecting data, the author used interview, observation and documentation techniques and used qualitative analysis techniques. From the research that has been done, it showed that the creativity of teachers in developing learning to increase students' interest in learning is done by developing learning strategies by using interesting methods according to the material being taught and also involving students in active learning. The obstacle faced in increasing student interest in MIN 17 Aceh Barat is the level of absorption of students who are different, in addition because students is lack of parent’s guidance at home, thus hampering the teacher's process of increasing interest in learning at school. These constraints are influenced by internal and external factors from students themselves.

Educational institutions are grown by initiative, one of which is certainly inseparable in so much the contribution of the existence of a mature planning with the preparation of a strategy / concept of management framework to create a quality educational institution. This journal describes a public relations management framework within educational institutions ranging from Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. Public affairs and lobbying are high status and strategically important strategic public relations. It is a field of public relations practice that produces high levels both scientifically and publicly concerning the role it perceives in supporting the company's strengths and impacts related to the functional legitimacy of democratic institutions. For this paper content analysis is done from academic journals to provide insight into how public affairs and lobbying have been theorized and researched within it public relations scholarship and to ascertain what level of wider public concern has been addressed. The findings include empirical confirmation of a low level of research activity in public affairs; that rhetorical stakeholders and theories are the most widely used theories, but far from the dominant paradigm

This research is a quasi-experimental research that uses one experimental class and one control class. The experimental class used problem posing, which was SDN Madusari I, and one control class was not given treatment, which was SDN Potrojayan. This research focuses on students' learning achievement and mathematical reasoning abilities which are measured using test instruments in the form of short answer questions and essay questions. This research aims to describe: 1. the influence of the Problem-posing approach on the learning achievement of class V students, 2. the effect of Problem-posing on the mathematical reasoning abilities of class V students. The hypothesis test used is a univariate test. The research results show that, 1. Asking problems has no effect on learning achievement with a significance value of 0.067 (p > 0.05), 2. Asking problems has no effect on mathematical reasoning abilities with a significance value of 0.393 (p > 0.05). Based on the results of the analysis, problem formation creates obstacles for students, namely the difficulty of understanding the meaning of the problem and confirming it. The application of problem poses to influence learning achievement and mathematical reasoning abilities was not successful so other alternatives can be considered for further research.
