Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tomato paste on blood cholesterol in mice. It was an experimental study using a complete randomized study design consisting of four treatments P0, P1, P2, and P3 by giving tomato paste solution in a concentration of 0%, 20%, 40% and 80% and 6 replications. Data were analyzed using Anova one path and continued with BNT with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that the tomato paste solution affected the blood cholesterol of mice due to Fhit (3.27) F tab (3.10) and the treatment that gave the greatest effect was on giving the concentration of tomato paste solution by 80%.

Abstract

Tempe secara tradisional dibuat dari kedelai yang difermentasi, disajikan dalam bentuk kue dan dikonsumsi sebagai makanan pokok di Indonesia. Salah satu makanan yang mengandung sumber protein adalah tempe. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji protein pada suatu produk, yaitu tempe dengan melakukan perbandingan. Metode pengujian menggunakan reagent biuret secara spektrofotometri pada tempe dengan 4 perlakuan. Perlakuan dalam pengujian adalah tempe dalam kemasan plastik dan daun. Hasil dari pengujian dengan 4 perlakuan pada tempe dalam kemasan plastik dan daun, didapatkan hasil tempe yang dibungkus dengan plastik pada sampel 1 menunjukkan rata-rata 0,125 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 0,053, sedangkan tempe yang dibungkus dengan daun pada sampel 1 memiliki rata-rata 0,139 dengan standar deviasi 0,084. Tempe dibungkus dengan plastik pada sampel 2 menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 1,117 dengan standar deviasi 0,047, sedangkan tempe dibungkus daun pada sampel 2 menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 0,133 dengan standar deviasi 0,121. Kesimpulan dari hasil pengujian ini adalah perhitungan dari kadar protein pada tempe hasil signifikan berupa kadar protein dari tempe kemasan plastik sebesar 0,776 dan tempe kemasan daun simpur sebesar 0,906.

Abstract

Dayah education is a local wisdom that is owned by the people of Aceh, but in its current development it needs attention from the government. So in this regard this study aims to analyze the contribution of the Dayah Education Office in improving the quality of the Dayah Salafiyah in Aceh Province, one of which is carried out through the development of the dayah curriculum and through improving the quality of the dayah teaching staff so that they have competence in carrying out the dayah curriculum properly in accordance with the standards set by the Aceh Dayak Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive study approach. The subjects in this study consisted of the Aceh Dayah Education Office, dayah leaders, teaching staff and Dayah administrators. Based on the findings from the field, the implementation of the dayah curriculum has not been maximized, and there are even some dayah who have not yet implemented the curriculum developed by the Aceh Dayah education office. The obstacles to the Dayah Education Office in developing the dayah curriculum in Aceh Province come from internal sources in the form of a lack of funding and the level of human resources of employees, some of whom are still relatively minimal. Meanwhile, external constraints were the lack of participation of the dayah in participating in various socialization activities held by the Dayah Education Office.

Abstract

Seagrass has clear economic benefits in supporting the availability of various commercial fish species and also serves multiple ecological functions. The presence of seagrass in marine waters can act as a bioindicator of heavy metal pollution, as it can absorb and accumulate contaminants. Until now, the exact concentration of heavy metals in the water and sediment of seagrass beds in Tihi-Tihi Village, Bontang City, has not been clearly known. This study aims to determine the content of heavy metals (Pb, Cu, Mn, and Zn) in the water and sediment of seagrass beds in Tihi-Tihi Village, Bontang City, East Kalimantan. The results showed that the concentrations of heavy metals (Pb, Cu, Mn, and Zn) in the water were the same across all stations, ranging between <0.001–<0.003 mg/L, which is below the quality standards set by the government. Lead (Pb) is the heavy metal of most concern due to its concentration falling within the Severe Effect Level. Further studies are needed to investigate the potential impacts of the high concentration of Pb in the sediment of this seagrass bed.

Abstract

Microplastics present in the environment, particularly in sediments, pose potential threats to aquatic organisms, as they can impair organ function when ingested. This study aims to assess the abundance, types, and colors of microplastics in the sediments of the artificial pond at Mulawarman University, Samarinda. The research employed a purposive sampling method. The Faculty of Agriculture pond had a higher microplastic abundance compared to the UNMUL HUB pond. Nonetheless, statistical analysis using a t-test showed no significant difference in microplastic levels between the two sites at Mulawarman University, Samarinda (p-value > 0.05). Overall, the artificial ponds at Mulawarman University, East Kalimantan, contained an average of 275 particles of microplastic per kilogram of dry sediment. Specifically, the Faculty of Agriculture pond had 161.25 particles/kg, while the UNMUL HUB pond had 113.75 particles/kg. The microplastics found consisted of fibers, fragments, films, and pellets, with colors including black, blue, red, brown, yellow, and white.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji relevansi Teori Sosial Kognitif Albert Bandura dengan pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan kepustakaan yang bersifat deskriptif-analitis. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsep reciprocal determinism dan self-regulation, yang menekankan interaksi antara faktor personal, lingkungan, dan perilaku, memiliki kesesuaian dengan prinsip uswatun hasanah dalam Islam yang menempatkan keteladanan sebagai instrumen utama pembentukan akhlak dan karakter peserta didik. Namun demikian, terdapat perbedaan fundamental antara keduanya, sebab teori Bandura berakar pada paradigma empiris yang fungsional sementara pendidikan Islam bertumpu pada wahyu yang transendental dengan tujuan akhir membentuk insan kamil. Karena itu, teori Bandura dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen pedagogis yang mendukung praktik pendidikan Islam, tetapi tidak dapat menggantikan kerangka epistemologisnya. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam tidak hanya sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai teladan hidup yang merefleksikan nilai-nilai Rasulullah SAW dengan memadukan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, sosial, dan spiritual, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan model keteladanan di era digital.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) in Indonesia aims to promote student-centered, differentiated learning. However, its implementation in mathematics education presents various challenges, particularly in planning, instruction, and assessment. This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach supported by qualitative data. The Stake evaluation model—comprising antecedents (planning), transactions (implementation), and outcomes (results)—was used to assess the curriculum's effectiveness in 12 junior high schools in Yogyakarta. Data were collected through document analysis of teaching modules and assessment tools, classroom observations, and evaluation of student learning outcomes. The planning phase showed that teaching modules in the independent sharing and changing categories were rated “good” (75.12% and 66.87%, respectively), while the independent learning category achieved a “very good” score (81.45%). In the implementation phase, independent sharing scored 75.90% (“good”), and both independent changing and learning categories scored 89.74% (“excellent”). However, in the assessment phase, scores were lower: 51.43% for independent sharing, 60.00% for independent changing, and 61.67% for independent learning, all falling into the “fairly good” category. While the planning and implementation stages align well with curriculum standards, assessment practices remain inconsistent and underdeveloped. The Independent Curriculum has been implemented adequately in mathematics learning across different categories, but the assessment component requires targeted improvement. Strengthening teacher capacity in assessment design and understanding of differentiated evaluation strategies is recommended to optimize learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era digital menghadapi tantangan dalam menyesuaikan metode dan media pembelajaran dengan karakteristik peserta didik yang semakin akrab dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi integrasi media pembelajaran PAI berbasis Android dan media konvensional dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan analisis deskriptif terhadap berbagai sumber buku dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Android memiliki keunggulan dalam aspek aksesibilitas, interaktivitas, dan variasi penyajian materi, sedangkan media konvensional berperan penting dalam membangun interaksi langsung, internalisasi nilai-nilai religius, dan pembentukan akhlak peserta didik. Integrasi kedua media tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran yang terstruktur, pelaksanaan pembelajaran terpadu, serta evaluasi yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Dengan integrasi media yang tepat, pembelajaran PAI dapat berlangsung secara lebih efektif, bermakna, dan selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi tanpa mengesampingkan nilai-nilai keislaman.

Abstract

Pada era abad 21 peserta didik harus dapat memilki kemampuan yang mampu mengasah diri nya sehingga dapat bersaing diera globalisasi. Salah satu kemampuan yang harus d miliki siswa  adalah problem solving, self efficacy dan collaboration. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis etnomatematika dengan pendekatan realistic mathematic education terhadap kemampuan problem solving, self efficacy  dan collaboration. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen quasi dengan desain penelitian menggunakan One Group Pretes-Post -Test Design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kota Bengkulu semester genap pada materi Lingkaran  dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 siswa. Instrument jenis tes adalah tes kemampuan problem solving berupa pretest dan post test sedangkan instrument jenis non tes adalah angket self efficacy dan collaboration. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan problem solving, self efficacy serta collaboration siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, 2) Pembelajaran matematika menggunakan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika.efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving, self efficacy serta collaboration siswa. In the era of the 21st century, students must be able to have skills that can hone themselves so they can compete in the era of globalization. One of the abilities that students must have is problem solving, self-efficacy and collaboration. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of ethnomathematics-based student worksheets with a realistic mathematical education approach on problem solving abilities, self-efficacy and collaboration. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a research design using One Group Pretest-Post-Test Design. This research was carried out in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Bengkulu City, even semester on Circle material with a sample size of 34 students. The test type instrument is a problem solving ability test in the form of a pretest and post test, while the non-test type instrument is a self-efficacy and collaboration questionnaire. The results of this research are 1) Learning using ethnomathematics-based LKPD shows that there are significant differences in students' problem solving abilities, self-efficacy and collaboration before and after learning, 2) Mathematics learning using ethnomathematics-based LKPD is effective in improving problem solving abilities and self-efficacy. as well as student collaboration.

Abstract

The problem of suboptimal employee performance at the 26 Ilir Village Office in Palembang, characterized by service inefficiencies and administrative errors, is often rooted in barriers in the interpersonal communication process. This study aims to analyze in depth the role of interpersonal communication in improving employee performance using Joseph A. DeVito's theoretical framework, which includes the elements of communicator, message, channel, feedback, context, interference, and effect. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results indicate that interpersonal communication plays a crucial role, not only as a means of transmitting information but also as a key catalyst in building coordination, motivation, and work commitment. Effective communication is supported by an open leadership style, a family-like work culture, and intense face-to-face interactions, although obstacles such as differences in perception and technical glitches remain. It is concluded that the implementation of adaptive and collaborative interpersonal communication can minimize these barriers, thereby significantly improving employee discipline and the quality of public services in the village. ABSTRAKPermasalahan kinerja pegawai yang belum optimal di Kantor Lurah 26 Ilir Palembang, yang ditandai dengan inefisiensi pelayanan dan kesalahan administrasi, sering kali berakar pada hambatan dalam proses komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan kerangka teori Joseph A. DeVito yang meliputi elemen komunikator, pesan, saluran, umpan balik, konteks, gangguan, dan efek. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan lewat wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal memegang peranan krusial, tidak hanya sebagai sarana transmisi informasi, tetapi juga sebagai katalisator utama dalam membangun koordinasi, motivasi, dan komitmen kerja. Efektivitas komunikasi didukung oleh gaya kepemimpinan yang terbuka, budaya kerja kekeluargaan, dan intensitas interaksi tatap muka, meskipun masih terdapat kendala berupa perbedaan persepsi dan gangguan teknis. Disimpulkan bahwa implementasi komunikasi interpersonal yang adaptif dan kolaboratif mampu meminimalisir hambatan tersebut, sehingga secara signifikan meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai serta kualitas pelayanan publik di lingkungan kelurahan.
